This embodiment discloses a locking sealing mechanism for box door, including the locking mechanism that is used for locking box 19 and door plant 16, locking mechanism is including locating the pivot fixing base 3 on the door plant 16, as shown in fig. 2, set up slip axle sleeve 4 in the pivot fixing base 3, set up pivot 2 in the slip axle sleeve 4, be equipped with waterproof sealing ring 24 between pivot fixing base 3 and the pivot 2, pivot 2 connects dial 5 and handle 1, dial 5 passes through hinge pin 6 and connects four drive connecting rods 7, as shown in fig. 3, each drive connecting rod 7 tip sets up spring bolt 11, as shown in fig. 4 (a), spring bolt 11 and the spring bolt seat 10 sliding fit that sets up on door plant 16. The locking seal also includes a switch 20 disposed on the door panel 16, as shown in fig. 4 (a), a signal rod 12 is disposed on the latch tongue 11, the signal rod 12 acts to trigger the switch 20, and the switch 20 is connected to an indicator light 22 through a wire 211 and a 9V battery 23, as shown in fig. 3.
In order to accurately control the reciprocating position of the lock tongue 11, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a groove 31 is provided on the rotation shaft fixing seat 3, and a stopper 52 is provided on the dial 5. When the handle 1 rotates to enable the rotating shaft 2 and the poking disc 5 to rotate through the square hole 51, the stop block 52 on the poking disc 5 also rotates, and is limited by the groove 31 of the rotating shaft fixing seat 3, so that the rotating angle of the poking disc 5 is limited, the extension and retraction strokes of the lock tongue 11 are controlled, and the unlocking and locking positions can be accurately controlled.
The locking sealing mechanism further comprises a reset shifting fork 8, as shown in fig. 3, the reset shifting fork 8 is respectively and movably connected with the door plate 16 and the shifting disc 5, the reset shifting fork 8 is further connected with a reset spring 9, and the reset spring 9 is connected with the door plate 16. The return spring 9 may be an extension spring or a compression spring, and the condition that the return spring 9 accumulates a return force during unlocking of the locking mechanism is satisfied.
In addition, the locking sealing mechanism further includes a fixed half hinge seat 15 provided on the case 19, a sealing rubber strip 17 provided on the door panel 16, and a water blocking seat 18 provided on the case 19, as shown in fig. 5 (a).
The fixed half hinge seat 15 is provided with a hinge shaft 14, and the door panel 16 is provided with a floating half hinge 13 which is matched with the hinge shaft 14. The connection hole of the floating half hinge 13 and the hinge shaft 14 is a waist-shaped hole.
The water blocking seat 18 is matched with the sealing rubber strip 17, and a water diversion groove 181 is arranged on the water blocking seat 18 as shown in fig. 5 (a) and 5 (c). The sealing strip 17 comprises a first lip 171 extending towards the box 19, and the first lip 171 is deformed by pressing down during closing of the door, and can block a large amount of water flow, thereby forming a first waterproof sealing line. The bead 17 also includes a second lip 172, as shown in fig. 5 (b). The position and structure of the second lip 172 need only be such that the second lip 172 is able to squeeze water into the water trough 181 during the closing of the door, and any position and structure that is able to do so can be used. When a small amount of water passes over the first line of defense, the second lip 172 can squeeze the water into the gutter 181 to drain, thereby forming a second line of waterproof seal. In addition, after a small amount of water flows over the second waterproof line, the pressing sealing rubber strip 17 contacts with the top of the water blocking seat 18 in the door closing process and is pressed and deformed, so that no water flows into the box 19 can be ensured, and a third waterproof sealing line is formed. In addition, in order to further improve the waterproof sealing effect, the surface of the sealing strip 17 contacting the door panel 16 is provided with upper serrations 173, so that rainwater which has penetrated a small amount due to the poor sealing from the upper part can be blocked. Of course, these three lines of defense may exist alone or in combination.
When the door is closed, the driving connecting rod 7 extends forwards, the lock tongue 11 is driven to extend forwards through the hinge shaft, the front end of the lock tongue 11 is provided with an inclined surface 111, and when the door enters the box 19, the whole door plate 16 is pressed down through the lock tongue 11 under the action of the inclined surface 111. When locked in place, the in-place signal rod 12 triggers the switch 20 to cut off the power supply of the indicator lamp 22, the switch 20 and the power supply of the indicator lamp 22 are connected through the 9V dry battery 23 and the lead 211, and the indicator lamp 22 is out, so that the locking in place is indicated, and otherwise, the indicator lamp 22 is always on.
The embodiment also discloses a box door, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a box 19, a door plate 16 connected with the box 19, and the locking sealing mechanism for the box door.
