Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a communication scenario according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used to illustrate a technical solution according to the embodiment of the present invention, in the scenario, a UE 1 is a call transfer party, a coverage area of a first Base Transceiver Station (BTS 1, Base Transceiver Station 1) on a network side is located, and a core network device of the call transfer party may include a first Home Location Register (HLR 1); and UE2 is a forwarded-to-calling party, which is in the coverage area of the second base transceiver station BTS 2 on the network side, and the core network equipment of the forwarded-to-calling party may include a second home location register HLR 2. Since the HLR 1 and the HLR 2 are both core network devices, the BTS 1 and the BTS 2 on the network side are both connected to the core network devices.
Based on the communication scenario shown in fig. 1, the following embodiments of the present invention are proposed.
Example one
In this embodiment, based on the communication scenario shown in fig. 1, referring to fig. 2, a detailed flow diagram of a call forwarding method provided in this embodiment is shown, in this flow, a forwarding party, a called party, and a network side device and a core network side device corresponding to the forwarding party and the called party respectively are involved, in this embodiment, the network side device takes a BTS as an example, and the core network device takes an HLR as an example. The process may include:
s201: the forwarded calling party UE2 sends a call forwarding request to the BTS 2;
wherein, the call transfer request is used for applying for opening the call transfer of the call transfer party UE 1 to the UE 2; the method specifically comprises the following steps: a caller forwarding identifier, a callee identifier and a call forwarding indication.
For this step, it can be understood that, when the user cannot set the call forwarding service through the call forwarding party device, the user may request to start the call forwarding service through the call forwarding party. For example, when the mobile phone a of the user action three is lost, the user needs to transfer the call of the mobile phone a to the mobile phone B, so that the user three can send a call transfer request to the network side through the mobile phone B, thereby requesting to start a call transfer service.
It should be noted that, for this step, in practical application, the caller id may select an Equipment id of the UE 1, such as an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI); the identity of the called party may also be an equipment identity, such as IMEI, of the UE2, or an IMSI of a SIM card inserted in the UE 1, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
S202: BTS 2 sends a first identity query request to HLR 1 by using the call transfer party identifier;
the first identity query request is used for requesting the HLR 1 to query the identity information of the call transfer party corresponding to the call transfer party identification;
s203: HLR 1 returns the identity information of the transfer party to BTS 2;
specifically, the identity information of the re-caller can be used to uniquely identify the identity of the user of the re-caller; the number of the identity document of the caller user can be specifically, such as the identity document number, passport number and the like of the caller user;
s204: BTS 2 sends a second identity query request to HLR 2 by using the forwarded calling party identifier;
the second identity query request is used for requesting the HLR 2 to query the identity information of the call forwarding party corresponding to the identification of the call forwarding party;
s205: HLR 2 returns the identity information of the forwarded party to BTS 2;
specifically, the identity information of the forwarded-to party can be used for uniquely identifying the identity of the user of the forwarded-to party; in particular, the identity document number of the forwarded-to calling party user can be the identity document number, passport number and the like of the forwarded-to calling party user.
It should be noted that S202 to S203 complete the process of acquiring identity information of the calling party; s204 to S205 complete the process of acquiring identity information of the called party; there is no strict sequence between the two processes in the specific implementation process, that is, S202 to S203 may be executed before S204 to S205, may be executed after S204 to S205, or may be executed simultaneously with S204 to S205. This embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. Moreover, the identity information of the calling party and the identity information of the called party can be submitted by a network access application when the UE 1 and the UE2 access the network, so that the identity information of the calling party and the identity information of the called party can be stored in the HLR corresponding to the UE 1 and the UE2 respectively.
S206: the BTS 2 compares the identity information of the calling party with the identity information of the called party;
s207: when the identity information of the call forwarding party is consistent with the identity information of the called party, the BTS 2 sends a first notification message for representing the successful starting of call forwarding to the UE 2;
for this step, by combining with the illustration in S201, it can be understood that when the identity information corresponding to the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B is consistent, it can be stated that the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B belong to the same user zhang san; therefore, when the identity information corresponding to the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B is consistent, it indicates that the call forwarding request sent by the mobile phone B can be sent by the user zhang san, that is, the identity authentication for starting the call forwarding service is completed, and at this time, the BTS 2 can determine that the call forwarding is successfully started.
It is understood that the UE2 can know that the call forwarding request transmitted in S201 has been successfully performed after receiving the first notification message.
