Summary of The Invention
The inventor finds that in the existing technical scheme for reading the electronic books, a user can only read one book or a plurality of books independently, and can not directly communicate with other users aiming at the book content in the reading process; moreover, the application only aggregates the data in form of the notes and ideas made by different users aiming at the same electronic book, and if the users want to view the notes and ideas of other users, the users must first exit the current reading mode and then enter the viewing mode, so that the normal text reading of the users is interrupted.
The invention provides an electronic book co-reading method and device, a storage medium and a computing device aiming at the technical problem, a user can create a co-reading space aiming at a certain electronic book or a plurality of electronic books, the user entering the co-reading space can annotate the content in the electronic book and can reply the annotates of other users so as to realize the discussion of the content of the electronic book among the users, and all the annotates are displayed at the corresponding positions of the electronic books, so that the user does not need to exit from the current reading mode when viewing the annotates, and normal text reading is not influenced.
Having described the basic principles of the present invention, various non-limiting embodiments of the invention are described in detail below.
Application scene overview
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 (a) schematically shows an interface (hereinafter referred to as "initiation interface") where a first user initiates a read-together for this electronic book, which is "human brief history". In the initiation interface, the first user may set a reading duration, for example, may select 7 days, 15 days, or 21 days; the number of people with parameters and readouts can also be set, for example 10; and then choose whether the user joining the co-read needs to be audited. After the options are set, a common reading space can be created through a button for initiating the common reading at the time under the initiation interface.
When the creation of the common reading space is completed, the user can switch to a reading interface, for example, a display interface corresponding to a certain page of the electronic book, such as a display interface corresponding to a first page, a catalog page, or a page when the user exits last time. Fig. 1 (b) shows an example of a reading interface, in which a user reads, for example, a page of the above electronic book "human brief history", and two annotations, one being a chapter annotation and the other being a selected annotation (i.e., a demarcating annotation), are displayed in the reading interface corresponding to the page. How the section comments and the selected comments are made is described below by way of example.
In one example, a display annotation composition button may be provided at a predetermined location on the reading interface. When it is detected that the user performs a first preset operation (such as clicking, double clicking, long pressing, etc.) on the annotation composition button, an annotation composition mode is triggered, in which the user can select to compose a chapter annotation or select an annotation, and after receiving a selection made by the user, the text box is opened and displayed in a manner such as a pop-up text box (which may be displayed, for example, on the top layer of the preset area of the current interface), and the user can input text and other contents as contents of the corresponding annotation in the text box. In the endorsement writing mode, the text box may be displayed at the lowest part of the current interface (as shown in fig. 1 (d)), or may be displayed at another position, such as the right side of the current interface.
In addition, when the instruction of ending writing the endorsement is detected, the current endorsement writing mode can be ended, the text box is retracted, and the reading mode is switched. When in the endorsement writing mode, for example, the end writing endorsement command may be generated when the user clicks a button such as save, issue endorsement, exit endorsement writing, etc., so as to switch back to the reading mode.
In this example, if the user selects to write the chapter annotation, the text box may be directly opened, and after the user finishes writing the annotation, the written chapter annotation is associated with the corresponding chapter and displayed below the first paragraph of the current page; alternatively, the section annotation written by the user may be displayed below the title of the section corresponding to the annotation, for example, the section to which the current page belongs.
If the user selects to compose the selected annotation, for example, whether the selected content (i.e., the scribing content described below) exists in the current page is determined, if so, the text box is opened, otherwise, the user is prompted to perform text selection (for example, the text selection is performed by detecting the swipe operation of the user's finger or the like on the screen, i.e., the text portion corresponding to the swipe operation is taken as the selected content), and after the user has completed the selection (for example, when the end of the sliding operation of the user's finger or the like is detected, the user's finger or the like is lifted), the text box is opened again. When the user finishes writing the endorsement, the written selected endorsement is related to the corresponding selected content and is displayed below the last line of text of the selected content.
