Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic conversion, in particular to a headphone.
Background
Headphones are one of the commonly used electronic products, and generally include two headphone bodies and a headband connecting the two headphone bodies. For convenience in storage and improved wearing comfort, the two earphone bodies are designed to be rotatable so as to better fit the ears of the wearer, improving the acoustic performance of the product. For a headset, besides good sound quality and sound effect, the wearing experience is also important; in terms of wearing experience, the rotational torque of the connection means connecting the earphone body with the headband, and the rebound feel of the earshells are key to the experience. In order to obtain good rotation torque and earshell rebound effect at the same time, a new technical scheme needs to be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a new solution for a headphone.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a headset is provided. The earphone comprises a head band, an earphone body and a connecting device, wherein the head band is connected with the earphone body through the connecting device; the connecting device comprises a sleeve, a middle rotating shaft is arranged on the headband, the sleeve is sleeved outside the middle rotating shaft, the sleeve can rotate around the middle rotating shaft, the middle rotating shaft penetrates through the bottom of the sleeve, a stop piece is sleeved at the position, close to the end, of the middle rotating shaft, a gasket set is arranged between the sleeve and the stop piece, the gasket set comprises a first wear-resistant gasket, a framework gasket and an elastic gasket which are combined together, the first wear-resistant gasket is in contact with the inner side of the bottom of the sleeve, a damping gasket is sleeved outside the middle rotating shaft, and the damping gasket is configured to form damping force with the bottom of the sleeve.
Optionally, the outer side wall of the middle rotating shaft is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, and the stop piece is arranged in the first clamping groove; the damping washer is arranged in the second clamping groove.
Optionally, the material of the first wear-resistant gasket is PTFE or POM; the framework gasket is made of metal; the elastic gasket is made of silica gel or rubber.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless it is specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any specific values should be construed as merely illustrative, and not a limitation. Thus, other examples of exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further discussion thereof is necessary in subsequent figures.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a headphone. The headset comprises a head band 1, a headset body 2 and a connecting device 3, wherein the head band 1 is connected with the headset body 2 through the connecting device 3; the connecting means 3 comprise a sleeve 31.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the headband 1 is provided with an upper cover rotating shaft 11, and the first end surface of the sleeve 31 is connected to the end surface of the upper cover rotating shaft 11. For example, a bottom is provided at a first end face of the sleeve 31. The upper cover rotating shaft 11 and the sleeve 31 are sleeved outside the middle rotating shaft 4, a first section of the middle rotating shaft 4 is positioned in the upper cover rotating shaft 11, and a second section of the middle rotating shaft passes through the through hole at the bottom. Preferably, the middle shaft 4 is made of a firm and wear-resistant metal material. The sleeve 31 can rotate around the middle rotating shaft 4, a stop piece 5 is sleeved at the position, close to the end, of the second section of the middle rotating shaft 4, a gasket set is arranged between the sleeve 31 and the stop piece 5, the gasket set comprises a first wear-resistant gasket, a framework gasket and an elastic gasket which are combined together, and the first wear-resistant gasket is in contact with the inner side of the bottom of the sleeve. For example, the gasket set includes at least one first wear-resistant gasket 6, at least one skeleton gasket 7, and at least one elastic gasket 8 sequentially from the sleeve 31 to the stopper 5, and the at least one first wear-resistant gasket 6, the at least one skeleton gasket 7, and the at least one elastic gasket 8 are fixedly connected together by glue, that is, the first wear-resistant gasket 6, the skeleton gasket 7, and the elastic gasket 8 are bonded together, and then assembled on the central spindle 4. The middle rotating shaft 4 is also sleeved with a damping washer 9, and the damping washer 9 is configured to form damping force with the bottom of the sleeve. For example, the damping washer 9 contacts the wall of the through hole at the bottom to form a friction force, thereby forming a damping force.
The sleeve 31 is stably fixed on the middle rotating shaft 4 through the stop piece 5, and a gasket group is added between the stop piece 5 and the sleeve 31. The elastic gasket 8 can elastically deform in the axial direction, and tolerance from parts such as a sleeve, a stop piece, a middle rotating shaft and the like is absorbed, so that assembly errors are reduced.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the second section outer side wall of the middle rotating shaft 4 has a first clamping groove 41 and a second clamping groove 42, and the stop member 5 is disposed in the first clamping groove 41; the damping washer 9 is arranged in the second clamping groove 42. The first clamping groove 41 and the second clamping groove 42 can enable the installation of the stop piece 5 and the damping washer 9 to be more accurate and convenient.
