Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a method and a system for storing stamped images, which are used for solving the problems that the risk that stamping cannot be recorded and real stamped files of an intelligent stamp cannot be recorded simultaneously in the prior art, and the traditional interaction mode between the intelligent stamp and terminal equipment is inconvenient.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
the embodiment of the invention provides a method for realizing preservation of stamped images, which comprises the following steps: triggering a shooting instruction sent by a control device of the intelligent seal to the support terminal equipment; calling a camera device carried by the support terminal equipment to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain photographic data; and the bracket terminal equipment uploads the shooting data to a server for storage.
Preferably, when the file is a file to be stamped, the support terminal device calls the camera device to shoot the intelligent stamp and the file to be stamped below the intelligent stamp to obtain photographic data and then transmits a stamping instruction back to the control device, and the control device starts a motor in the intelligent stamp to stamp after receiving the stamping instruction.
Preferably, when the file is a stamped file, the control device directly starts a motor in the intelligent seal by triggering to complete stamping and then sends a stamping completion instruction to the support terminal device as a shooting instruction, and the support terminal device starts the camera device and shoots the intelligent seal and the stamped file below the intelligent seal to obtain shooting data.
Preferably, before the shooting instruction sent by the control device of the intelligent seal to the support terminal device is triggered, the support terminal device automatically searches the control device of the intelligent seal nearby and completes communication pairing.
Preferably, the uploading the camera data to a server by the stand terminal device for storage includes: and storing the stamped image data, the stamping time, the stamping place and a user operating the intelligent stamp.
Preferably, after the cradle terminal device uploads the camera data to a server for storage, the method includes: sending a request for viewing the photographic data through an application program installed on the mobile terminal, wherein the application program is used for managing the photographic data stored on the server; if the user is a registered user, acquiring the authority of consulting the photographic data and consulting; and if the user is a non-registered user, prompting the user to register.
Preferably, after the cradle terminal device uploads the camera data to a server for storage, the method includes: if the uploaded photographic data do not meet the storage requirements, the server sends a request for shooting again to the support terminal equipment; and the support terminal equipment shoots the intelligent seal and the file below the intelligent seal again and uploads the shot file to the server.
Preferably, after completing one-time stamping and shooting and storing of stamped images, the intelligent stamp interacts with the support terminal device through a self control device to complete shooting of multiple files to obtain stamped images, and the support terminal device obtains the stamped images of the multiple files and then uploads the stamped images to the server in sequence.
In another aspect disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, a system for saving a stamp image is provided, which includes: the intelligent seal is used for receiving a sealing instruction and starting the motor through the self control device to seal the file; the support terminal equipment is used for receiving a shooting instruction sent by the intelligent seal after being triggered and calling a camera device carried by the support terminal equipment to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain shooting data; and the server is used for receiving and storing the photographic data uploaded by the bracket terminal equipment.

Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a system for saving a stamped image, including: the intelligent seal 01 is used for receiving a sealing instruction and starting a motor through a self control device to seal a file; the support terminal device 02 is used for receiving a shooting instruction sent by the intelligent seal after being triggered and calling a camera device carried by the support terminal device to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain shooting data; and the server 03 is used for receiving and storing the photographic data uploaded by the bracket terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for saving a stamped image according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: triggering a shooting instruction sent by a control device of the intelligent seal to the support terminal equipment; calling a camera device carried by the support terminal equipment to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain photographic data; and the bracket terminal equipment uploads the shooting data to a server for storage.
In the embodiment of the invention, the file is a file to be stamped, the support terminal equipment calls the camera device to shoot the intelligent seal and the file to be stamped below the intelligent seal to obtain photographic data and then transmits a stamping instruction back to the control device, and the control device starts a motor in the intelligent seal to stamp after receiving the stamping instruction.
Referring to fig. 3, the specific interaction process among the intelligent stamp 01, the cradle terminal device 02 and the server 03 in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
firstly, a support terminal device automatically searches a control device of a nearby intelligent seal and completes communication pairing, a button is arranged on the intelligent seal, after the pairing is successful, the button on the intelligent seal is clicked, a shooting instruction sent to the support terminal device by the control device of the intelligent seal, the support terminal device calls a camera device carried by the support terminal device to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain photographic data, the support terminal device uploads the photographic data to a server for storage, after the shooting is completed and the photographic data are obtained, the support terminal device transmits a stamping instruction back to the control device, the control device starts a motor in the intelligent seal to operate to drive a transmission device to automatically stamp after receiving the stamping instruction to complete one-time stamping, and after one-time stamping and stamping image shooting and storage are completed, the intelligent seal interacts with the support terminal device through the circulation of the control device to complete shooting of a plurality of files to obtain a stamping image, and the support terminal equipment obtains the stamping images of a plurality of files and then sequentially uploads the stamping images to the server, and the stamping process can be completed for a plurality of times according to the steps.