In another example, the endorsement writing button may be set only to a function for opening a text box, that is, if the user wants to write a selected endorsement, the user needs to select a part of the content of the current page first, and then perform a first preset operation on the endorsement writing button; when the user wants to write the chapter annotation, the first preset operation is directly performed on the annotation writing button. In other words, if the user does not select the content and directly performs the first preset operation on the endorsement writing button, the endorsement of the chapter will be written by default.
As shown in fig. 1 (b), the user makes a section annotation for a section after the section in the seventh chapter, the section annotation is displayed below the corresponding section, and the section annotation does not need to select text content corresponding to the annotation. Another user selects a sentence in the body on the same page or the like, and the annotation made by the user for the sentence is displayed below the sentence as shown by the shaded text portion in the figure (i.e. "yo | stem die and all the teachers and the brothers know |"). The "scribe lot" in the figure is the selected annotation.
As an example, for multiple annotations (which may include general annotations and/or reply-type annotations, etc.) displayed at the same location, if the number of the multiple annotations is greater than a preset number (such as 1 or 3, etc.), the annotations exceeding the preset number may be hidden. For example, assuming that the preset number is 3, when the number of endorsements at the same place is less than or equal to 3, the endorsements are all displayed; if the number of annotations at the same place is greater than 3, for example, 10, then the 7 annotations exceeding 3 are hidden, a button with the function of expanding the annotations, for example, a button with similar characters such as "expand middle x annotations" may be set, and when the user clicks the button, the hidden annotations are displayed again.
As shown in fig. 1 (c), the users "book worm snail", "Mian mountain", "Huai Bi don't give" etc. are all second users entering the common reading space, these users all make section annotations for the same paragraph, and these users make reply type annotations with each other, these annotations all appear under the paragraph, because the annotations are more, the middle part annotations adopt a hidden mode, and the users can check the hidden 12 reply type annotations by clicking "expand middle 12 replies".
As shown in fig. 1 (d), the user "worm and worm with book" makes comments on a certain portion of the first chapter, the user "mountain with cotton" replies to the comments of the user "worm and worm with book", and the user "wall with cotton" does not reply … … to the reply comments of the user "mountain with cotton". These annotations are presented below the corresponding textual content of the annotations.
In addition, the electronic book co-reading method can also be ranked according to online co-reading time in which the user participates, as shown in (e) in fig. 1.
Therefore, the electronic book co-reading method can create a co-reading space for a specific electronic book, and all users entering the co-reading space can annotate the content in the specific electronic book, can also check the endorsements of other users in real time, and can also reply the endorsements of other users, so that discussion among users is realized. In addition, all the endorsements are presented on the page where the text content corresponding to the endorsements is located, so that the user can not influence normal text reading when viewing the endorsements, and the user experience is better. In addition, the electronic book co-reading method can be ranked according to the online co-reading time or the annotation quantity participated by the user so as to excite the user to deeply participate in the co-reading.
However, those skilled in the art will fully appreciate that the applicable scenarios of embodiments of the present invention are not limited in any way by this framework.

An electronic book co-reading method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2 in conjunction with the application scenario of fig. 1. It should be noted that the above application scenario is only shown for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principle of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in any way. Rather, embodiments of the invention may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates an exemplary process flow 200 of an electronic book co-reading method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, after the process flow 200 starts, step S210 is first performed.
S210, responding to a creation request of a first user, and creating a read-together space which corresponds to the first user and is associated with a preset electronic book aimed at by the creation request.
By way of example, the creation request in the embodiment of the present invention contains at least the following: e-books to be read.
As an example, the creation request in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following: reading time, upper limit of the number of people involved in the co-reading, whether a second user involved in the co-reading needs to be checked, and the like.
As an example, the common reading space in the embodiment of the present invention is a virtual network space, which is created by a user, and a plurality of users in the common reading space can read a preset electronic book together, and discuss and communicate with the preset electronic book content by creating endorsement/reply endorsement.
