Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an inner coat hair removing device for removing inner coat hair (ground hair) of a dog breed and a cat breed having a double-layered coat structure.
Background
At present, most of pet animals raised by humans are dogs and cats, and are often subjected to fur treatment (grooming) as one of caretaking items of pet owners. Among them, in dog and cat species having a double-layer coat structure composed of outer layer hair (outer coat) and inner layer hair (base coat), the inner layer hair grows mainly in cold seasons to keep the body temperature warm, and becomes unnecessary and falls off in warm seasons.
Therefore, if the inner layer hair is left as it is, the inner layer hair scatters and adheres to the surroundings of the pet animal breeding place or to the clothing of human beings or the like that come into contact with the pet animal breeding place, and most pet owners treat the inner layer hair to achieve more comfortable concurrent life.
Conventionally, a treatment instrument or the like having a grip portion and a head portion and a brush or the like on the head portion has been generally used. A pet owner brushes the fur of a pet animal with the treatment tool, engages the inner layer fur with the brush itself, or sandwiches the inner layer fur between the brushes, and removes the fur from the body of the pet animal (see, for example, patent document 1).
Documents of the prior art
Patent document
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open No. 3182871
However, in the conventional treatment device as in patent document 1, the tip of the brush may come into contact with the skin of the pet animal during removal of the outer layer hairs, and the skin of the pet animal may be damaged. Further, the pet animal may feel uncomfortable by the brush having a sharp front end contacting the skin, and may be unwilling to handle the inner layer hair.
Therefore, if attention is paid to the structure of the brush of the treatment device, it is obvious that there is no means for protecting the tip portion of the brush and no consideration is given to the influence on the skin of the pet animal, and there is still room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inner layer hair removing device capable of reliably removing inner layer hair without damaging the skin of a pet animal.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides an inner layer hair removing device, comprising: a main body, a comb (comb) arranged to extend substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the main body, and a blade (blade) arranged in parallel with the comb on the front end side of the main body and having a plurality of grooves;
the comb is vertically provided on the main body so that a front end portion thereof is higher by 0.2 to 1.0mm than a front end portion of the blade.
In the inner layer fur removing device of the present invention having such a configuration, the blade and the comb are provided upright in parallel on the main body, and the tip of the comb is located higher than the tip of the blade. Thus, the comb is treated in a state in which the comb is in contact with the skin of the pet animal, and therefore, the blade does not come into direct contact with the skin of the pet animal. Further, since the blade and the comb are arranged in this order from the distal end portion toward the grip portion side, the inner layer hair passing through the groove of the comb can be caught by the groove of the blade, and the comb can remove the inner layer hair safely and reliably without lowering the inner layer hair removing ability of the blade.
In the inner layer hair removing device of the present invention, it is preferable that the separation distance between the blade and the comb is 1.5mm to 3.5 mm.
In the inner layer hair removing device of the present invention having such a structure, a moderate space is created between the blade and the comb, and the inner layer hair passing through the second groove of the comb can easily reach the first groove of the blade.
In the inner layer hair removing device according to the present invention, it is more preferable that the comb and/or the blade be capable of being housed in the main body portion, and that the standing state and the housed state be changeable.
In the inner layer hair removing device of the present invention having such a structure, the comb and/or the blade can be changed to the storage state and the standing state as appropriate. For example, generally, the inner layer hair of a pet animal is removed by setting the comb upright, and the maintenance of the entire head is improved by setting the comb in a housed state, so that the inner layer hair attached to the blade can be easily removed.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an inner layer hair removing device capable of reliably removing inner layer hair without damaging the skin of a pet animal.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a representative embodiment of the inner layer hair removing device 1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6. However, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated form, and the drawings are for conceptually illustrating the present invention, and for easy understanding, there are cases where the proportion or the number is exaggerated or simplified as necessary. In the following description, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
1. Structure of inner layer hair removing device 1
The outline of the inner layer hair removing device in the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an inner layer hair removing device 1 according to the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner layer hair removing device 1 of the present embodiment is a pet care device for removing inner layer hair (ground hair) of pet animals, particularly of dog and cat species having a double-layered fur structure, and can safely and reliably remove the inner layer hair without damaging the skin of the pet animals.
The inner layer hair removing device 1 of the present embodiment is substantially composed of a main body 3 composed of a head 3A, a grip 3B, and a neck 3C, a blade 5 arranged on the head 3A for removing the inner layer hair 55, and a comb 7 arranged opposite to the blade 5 and directly contacting the skin 51 of the pet animal.
Next, each component will be explained.
< Structure of Main body 3 >
Next, the structure of the main body 3 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2(a) and (b). Fig. 2(a) and (b) are views showing the structure of the main body 3; fig. 2(a) is a front view of the body 4, and fig. 2(b) is a side view of the body 3. As shown in fig. 2(a) and (B), the main body portion 3 is substantially composed of a head portion 3A including a blade 5, a comb 7, and the like described later, a grip portion 3B to be gripped by a user during operation, and a neck portion 3C connecting the head portion 3A and the grip portion 3B.