The deformation effect of the elastic gasket 8 can well absorb the tolerance of parts such as a sleeve, a stop piece, a middle rotating shaft and the like; the first wear-resistant gasket 6 can reduce friction force when the sleeve 31 rotates relative to the middle rotating shaft 4; the framework gasket 7 can play a role in stabilizing the middle rotating shaft 4, and prevents the middle rotating shaft 4 from shaking left and right in the use process to cause bad influence on hand feeling experience; the damping washer 9 can provide damping hand feeling during rotation, so that better rotation hand feeling experience is obtained. In order to improve the wear resistance of the gasket set, a plurality of first wear-resistant gaskets 6 can be arranged, likewise, in order to improve the stabilization effect of the gasket set, a plurality of framework gaskets 7 can be arranged, and a plurality of elastic gaskets 8 can be arranged to improve the absorption effect of the gasket set on the tolerance of parts. For example, the skeleton pad 7 is located between the first wear pad 6 and the resilient pad 8. So that the resilient pad 8 is in contact with the stop 5, so that the resilient pad 8 can absorb tolerances more effectively.
In one embodiment, the material of the first wear-resistant pad 6 is PTFE, and the wear-resistant pad of PTFE has high hardness and excellent high temperature resistance, wear resistance, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance, and of course, the material of the first wear-resistant pad 6 may also be POM; the framework gasket 7 is made of stainless steel, and of course, the framework gasket 7 can also be made of aluminum alloy or the like; the elastic pad 8 is made of rubber, for example, fluororubber, and the fluororubber has good durability. Of course, the elastic pad 8 may be made of silicone rubber; the damping washer 9 is made of fluororubber, and of course, the damping washer 9 may also be made of silicone rubber.
In one embodiment, the headband 1 has an annular groove 111 at a position corresponding to the bottom of the sleeve 31, the bottom has an annular protrusion 311 matched with the annular groove 111, and the annular protrusion 311 is in fit connection with the annular groove 111; the annular protrusion 311 is inserted into the annular groove 111, and when the sleeve 31 rotates around the central rotation shaft 4, the annular protrusion 311 rotates along the annular groove 111 in the annular groove 111, so as to ensure the stability of rotation.
In one embodiment, a second wear pad 10 is disposed between the bottom and the headband 1, and similarly, the second wear pad 10 may be made of PTFE or POM. The provision of the second wear pad 10 is effective to reduce the frictional forces between the sleeve 31 and the headband 1 during rotation.
Further, the stop piece 5 is a C-shaped snap ring. The C-shaped clamping ring is very convenient to connect and detach, can lock the sleeve 31 stably, and can prevent the sleeve 31 from displacing along the axial direction of the middle rotating shaft 4 when the sleeve 31 rotates around the middle rotating shaft 4.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the earphone body 2 includes an ear shell 21, the connection device 3 further includes a connection arm 32, one end of the connection arm 32 is connected to a side wall of the sleeve 31, the other end of the connection arm 32 has a lower rotating shaft 321, a connection slot 211 is inwardly provided at the side wall of the ear shell 21, and the lower rotating shaft 321 is inserted into the connection slot 211.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the earphone body 2 further includes a fixed cover 22, a fixed pin 23, and a torsion spring 24, where the fixed cover 22 is disposed at an outer wall of the connecting slot 211, the fixed cover 22 and the connecting slot 211 are sequentially provided with a first through hole 25 and a second through hole 26 from outside to inside, the lower rotating shaft 321 is provided with a connecting hole 322, the connecting hole 322 is communicated with the first through hole 25, the fixed pin 23 is disposed in the first through hole 25 and the connecting hole 322, the torsion spring 24 is sleeved at a position corresponding to the second through hole 26 outside the lower rotating shaft 321, and a torsion arm of the torsion spring 24 is connected at an end of the fixed pin 23 near the fixed cover 22; the fixed cover 22, the ear shell 21 and the lower rotating shaft 321 are further connected by at least one screw 27, and preferably four screws 27 are provided.
The fixing pin 23 is fixed in the lower rotating shaft 321 to prevent the connecting device 3 from falling outwards when being impacted strongly; the rebound torsion spring 24 is sleeved outside the lower rotating shaft 321, all the rotating matching parts are fixed together by the fixed cover 22 through four screws 27, an automatic rebound function is formed through the elastic action of the torsion spring 24 when the earmuff 21 rotates, lubricating oil is smeared between the rotating parts, and smooth and good rotation and earmuff rebound hand feeling can be formed.

the outer side wall of the middle rotating shaft is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, and the stop piece is arranged in the first clamping groove; the damping washer is arranged in the second clamping groove; the headband is provided with an annular groove at a position corresponding to the bottom of the sleeve, the bottom is provided with an annular protruding part matched with the annular groove, and the annular protruding part is connected with the annular groove in a matching way.
