Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a clamping device of a purse-string suture device under a endoscope, which comprises a handle part power forming device, a transmission outer rod part power transmission device and a clamp head part power conversion clamping device; the handle part power forming device comprises a base shell, a handle rotatably installed on the base shell, a fixing rod rotatably arranged on the base shell, an outer rod sleeved outside the fixing rod, and a sliding block slidably arranged in the base shell, wherein the jaw part power conversion clamping device comprises an upper jaw and a lower jaw which are rotatably connected with each other, the lower jaw is provided with a head end connected with the fixing rod, the transmission outer rod part power transmission device comprises a jaw lantern ring and a hinging rod, and the jaw lantern ring, the hinging rod and the outer rod are sequentially hinged. The invention can be used for operation in narrow space of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery, reduces the risk of surgery, is beneficial to recovery of patients in a minimally invasive mode, can rotate the heads of the pliers to adapt to operation at different positions, and is suitable for corresponding medical occasions due to large clamping force.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a surgical instrument, in particular to a clamping device of a purse-string suture device under a cavity mirror.
Background
With rapid development of science, technology and medical level, minimally invasive and rapid rehabilitation is generally pursued, and minimally invasive surgery has become a main direction of surgical development nowadays. The pouch anastomat can effectively save operation time when being used in esophagus and stomach intestine operation, avoid unnecessary side injury, ensure operation quality, and directly influence operation progress by the performance of the pouch anastomat, thereby playing a very important role in operation effect.
However, the existing purse-string anastomat used clinically has the defects of overlarge volume of the head end, too thick operating rod, incapability of changing angles of the head end and the like, and is not suitable for operation in narrow spaces of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery. Although disposable purse-string suture forceps for open surgery are currently available, none of these products and new designs have yet to perfectly solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a clamping device of a purse-string suture device under a cavity mirror. The forceps can be used for forceps of purse-string suture in narrow spaces of minimally invasive surgery and open surgery, and the tissues to be sutured are forceps.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a clamping device of a purse-string suture device under a cavity mirror, which comprises a handle part power forming device, a transmission outer rod part power transmission device and a clamp head part power conversion clamping device;
the handle part power forming device comprises a base shell, a handle rotatably mounted on the base shell, a fixed rod rotatably arranged on the base shell, an outer rod sleeved outside the fixed rod, and a sliding block slidably arranged in the base shell, wherein the handle is used for linking the sliding block to axially slide along the outer rod, and the end of the outer rod is rotatably sleeved on the sliding block;
the power conversion clamping device of the clamp head part comprises an upper jaw and a lower jaw which are connected with each other in a rotating way, the lower jaw is provided with a head end connected with the fixed rod,
the power transmission device for the transmission outer rod part comprises a clamp head lantern ring and a hinging rod, wherein the clamp head lantern ring, the hinging rod and the outer rod are sequentially hinged, and the clamp head lantern ring is slidably sleeved on the heads of the upper jaw and the lower jaw.
Further, the lower jaw head is provided with a guide groove, and the upper jaw head is provided with a cylindrical shaft slidably arranged in the guide groove.
Furthermore, the outer wall of the head part of the upper jaw is provided with a push block, the clamp head lantern ring is provided with a clamping groove for placing the push block, and the clamping groove is internally provided with a push tongue acting on the push block.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Reference is made to the schematic structural diagram shown in fig. 1.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a clamping device of a purse-string suture device under a cavity mirror, which comprises a handle part power forming device 1, a transmission outer rod part power transmission device 2 and a clamp head part power conversion clamping device 3.
The handle part power forming device 1 comprises a base shell 11, a handle 12, a fixed rod 13, an outer rod 14 and a sliding block 15, wherein the handle 12 is rotatably arranged on the base shell 11 through a rotating fulcrum and can operate the handle 12 to rotate around the base shell 11, the handle 12 is hinged with a handle connecting rod 16, and the handle connecting rod 16 is hinged with the sliding block 15.
The sliding rail 17 parallel to the direction of the outer rod 14 is arranged in the base shell 11, the sliding block 15 is arranged on the sliding rail 17 in a sliding manner, the sliding block 15 is provided with an arc-shaped clamping seat 151, and the periphery of the head part of the outer rod 14 is provided with a first clamping ring 141 rotatably arranged on the arc-shaped clamping seat 151, so that the outer rod 14 can stretch and retract and rotate.