In the main body portion 3, the head portion 3A, the grip portion 3B, and the neck portion 3C are integrally molded with a resin or the like having a desired hardness, except for a part thereof. More specifically, the shapes of the head portion 3A, the grip portion 3B, and the neck portion 3C constituting the main body portion 3 are explained, and the head portion 3A is a substantially flat portion, and a recess 9 for disposing a blade 5 and a comb 7 described later is provided at a substantially center of the inside.
The recess 9 is sized and shaped to stand and fix the blade 5 substantially perpendicular to the inner surface of the head 3A, and to stand and fix the comb 7 in the present embodiment so as to stand and fix the blade 5.
Further, a substantially plate-shaped lid 25 that closes a part of the surface of the recess 9 is provided on the neck portion 3C side of the recess 9. The lid portion 25 is hinged at an end portion on the neck portion 3C side, and is rotatable within a predetermined range about the hinge (see fig. 5).
The grip portion 3B is a substantially rod-shaped portion, and changes the thickness of each portion so as to fit more closely in the palm of the hand when a human hand grips the grip portion. Further, appropriate protrusions, rubber, or the like may be provided to increase the frictional resistance with the palm.
The neck portion 3C is a portion connecting the head portion 3A and the grip portion 3C, and has a relatively smaller diameter than the grip portion 3B. The neck portion 3C connects the lower outside of the grip portion 3B obliquely to the head portion 3A. Thus, the head 3A can have appropriate flexibility during operation, and can move appropriately according to the shape of the body of a pet animal, for example.
Further, since the head portion 3A and the grip portion 3B are connected and the lower side of the grip portion 3B is inclined outward with respect to the head portion 3A, the user can easily bring the inner side of the head portion 3A into contact with the skin of the pet animal in the operation of gripping the grip portion 3B.
< Structure of blade 5 >
Next, the structure of the blade 5 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3(a) and (b). Fig. 3(a) and (b) are views showing the structure of the blade 5; fig. 3(a) is a plan view of the blade 5 viewed from above the head 3A, and fig. 3(b) is a side view of the blade 5 viewed from the side of the head 3A.
As shown in fig. 3(a) and (b), the blade 5 is a substantially plate-shaped member, and is preferably formed using a corrosion-resistant metal material such as stainless steel or a ceramic. Further, the blade 5 has a taper 13 on the tip side, and becomes thinner toward the tip.
The blade 5 is disposed with its cutting edge extending in the width direction (the direction of arrow Y in fig. 1) of the body 3, while being oriented in a direction (the direction of arrow Z in fig. 1) substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (the direction of arrow X in fig. 1) of the body 3.
Further, the plurality of first grooves 11 that fall off at the distal end side with respect to the longitudinal direction are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the blade 5, and the inner layer hairs 55 of the pet animal can be removed from the body of the pet animal by engaging the first grooves 11 with the inner layer hairs 55 of the pet animal. The number of the first grooves 11 may be determined as appropriate depending on the size of the blade 5, the size of the pet animal to be treated, and the like.
The blade 5 is fixed by inserting the tip side of the first groove 11 into the recess 9 provided in the head portion 3A of the body portion 3 and projecting the tip side to the outside. In the present embodiment, an auxiliary rib 15 for assisting the support of the blade 5 is disposed in the vicinity of the recess 9 of the head portion 3A, and the blade 5 is prevented from moving and tilting.
The blade 5 and the recess 9 are preferably detachably fixed by, for example, screws, and the blade 5 can be replaced according to the deterioration caused by use.
< Structure of comb 7 >
Next, the structure of the comb 7 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4(a) and (b). Fig. 4(a) and (b) are diagrams showing the structure of the comb 7; fig. 4(a) is a plan view of comb 7 viewed from below head 3A, and fig. 4(b) is a side view of comb 7 viewed from the side of head 3A.
As shown in fig. 4(a) and (b), the comb 7 is substantially the same as the blade 5, is a plate-like member, and is formed of a resin material having a predetermined hardness. The comb 7 is disposed in a direction (direction of arrow Z in fig. 1) substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (direction of arrow X in fig. 1) of the main body 3, and extends in the width direction (direction of arrow Y in fig. 1) of the main body 3. In the upright position, the comb 7 is juxtaposed with the blade 5.
Further, the comb 7 has an arc-like inclination from the rear end side toward the front end side as shown in fig. 4 b on one longitudinal surface (the surface on the right side of the comb 7 in fig. 4 b), and the thickness becomes thinner from the rear end side toward the front end side.
Furthermore, a plurality of second grooves 17 that fall off at the tip side with respect to the longitudinal direction are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the comb 7, and the inner layer hairs 55 of the pet animal can reach the first grooves 11 of the blade 5 by passing the inner layer hairs 55 through the second grooves 17. The number of the second grooves 17 may be determined as appropriate depending on the dimension of the comb 7 in the longitudinal direction, the size of the pet animal to be targeted, the structure of the blade 5, and the like.
