The control system comprises a monitoring subsystem for calculating and monitoring the smoking state in real time; the monitoring subsystem monitors the current or designated time period or time length of the intake of the smoker to one or more tobacco components, and if the current or designated time period or time length of the intake of the smoker to one or more tobacco components exceeds or approaches the preset range, a warning is given or the smoke concentration and/or flavor is automatically or manually adjusted by the smoker according to the preset range.
Example 5
The control system includes a communication subsystem that exchanges information with other electronic devices or data storage, data analysis systems, and receives or transmits instructions. Other electronic devices include, but are not limited to, cell phones, computers, cloud storage systems, servers, e-cigarettes, low temperature heating cigarettes, and the like. The data storage or data analysis system may be part of a control system, connected directly to the communications subsystem and operating; and may also be provided in other electronic devices.
The communication subsystem is connected with other electronic equipment or a data storage or data analysis system in a wired or wireless connection mode for data storage and exchange, so that health information of smokers can be analyzed, monitoring is carried out, or corresponding parameters are set or corresponding operations are carried out in the electronic equipment or the system or the control system. The method comprises the following steps:
a) and sending the instruction and the corresponding parameters required by the instruction to other electronic equipment or systems in a wired or wireless connection mode.
b) And receiving the instruction and the corresponding parameters required by the instruction from other electronic equipment or systems by means of wired or wireless connection.
For example, the communication subsystem and other electronic equipment or data analysis system form a communication system, and the communication system is divided into a primary device and a secondary device. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the operation of the communication subsystem, as shown in fig. 6:
1) the communication subsystem as the slave 81 includes a wireless signal receiver therein, which determines whether the heating device is operating according to the signal command when receiving the signal from the master 82.
2) The communication subsystem as the child 81 transmits a signal to the parent 82, the parent 82 feeds back a signal to the child 81 according to the signal, and the heating device as the child determines whether to work. At this time, the parent terminal 82 may also play a role of data backup, for example, the communication subsystem serves as the child terminal 81 to transmit a signal to the parent terminal 82, and transmit the user information, the flavor setting information, the tobacco material information, and the smoking status information stored therein to the parent terminal 82 for backup, and when another communication subsystem for heating the cigarette at a low temperature is connected to the parent terminal 82, the backup information is directly copied to avoid repeated settings. In addition, if the female end 82 is another low-temperature heating cigarette, the data of the first low-temperature heating cigarette can be transmitted to the second low-temperature heating cigarette, and the smoking feeling of the first low-temperature heating cigarette is realized on the second low-temperature heating cigarette, so that the information interaction is realized by one key when the cigarette friends communicate with each other.
The female terminal 82 formed by other electronic devices or data analysis systems may be a separate device, or may be modified or upgraded to transmit signals on the existing mobile phone communication signal base station or wifi base station.
Fig. 7 is an application scenario of the communication subsystem, as shown in fig. 7, the communication subsystem may be applied to smoke-forbidden areas, such as hospitals, airports, train stations, motor vehicles, movies, etc., where smoke should be forbidden, and the smoke-forbidden areas send out a disable signal to the sub-terminal 81, so that the operation start of the low-temperature heating smoke is forbidden.
Fig. 8 shows another application scenario of the communication subsystem, as shown in fig. 8, the communication subsystem is used as a sub-terminal 81, which includes a signal sensor 83, such as an RFID signal sensor, and when the signal sensor 83 detects that the area enters a smoke-forbidden area, such as a hospital, an airport, a train station, a motor vehicle, a movie, and the like, where smoke must be forbidden, the operation start of the low-temperature heating smoke is forbidden.

The control system includes any two or more of the subsystems of embodiments 1-5 above, and is used in combination.
Example 7
In order to more conveniently realize the functions of the subsystems, on the basis of the above embodiment, the control system further includes a control key, and the control key includes at least one of the following: a flue gas concentration adjusting key, an additive concentration adjusting key, a heating temperature adjusting key, a heating voltage adjusting key, a heating current adjusting key, a heating power adjusting key, a heating area selecting key, a memory key, a power switch, a power control key, a time setting key and a flue gas concentration setting key. The key settings in fig. 5 are as follows: the setting key 91, the confirmation key 92, the up-down left-right key 93 and the three keys are matched with the display screen for use, so that the functions of flue gas concentration regulation, additive concentration regulation, heating temperature regulation, heating voltage regulation, heating current regulation, heating power regulation, heating area selection, power supply control, time setting and flue gas concentration setting are achieved. Of course, the flue gas concentration can be directly controlled by adjusting the flue gas concentration 94 to be larger or smaller. In addition, a memory key, a power switch and other keys can be arranged for convenient use.

In order to more conveniently realize the functions of the subsystems, on the basis of the above embodiment, the control system further includes a display screen, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic cigarette and the low-temperature heating cigarette with the display screen, and as shown in fig. 9, the information displayed by the display screen 84 includes at least one of the following: user information, system settings, cigarette information and tobacco material information, smoke concentration, the mixing ratio of smoke and flavor additives, smoking state information, residual electric quantity and the quantity of tobacco materials or cigarettes which can be heated by the residual electric quantity. The cigarette information and the tobacco material information comprise at least one of the following: the composition, the content, the model, the serial number, the manufacturer, the sales unit, the production date, the sales date, the expiration date, the use method including the heating mode description, the use history and the anti-counterfeiting information of each component. The display screen 84 can be automatically started when a cigarette is inserted into the sleeve, for example, a magnetic stripe 85 is arranged on the cigarette, a magnetic stripe sensor 86 is arranged in the sleeve, and the display screen 84 is automatically started when the cigarette is successfully read and paired with the magnetic stripe sensor 86 by the magnetic stripe 85 inserted into the sleeve. Of course, if the cigarette information and the tobacco material information are stored in the magnetic stripe 85, the cigarette information and the tobacco material information are directly read by the magnetic stripe sensor 86 and then displayed by the display screen 84.