S208: BTS 2 sends a second notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully opened to HLR 2;
it can be understood that, after receiving the second notification message, the HLR 2 can know that the service of transferring the call of UE 1 to UE2 has been successfully opened.
S209: BTS 2 sends a third notification message for representing the successful opening of call forwarding to HLR 1;
it can be understood that, after receiving the third notification message, the HLR 1 can know that the service of transferring the call of the UE 1 to the UE2 has been successfully opened. It should be noted that there is no strict sequence between S208 and S209, that is, S208 may be executed before S209, after S209, or simultaneously with S209. This embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
Also, after receiving the third notification message, the HLR 1 may further perform S210: sending an informing instruction encapsulated with the third informing message to BTS 1;
it will be appreciated that the notification instruction may be used to instruct the BTS 1 to send a third notification message to the re-caller UE 1.
S211: the BTS 1 sends the third notification message to the call transfer party UE 1;
it will be appreciated that this step may enable the caller re-caller UE 1 to know that the service of transferring the call of UE 1 to UE2 has been successfully turned on.
It is understood that the first notification message in S207, the second notification message in S208, and the third notification message in S209 are all used to indicate that the call forwarding is successfully turned on, and the only difference is that the sending targets are different, so the embodiment is distinguished by "first", "second", and "third".
Through the technical scheme shown in fig. 2, it can be known that in the technical scheme, the call forwarding service is initiated by the forwarded party, and the call forwarding service is started through interaction between the network side device and the core network side device corresponding to the forwarded party and the forwarded party, so that when a user cannot set the call forwarding service through the forwarded party device, the situation that the call forwarding service is started and set through manual prompt and manual instruction is avoided, the time for setting the call forwarding service is saved, and the communication efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, for the BTS 2 in S206 in the technical solution shown in fig. 2, the identity information of the call forwarding party is compared with the identity information of the called party, and when the two are not consistent, the BTS 2 needs to confirm the user identity of the call forwarding service to the called party to complete authentication to ensure security.
Thus, for example, after the BTS 2 compares the identity information of the calling party with the identity information of the called party, referring to fig. 3, it may further include:
s2071: when the identity information of the calling party is inconsistent with the identity information of the called party, the BTS 2 sends an authentication request to the UE 2;
the authentication request can be used for requesting to input authentication information corresponding to the call forwarding party; the authentication information may be a service password of the transfer party, etc., which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
S2072: BTS 2 receives authentication information sent by UE 2;
s2073: the BTS 2 compares the received authentication information with the authentication information of the UE 1, and when the received authentication information is consistent with the authentication information of the UE 1, the BTS 2 sends a first notification message for representing the successful starting of call forwarding to the UE 2.
It is understood that after the execution of S2073 is completed, S208 in the scheme shown in fig. 2 may be continuously executed, so that the opening and setting flow of the call forwarding service can be completed.
It should be noted that, for S2073, when the received authentication information is inconsistent with the authentication information of the UE 1, the BTS 2 may send a termination instruction to the UE 2; the termination instruction is used to terminate or terminate the call forwarding request initiated by the UE 2.
For the flow shown in fig. 3, with reference to the example in S201, when the user opens the call forwarding service by using the mobile phone of lee co-workers and needs to forward the call of the mobile phone a to the mobile phone of lee co-workers, the mobile phone of lee co-workers is the mobile phone B. When the BTS 2 finds that the identity information corresponding to the mobile phone B points to lie four instead of zhang san, it sends an authentication request to the mobile phone B, zhang san can send authentication information about the mobile phone a to the BTS 2 through the mobile phone B for the authentication request, thereby indicating that the call forwarding request sent by the mobile phone B is sent by zhang san. The BTS 2 compares the authentication information received from the handset B with the authentication information of the handset a that is pre-stored, thereby enabling authentication for the opening of the call forwarding service. When the two are consistent, the authentication is successful; otherwise, authentication fails. BTS 2 may terminate the call forwarding request initiated by handset B.
Illustratively, when the user needs to cancel the call forwarding service, referring to fig. 4, the technical solution shown in fig. 2 may further include:
s401: UE2 sends a call transfer cancel request to BTS 2;
the call transfer canceling request is used for applying to close the call transfer of the call transfer party UE 1 to the UE 2; specifically, the call transfer cancellation request may include a caller forwarding party identifier, a callee identifier, and a call transfer cancellation indication; it should be noted that the forwarding party identifier may be a single forwarding party identifier for forwarding the call to the forwarded-to-calling party UE2, may be several forwarding party identifiers for forwarding the call to the forwarded-to-calling party UE2, or may be all forwarding party identifiers for forwarding the call to the forwarded-to-calling party UE 2.
