In the scheme, the detailed information of the physical characteristics, the washing effect, the manufacturer, the putting data and the like of the washing additive influences the effect of the washing additive in the washing process, and the type, the putting amount, the putting time and the like of the automatically put washing additive are judged according to the detailed information, so that clothes can be better washed, and a good washing effect is obtained.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, in this embodiment, a detergent additive box 1 includes a closed box body having a cavity therein, the box body is detachably disposed in an installation cavity 4 of a dispenser 5, a two-dimensional code 12 storing information related to detergent additives is disposed on a surface of the box body, and a mobile terminal is used to scan the two-dimensional code 12 to obtain information therein and control the feeding of the detergent additives according to the information.
The setting that two-dimensional code 12 can be pasted is on the box body surface, and corresponding change two-dimensional code 12 when changing the washing additive in the box body, preferably, two-dimensional code 12 abrasionproof decreases the setting.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the box body is further provided with a taking-out structure 2 for conveniently taking out the detergent additive box 1, and the taking-out structure 2 comprises a handle structure 21 arranged on the box body. Further, a cavity is formed in the upper surface 13 of the box body, the cavity is a cavity formed by the upper surface 13 of the box body sinking from top to bottom, and the handle structure 21 is arranged in the cavity. The handle structure 21 includes an upper cover 211 covering the opening of the cavity portion, a handle cavity is formed below the upper cover 211, the other portion of the opening and the handle cavity form a handle insertion hole 212 for inserting a handle/finger into the handle cavity, and the upper cover 211 forms a force application portion 213 for applying force to remove/assist in removing the detergent additive box 1 by the inserted handle/finger. The handle structure 21 further comprises a side wall 214, and the side wall 214, the upper cover 211 and the bottom of the cavity form a handle cavity; or the handle structure 21 further comprises a side wall 214 and a bottom surface, and a handle cavity is formed among the side wall 214, the upper cover 211 and the bottom surface; the sidewalls 214 are each sized to match the sidewalls 214 of the cavity. The buckle structure 21 joint is in the cavity, lateral wall 214 includes joint portion, be equipped with the joint structure that matches with joint portion in the cavity, it is preferred, joint portion includes lateral wall 214 from the upper surface downward slope extension, the incline direction is for extending to its outside from the box body is inside. The handle structure 21 is made of an elastic material, and preferably, the handle structure 21 is integrally formed by the elastic material. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6-8, the taking-out structure 2 is disposed at the other end of the case, and includes a push switch assembly 22 for pressing/pressing again to unlock and pop up the other end of the case, and a locking member 15 for locking/unlocking the other end of the case in cooperation with the push switch assembly 22. The push-spring switch assembly 22 is detachably arranged in the installation cavity 4 of the detergent additive box 1, a concave cavity for the push-spring switch to be inserted is formed in the bottom of the other end of the box body, a locking piece 15 matched with the push-spring switch is arranged in the concave cavity, the position of the locking piece 15 is matched with the push-spring switch assembly 22, and the push-spring switch assembly 22 is matched with the locking piece 15 to lock the other end of the box body. The push-spring switch assembly 22 comprises a housing 221 and a locking structure arranged in the housing 221, wherein the locking structure comprises a first moving piece 224 and a second moving piece 225 which are movably arranged in the housing 221, the first moving piece 224 moves under the action of the box body and/or the locking piece 15, the second moving piece 225 moves under the drive of the first moving piece 224, and the second moving piece 225 and the locking piece 15 are matched to lock the other end of the box body. The first moving member 224 is at least partially movable out of the housing 221, the second moving member 225 is disposed on the first moving member 224 in an openable and closable manner, the first moving member 224 moves out of the housing 221/into the housing 221, the second moving member 225 opens/closes with respect to the first moving member 224, and the push-and-spring switch assembly 22 is unlocked/locked. The locking structure further includes a guide positioning pin 226 for guiding and positioning the first moving member 224, and the guide positioning pin 226 has one end connected to the housing 221 and the other end slidably connected to the first moving member 224 to allow movement of the first moving member 224. The first moving member 224 is provided with a guide groove 228, the other end of the guide positioning pin 226 extends into the guide groove 228 to guide the movement of the first moving member 224, and the guide groove 228 includes a positioning portion for positioning the guide positioning pin 226, and the positioning portion includes at least a locking positioning portion and an unlocking positioning portion. The locking structure further comprises a spring 227, wherein the spring 227 is abutted between the bottom of the housing 221 and the moving part, preferably, the bottom of the housing 221 is provided with a convex column 223, and the spring 227 is sleeved on the convex column 223. The shell 221 is further provided with a connecting portion 222 for connecting the installation cavity 4, preferably, the push-spring switch assembly 22 is clamped in the installation cavity 4, and the connecting portion 222 is a connecting buckle arranged on the shell 221. The terminal locking portion that is provided with of locking piece 15, set up the locking platform on the second motion 225, the locking platform of second motion 225 when locking portion and closure is mutually the joint, the locking box body other end.
