Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the control method provided in this embodiment includes:
s101, acquiring an identification code of the pot to be heated.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the identification code of the pot to be heated can be obtained by any method in the prior art, wherein the identification code of the pot to be heated can be any data form, such as a character string, that can be recognized by the single chip microcomputer, the micro first processor or the control circuit in the prior art.
For example, in some embodiments, the identification code of the pot to be heated may be acquired by means of wireless transmission. For example, a wireless signal transmitter and a wireless signal receiver can be arranged, the wireless signal transmitter is used for sending the identification code of the pot to be heated outwards, and the wireless signal receiver can receive the wireless signal of the wireless signal transmitter through various wireless communication modes such as WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, RFID and the like, so that the identification code of the pot to be heated can be obtained. Furthermore, the cooker heating device can also comprise a memory connected with the wireless signal transmitter, and the memory is used for storing the identification code of the cooker to be heated, so that the wireless signal transmitter can firstly acquire the identification code of the cooker to be heated from the memory and then send the identification code out in a wireless signal mode for the wireless signal receiver to receive.
For another example, in other embodiments, the identification code of the pot to be heated can be obtained through wired transmission. For example, a memory and a receiver can be provided, the memory stores the identification code of the cooker to be heated, and the memory and the receiver are connected together in a detachable or non-detachable way. When the memory and the receiver are connected, the receiver may access the identification code stored in the memory through the connection line.
In this embodiment, the wireless signal transmitter may be mounted on the pot to be heated, for example, in the handle of the pot to be heated or on the body thereof. Of course, the wireless signal transmitter may be separately provided on a device, such as a remote controller. The wireless signal receiver may be mounted on a range, including but not limited to prior art ranges and electric ceramic ranges.
S102, determining the type of the cookware to be heated according to the identification code.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the method of determining the type of the pot to be heated according to the identification code may employ any method in the related art.
For example, in some embodiments, the obtained identification code may be compared with a code pre-stored in a database, and when a code identical to the identification code is found, the types of cookware corresponding to the code one to one may be obtained. For example, when the obtained identification code is 001, the code 001 is searched in the database. When the code 001 is found in the database, the type of pot, such as a wok, corresponding to the code 001 one to one is obtained. Of course, when searching and aligning the code specifically, any searching method such as a sequential searching method, a binary searching method, an interpolation searching method, and the like may be adopted.
S103, acquiring a control instruction of a user, wherein the control instruction comprises a cooking function selected by the user.
Specifically, any method in the prior art may be used to obtain the control instruction of the user. For example, one or more buttons for obtaining control instructions of the user may be provided on the range, including but not limited to mechanical buttons and touch buttons. It is assumed that in some embodiments, a plurality of cooking function keys, such as a stir-fry function key, a soup-cooking function key, a fry function key, a hot pot function key, etc., are provided on the range. When the user is to input a control command instructing the range which cooking function to use for heating, he can press one of the function keys, for example, when the user wants to cook, the pan function key is pressed. When the fry function key is pressed, it generates an electrical signal that is transmitted to a first processor in the range, whereby the first processor can obtain user input control commands including cooking functions via the electrical signal. Of course, it is understood that the control commands input by the user need not only be selected cooking functions, but may also include other information, such as customized heating times, heating powers, etc.
S104, comparing the type of the cookware to be heated and the consistency of the cooking function selected by the user.
In particular, the skilled person can compare the consistency of the type of cookware to be heated and the cooking function selected by the user according to any way.
For example, a first heating power matching the type of the pot to be heated and a second heating power matching the cooking function selected by the user may be acquired, respectively, and then the first heating power and the second heating power may be compared. For example, when the first heating power matched with the type of the pot to be heated is 600W, and the second heating power accompanied by the cooking function selected by the user is 1800W, the two heating powers do not have consistency; when the first heating power matched with the type of the cooker to be heated and the second heating power accompanied by the cooking function selected by the user are both 1000W, the two have consistency.
For another example, the type of the pot to be heated and the position of the cooking function selected by the user in the one-to-one mapping database of the type of the pot and the cooking function may be obtained respectively, and then the positions of the two in the one-to-one mapping database are compared to determine whether the positions are the same. For example, a list of m rows and 2 columns is established in the database, the 1 st column is a pot type, the second column is a cooking function, and the pot type of each row corresponds to the cooking function. When the type of the pot to be heated is in row 2 and the cooking function selected by the user is in row 3, it can be compared that the type of the pot to be heated does not have consistency with the cooking function selected by the user. When the type of the pot to be heated and the cooking function selected by the user are located in the same row of the list, for example, both are located in row 4, it can be compared that the type of the pot to be heated and the cooking function selected by the user have consistency.
And S105, controlling the working state of the stove according to the comparison result.
Specifically, when the type of the pot to be heated is consistent with the result of the comparison between the type of the pot to be heated and the cooking function selected by the user, the stove can be controlled to heat according to the cooking function selected by the user. For example, when the comparison result is consistent, the first processor in the range executes a code corresponding to the cooking function selected by the user according to a pre-stored program, thereby controlling the heating parameters of the range, such as the heating power, the heating time, the variation process of the heating power with time and the like of the range.
And when the type of the cooker to be heated is not consistent with the comparison result of the cooking function selected by the user, controlling the stove to stop heating. For example, the first processor in the stove can control the stove to be always in a standby state or directly cut off the heating unit of the stove, thereby ensuring that the pot to be heated is not in a heating state. Of course, this embodiment does not exclude the use of the initial mode of the stove by the first processor in the stove, or the common mode for all cookers, when the comparison results are not identical.
Optionally, when the stove is controlled to stop heating, the method can further comprise the following steps: and alarm signals including one or more of character signals, sound signals and photoelectric signals. For example, when the comparison result is not consistent, a text message of "the selected cooking function is not matched with the pan" may be displayed on the display screen of the stove, or a buzzer or the like may be sounded to remind the user.
According to the control method, the type of the pot to be heated and the cooking function selected by the user are obtained by obtaining the identification code of the pot to be heated and the control instruction of the user, and the working state of the cooking range is controlled according to the consistency comparison result of the type of the pot to be heated and the cooking function selected by the user, so that the adaptation degree of the cooking range to the heating power of the pot can be ensured as far as possible, and the potential safety hazard caused by the fact that the type of the pot to be heated is inconsistent with the selected cooking function is reduced.