For this step, with reference to the illustration in S201, when the user opens three to find the mobile phone a, the call forwarding service may still be cancelled or closed through the mobile phone B, and then, open three may send a call forwarding cancellation request to the BTS 2 through the mobile phone B, thereby closing the call forwarding service that forwards the call of the mobile phone a to the mobile phone B.
S402: the BTS 2 closes the service of transferring the call of the call transfer party UE 1 to the UE2 according to the call transfer canceling request, and sends a fourth notification message for representing the success of call transfer closing to the UE 2;
it is understood that the UE2 can know that the call transfer cancellation request transmitted in S401 has been successfully performed after receiving the fourth notification message.
S403: BTS 2 sends a fifth notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully closed to HLR 2;
it is understood that, after receiving the fifth notification message, the HLR 2 can know that the service for transferring the call of UE 1 to UE2 has been successfully closed.
S404: BTS 2 sends a sixth notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully closed to HLR 1;
it is understood that, after receiving the sixth notification message, the HLR 1 can know that the service for transferring the call of UE 1 to UE2 has been successfully closed. It should be noted that there is no strict sequence between S403 and S404, that is, S403 may be executed before S404, after S404, or simultaneously with S404. This embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
Furthermore, after receiving the sixth notification message, the HLR 1 may further perform S405: transmitting an informing instruction encapsulated with the sixth informing message to BTS 1;
it is to be understood that the notification instruction may be used to instruct the BTS 1 to send a sixth notification message to the re-caller UE 1.
S406: the BTS 1 sends a sixth notification message to the call transfer party UE 1;
it will be appreciated that this step may enable the re-caller UE 1 to know that the service of transferring the call of UE 1 to UE2 has been successfully turned off.
It can be understood that the fourth notification message in S402, the fifth notification message in S403, and the sixth notification message in S404 are all used to indicate that the call forwarding is successfully turned off, and the only difference is that the sending targets are different, so the present embodiment is distinguished by "fourth", "fifth", and "sixth".
Illustratively, since the forwarded-to-calling party UE2 may turn on the call forwarding service, calls of a plurality of forwarded-to-calling parties may be forwarded to the forwarded-to-calling party UE2, and therefore, the forwarded-to-calling party UE2 may inquire the forwarded-to-calling party for forwarding the call to itself. Referring to fig. 5, the technical solution shown in fig. 2 may further include:
s501: UE2 sends a first call forwarding inquiry request to BTS 2;
wherein, the first call forwarding party inquiring request is used for inquiring all call forwarding party identifications for forwarding the call to the UE 2;
s502: BTS 2 sends a second call forwarding party query request to HLR 2;
wherein, the second call forwarding party inquiring request is used for inquiring all call forwarding party identifications for forwarding the call to the UE 2;
s503: the HLR 2 inquires the calling party identifier for transferring the call to the UE2 according to the second calling party inquiring request;
it can be understood that, since the call forwarding service can be opened by the UE2 and the HLR 2 is notified after the call forwarding service is successfully opened, the HLR 2 stores the identity of the calling party who successfully forwarded the call to the UE2 in each process of opening the call forwarding service; moreover, since the call forwarding service can be closed by the UE2, and the HLR 2 is notified after each successful closing, the HLR 2 stores the identifier of the forwarding party that the closed call is forwarded to the UE2 in the process of closing the call forwarding service each time; the HLR 2 can then statistically obtain the identity of the party to transfer the call to the UE2 when receiving the second forwarding-party enquiry request.
S504: HLR 2 returns the identifier of the transfer party transferring the call to UE2 to BTS 2;
s505: the BTS 2 returns to the UE2 the identity of the party currently transferring the call to the UE 2.