Or, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the taking-out structure 2 is disposed at the other end of the box body, and includes a switch assembly 23 and an ejection assembly 24 for unlocking/locking the other end of the box body, where the switch assembly 23 unlocks/locks the other end of the box body, and the ejection assembly 24 ejects/cannot eject the other end of the box body. The switch assembly 23 comprises a buckle 231, one end of the buckle 231 is matched with the box body to lock/unlock the other end of the box body, and the other end of the buckle 231 is arranged on the installation cavity 4. The elastic element 241 is a spring, a concave cavity which is concave downwards is arranged in the installation cavity 4, and a cylinder 242 for sleeving the spring is arranged in the concave cavity; or, a through hole 243 communicated with the distributor 5 below the installation cavity 4 is arranged in the installation cavity 4, a concave cavity is structurally arranged on the distributor 5 at the lower end of the through hole 243, and a column 242 sleeved with a spring is arranged in the concave cavity. A first limiting structure extending downwards is arranged at the edge of the concave cavity of the mounting cavity 4, and a limiting part which is matched with the first limiting structure to limit the spring to move up and down is arranged at the bottom of the spring; or the edge of the through hole 243 is provided with a first limiting structure extending downwards, and the bottom of the spring is provided with a limiting part which is matched with the first limiting structure to limit the spring to move up and down. The cavity is a circular cavity, an annular groove is formed between the edge of the cavity and the column 242 arranged in the cavity, the spring is arranged in the annular groove, and preferably, the column 242 is circumferentially and uniformly provided with a plurality of second limiting structures for limiting the circumferential movement of the spring.
In the embodiment, a washing machine is also provided, and the washing machine comprises the detergent additive box 1.
The control method of the washing machine includes the following steps:
(1) scanning the two-dimensional code 12 on the detergent additive box 1;
(2) acquiring the relevant information of the washing additives stored in the two-dimensional code 12;
(3) transmitting the relevant information stored in the two-dimensional code 12 to a control terminal of the washing machine;
(4) the control terminal of the washing machine adjusts the washing program of the washing machine through the related information stored in the two-dimensional code 12.
The information related to the washing additives stored in the two-dimensional code 12 includes physical characteristics, and/or washing effect, and/or manufacturer, and/or putting data.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, in this embodiment, a detergent additive box 1 includes a closed box body having a cavity therein, the box body is detachably disposed in an installation cavity 4 of a dispenser 5, a two-dimensional code 12 storing information related to detergent additives is disposed on a surface of the box body, and a mobile terminal is used to scan the two-dimensional code 12 to obtain information therein and control the feeding of the detergent additives according to the information.
Compared with the first embodiment, the difference is that the two-dimensional code 12 is printed on the surface of the box body, and an anti-abrasion structure is further arranged on the surface of the box body, preferably, the anti-abrasion structure is an anti-abrasion film.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, in this embodiment, a detergent additive box 1 includes a closed box body having a cavity therein, the box body is detachably disposed in an installation cavity 4 of a dispenser 5, a two-dimensional code 12 storing information related to detergent additives is disposed on a surface of the box body, and a mobile terminal is used to scan the two-dimensional code 12 to obtain information therein and control the feeding of the detergent additives according to the information.
Compared with the first embodiment, the difference is that the box body further comprises an electronic display structure for displaying the two-dimensional code 12, and the electronic display structure is detachably arranged on the box body.
The content stored in the two-dimensional code 12 displayed by the electronic display structure can be updated in real time according to the specific condition of the washing additive in the box body, the box body also comprises sensors for measuring various data, the sensors are electrically connected with the electronic display structure, the content stored in the two-dimensional code 12 displayed by the electronic display structure can be updated in real time according to the detailed condition of the washing additive in the box body, or the two-dimensional code 12 displayed by the electronic display structure can be updated in real time according to the detailed condition of the washing additive in the box body. The electronic display structure is arranged to be wear resistant.
Example four
As shown in fig. 12-13, in this embodiment, a detergent additive box 1 includes a closed box body having a cavity therein, the box body is detachably disposed in an installation cavity 4 of a dispenser 5, a two-dimensional code 12 storing information related to detergent additives is disposed on a surface of the box body, and a mobile terminal is used to scan the two-dimensional code 12 to obtain information therein and control the feeding of the detergent additives according to the information.
The washing additive box 1 is also provided with a one-way ventilating structure 3 on the box body.
The one-way ventilating structure 3 is installed on the box body of the detergent additive box 1 and comprises a ventilating element 31 and a switch element 32, a ventilating hole 311 is formed in the ventilating element 31, the switch element 32 comprises a switch part 321, the switch part 321 is opened or closed through air pressure change at the inner side and the outer side of the box body of the detergent additive box 1, and the ventilating hole 311 conducts air in a one-way mode or is closed.
The ventilating element 31 is provided with two air holes 311, the air holes 311 penetrate through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the ventilating element 31, and air outlets of the air holes are uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the lower end surface.