Modifications and substitutions to methods, procedures, or conditions of the invention may be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention. Unless otherwise specified, the technical means used in the examples are conventional means well known to those skilled in the art.

Claims (17)

1. The control system for the low-temperature heating cigarette is characterized by comprising a smoke control subsystem, wherein the volatilization speed of smoke is changed by adjusting the pressure of a cigarette material heating area, the concentration and/or flavor of smoke ingested by a smoker are adjusted by changing the heating mode of a heating device and/or the heated area of the cigarette material and/or the air inlet and outlet quantity of the cigarette material and external air, and when the low-temperature heating cigarette system is suitable for different cigarettes, the heating mode matched with the current cigarette is selected according to different cigarette information.
2. The control system of claim 1, wherein the control system of low temperature heating fumes further comprises: the identification subsystem is used for identifying the cigarette information and the tobacco material information and performing anti-counterfeiting identification;
and/or, including the storage subsystem, the said storage subsystem preserves user's information, flavor and sets up information, tobacco material information, cigarette information and smoking status information;
and/or, a monitoring subsystem is included, and the monitoring subsystem calculates and monitors the smoking state in real time;
and/or include a communication subsystem that exchanges information with other electronic devices or data analysis systems, as well as receives or transmits instructions.
3. The control system of claim 1 wherein said smoke control subsystem varies the manner in which said heating means heats 1 or more of said smoke heated zones by adjusting the voltage and/or current and/or power of the power source, the on and off and on frequency and length of the power source.
4. The control system of claim 1, wherein the smoking material includes at least 2 different heated regions, the heating devices include at least 2 different heat generating locations and correspond to the different heated regions one-to-one, and the smoke control subsystem changes the heating modes of the heating devices at the different heat generating locations by adjusting the voltage and/or current and/or power, the on and off frequency and the on-time frequency and the length of the power supply.
5. A control system according to claim 3, wherein at least two different smoking materials are provided for different heated areas of the smoking material.
6. The control system according to claim 4, wherein the different smoking materials comprise different smoking material concentrations and/or types and different flavor additive concentrations and/or types, and the odor is adjusted by adjusting the concentrations and/or mixing ratios of different smoking gases and flavor additives during volatilization.

The control system of claim 1, wherein the smoke control subsystem adjusts the concentration of smoke and/or flavor additive ingested by the smoker by adjusting the amount of volatile substances produced by the smoke and flavor additive ingested by the smoker and the total amount of gas ingested by the smoker, thereby changing the ratio of smoke and flavor additive to inhaled gas.
8. The control system of claim 1, wherein the smoke control subsystem is manually manipulated by the smoker or automatically set according to time periods, scenarios, modes, preset conditions and instructions.
9. The control system of claim 1, wherein the storage subsystem comprises a memory that records one or more of a type of smoking material, smoke concentration, flavor, user information, settings information, cigarette information, smoking status information, and a preset range of intake of a specified smoking material component over a specified time period or time range or length of time, selected by the smoker over different time periods and different scenarios.
10. The control system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring subsystem monitors the amount of the one or more smoking materials ingested by the smoker in real time at the present time or over a specified time period or length of time, and issues a warning or manually or automatically adjusts the smoke concentration and/or flavor additive concentration based on a preset range if the amount of the one or more smoking materials ingested by the smoker at the present time or over the specified time period or length of time is outside or close to the preset range.
11. The control system of claim 1, wherein the communication subsystem is connected with other electronic devices or data storage systems or data analysis systems through wired or wireless connection for data storage and/or data exchange, so as to save and/or analyze health information of smokers, monitor, or set corresponding parameters or perform corresponding operations in another control system of the low-temperature heating cigarette.
12. The control system of claim 11, wherein the communication subsystem sends commands and corresponding parameters required for the commands to other electronic devices or data storage systems or data analysis systems by means of wired or wireless connections.
13. The control system of claim 12, wherein the communication subsystem receives commands and corresponding parameters required for the commands from other electronic devices or data storage systems or data analysis systems by way of wired or wireless connections.
14. The control system of claim 1, further comprising control keys comprising at least one of: a smoke concentration adjusting key, a flavor additive concentration adjusting key, a heating temperature adjusting key, a heating voltage adjusting key, a heating current adjusting key, a heating power adjusting key, a heating area selecting key, a memory key, a power switch, a power control key, a time setting key and a smoke concentration setting key.

The control system of claim 1, further comprising a display screen, the display screen displaying information including at least one of: user information, setting information, cigarette information, tobacco material information, smoke concentration, flavor additive concentration, mixing ratio of smoke and flavor additive, smoking state information, residual electric quantity and the quantity of tobacco materials or cigarettes which can be heated by the residual electric quantity.

The control system of claim 15, wherein the cigarette information and tobacco information includes at least one of: the composition, the content, the model, the serial number, the manufacturer, the sales unit, the production date, the sales date, the expiration date, the use method including the heating mode description, the use history and the anti-counterfeiting information of each component.
17. The control system according to claim 1, wherein the identification subsystem identifies cigarette information and tobacco material information, performs corresponding parameter setting and corresponding operation according to the cigarette information and the tobacco material information, and judges whether the cigarettes and the tobacco materials are genuine; the cigarette information and the tobacco material information comprise at least one of the following: the composition, the content, the model, the serial number, the manufacturer, the sales unit, the production date, the sales date, the expiration date, the use method including the heating mode description, the use history and the anti-counterfeiting information of each component.
