storing the shared form into a block chain account book and diffusing; the method comprises the following steps: storing the data details corresponding to the shared form into a block chain account book; the current block chain returns the unique identification recorded on the chain by the shared form; diffusing the data details corresponding to the shared form into a marine data department in the whole blockchain through a P2P network in the current blockchain;
carrying out whole-network consensus on the shared form, and transmitting the shared form to the whole network to generate a shared total form;
and performing cross-department marine data sharing based on the sharing total form.