According to the method for call forwarding provided by the embodiment, the forwarded party initiates the opening and closing of the call forwarding service, so that when the call forwarding service cannot be set through the call forwarding equipment, the situation that the call forwarding service is opened and closed through manual prompt and manual instruction is avoided, the time for setting the call forwarding service is saved, and the communication efficiency is improved.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept of the foregoing embodiment, referring to fig. 6, it shows a flow of a method for call forwarding applied to a network-side device of a forwarded-to-called party, in the flow, the network-side device takes a BTS as an example, and a core network device takes an HLR as an example, and the flow may include:
s601: receiving a call forwarding request sent by a forwarded party;
wherein, the call transfer request is used for applying for opening the call transfer of the call transfer party UE 1 to the transferred party UE 2; the method specifically comprises the following steps: a caller forwarding identifier, a callee identifier and a call forwarding indication.
S602: respectively acquiring identity information corresponding to a called party and a call forwarding party;
s603: and when the identity information corresponding to the forwarded party is consistent with the identity information corresponding to the forwarded party, sending a notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully opened.
For step S603, it is set that the call of the mobile phone a needs to be transferred to the mobile phone B, and when the corresponding identity information of the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B is consistent, it can be indicated that the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B belong to the same user; therefore, when the identity information corresponding to the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B is consistent, it indicates that the call forwarding request sent by the mobile phone B can be considered as that sent by the user, that is, the identity authentication for starting the call forwarding service is completed, and at this time, it can be determined that the call forwarding is successfully started.
Through the technical scheme shown in fig. 6, the call forwarding service is initiated by the forwarded calling party, and the call forwarding service is started through interaction between the network side device and the core network side device corresponding to the forwarded calling party and the forwarded calling party, so that when a user cannot set the call forwarding service through the forwarded calling party device, the situation that the call forwarding service is started and set through manual prompt and manual instruction is avoided, the time for setting the call forwarding service is saved, and the communication efficiency is improved.
For example, in the wireless communication system, the identity information is usually stored in the core network device HLR, and therefore, referring to fig. 7, S602 may specifically include:
s6021: sending a first identity query request to core network equipment HLR 1 of a call forwarding party;
wherein, the first identity inquiry request is used for requesting the HLR 1 to inquire the identity information of the call transfer party corresponding to the call transfer party identification
S6022: receiving identity information of a call forwarding party sent by core network equipment of the call forwarding party;
specifically, the identity information of the re-caller can be used to uniquely identify the identity of the user of the re-caller; in particular, the identification card number of the calling party user can be selected, for example, the identification card number, passport number and the like of the calling party user
S6023: sending a second identity query request to core network equipment HLR 2 of the forwarded party;
the second identity query request is used for requesting the HLR 2 to query the identity information of the call forwarding party corresponding to the identification of the call forwarding party;
s6024: and receiving the identity information of the forwarded calling party, which is sent by the core network equipment of the forwarded calling party.
Specifically, the identity information of the forwarded-to party can be used for uniquely identifying the identity of the user of the forwarded-to party; in particular, the identity document number of the called party user, such as the identity document number, passport number, etc. of the called party user can be specified.
It is understood that S6021 to S6022 complete the process of acquiring the call transfer party identity information; s6023 to S6024 finish the process of acquiring the identity information of the forwarded calling party; there is no strict order between the two processes in the specific implementation process, that is, S6021 to S6022 may be performed before S6023 to S6024, after S6023 to S6024, or simultaneously with S6023 to S6024. This embodiment is not particularly limited to this.
For example, when it is determined that the call forwarding is successfully turned on, the callee and the call forwarding party need to be informed that the call forwarding is successfully turned on, and therefore, for the sending of the notification message for indicating that the call forwarding is successfully turned on in S603, the sending of the notification message may include:
sending a first notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully opened to the forwarded party;
sending a second notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully opened to the core network equipment of the forwarded party;
sending a third notification message for representing successful call forwarding opening to core network equipment of a call forwarding party;
it should be noted that, after receiving the third notification message, the core network device of the forwarding party sends a notification instruction encapsulating the third notification message to the network side device BTS 1 of the forwarding party; the announcement instruction may be used to instruct the BTS 1 to send a third announcement message to the re-caller; the BTS 1 may transmit a third notification message to the caller-forwarding UE 1 under the instruction of the notification instruction; therefore, the call transfer party UE 1 can know that the service of transferring the call of the UE 1 to the UE2 is successfully started.
It is understood that the first notification message, the second notification message and the third notification message described in this example are all used to indicate that the call forwarding is successfully turned on, and the only difference is that the sent targets are different, so the embodiment is distinguished by "first", "second" and "third".