The server records the data related to the common reading through two data tables, namely a common reading table and a common reading recording table, and the client performs corresponding display and other treatments according to the contents of the data tables returned by the server. The data table structure is illustrated as follows:
table 1 read together:
table 2 read together record table:
the user can initiate the common reading on the detail page of a certain book in the client, the upper limit of the number of people, the common reading duration time and whether the common reading is required to be checked and added are set when the common reading is established, a common reading space can be established after the common reading is confirmed, a common reading invitation card is generated, the common reading invitation card can contain a two-dimensional code, and other users can enter the common reading space through code scanning; in the process of creating the co-reading space, the client side submits field information required in the 'co-reading table' to the server side: "Primary key ID", "sponsor (i.e., first user) ID", "book ID", which are field information that correlates the first user, book, and co-read space; "start time", "end time" controls the duration of the read-together space; the auditing state controls the functional flow related to the auditing function of the client.
After each user joins a common reading space, the client side submits information such as start time and exit time of participation in common reading to the common reading record table of the server side, and the information is used for controlling the access authority of a certain user to a certain common reading space by the client side.
As an example, the predetermined electronic book in the embodiment of the present invention may be one electronic book or multiple electronic books.
S220, for each of all member users of the common reading space, endorsements made by the member user on the predetermined electronic book during the lifetime of the common reading space are associated to the common reading space, wherein the member users of the common reading space comprise the first user and one or more second users joining the common reading space.
By way of example, the endorsement in embodiments of the invention may be one or more of the following: annotating the text type; annotation of voice types; annotating the picture type; annotating a file type in a predetermined format.
For example, the annotations in (b), (c), and (d) in fig. 1 are all text type annotations.
As an example, at least some of the annotations in embodiments of the present invention may be all annotations that are spatially correlated together.
As an example, at least part of the endorsements in the embodiments of the present invention may be all endorsements of part of the member users of the readback space.
As an example, at least part of the annotations associated with the read-together space in the embodiment of the present invention do not include annotations that do not meet a predetermined condition.
As an example, the endorsement that does not meet the predetermined condition in the embodiment of the present invention includes an endorsement that includes a preset non-civilized term.
As an example, the endorsement in the embodiment of the present invention includes a selected endorsement that is an endorsement made on a selected content within a chapter of the predetermined electronic book.
For example, the shaded text portions (i.e., "yo | gan and knowledge of the same by the respective teachers |") in fig. 1 (b) and (c) are each selected content, and the annotation below is the selected annotation corresponding to the selected content.
S230, for each member user of the common reading space, when the member user reads the preset electronic book during the lifetime of the common reading space, at least part of endorsements associated with the common reading space are presented at the corresponding place of the preset electronic book in the member user client.
As an example, multiple users in the same read-together space can annotate book content, reply and discuss the annotating content of others, and all the annotating adopts a direct presentation mode.
The content of the multi-person annotation is related to the common reading through the annotation table below.
TABLE 3 annotation list
After the user completes editing the annotation content, the client side can upload field information in the report 3 to the server side.
The selected annotation is rendered and presented by: in the shared reading space, the client requests the selected annotation information of the owner from the server through all the user IDs which are referred to and shared, accurately positions the positions of the annotation contents to be rendered in the text according to the returned book IDs, associated chapter IDs and paragraph IDs, calculates the starting positions of the annotation marks according to the word number offset in the chapter, and finally matches each word to be highlighted according to the scribing contents; the annotation content with the same offset can be ordered according to the sequence of the creation time;
the section annotation has no selected content portion relative to the score annotation and is therefore only targeted to a specific paragraph and is not highlighted.
Besides the direct display of the annotation content in the text, the user can also enter an annotation aggregation page to quickly browse the annotations of all users. Compared with the traditional reading application, the page not only opens up the endorsement content of all chapters, but also enables the user to edit the endorsement content of any chapter like using a notepad.
As an example, during the duration of the co-reading space, the user may edit the annotation content made by himself (e.g., delete, add text, etc.), may delete one or more annotations of himself, etc. In addition, during the lifetime of the co-read space, the user may choose to present the endorsements of all member users, or may choose to only display the endorsements of a given user (e.g., the user himself).