The ventilating element 31 is formed by two coaxial cylindrical structures with different diameters, and the diameter of the upper end surface is slightly larger than that of the lower end surface.
The ventilation member 31 is also coaxially provided with a connection hole for connecting the switching member 32 and an annular groove for sealing the auxiliary switching member 32.
The connecting hole runs through ventilative component 31, and with ventilative component 31 is coaxial, the connecting hole includes two holes coaxial and the diameter is different, and the junction in two holes forms the joint the screens boss of switching element 32. The air holes 311 are uniformly and circumferentially arranged around the axis of the connecting hole.

The switch part 321 is closed, the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove, and the air hole 311 is sealed; the switch portion 321 is opened, the switch portion 321 deforms, the tail end of the switch portion 321 leaves the annular groove, and the air holes 311 are communicated in a single direction.
Connecting portion are provided with annular boss and changeover portion, and this annular boss cooperates with the screens boss on the connecting hole with connecting portion joint in the connecting hole, the changeover portion sets up between annular boss and switch portion 321, and this changeover portion inside is equipped with the cavity hole of auxiliary switch portion 321 deformation.
Preferably, the section of the annular boss is semicircular; the inside hollow bore that is equipped with of changeover portion extends and runs through switch portion 321, further reduces switch portion 321 and takes place the required power of deformation.
The detergent additive cartridge 1 described in this embodiment has two states: the washing additive is extracted from the liquid outlet 11, the air pressure in the washing additive box 1 is reduced, the air pressure in the washing additive box 1 is smaller than the external air pressure, the switch part 321 is deformed, the tail end of the switch part leaves the annular groove, and the air vents 311 admit air; the second state is to stop the extraction, the liquid outlet 11 is sealed, the air pressure in the detergent additive box 1 is equal to the external air pressure, the switch part 321 is restored, and the tail end of the switch part extends into the annular groove to seal the detergent additive box 1.
EXAMPLE five
In this embodiment, a detergent additive box 1 includes a closed box body with a cavity inside, the box body is detachably disposed in an installation cavity 4 of a distributor 5, a two-dimensional code 12 storing relevant information of detergent additives is disposed on the surface of the box body, and a mobile terminal is used to scan the two-dimensional code 12 to obtain information therein and control the feeding of the detergent additives according to the information.
The two-dimensional code 12 can be arranged on the surface of the box body in a sticking way, the two-dimensional code 12 is correspondingly replaced when the washing additive in the box body is replaced, and preferably, the two-dimensional code 12 is arranged in an anti-abrasion way; or, the two-dimensional code 12 is printed on the surface of the box body, and an anti-abrasion structure is further arranged on the surface of the box body, preferably, the anti-abrasion structure is an anti-abrasion film; or, the box body still includes the electronic display structure who shows two-dimensional code 12, electronic display structure detachable sets up on the box body.
The mounting cavity 4 is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the movement of the detergent additive box 1 when the detergent additive box 1 is arranged on the mounting cavity 4. The limiting structure comprises an elastic part arranged on one side of the installation cavity 4, and is used for being elastically deformed between the side walls of the detergent additive box 1 and the installation cavity 4 when the detergent additive box 1 is arranged on the installation cavity 4. A hand buckling position is arranged on the side wall of the installation cavity 4, which is positioned on the opposite side of the elastic piece; preferably, the fastening position is a concave part extending outwards from the side wall of the mounting cavity 4.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 14, the control method of the washing machine, includes the steps of,
(1) judging whether the mobile terminal is provided with an application program of the target washing machine or not;
(2) the mobile terminal installs an application program of a target washing machine, opens the application program to scan the two-dimensional code 12 on the detergent additive box 1, acquires the relevant information of the detergent additives stored in the two-dimensional code 12, transmits the relevant information to a control terminal of the washing machine, and controls the adding amount of the detergent additives according to the scanned information;
(3) the mobile terminal does not install the application program of the target washing machine, scans the two-dimensional code 12 of the application program of the washing machine, downloads the application program of the washing machine according to the prompt, opens the application program to scan the two-dimensional code 12 on the detergent additive box 1, obtains the relevant information of the detergent additives stored in the two-dimensional code 12, transmits the relevant information to the control terminal of the washing machine, and controls the adding amount of the detergent additives according to the scanned information.

Claims (8)

the box body is also provided with a one-way ventilation structure, the one-way ventilation structure comprises a ventilation element and a switch element, the ventilation element is provided with ventilation holes, the ventilation holes penetrate through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the ventilation element, and the ventilation element is coaxially provided with a connecting hole for connecting the switch element and an annular groove for sealing the auxiliary switch element;

(4) and the control terminal of the washing machine adjusts the washing program of the washing machine according to the related information stored in the two-dimensional code.
8. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the related information of the washing additive stored in the two-dimensional code comprises physical characteristics, and/or washing effect, and/or manufacturer, and/or putting data.
