Abstract
The invention discloses a block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, which comprises the following steps: generating an intelligent contract according to a multi-party user negotiation agreement, and determining a consensus node; deploying the intelligent contracts into a P2P network of the blockchain through the consensus nodes; receiving a data processing request of any marine data department, authenticating and verifying data requested by the data request, and generating a sharing form; wherein any one of the marine data departments is affiliated with one of the multi-party users; storing the shared form into a block chain account book and diffusing; carrying out whole-network consensus on the shared form, and transmitting the shared form to the whole network to generate a shared total form; and performing cross-department marine data sharing based on the sharing total form. The invention adopts distributed computing nodes and accounts book based on block chain, and mainly solves the problems of feasibility and safety of sharing mass data of cross-department.

Technical Field

Background
The intelligent ocean engineering is an organic combination of ocean industrialization and ocean informatization, and the industrial big data and internet big data technology is used to realize ocean resource sharing and ocean activity cooperation, mine new requirements, create new value and achieve the purpose of intelligent ocean. storing the shared form into a block chain account book and diffusing; wherein the shared form has a unique identifier in a block chain ledger book;
carrying out whole-network consensus on the shared form, and transmitting the shared form to the whole network to generate a shared total form;
and performing cross-department marine data sharing based on the sharing total form.
In the above block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, the intelligent contract includes: an authority contract; wherein, the authority contract comprises: public keys and private keys which are respectively and correspondingly mastered by each ocean data department.
In the above block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, the receiving a data processing request of any marine data department, authenticating and verifying data requested by the data request, and generating a sharing form includes:
receiving a data processing request of a current marine data department;
performing identity authentication and verification on an object requested to be processed by the data processing request;
and after the identity authentication and verification pass, carrying out digital signature according to a private key which is correspondingly matched with the current marine data department under the authority contract to generate a sharing form.
In the above block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, the storing and diffusing the shared form into the block chain book includes:
storing the data details corresponding to the shared form into a block chain account book;
the current block chain returns the unique identification recorded on the chain by the shared form;
and diffusing the data details corresponding to the shared form into a marine data department in the whole blockchain through a P2P network in the current blockchain.
In the block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, the method further includes:
and verifying other ocean data departments on the block chain, and feeding back verification information to any ocean data department by using a digital signature so as to make a decision by any ocean data department according to the fed-back verification information.
In the block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, the method further includes:
when receiving data sharing requests of other ocean data departments, performing information verification through a multi-center distributed system;
and after the verification is passed, sharing the data requested by the data sharing request to other marine data departments.
In the above block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, the intelligent contract includes: the contract is paid.
In the block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, the method further includes:

(4) The invention discloses a block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method, which achieves a decentralized, sequential data, collective maintenance, programmable and safe and credible multi-center system through a distributed account book, and improves the dispersed and independent single centers into a unified multi-center with multi-party participation, thereby improving the trust transfer efficiency and reducing the transaction cost.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the block chain-based cross-department marine data sharing method may further include: when receiving data sharing requests of other ocean data departments, performing information verification through a multi-center distributed system; and after the verification is passed, sharing the data requested by the data sharing request to other marine data departments.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the smart contract may further include: the contract is paid. And when other marine data departments receive the data requested by the data sharing request, carrying out token payment to any marine data department according to a payment contract under the intelligent contract.

generating an intelligent contract according to a multi-party user negotiation agreement, and determining a consensus node; wherein, the intelligent contract is: a commitment in a machine language of agreed conversion made by a common negotiation by all marine data departments of the participating projects; all ocean data departments negotiate and establish an agreement which passes the common recognition of all departments; the intelligent contract comprises: a rights contract, the rights contract comprising: public keys and private keys which are respectively and correspondingly mastered by each ocean data department are used for protecting respective authority; any marine data department belongs to one of the multi-party users;
deploying the intelligent contracts into a P2P network of the blockchain through the consensus nodes;
receiving a data processing request of any marine data department, authenticating and verifying the data requested by the data processing request, and generating a sharing form; the method comprises the following steps: receiving a data processing request of a current marine data department; performing identity authentication and verification on an object requested to be processed by the data processing request; after the identity authentication and verification pass, carrying out digital signature according to a private key which is correspondingly matched with the current marine data department under an authority contract to generate a sharing form;
storing the shared form into a block chain account book and diffusing; the method comprises the following steps: storing the data details corresponding to the shared form into a block chain account book; the current block chain returns the unique identification recorded on the chain by the shared form; diffusing the data details corresponding to the shared form into a marine data department in the whole blockchain through a P2P network in the current blockchain;
carrying out whole-network consensus on the shared form, and transmitting the shared form to the whole network to generate a shared total form;
and performing cross-department marine data sharing based on the sharing total form.
2. The blockchain-based cross-department marine data sharing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and verifying other ocean data departments on the block chain, and feeding back verification information to any ocean data department by using a digital signature so as to make a decision by any ocean data department according to the fed-back verification information.
3. The blockchain-based cross-department marine data sharing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when receiving data sharing requests of other ocean data departments, performing information verification through a multi-center distributed system;
and after the verification is passed, sharing the data requested by the data sharing request to other marine data departments.
4. The blockchain-based cross-department marine data sharing method of claim 1, wherein the intelligent contract further comprises: the contract is paid.