As an example, during the co-read space lifetime, all member users or designated users (e.g., the users themselves) may be presented in a centralized manner with respect to all annotations made by the predetermined electronic book in accordance with the user's centralized presentation request. For example, when a centralized display instruction of a user is received, the method can switch to an annotation display interface, and a plurality of check boxes can be arranged on the interface, wherein each check box can correspond to one member user, and the user can intensively display corresponding annotations in the check boxes by selecting one or more member users.
As an example, when the co-read space duration expires, the data corresponding to the co-read space (e.g., related data of one or more tables in tables 1-3 described by way of example above and/or table 4 to be described below, etc.) may be saved at, for example, the server side.
As an example, the presenting the at least partial annotation of the co-reading spatial association in the corresponding position of the predetermined electronic book in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
and for each selected annotation in the at least partial annotations, displaying the selected annotation below the last line of characters where the corresponding selected content is located.
For example, the shaded text portions (i.e., "yo | gan and knowledge of the same by the respective teachers |") in fig. 1 (b) and (c) are each the selected content, and the annotation corresponding thereto is located below the last line of the selected content.
As an example, the endorsement in the embodiment of the present invention includes a section endorsement, which is an endorsement made on the whole of the section of the predetermined electronic book.
For example, the annotation below the first text segment in the text segment in fig. 1 (b) is a chapter annotation, and the chapter annotation is located below the last line of the corresponding chapter, so that the content in the text segment does not need to be selected.
As an example, the presenting the at least partial annotation of the co-reading spatial association in the corresponding position of the predetermined electronic book in the embodiment of the present invention includes: for each section annotation in the at least partial annotation, the section annotation may also be displayed below its corresponding section title or below the first paragraph of the current page.
As an example, the endorsement in the embodiment of the present invention includes a page endorsement, which is an endorsement made on a page of the predetermined electronic book.
As an example, the presenting the at least partial annotation of the co-reading spatial association in the corresponding position of the predetermined electronic book in the embodiment of the present invention includes: and displaying each page annotation in the at least partial annotations in a first preset area of the corresponding page.
As an example, the first predetermined area in the embodiment of the present invention may be an upper page side, a lower page side, a left page side, or a right page side.
As an example, the presenting the at least partial annotation of the co-reading spatial association in the corresponding position of the predetermined electronic book in the embodiment of the present invention includes: and under the condition that the user requests centralized display, displaying part or all of the at least partial endorsements in a second preset area of the corresponding page.
As an example, the second predetermined area in the embodiment of the present invention may be an upper page side, a lower page side, a left page side, or a right page side.
As an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the annotations to be presented at the same place in the predetermined electronic book include a plurality of pieces, the plurality of pieces of annotations are arranged in a positive order or a reverse order of the creation time of the annotations.
As an example, the same place in the predetermined electronic book in the embodiment of the present invention includes any one of the following:
the text of the same line in the preset electronic book is below;
under the same chapter title in the predetermined electronic book;
the same first preset area or the same second preset area in the same page in the preset electronic book.
For example, "just falling sound, a small tai prison in a snowy day, in the courtyard, draws Feng Bao from the moon door of the courtyard," the multiple headnotes above are all headnotes to be presented at the same place.
As an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the comments to be presented at the same place in the predetermined electronic book include reply-type comments made by one or more member users for comments of other member users, the reply-type comments are displayed below the original comments replied to by the reply-type comments.
As an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the comments to be presented at the same place in the predetermined electronic book include reply-type comments made by one or more member users for comments of other member users, the reply-type comments are displayed below the original comments replied to by the reply-type comments. For example, in fig. 1 (d), the user "worm and worm" makes an annotation, the user "mountain" makes a reply-type annotation to the annotation of the user "worm and worm", which is located below the annotation made by the user "worm and worm" that he replied to; similarly, the reply-type annotation made by the user's "not" to the user's downhill annotation is located below the user's "not" annotation that it replies to.
