Example one
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a light film adjusting method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The technical scheme of the embodiment can be suitable for the condition of adjusting the optical film. The method can be executed by the light film adjusting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware manner and is configured to be applied to a projection touch device, such as a desktop projection touch device or any space projection device. The method specifically comprises the following operations:
and S110, respectively arranging a reference object at least one preset position of the projection plane.
Taking laser as an example, in the projection touch control, laser is emitted to a projection plane through a laser, the laser is connected with an infrared camera for power supply, the laser can adopt a linear laser, and the emitted laser is planar light to form an optical film. A light film emitted by the linear laser is irradiated on a projection plane to form a light band which is shot by the infrared camera, and the projection plane is a software interface formed in a projection mode. In the embodiment of the present invention, the type of light is not specifically limited, and may be any light that can realize projection touch, such as laser, infrared ray, or ultrasonic wave, and may be selected according to needs.
The method includes the steps that a reference object is arranged at least one preset position of a projection plane, namely the reference object is arranged at each preset position, the preset position can be arranged at any position of the projection plane, the preset position is located in a preset area of the projection plane, the preset area can be the projection plane between a center line and a lower edge or the projection plane between the center line and an upper edge, the center line is located between the upper edge and the lower edge of the projection plane, the distance between the center line and the upper edge and the distance between the center line and the lower edge are equal, and the center line and the upper edge or the lower edge are parallel. Preferably, the preset area is a projection plane between the center line and the lower edge, that is, a middle-lower area of the projection plane, and the middle-lower area is configured to ensure that light in the projection plane between the upper edge and the reference object meets a touch condition, where the light meets the touch condition, that is, the light is higher than the projection plane by a certain height, and for example, the certain height may be 1-3 mm. Specifically, before the reference object is respectively arranged at least one preset position of the projection plane, the method further comprises the following steps: determining a preset area in the projection plane, and determining at least one preset position in the preset area.
For example, the preset positions may be two end positions of the lower edge of the projection plane and a middle position between the two end positions, and respectively setting the reference object at least one preset position of the projection plane includes: determining two end positions of the lower edge of the projection plane and the middle positions of the two end positions as three preset positions, and respectively arranging reference objects at the three preset positions. The heights of the reference objects arranged at the two end positions of the lower edge of the projection plane are the same, and the heights of the reference objects arranged at the two end positions are greater than the height of the reference object arranged at the middle position of the two end positions. Preferably, the height range of the reference objects arranged at the two end positions of the lower edge of the projection plane is 2-5mm, and the height range of the reference objects arranged at the middle position of the two end positions of the lower edge of the projection plane is 1-3 mm.
And S120, adjusting the direction of the light film until the reflected light of the reference meets a preset condition.
Adjusting the light film direction can include adjusting a horizontal direction and/or a vertical direction of the light film. The adjustment of the optical film in the horizontal direction can be performed by, for example, a horizontal direction adjustment screw of a laser, and the adjustment of the optical film in the vertical direction can be performed by, for example, adjusting a vertical direction adjustment screw.
Optionally, adjusting the direction of the optical film until the reflected light of the reference meets a preset condition, including: and adjusting the vertical direction of the light film until the reflected light of the reference object meets the preset condition. In the condition that the optical film is already horizontal or has an acceptable inclination angle, only the vertical direction of the optical film needs to be adjusted, and for example, the vertical direction adjusting screw can be controlled to be in a loose state by adjusting the vertical direction adjusting screw. The vertical direction of adjusting the light film, namely the angle of emergent light of the laser, is adjusted upwards, the vertical direction of the light film is increased, the light film and the projection plane are adjusted to be not provided with an intersection point with the projection plane by the existence of the intersection point, namely the light film is adjusted to not be irradiated on the projection plane by being irradiated on the projection plane. The touch operation is affected by the fact that the vertical direction of the optical film is too high, therefore, the vertical direction of the optical film cannot be adjusted to be high without limit.
