Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an OLED light sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional structural diagram of the OLED light sheet shown in fig. 1 along AA', and referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the OLED light sheet includes: a substrate 11, the substrate 11 comprising a first surface 111, the substrate 11 being provided with a chamfer bevel 110 at least part of the edge of the first surface 111, the substrate 11 comprising a light emitting area 100 and a rim area 200 surrounding the light emitting area 100, the chamfer bevel 110 being located within the rim area 200; at least one organic light emitting structure 12 is disposed on the first surface 111 of the substrate 11, and a vertical projection of the at least one organic light emitting structure 12 on the substrate 11 is located in the light emitting region 100; the first surface 111 of the substrate 11 is further provided with a plurality of wires 13, and at least some of the wires 13 are disposed on the chamfer surface 110 and extend in a direction parallel to the boundary between the light-emitting area 100 and the frame area 200.
The substrate 11 may be a rigid substrate, such as a metal plate or a glass plate, or a flexible substrate, such as a substrate made of an organic material such as polyimide or polyethylene. The edge of the first surface 111 is provided with a chamfer bevel 110, at least part of the traces 13 located in the border region 200 may be disposed on the chamfer bevel 110, and in case that the plurality of traces 13 in the border region 200 are disposed with a constant width, the traces 13 are disposed on the chamfer bevel 110, the width of the border region 200 may be reduced by using the principle that the triangular right angle side is smaller than the hypotenuse.
According to the OLED lamp sheet and the lamp, the chamfer inclined plane is arranged at least on part of the edge of the first surface of the substrate, the chamfer inclined plane is arranged in the frame area of the substrate, at least part of the routing is arranged on the chamfer inclined plane and extends along the direction parallel to the dividing line of the luminous area and the frame area, and the routing is arranged by the width of the chamfer inclined plane, so that the width of the frame area provided with the routing is reduced, the occupation ratio of the luminous area of the OLED lamp sheet is increased, and the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the OLED lamp sheet is improved.
It should be noted that, as shown in the figure, the four edges of the substrate 11 are all provided with the chamfer inclined surfaces 110, and the edges of the substrate 11 may not be provided with the chamfer inclined surfaces 110, but only a part of the edges of the substrate 11 is provided with the chamfer inclined surfaces 110, which can be set by those skilled in the art according to the requirements. The wiring 13 may be provided entirely on the chamfer surface 11, or may be provided only partially on the chamfer surface 11, and is not limited thereto. In fig. 1, the OLED light sheet is exemplarily provided with three organic light emitting structures 12, but the number of the organic light emitting structures 12 in the OLED light sheet is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and in an actual application scenario, different areas of the OLED light sheet may need to be separately controlled to emit light, so that the different areas may be provided with the organic light emitting structures 12 with corresponding sizes, and separate control is realized through connection wires, and of course, only one organic light emitting structure with a larger area may be provided for the OLED light sheet that only needs to be turned on or off to cover the light emitting area.
Alternatively, with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the light-emitting surface of the organic light-emitting structure 12 is opposite to the substrate 11; the substrate 11 is a transparent substrate.
Specifically, for the organic light emitting structure 12 generally includes an anode, an organic light emitting layer, a cathode, and the like, in order to determine the light emitting direction of the organic light emitting structure 12, the anode or the cathode may be generally provided as a reflective electrode or a reflective layer may be provided on a side of the anode or the cathode facing away from the organic light emitting layer, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the organic light emitting structure 12 may provide an electrode facing away from the substrate 11 as a reflective electrode or a reflective layer on a side facing away from the substrate, and at this time, the substrate 11 needs to be correspondingly provided as a transparent substrate to ensure the light emitting transmittance.
Fig. 3 is a top view of another OLED light sheet provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2 and 3, alternatively, the shape of the substrate 11 may be a polygon such as a rectangle as shown in fig. 2, a circle as shown in fig. 3, or may be an ellipse, a polygon, a special shape, or the like.