As an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the annotations to be presented at the same place in the predetermined electronic book include a plurality of reply-type annotations, the plurality of reply-type annotations are arranged in a positive order or a reverse order of the creation time of the annotations.
According to the embodiment of the invention, each member user of the co-reading space can read online in real time during the duration of the co-reading space, and can also read online in part of the time period during the duration of the co-reading space, and the online time of different member users is not necessarily the same.
Or, the member users of the shared reading space can read online or offline during the duration of the shared reading space, and can make comments on the preset electronic book during online or offline reading.
As an example, during the lifetime of the co-read space, for each of all member users of the co-read space, if the member user makes an annotation to a predetermined electronic book during offline reading, the annotation cannot be immediately associated to the corresponding co-read space (i.e., the annotation cannot be uploaded to the server); that is, when the member user makes an annotation, and associates the annotation to the co-read space, the member user's current networking state is offline. In this case, for example, the endorsement made by the member user on the predetermined electronic book may be saved (may be temporarily stored or permanently stored) at the client of the member user, and the endorsement is associated to the corresponding read-together space when the member user is online next time, that is, the endorsement is uploaded to the server and associated to the corresponding read-together space when the member user is online next time.
In accordance with embodiments of the present invention, to enhance the user experience, the user may also create an online co-read instant request. For example, in the case where the first user's creation request is an online co-reading instant request, the duration of the created co-reading space may be a predetermined duration, or may be set by the first user, in which case all member users of the co-reading space need to read online in real time. The predetermined time period may be, for example, a relatively short time period such as 10 minutes, half hours, or 1 hour, or a relatively long time period such as 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or the like.
As an example, in case the first user's creation request is an online co-read instant request, the member users to be joined to the co-read space may be selected, for example, in a random matching manner.
In addition, in the case that the first user's creation request is an online read-together instant request, if at least one member user of the read-together space drops during the duration of the read-together space, for each of the at least one member user that drops, the member user may be caused to exit the read-together space, and/or the member user may be allowed to join the read-together space again when the member user is again online and the time of the member user being online again is within the storage period of the read-together space.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates another exemplary process flow 300 of an electronic book co-reading method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, steps S310, S320, and S330 in the process flow 300 are the same as steps S210, S220, and S230 in the process flow 200, respectively, and after the process flow 300 starts, steps S310, S320, and S330 are sequentially executed, and after the execution of S330 is completed, step S340 is executed.
S340, carrying out member invitation according to the identification information of the member users to be invited to join in the creation request.
As an example, the identification information in the embodiment of the present invention may be information such as a user name, a nickname, or a mailbox. For example, the identification information of the member user to be invited to join in the creation request is: the user name of the book worm and the snail, the user name of the cotton mountain and the user name of the jade are not given, the server side sends out invitations for joining the common reading to users named as 'book worm and snail', 'Mian mountain', 'wall is not' respectively.
Fig. 4 schematically illustrates yet another exemplary process flow 400 of an electronic book co-reading method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, steps S410, S420, S430 in the process flow 400 are the same as steps S210, S220, S230 in the process flow 200, respectively, and after the process flow 400 starts, steps S410, S420, S430 are sequentially executed, and after the execution of S430 is completed, step S440 is executed.
S440, when a new second user requests to join the common reading space, if the joining type of the common reading space is that verification is needed, the second user is subjected to identity verification, and after the second user passes the identity verification, the second user is allowed to join.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates yet another exemplary process flow 500 of an electronic book co-reading method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, steps S510, S520, S530 in the process flow 500 are the same as steps S210, S220, S230 in the process flow 200, respectively. After the process flow 500 starts, steps S510, S520, and S530 are sequentially executed, and after the execution of S530 is completed, step S540 is executed; step S540 may also be performed after step S340 or step S440.
S540, counting headnotes made by each member user in the read-together space, and ranking the users according to the counting result.