An arc clamping seat 18 is arranged in the base shell 1, a second clamping ring 131 rotatably arranged on the arc clamping seat 18 is arranged on the periphery of the head of the fixed rod 13, the fixed rod 13 can be rotatably connected with the base shell, and the outer rod 14 is sleeved outside the fixed rod 13.
The jaw portion power conversion jaw assembly 3 includes a head rotatably coupled upper jaw 31, a lower jaw 32, the lower jaw 32 having a head end 321 coupled to the fixed bar 13, the coupling being rotatably coupled, and a more preferred embodiment being a pin coupling, such as shown in fig. 5, the lower jaw 32 having a pin 323 for coupling to the fixed bar 13.
The lower jaw 32 has a guide groove 322 at its head, the guide groove 322 has a serpentine structure, and the upper jaw 31 has a cylindrical shaft 311 slidably disposed in the guide groove 322 at its head, so that the upper jaw 31 can be opened and closed along the guide groove 322 of the lower jaw 32.
The power transmission device 2 of the transmission outer rod part comprises a clamp head lantern ring 21 and a hinging rod 22, wherein the upper part and the lower part of one end of the clamp head lantern ring 21 are hinged with the outer rod 14 through the hinging rod 22. The clip collar 21 is slidably fitted over the heads of the upper jaw 31 and the lower jaw 32.
The outer wall of the head of the upper jaw 31 is provided with a push block 312, the clamp head lantern ring 21 is provided with a clamping groove 211 which is placed in the push block 312, and the clamping groove 211 is internally provided with a push tongue 212 which acts on the push block 312.
When the invention is used, the handle 12 rotates around the pivot through external force, the handle connecting rod 16 is linked with the sliding block 15 to slide along the sliding rail, the swing of the handle 12 is converted into the horizontal movement of the sliding block, the sliding block 15 is clamped with the first clamping ring 141 at the head of the outer rod 14 through the arc clamping seat 151, the outer rod is telescopic, meanwhile, the outer rod 14 can rotate according to the operation requirement, the fixed rod 13 is also rotationally connected with the base shell 11, free rotation can be realized, when the outer rod 14 moves, the pin joint lantern ring 21 is linked through the hinging rod 22 to move, and the upper jaw 31 at the head of the upper jaw 31 can realize opening and closing actions along the guide groove 322 of the lower jaw 32 due to the connection of the lower jaw 32 and the fixed rod 13.

the handle part power forming device comprises a base shell, a handle rotatably mounted on the base shell, a fixed rod rotatably arranged on the base shell, an outer rod sleeved outside the fixed rod, and a sliding block slidably arranged in the base shell, wherein the handle is used for linking the sliding block to axially slide along the outer rod, and the end of the outer rod is rotatably sleeved on the sliding block;
the power conversion clamping device of the clamp head part comprises an upper jaw and a lower jaw which are rotationally connected with the head part, the lower jaw is provided with a head end connected with the fixed rod, the lower jaw head part is provided with a guide groove, and the upper jaw head part is provided with a cylinder shaft which is arranged in the guide groove in a sliding way; the guide groove is in a serpentine structure; the outer wall of the upper jaw head is provided with a push block, the clamp head lantern ring is provided with a clamping groove for placing the push block, and a push tongue acting on the push block is arranged in the clamping groove;
the power transmission device comprises a clamp head lantern ring and a hinge rod, wherein the clamp head lantern ring, the hinge rod and the outer rod are sequentially hinged, and the clamp head lantern ring is slidably sleeved on the heads of the upper jaw and the lower jaw; the upper part and the lower part of one end of the clamp head lantern ring are hinged with the outer rod through the hinging rod;
the sliding block is provided with a first arc-shaped clamping seat, and a first clamping ring rotatably installed on the first arc-shaped clamping seat is arranged on the periphery of the head of the outer rod; a second arc clamping seat is arranged in the base shell, and a second clamping ring rotatably arranged on the second arc clamping seat is arranged on the periphery of the head of the fixed rod;
the handle is rotationally connected with the sliding block through a handle connecting rod.
