The easy listening function is that after the noise sampling unit samples the external environment noise, the external environment noise can be transmitted to the signal processing unit for analysis and generating the analysis signal, and then the central processing unit adjusts the playing volume of the earphone unit according to the analysis signal, so that when the environment noise of the user listening to the music changes (the noise becomes louder or smaller), the intelligent earphone device can adjust the volume (the volume becomes louder or smaller) played by the earphone unit in time, so that the user can easily and clearly listen to the music.
In summary, the present invention provides an intelligent earphone device personalization system with directional conversation function and a method for using the same, wherein a server, an earphone personalization application unit, a mobile device and an intelligent earphone device are used to customize an intelligent earphone device specific to a user according to the user's hearing status and preference according to the method (pairing, registration, hearing test, hearing compensation, preference setting) of the intelligent earphone device, when the user wears the personalized intelligent earphone device to listen to music and broadcast, because the problem of difference in the user's binaural hearing is solved, not only is it unnecessary to frequently adjust the listening volume, but also the occurrence of deafness caused by the user's ears listening to music improperly at the listening volume is avoided, and the frequency of listening to music is adjusted according to the user's preference setting, so that the user can listen to music in a comfortable and easy environment, meanwhile, the voice of the conversation object right in front of the user can be amplified through the directional conversation function of the personalized intelligent earphone device, so that the user can clearly hear the content spoken by the other party, and the convenience in conversation is improved.

Claims (18)