Fig. 6 schematically illustrates yet another exemplary process flow 600 of an electronic book co-reading method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, steps S610, S620, and S630 in the process flow 600 are the same as steps S210, S220, and S230 in the process flow 200, respectively, and after the execution of step S630 is completed, step S640 may be directly executed, or step S340 or step S440 may be executed, and step S340 or step S440 is executed, and then step S640 is executed.
S640, counting the endorsement made by each member user in the co-reading space and the time of online parameter co-reading, and ranking the users according to the counting result.
As an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the data information generated by the user during the co-reading process is recorded in the "co-reading data table", which mainly includes "reading duration", "reading word number", "annotation reply number", and "annotation replied number", as shown in table 4. The client reports the reading time length and the reading word number once in a form of a reading log at regular intervals (for example, 5 minutes), the server analyzes the data through the log and calculates the data, the settlement result is written into a common reading data table, and the comment quantity, the comment reply quantity and the comment replied quantity are written into the common reading data table after the server counts related service data. These data are used to calculate the user's reading rank within a certain common reading space.
For example, the reading ranking may be performed on each member user according to any element of the reading time length, the number of reading words, the number of endorsements, the number of endorsement replies or the number of endorsements replied to. For example, when ranking according to the reading time length, the member users can be ranked from long to short according to the reading time length; when ranking according to the number of reading words, at least ordering each member user according to the number of reading words; when ranking according to the number of endorsements, at least ordering each member user according to the number of endorsements; when ranking according to the number of endorsement replies, ordering each member user according to the number of endorsement replies; when ranking according to the number of endorsements replied, the member users may be ranked at least from more according to the number of endorsements replied. The elements refer to reading time length, reading word number, annotation reply number and the like.
For another example, the comprehensive score of each member user may be calculated according to one or more elements of the reading duration, the number of reading words, the number of endorsements replied and the number of endorsed replied of each member user, where the sub-score of each member user for each element, such as the reading duration sub-score, the number of reading words sub-score, the endorsement number sub-score, the endorsement replying number sub-score and the endorsed replied number sub-score of each member user, are calculated separately, and then weighted calculation (such as calculating the weighted sum of the sub-scores of each member user) is performed according to the preset weights of the sub-scores to obtain the comprehensive score of each member user, and the member users are ranked according to the comprehensive score from high to low. Wherein, for example, the longer the reading time length is, the higher the reading time length sub-score is; for example, the more words are read, the higher the number of words are read sub-score; for example, the more the number of annotations, the higher the number of annotations sub-scores; for example, the more the number of annotation replies, the higher the number of annotation replies sub-scores; for example, the more annotations are replied to, the higher the number of sub-scores the annotations are replied to.
As an example, all member users of the common-reading space may be displayed sequentially according to the ranks, or only the top N ranks may be displayed, where N is a preset positive integer, for example, 3, 5, or 10.
As an example, in the displayed ranking interface, in addition to displaying the user name corresponding to each ranking, other information of the corresponding user may be displayed, such as one or more of a reading duration, a reading speed, a number of reading words, a number of endorsements replied, and a number of endorsed endorsements replied.
TABLE 4 Co-reading data statistics
Fig. 7 schematically illustrates yet another exemplary process flow 700 of an electronic book co-reading method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, steps S710, S720, and S730 in the process flow 700 are the same as S210, S220, and S230 in the process flow 200, respectively. The process flow 700 corresponds to the step S750 added after the end of the step S540 in the process flow 500 or the step S640 in the process flow 600. Step S540 and step S640 can only be performed by selecting one of them.
And S750, sending the ranking result to part or all member users in the common reading space.
By way of example, in embodiments of the present invention, some or all of the member users in the co-reading space may view the ranking results, which may encourage the member users to increase the co-reading time and communicate with other users in discussion. As shown in fig. 1 (e), which is merely illustrative of the ranking according to the time of online participation and co-reading of the member users.
Exemplary apparatus
Having described the electronic book co-reading method of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, next, an electronic book co-reading apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 8.
