attaching a flexible electrostatic film to the original light guide plate at one side and the opposite side of the pre-crack, wherein the flexible electrostatic film is used for adhering the front side and the back side of the original light guide plate near the pre-crack, and when the original light guide plate is placed to break on the pre-crack, larger deformation is generated, so that scraps scratch the original light guide plate or the contact surface of the original light guide plate and a carrying table is scratched; the flexible electrostatic film is softer, which is beneficial to splitting the original plate of the light guide plate; the flexible electrostatic film adopts an electrostatic adhesion method, so that glue is not easy to remain on the surface of the original light guide plate, the original light guide plate must be additionally cleaned by removing the glue, the production speed is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

Claims (1)

a linear notch is formed in the center of the carrying platform (1), two carrying platforms (11) are respectively arranged on two sides of the linear notch, and knife-shaped notches are formed in the lower surfaces of the two carrying platforms (11) in opposite directions; a light source (12) is arranged below the carrying platform (1), and the light source (12) respectively emits natural light or infrared light; a CCD industrial camera is arranged above the carrying platform (1); the splitting arm (2) comprises a telescopic rod (21), a hammer fixing frame (22), a hammer (23), a ferromagnetic coil (24), a blade fixing frame (25) and a splitting knife (26), wherein the hammer fixing frame (22) is arranged on the side wall of the telescopic rod (21), the blade fixing frame (25) is arranged on the telescopic rod (21) below the hammer fixing frame (22), and the splitting knife (26) is arranged on the blade fixing frame (25); the driving hammer fixing frame (22) is provided with a through hole along the direction of the telescopic rod (21), the driving hammer (23) is installed in the through hole, the driving hammer (23) penetrates through the driving hammer fixing frame (22) along the through hole, a ferromagnetic coil (24) is wound on the outer side of the driving hammer (23) above the driving hammer fixing frame (22), and a plastic steel spring is arranged on the outer side of the ferromagnetic coil (24);
the lower surface of the upper knife-shaped notch of the carrier (11) is provided with a light source (12), and the light source (12) is fixed on the lower surface of the carrier (11); the light sources (12) are composed of a circuit board and LED lamp beads arranged on the circuit board, the two light sources (12) are respectively positioned on the two carrier brackets (11), and the two light sources (12) respectively emit natural light and infrared light; the lower surface of the blade fixing frame (25) is provided with a mounting groove which penetrates through one side surface of the blade fixing frame (25); the mounting groove is matched with the splitting knife (26);
the operation method of the light guide plate cutting auxiliary mechanism comprises the following steps:
step one, cutting a presplitting line (31) on one surface of a light guide plate original plate (3) through a blade, diamond and laser according to the required size of the light guide plate; washing with ethanol or deionized water, pre-cracking the scraps near the lines (31), and airing;
step two, attaching a flexible electrostatic film (4) on the original plate (3) of the light guide plate on one side and the opposite side of the pre-crack (31);
thirdly, placing the original light guide plate (3) on the upper surface of the carrier (1), wherein the pre-crack (31) is positioned on the lower surface of the original light guide plate (3); the distance between the two carrier frames (11) is adjusted, and the positions of the pre-cracks (31), the linear notch and the lower end of the splitting knife (26) are roughly adjusted, so that the pre-cracks (31), the linear notch and the splitting knife (26) are coplanar;
turning on a light source (12), and downwards adjusting a splitting arm (2) to enable the lower end of a splitting knife (26) to be close to the upper surface of a light guide plate original plate (3); light emitted by the light source (12) penetrates through the original plate (3) of the light guide plate, is captured by a CCD industrial camera above the mechanism, and is photographed into an image; finely adjusting the positions of the lower ends of the pre-cracks (31), the linear notch and the splitting knife (26) according to the images, so that the pre-cracks (31), the linear notch and the splitting knife (26) are coplanar;
step five, the splitting arm (2) is downwards adjusted, the lower end of the splitting knife (26) is in contact with the upper surface of the original light guide plate (3), the ferromagnetic coil (24) is electrified for a plurality of times, the hammer (23) is enabled to strike the blade fixing frame (25), the splitting knife (26) drives the original light guide plate (3) to vibrate, and the original light guide plate (3) is enabled to split along the pre-splitting lines (31);
step six, the splitting arm (2) is adjusted upwards, the original light guide plate (3) is taken out, the flexible electrostatic film (4) is torn off, the notch of the original light guide plate (3) is washed by deionized water or alcohol, and after drying, the notch surface of the original light guide plate (3) is polished and polished by the end face polishing machine, so that auxiliary cutting of the original light guide plate (3) is completed.