1. An intelligent earphone device personalization system with directional conversation capability, comprising:
a server, in which a personalized application program unit of earphone is stored, and the personalized application program unit of earphone includes a registration module, a hearing detection module, a manual compensation module, a preference setting module and a function selection module, in which:
the registration module is used for a user to input corresponding data for registration;
the hearing detection module is used for the user to carry out hearing detection and generate a detection result;
the manual compensation module is used for the user to perform manual compensation on the detection result;
the preference setting module is used for the user to adjust a sound effect mode according to personal preference, and personalized setting suitable for the hearing of the user can be formed after the setting is finished; and
the function selection module is used for the user to select a function provided by the intelligent earphone device, wherein the function comprises a directional conversation function;
a mobile device, which is connected with the network through a first transmission unit, downloads the earphone personalized application program unit from the servo device and is installed in the mobile device; and
this intelligent earphone device includes:
a central processing unit;
the second transmission unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit, is matched with the first transmission unit through the second transmission unit, receives the instruction transmitted by the mobile device and transmits the instruction to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit converts the instruction into a corresponding signal;
an earphone unit electrically connected with the CPU for sending the corresponding signal to the user;
the automatic compensation unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit and carries out automatic compensation according to a detection result generated by the hearing detection module;
a storage unit electrically connected with the CPU for storing the personalized setting in the storage unit;
the power supply unit is electrically connected with the central processing unit so as to provide electric energy required by the intelligent earphone device;
at least one noise sampling unit for collecting environmental noise to detect the environmental noise;
at least one matrix radio unit electrically connected to the CPU and arranged on the intelligent earphone device, wherein the matrix radio unit faces the front of the user to receive the sound from the front of the user;
a signal processing unit, which is electrically connected with the noise sampling unit, the matrix radio unit and the central processing unit respectively, converts the environmental noise into a first signal and converts the sound right in front of the user into a second signal, and transmits the first signal and the second signal to the central processing unit; and
a signal enhancement unit, which is electrically connected with the central processing unit and the earphone unit, enhances the second signal and then sends the second signal to the earphone unit, and the second signal is sent out by the earphone unit, so that the user can clearly listen to the sound from the front of the user;
the directional talking function is realized by receiving the sound from the front of the user through the matrix radio receiving unit, converting the sound into the second signal through the signal processing unit, transmitting the second signal to the signal enhancement unit for enhancement through the central processing unit, and then transmitting the second signal out through the earphone unit.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the matrix sound receiving unit comprises a plurality of directional sound receiving microphones and a support member fixed to the smart headset for receiving sound from the front of the user.
3. The intelligent headset system with directional conversation capability of claim 2 wherein the plurality of radio microphones are directional microphones of the cardioid type.
4. The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the smart headset device is a Bluetooth headset.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the smart headset further comprises a satellite positioning unit electrically connected to the cpu, the satellite positioning unit obtaining a current location of the smart headset and outputting the current location to the cpu.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the registration module is configured with at least one data field for the user to enter.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the data fields include username, password, re-entered password, gender, age, occupation, and serial number of the smart headset.
8. The intelligent headset personalization system of claim 1 wherein the intelligent headset further comprises an easy listening feature.
9. A method for using an intelligent earphone device personalization system with directional conversation function at least comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: a user downloads and installs an earphone personalized application program unit from a servo device to a mobile device, and makes the mobile device and an intelligent earphone device pair to complete a pairing procedure;
step two: a registration program is carried out, and the user inputs corresponding data in a registration module of the mobile device;
step three: carrying out a hearing detection program, wherein the user needs to wear the intelligent earphone device and a hearing detection module of the mobile device detects the hearing of the left ear and the right ear of the user to generate a detection result;
wherein the hearing test program further comprises a preparation state and a test state;
the volume of the intelligent earphone device is reduced to the minimum, a noise sampling unit of the intelligent earphone device is adjusted to a preset position to detect environmental noise, the environmental noise is converted into a first signal through a signal processing unit of the intelligent earphone device and is transmitted to a central processing unit of the intelligent earphone device, the first signal is transmitted to the mobile device through a second transmission unit of the intelligent earphone device, when the environmental noise is detected to be lower than a preset value, the detection state is switched, otherwise, when the environmental noise is detected to be higher than the preset value, the detection state cannot be switched;
step four: an auditory compensation program is carried out, the automatic compensation unit of the intelligent earphone device automatically compensates the detection result, and the user compensates through the manual compensation module of the mobile device;
step five: a preference setting program is carried out, the user adjusts a sound effect mode through a preference setting module of the mobile device according to personal preferences, and personalization of the intelligent earphone device is finished after setting is finished; and
step six: when the user selects the function provided by the intelligent earphone device as a directional conversation function through a function selection module, the personalized intelligent earphone device receives the sound from the front of the user through at least one matrix type reception unit arranged on the intelligent earphone device, converts the sound into a second signal through a signal processing unit, transmits the second signal to a signal enhancement unit for enhancement through a central processing unit, and sends the signal out through an earphone unit, so that the user can clearly receive the sound from the front of the user.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the matrix sound-receiving unit comprises a plurality of directional sound-receiving microphones and a support member fixed to the smart headset for receiving sound from the front of the user.
11. The method of claim 10 wherein the plurality of radio microphones are directional microphones.
12. The method of claim 9 or 10, wherein the smart headset device is a Bluetooth headset.
13. The method of claim 9, wherein the registration module has at least one data field for the user to input.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the data fields include username, password, re-entered password, gender, age, occupation, and serial number of the smart headset.

The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein in the testing state, the user can hear the audio from the mobile device through the smart headset device, and only one ear of the user can hear the audio at a time, when the user hears the audio, a confirmation message is sent by pressing a confirmation key on the mobile device, and the mobile device can send out the audio with different frequency or volume from the audio again, after a plurality of tests, the test result is displayed on the mobile device, and the test result is stored in the storage unit of the smart headset device and uploaded to the server device through the mobile device for storage.

The method of claim 15, wherein the hearing compensation process is performed after the user's ears are detected and the detection result is generated, wherein the hearing compensation process further comprises a hearing curve compensation, a hearing threshold sensitivity compensation, a balance compensation and a position-identifying compensation, and the hearing curve compensation and the hearing threshold sensitivity compensation are automatically compensated by the automatic compensation unit, and the balance compensation and the position-identifying compensation are compensated by the user through the manual compensation module.
17. The method of claim 9, wherein the audio modes include news mode, classical mode, pop mode, rock mode, and subwoofer mode for the user to select.
18. The method of claim 9 wherein the functions provided by the smart headset further include easy listening.