Compared with the traditional mode of controlling the intelligent seal through the operation support terminal device, the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is more convenient and faster, especially under the scene that a large number of files need to be sealed in batches, a large amount of time of a user can be saved, meanwhile, the real sealed files of the intelligent seal can be ensured to be recorded during sealing, and the use safety of the intelligent seal is ensured.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before triggering a shooting instruction sent by a control device of the intelligent seal to the support terminal device, the method includes: the authority of using the intelligent seal is obtained, and if the intelligent seal does not obtain the use authority, the user does not have the authority to use the intelligent seal, so that the user needs to obtain qualification certification before using the intelligent seal, obtain approval and obtain the authority to use the intelligent seal. As an embodiment of the present invention, acquiring the authority to use the intelligent seal includes: sending a request for using the intelligent seal to the server through a mobile terminal; the mobile terminal receives an unlocking instruction of the server; and the unlocking instruction sent by the mobile terminal to the support terminal is connected with the control device of the intelligent seal in a matching way and opens the intelligent seal, and the mobile terminal and the support terminal are in close-range communication.

After the camera device is opened, a user places a file to be stamped below the intelligent stamp, the camera device shoots pictures or videos, the pictures or videos can be shot at one time, and the pictures are shot according to the setting of the system. After the intelligent seal and the file below the intelligent seal are shot, the related picture is uploaded to a server to be stored, and the camera shooting data can be stored according to the shooting time or other rules, but not limited to the above. The method comprises the steps that an application APP is installed on the mobile terminal, a request for checking the photographic data is sent through the application APP installed on the mobile terminal, and the application APP is used for managing the photographic data stored on a server; the mobile terminal may be a smart phone or an IPad, but is not limited thereto. After sending a lookup request, if the user is authenticated as a registered user, acquiring the authority of looking up the photographic data and looking up the photographic data; and if the user is a non-registered user, prompting the user to register.
If the photographic data are not uploaded successfully, receiving an instruction of re-uploading the photographic data sent by the server; and uploading the photographic data to the server again. For example, due to a network problem or other reasons, the rack terminal device cannot upload the camera data to the server, and the server issues a command to upload again to the rack terminal device.
According to the technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, through a new interaction mode of the intelligent seal, the support terminal equipment and the server, compared with the traditional mode of controlling the intelligent seal through operating the support terminal equipment, the method is more convenient, especially under the scene that a large number of files need to be sealed in batches, a large amount of time can be saved for a user, and meanwhile, the real sealed files of the intelligent seal can be recorded while the seal is ensured.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a system for saving a stamped image, including: the intelligent seal 01 is used for receiving a sealing instruction and starting a motor through a self control device to seal a file; the support terminal device 02 is used for receiving a shooting instruction sent by the intelligent seal after being triggered and calling a camera device carried by the support terminal device to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain shooting data; and the server 03 is used for receiving and storing the photographic data uploaded by the bracket terminal equipment.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for saving a stamped image according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: triggering a shooting instruction sent by a control device of the intelligent seal to the support terminal equipment; calling a camera device carried by the support terminal equipment to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain photographic data; and the bracket terminal equipment uploads the shooting data to a server for storage.
In the embodiment of the invention, the file is a stamped file, the control device directly starts a motor in the intelligent seal by triggering to complete stamping and then sends a stamping completion instruction to the support terminal device as a shooting instruction, and the support terminal device starts the camera device and shoots the intelligent seal and the stamped file below the intelligent seal to obtain shooting data.
Referring to fig. 3, the specific interaction process among the intelligent stamp 01, the cradle terminal device 02 and the server 03 in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
firstly, a support terminal device automatically searches a control device of a nearby intelligent seal and completes communication pairing, a button is arranged on the intelligent seal, after the pairing is successful, the button on the intelligent seal is clicked, a shooting instruction sent to the support terminal device by the control device of the intelligent seal, the control device directly starts a motor in the intelligent seal to operate by triggering to drive a transmission device to automatically stamp and complete primary stamping, the control device controls the motor to complete stamping and then sends the stamping completion instruction to the support terminal device as a shooting instruction, the support terminal device calls a self-carried camera device to shoot the intelligent seal and a file below the intelligent seal to obtain photographic data, the support terminal device uploads the photographic data to a server for storage, after primary stamping and stamping image shooting and storage are completed, the intelligent seal interacts with the support terminal device through the circulation of the control device to complete shooting of a plurality of files to obtain stamping images, and the support terminal equipment obtains the stamping images of a plurality of files and then sequentially uploads the stamping images to the server, and the stamping process can be completed for a plurality of times according to the steps.