The comb 7 is connected to the recess 9 of the head 3A at the rear end side, and is rotatable within a predetermined range with the connection portion at the rear end side as an axis. More specifically, when the comb 7 is disposed substantially parallel to the inner surface of the head 3A, the entire comb 7 is housed in the recess 9, and when the comb 7 is disposed substantially perpendicular to the inner surface of the head 3A, the comb 7 faces the blade 5.
The front end of the comb 7 is preferably arranged higher than the front end of the blade 5 by 0.2 to 1.0mm, more preferably 0.4 to 0.7 mm. Since the tip of the comb 7 is disposed higher than the tip of the blade 5, the tip of the comb 7 first comes into contact with the skin 51 of the pet animal, and contact of the blade 5 with the skin 51 can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the distance holding plate 21 having a predetermined plate thickness is disposed between the blade 5 and the comb 7, and the gap is provided between the blade 5 and the comb 7 by the plate thickness dimension of the distance holding plate 21. The thickness dimension (═ gap) of the distance holding plate 21 is preferably 1.5mm to 3.5mm, and more preferably 2.0mm to 2.8 mm.
By the above-described gap, the space 23 is formed between the blade 5 and the comb 7, and the inner layer hairs 55 of the pet animal are erected in the space 23, and the first grooves 11 of the blade 5 can more reliably grasp the inner layer hairs 55.
< receiving Structure of comb 7 >
Next, the structure for accommodating the comb 7 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5(a), (b), (c), and (d). Fig. 5(a), (b), (c), and (d) are views showing a structure for housing the comb 7, fig. 5(a) is a sectional view showing a state in which the comb 7 is housed, fig. 5(b) is a sectional view showing a state in which the cover 25 is opened, fig. 5(c) is a sectional view showing a state in which the comb 7 is opposed to the blade 5, and fig. 5(d) is a sectional view showing a state in which the cover 25 is closed.
First, as shown in fig. 5(a), the comb 7 is pressed and fixed from above by the cover 25 in a state of being accommodated in the recess 9. As described above, the end portion of the lid portion 25 on the neck portion 3C side serves as a hinge, and is rotatable within a predetermined range about the hinge. In the present embodiment, the comb 7 is housed in the recess 9, and the cover 25 is laid down toward the recess 9 and overlapped from above the comb 7, whereby the surface of the cover 25 is substantially flush with the inner surface of the head 3A.
Next, as shown in fig. 5(b), the lid 25 is erected from the inner surface of the head 3A with its own hinge as an axis, and the comb 7 housed in the recess 9 is exposed. Next, as shown in fig. 5(c), the front end of the comb 7 is raised and set upright, and after facing the blade 5, the cover 25 is further laid down again on the inner surface of the head 3A as shown in fig. 5(d), and the support rib 27 provided on the front end side of the cover 25 is brought into contact with the side surface of the comb 7 to fix the comb 7 in the upright state.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the user can arbitrarily change the storage state and the standing state of the comb 7 according to the situation. For example, the comb 7 is normally set upright and the inner layer bristles 55 of the pet animal are removed, and the comb 7 is set in a storage state to improve the maintainability of the entire head 3A, whereby the inner layer bristles 55 attached to the blade 5 can be easily removed.
2. Method of using inner layer hair removing device 1
Next, a method of removing the inner layer hairs 55 using the inner layer hair removing device 1 of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6(a) and (b). FIGS. 6(a) and (b) are views showing a process of removing inner layer hairs 55 using the inner layer hair removing device 1 of the present embodiment; fig. 6(a) is a schematic view showing a state where the inner layer hair removing device 1 of the present embodiment is slid while being brought into contact with the skin 51 of the pet animal, and fig. 6(b) is a schematic view showing a state where the inner layer hair 55 is grasped by the blade 5.
First, as shown in fig. 6(a), the user grips the grip portion 3B of the inner layer hair removing device 1 of the present embodiment, and sets the comb 7 in a standing state so as to face the blade 5. In this state, the inside of the head 3A is brought close to the body of the pet animal, and the tip of the comb 7 is brought into contact with the skin 51.
Next, the user slides the inner layer hair removing device 1 forward (in the direction of arrow X shown in fig. 1). Thereby, the outer layer hairs 53 and the inner layer hairs 55 of the pet animal pass through the second grooves 17 of the comb 7 and abut against the blade 5.
Next, as shown in fig. 6(b), of the outer layer bristles 53 and the inner layer bristles 55 that have passed through the comb 7, the outer layer bristles 53 pass through the first grooves 11 of the blade 5, and only the inner layer bristles 55 are engaged with the blade 5 and caught, and cut off.
The sliding operation of the inner layer hair removing device 1 as described above is repeated until the first groove 11 catches and removes a predetermined amount of the inner layer hair 55. In this way, the fur care of the pet animal can be performed.
While representative embodiments of the inner layer hair removing device in the present embodiment have been described above with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. Other modifications and improvements are within the scope and spirit of the teachings of the claims and are all within the technical scope of the utility model.