Referring to fig. 8, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic book co-reading device according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown, where the device may be disposed in a terminal device, for example, the device may be disposed in a smart electronic device such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a smart mobile phone, and a tablet computer; of course, the device according to the embodiment of the present invention may be provided in a server. The apparatus 800 of an embodiment of the present invention may include the following constituent elements: a co-read space creation unit 810, an annotation association unit 820, and an annotation presentation unit 830.
The co-read space creating unit 810 is adapted to create, in response to a creation request of a first user, a co-read space corresponding to the first user and associated with a predetermined electronic book for which the creation request is directed.
The server records the data related to the common reading through two data tables of the common reading and the common reading record, and the client performs corresponding display and other treatments according to the contents of the data tables returned by the server. The data table structure is schematically shown in tables 1 and 2.
The annotation association unit 820 is adapted to associate, for each of all member users of the co-read space, annotations made by the member user to the predetermined electronic book during the lifetime of the co-read space to the co-read space, wherein the member users of the co-read space comprise the first user and one or more second users joining the co-read space.
The annotation presentation unit 830 is adapted to present, for each of all member users of the common read space, at least part of the annotation associated with the common read space in the member user client at a corresponding place of the predetermined electronic book when the member user reads the predetermined electronic book during the lifetime of the common read space.
As an example, multiple users in the same read-together space can annotate book content, reply and discuss the annotating content of others, and all the annotating adopts a direct presentation mode.
The content of the multi-person annotation is associated with the read together through the annotation table.
After the user completes editing the annotation content, the client side can upload field information in the report 3 to the server side.
The selected annotation is rendered and presented by: in the shared reading space, the client requests the selected annotation information of the owner from the server through all the user IDs which are referred to and shared, accurately positions the positions of the annotation contents to be rendered in the text according to the returned book IDs, associated chapter IDs and paragraph IDs, calculates the starting positions of the annotation marks according to the word number offset in the chapter, and finally matches each word to be highlighted according to the scribing contents; the annotation content with the same offset can be ordered according to the sequence of the creation time;
the section annotation has no selected content portion relative to the score annotation and is therefore only targeted to a specific paragraph and is not highlighted.
As an example, during the co-reading space lifetime, the endorsement presentation unit 830 may present all the endorsements made by all the member users or the designated user (e.g., the user himself) to the predetermined electronic book in a concentrated manner according to the user's concentrated presentation request. For example, when the endorsement presenting unit 830 receives a centralized presentation instruction of the user, the current interface of the client may be switched to an endorsement presentation interface, and the endorsement presentation interface may be provided with a plurality of check boxes, where each check box may correspond to one member user, and the user may centrally present a corresponding endorsement by selecting one or more member users in the check boxes.
As an example, when the co-read space duration expires, the data corresponding to the co-read space (e.g., related data of one or more tables in tables 1-3 described by way of example above and/or table 4 to be described below, etc.) may be saved at, for example, the server side.
As an example, the annotation presentation unit in an embodiment of the invention is adapted to:
and for each selected annotation in the at least partial annotations, displaying the selected annotation below the last line of characters where the corresponding selected content is located.
As an example, the annotation presentation unit in an embodiment of the invention is adapted to: for each section annotation in the at least partial annotation, the section annotation may also be displayed below its corresponding section title or below the first paragraph of the current page.
As an example, the endorsement in the embodiment of the present invention includes a page endorsement, which is an endorsement made on a page of the predetermined electronic book.
As an example, the annotation presentation unit in an embodiment of the invention is adapted to: and displaying each page annotation in the at least partial annotations in a first preset area of the corresponding page.
As an example, the first predetermined area in the embodiment of the present invention may be an upper page side, a lower page side, a left page side, or a right page side.
As an example, the annotation presentation unit in an embodiment of the invention is adapted to: and under the condition that the user requests centralized display, displaying part or all of the at least partial endorsements in a second preset area of the corresponding page.