Optionally, adjusting the direction of the optical film until the reflected light of the reference meets a preset condition, including:
adjusting the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of the optical film to the maximum extent to form an oblique light band on a projection plane;
adjusting the horizontal direction of the optical film to change the oblique light band into a horizontal light band;
and adjusting the vertical direction of the optical film to enable the horizontal direction light band to disappear, and continuously adjusting the vertical direction of the optical film until the reflected light of the reference object meets the preset condition. The horizontal adjusting screw and the vertical adjusting screw are adjusted to the maximum limit, namely the screws are controlled to be screwed to the tightest state, the light film emitted by the laser is an oblique projection plane, the vertical direction of the light film close to the light outlet of the laser is the highest, the vertical direction of the light film far away from the light outlet of the laser is reduced, and the light film forms an oblique light band on the projection plane. The horizontal direction of the optical film can be adjusted, for example, by adjusting a horizontal direction adjusting screw, until the oblique optical tape is adjusted to the horizontal direction optical tape, by controlling the horizontal direction adjusting screw to be in a loose state.
Further, adjusting the direction of the optical film until the reflected light of the reference meets a preset condition, comprising:
and adjusting the direction of the light film until the intensity of the reflected light of the reference object with the height higher than the preset height in the reference object is higher than a first preset intensity threshold value, and/or the intensity of the reference object with the height lower than the preset height in the reference object is lower than a second preset intensity threshold value. The first preset intensity threshold may be greater than or equal to the second preset intensity threshold. The height of the reference object is set within a preset height range, within which the height of the reference object is set. The preset height can ensure that the use of a user is not influenced under the condition that the projection plane is covered with the projection film to enable the projection plane to be thickened.
After adjusting the direction of the optical film until the reflected light of the reference meets the preset condition, the method further comprises the following steps: the display light film adjusts the passing prompt information, specifically, the adjustment passing text prompt can be displayed on the projection interface, and a voice prompt mode can also be adopted, and the specific prompt mode is not specifically limited herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the reference objects are respectively arranged at least one preset position of the projection plane; adjust the membrane direction, until the reflected light of reference satisfies preset the condition, compares in relying on the artificial experience to adjust, has realized the automation of regulation, has simplified accommodation process, has improved regulation efficiency, avoids the projection membrane to place the interference after, improves the reliability of membrane.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a light film adjusting method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention further optimizes the operation after at least one preset position is determined in the preset area on the basis of the embodiment.
Correspondingly, the method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s210, determining a preset area in the projection plane.
S220, determining at least one preset position in the preset area.
And S230, determining preset boundaries at the at least one preset position respectively.
The preset position covers the projection area of each reference object, and may be, for example, a rectangular frame including the projection area of the reference object, and a rectangular frame of any size may be drawn in the preset area, where the rectangular frame is a preset boundary of the preset position, and the rectangular frame covers the projection area of each reference object.
S240, setting different colors of the preset boundary according to the light intensity of the reflected light of the reference object.
For example, when the intensity of the reflected light of the reference object is less than the second preset intensity threshold, the color of the boundary covering the preset position of the projection area of the reference object is set to be blue, the intensity of the reflected light of the reference object is greater than the first preset intensity threshold, and the color of the boundary covering the preset position of the projection area of the reference object is set to be green, and the specific set color is not limited herein.
And S250, adjusting the direction of the light film until the color of the preset boundary meets the preset color.
And adjusting the vertical direction and/or the horizontal direction of the light film by adjusting the vertical direction and/or the horizontal direction adjusting screws until the color of the boundary of the preset position meets the preset color, and stopping adjusting. The adjustment progress is judged through the color, so that the adjustment efficiency is improved. The preset color is related to the height of a reference object, the height of the reference object is set in a preset range, the intensity of the reflected light of the reference object higher than the preset height is greater than a first preset intensity threshold value, and the color of the boundary of the preset position corresponding to the reference object higher than the preset height is a set color corresponding to the condition that the intensity of the reflected light is greater than the first preset intensity; the intensity of the reflected light of the reference object lower than the preset height is smaller than a second preset intensity threshold value, and the color of the boundary of the preset position corresponding to the reference object lower than the preset height is a set color corresponding to the condition that the intensity of the reflected light is smaller than the second preset intensity.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the intensity of the reflected light of the reference object is represented by different colors of the preset position boundary, and the adjustment is more visual through the color adjusting light film, so that the adjustment efficiency is improved.
