Background
Fixed assets belong to labor data used to change or influence labor objects in the production process of products, and are physical forms of fixed capital. The fixed assets can play a role for a long time in the production process, the original physical form is kept for a long time, but the value of the fixed assets is gradually transferred to the product cost along with the production and operation activities of enterprises, and the fixed assets form a component of the product value. According to the important principle, an enterprise divides labor data into fixed assets and low-value consumable articles according to the service life and the original value. The labor data with higher original value and longer service life are checked according to fixed assets; and for the labor data with smaller original value and shorter service life, the accounting is carried out according to the low-value consumable items.
From an accounting perspective, fixed assets are generally classified as fixed assets for production, fixed assets for non-production, fixed assets leased, fixed assets unused, fixed assets not needed, fixed assets leased by financing, fixed assets donated by acceptance, and the like.
The value of the fixed asset is gradually transferred to a new product according to the abrasion degree of the fixed asset, and the abrasion of the fixed asset is divided into two conditions of tangible abrasion and intangible abrasion; a compensation mode of the part of value of the fixed assets transferred to the product due to loss in the using process is called depreciation, and the computing method of the depreciation mainly comprises an average age limit method, a workload method, an age limit total sum method and the like; the fixed assets are replaced in a material form, and compensation is carried out in a value form, namely updating; in addition, there are maintenance and repair of fixed assets, and the like.
The inventor finds that, in the related art, when fixed assets are managed, various basic information of the fixed assets are often manually input, and then the inventory operation can be executed, so that the labor cost is high and the working efficiency is low.

As shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S101 to S103 as follows:
step S101, receiving image information of fixed assets sent by a user, and carrying out image identification processing;
preferably, the image recognition process includes, but is not limited to: the identification tag image and the identification appearance image, and in other embodiments of the present application, the image recognition process may be other image recognition techniques.
Preferably, the user enters information through an asset management page of the fixed asset, specifically, the content of the asset management page includes but is not limited to: asset users (the name of the corresponding logged-in user in the enterprise organization architecture), inventory asset number (the assets that the user has taken in the enterprise + the total assets that the user has added), asset list presentation fields (photos, asset code, asset name, status; asset class, device serial number, brand, company used, department used, location).
Preferably, before executing the preset fixed asset management operation, a login operation needs to be performed;
specifically, a user clicks a self-service checking button in a page or a self-service checking button of a bottom menu through a WeChat gateway service platform, and jumps to a login page (if the user logs in before, the user directly jumps to the self-service checking page, failure occurs in that a checking list is closed and the checking list is not closed, and after the user logs in for the first time, the binding relationship is not limited in time effectiveness, namely, the binding relationship is permanently effective if the user does not cancel attention); and (4) closing the inventory list, and performing failure treatment: and prompting that the staff self-service checking is not started (the staff self-service checking is temporarily stopped) on the self-group checking page, and removing the binding relation after the attention is cancelled.
Specifically, account information (namely a mobile phone number/mailbox) is input, graphical verification is carried out, then an identity verification code is input, and self-service checking is carried out after the identity verification code passes the verification.
Logging in if the following conditions are met, otherwise, reporting an error: the enterprise maintains the employee and the mobile phone number/mailbox, otherwise an error is reported (the current mobile phone number does not exist in the system, please contact the asset manager); the mobile phone number needs to be checked in a non-empty manner or in a format, for example, an account number or a mailbox is not input, a format error (including a length, a character and the like) and an error report [ please input a correct mobile phone number/mailbox ].
The graphic verification code needs to be subjected to non-empty verification and content verification, 1, the verification code is not input, and an error is reported (please input your verification code); 2. incorrect input content, error report [ figure verification code input error ].
The identity verification code needs to be subjected to non-empty verification and content verification, and 1, the verification code is not input, and an error is reported (please input the identity verification code); 2. the input content is incorrect, and the error is reported (short message/mailbox verification code input error) — the error report case is judged according to the previous input of the mobile phone or the mailbox.
And (5) if the input is correct, jumping to the third step: [ self-service inventory need to know ]: 1. you want to select "this asset, under my name" for the asset you are using; 2. you please choose "this asset, not in my name" for assets that are not used; 3. do not please [ add asset ] and supplement information in the list for the assets you use; 4. all assets are confirmed and then clicked on [ submitted to the administrator ]; thank you for your coordination, with any questions to contact the asset manager. Step S102, obtaining the asset information of the fixed asset according to the identification result of the image identification processing;
preferably, according to the received label image on the fixed asset, image recognition is performed, and the character information in the label is extracted to obtain the asset information of the fixed asset.
Preferably, image recognition is performed according to the received appearance image of the fixed asset, so as to obtain the category and the feature of the fixed asset, such as "laptop", "association", "T800 model", and the like.
And step S103, correspondingly storing the asset information and the fixed asset identifier so as to execute preset fixed asset checking operation.
Preferably, the asset information of the fixed asset obtained through image recognition and the fixed asset are associated and bound, and are stored in a system database.
Preferably, the fixed asset inventory operations include, but are not limited to: asset information modification, asset information statistics, and warehousing operations, in other embodiments of the present application, the fixed asset inventory operations may also include other operations and processes.
Specifically, the adding fixed asset is provided with an adding asset page (controlled by the information item when the inventory is newly added), including but not limited to: asset classification, equipment serial number, brand, model, remark: please upload picture entries (take a picture of device serial number, take a picture of asset as a whole): clicking for storage, if the verification is successful, popping up the toast (the file: the operation is successful, the stay time is 2 seconds, and the confirmation of a user is not needed), and jumping to the asset list page to be checked.
Specifically, asset modification pages are set for modifying asset information, and only unfinished inventory sheets can be modified, otherwise errors are reported (please select an inventory sheet with an "in inventory" status); the data range is only increased but not reduced; "open self-service inventory" can be modified; the configuration information items may be modified, and in particular, the modified content includes, but is not limited to: personnel name, number, mailbox, department, asset code, asset name, asset class, company used, location, usage status, amount, administrator (non-acquired asset, administrator before the asset; acquired asset, currently logged in user; modifiable), inventory remarks and extension information (displayed according to asset class).
Preferably, the system is provided with a super administrator who can see all inventory and asset information within the system.
In particular, the management operations that can be performed by the super pipe include, but are not limited to: checking personnel submission condition (turning to a personnel submission condition page), exporting data (exporting all information functions, or directly importing all information), checking a data list (check boxes, audit states, inventory notes, names, departments, companies, asset numbers, equipment serial numbers, inventory change conditions and the like), and performing advanced search (in screening, inventory states, audit states, inventory change conditions and administrator labels).