As an example, the second predetermined area in the embodiment of the present invention may be an upper page side, a lower page side, a left page side, or a right page side.
As an example, the annotation presentation unit in the embodiment of the present invention is adapted to arrange, when the annotations to be presented at the same place in the predetermined electronic book include a plurality of annotations, the plurality of annotations in a positive order or a reverse order of the annotation creation time.
As an example, the same place in the predetermined electronic book in the embodiment of the present invention includes any one of the following:
the text of the same line in the preset electronic book is below;
Under the same chapter title in the predetermined electronic book;
the same first preset area or the same second preset area in the same page in the preset electronic book.
For example, "just falling sound, a small tai prison in a snowy day, in the courtyard, draws Feng Bao from the moon door of the courtyard," the multiple headnotes above are all headnotes to be presented at the same place.
As an example, the annotation presentation unit in the embodiment of the present invention is adapted to display the reply-type annotation below the original annotation replied to by the reply-type annotation when the annotations to be presented at the same place in the predetermined electronic book include reply-type annotations made by one or more member users for the annotations of other member users.
In this case, for example, the endorsement made by the member user on the predetermined electronic book may be saved (for example, may be temporarily stored or permanently stored in a storage unit of the user device) at the client of the member user, and the endorsement is associated to the corresponding co-reading space through the endorsement association unit 820 when the member user is online next time, that is, the endorsement is uploaded to the server and associated to the corresponding co-reading space when the member user is online next time.
In accordance with embodiments of the present invention, to enhance the user experience, the user may also create an online co-read instant request. For example, in the case where the creation request of the first user received by the shared space creation unit 810 is an online shared immediate request, the duration of the shared space created by the shared space creation unit 810 may be a predetermined duration, or may be set by the first user, in which case all member users of the shared space need to read online in real time. The predetermined time period may be, for example, a relatively short time period such as 10 minutes, half hours, or 1 hour, or a relatively long time period such as 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or the like.
As an example, in the case where the creation request of the first user received by the common read space creation unit 810 is an online common read immediate request, for example, member users to be added to the common read space may be selected in a random matching manner.
In addition, in the case where the creation request of the first user received by the shared space creation unit 810 is an online shared immediate request, if at least one member user of the shared space drops during the lifetime of the shared space, for each of the at least one member user that drops, the member user may be caused to exit the shared space, and/or the member user may be allowed to join the shared space again when the member user is online again and the time of the online again is within the lifetime of the shared space.
As an example, the electronic book co-reading device of the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
and the invitation unit is suitable for carrying out member invitation according to the identification information of the member users to be invited to join in the creation request.
As an example, the electronic book co-reading device of the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
an auditing unit: when a new second user requests to join the read-together space, if the joining type of the read-together space is that verification is needed, the second user is subjected to identity verification, and the second user is allowed to join after passing the identity verification.
As an example, the electronic book co-reading device of the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
a first ranking unit: the method is suitable for counting headnotes made by each member user in the read-together space, and ranking the users according to the counting result.
As an example, the electronic book co-reading device of the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
a second ranking unit: the method is suitable for counting the annotation made by each member user in the read-together space and the time of online parameter read-together, and ranking the users according to the counting result.
As an example, the electronic book co-reading device of the embodiment of the present invention may further include: ranking result transmitting unit: and sending the ranking result to part or all member users in the common reading space.
In the embodiment of the invention, part or all member users in the common reading space can view the ranking result, and the ranking result can motivate the member users to increase the common reading time and conduct discussion communication with other users. As shown in fig. 1 (e), which is merely illustrative of the ranking according to the time of online participation and co-reading of the member users.
As can be seen from the above description, when the electronic book co-reading method and device disclosed by the present disclosure are used to read an electronic book, a user can create a co-reading space for the electronic book when reading the electronic book, and all member users in the co-reading space can annotate the content in the electronic book and reply to the annotation of others, so that the communication among the member users is realized; and the annotation content is displayed at the corresponding position of the electronic book, so that the member user can not be influenced to read the text of the electronic book.