The shape of the substrate 11 determines the shape of the OLED light sheet, and in different applications, the shape of the OLED light sheet has different requirements, so that the OLED light sheet may be designed into a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, or even a special shape, in order to meet the requirements of aesthetic, practical, artistic design, etc. of different applications, for example, in a tail lamp of a vehicle, the OLED light sheet generally needs to be designed into a special structure.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another OLED light sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 4, the substrate 11 further includes a bonding area 210; the binding area 210 is located on the chamfer bevel 110; at least one connection terminal 211 is disposed in the binding area 210; two ends of the wiring 13 are respectively and electrically connected with the connection terminal 211 and the organic light emitting structure 12; taking the path L of the wire 13 extending from the organic light-emitting structure 12 to the connection terminal 211 as the length of the wire 13 and taking the width d perpendicular to the extending direction of the wire 13 as the width of the wire 13; among the plurality of traces 13, the longer the length is, the larger the width of the trace 13 is.
The traces 13 may be formed of a metal oxide such as ITO to form a transparent conductive film, and then patterned by photolithography to form a plurality of separately insulated traces 13, or the ITO transparent conductive film may be patterned in a light emitting region during patterning to serve as a transparent electrode of the organic light emitting structure 12. In addition, the trace 13 may be made of a metal material, such as conductive silver paste and a patterned metal film. For wires formed by materials such as an ITO transparent conductive film, the wires have certain impedance, the impedance is related to the length and the width of the wires 13, specifically, when the length of the wires 13 is longer, the impedance is larger, and when the width of the wires 13 is smaller, the impedance is smaller, so that in order to avoid different impedances of the wires 13 with different lengths, the wires 13 with longer lengths are simultaneously arranged to be wider, so that the same voltage drop of the wires 13 in the frame area 200 can be ensured, the driving voltage of the wires 12 is more consistent, and the brightness difference of each organic light emitting structure 12 is further reduced.
Fig. 5 is a partial enlarged view of still another OLED light sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 5, optionally, a corner at a boundary between the chamfer 110 and the first surface 111 of the substrate 11 is transited by a smooth curved surface 112.
As shown in the figure, when the trace 13 extends from the light emitting region 100 to the binding region 210 of the frame region 200, it is necessary to pass through the boundary between the first surface 111 and the chamfer inclined surface 110, and by setting the boundary to be transited by a smooth curved surface, it is possible to avoid the situation that when the trace 13 is manufactured, a broken line is likely to occur at the boundary formed by the boundary between the first surface 111 and the chamfer inclined surface 110.
Fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of yet another OLED light sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, optionally, a reflective coating 14 may be further disposed on the chamfer 110. The reflective coating 14 can reflect the light emitted from the light emitting region 100 obliquely, so that the area where the chamfer inclined surface 110 is located can emit light to a certain extent, and thus the area of the non-light emitting frame region can be reduced, and the light emitting area can be increased. The reflective coating 14 may be disposed on an upper layer or a lower layer of the trace disposed on the chamfer 110, which is not limited by the present invention.
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of yet another OLED light sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 7, optionally, the OLED light sheet further includes a package cover 15, and the sealing area of the package cover 15 is provided with a chamfer 150 corresponding to and complementary to the chamfer 110; the packaging cover plate 15 is integrally bonded with the substrate 11 through frame sealing glue, the packaging cover plate 15 is located on one side of the first surface 111 of the substrate 11, a hollow cavity is defined by the packaging cover plate 15 and the substrate 11, and the organic light-emitting structure 12 is located in the hollow cavity.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the OLED light sheet may also emit light from one side of the package cover, specifically, the light emitting surface of the organic light emitting structure 12 may be disposed opposite to the package cover 15; the encapsulation cover 15 is a transparent cover. At this time, the substrate 11 may be an opaque substrate, or a reflective layer needs to be disposed between the substrate 11 and the organic light emitting structure 12 to ensure that light is emitted from the package cover 15, so as to increase light emitting efficiency.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an OLED lamp, which comprises any one of the OLED lamp sheets provided in the embodiment. Moreover, as the OLED lamp adopts the OLED lamp sheet, the OLED lamp has the beneficial effects of the OLED lamp sheet provided by the embodiment. It should be noted that the OLED provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include other circuits and devices for supporting the OLED light fixture to work normally. The OLED lamp can be used as a tail lamp and an indicator lamp of a vehicle, and can also be a decorative lamp and the like.
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, while the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, the invention is not limited to the embodiments, but may be embodied in many other equivalent forms without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention, which is set forth in the following claims.