For example, when the identity information corresponding to the called party is inconsistent with the identity information corresponding to the calling party, referring to fig. 8, the process may further include:
s801: sending an authentication request to the forwarded-to-calling party;
the authentication request can be used for requesting to input authentication information corresponding to the call forwarding party; the authentication information may be a service password of the transfer party, etc., which is not described in detail in the embodiment of the present invention.
S802: receiving authentication information sent by a forwarded calling party;
s803: comparing the received authentication information with the authentication information of the call forwarding party, and sending a notification message for representing the successful opening of call forwarding when the received authentication information is consistent with the authentication information of the call forwarding party.
It can be understood that, in the specific implementation process, the sending of the notification message used for representing that the call forwarding is successfully opened is similar to the implementation process of the foregoing example, and details are not repeated in this example.
It should be noted that, when the received authentication information is inconsistent with the authentication information of the call forwarding party, a termination instruction can be sent to the call forwarding party; the termination instruction is used to terminate or terminate the call forwarding request initiated by the forwarded-to-party.
Illustratively, when the user needs to cancel the call forwarding service, referring to fig. 9, the process may further include:
s901: receiving a call transfer cancel request sent by a forwarded party;
the call transfer canceling request is used for applying to close the call transfer of the call transfer party UE 1 to the UE 2; specifically, the call transfer cancellation request may include a caller forwarding party identifier, a callee identifier, and a call transfer cancellation indication; it should be noted that the identity of the forwarding party may be a single identity of the forwarding party that transfers the call to the UE2 of the forwarded-to-calling party, may also be several identities of the forwarding parties that transfer the call to the UE2 of the forwarded-to-calling party, and may also be all identities of the forwarding parties that transfer the call to the UE2 of the forwarded-to-calling party.
S902: according to the call transfer cancel request, closing the service of transferring the call of the call transfer party to the called party;
s903: sending a notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully closed;
specifically, S903 may include:
sending a fourth notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully closed to the forwarded-to-calling party UE 2; it can be understood that, after receiving the fourth notification message, the UE2 can know that the call forwarding cancellation request sent in S401 has been successfully executed;
sending a fifth notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully closed to the core network equipment HLR 2 of the forwarded party; as can be understood, after receiving the fifth notification message, the HLR 2 may know that the service of transferring the call of the UE 1 to the UE2 has been successfully closed;
and sending a sixth notification message for representing that the call forwarding is successfully closed to the core network equipment HLR 1 of the call forwarding party.
It should be noted that, after receiving the sixth notification message, the HLR 1 may know that the service for transferring the call of the UE 1 to the UE2 has been successfully closed. After receiving the sixth notification message, the HLR 1 sends a notification instruction encapsulating the sixth notification message to the network side device BTS 1 of the forwarding party; the notification instruction may be used to instruct the BTS 1 to send a sixth notification message to the re-caller UE 1; the BTS 1 may transmit a sixth notification message to the caller-forwarding UE 1 under the instruction of the notification instruction; thereby, the call transfer party UE 1 can be made to know that the service of transferring the call of the UE 1 to the UE2 is successfully closed.
It is understood that the fourth notification message, the fifth notification message and the sixth notification message are all used to indicate that the call forwarding is successfully turned off, and the only difference is that the sending targets are different, so the embodiment is distinguished by "fourth", "fifth" and "sixth".
10, the process may further include:
s1001: receiving a first call forwarding party query request sent by a called party;
wherein, the first call forwarding party inquiring request is used for inquiring all call forwarding party identifications for forwarding the call to the UE 2;
s1002: sending a second call forwarding party query request to a core network device HLR 2 of a called party;
wherein, the second call forwarding party inquiring request is used for inquiring all call forwarding party identifications for forwarding the call to the UE 2; so that the core network equipment HLR 2 of the called party inquires the calling party identifier for transferring the call to the UE2 according to the second calling party inquiring request;
it can be understood that, since the call forwarding service can be opened by the UE2 and the HLR 2 is notified after the call forwarding service is successfully opened, the HLR 2 stores the identity of the calling party who successfully forwarded the call to the UE2 in each process of opening the call forwarding service; moreover, since the call forwarding service can be closed by the UE2, and the HLR 2 is notified after each successful closing, the HLR 2 stores the identifier of the forwarding party that the closed call is forwarded to the UE2 in the process of closing the call forwarding service each time; the HLR 2 can then statistically obtain the identity of the party to transfer the call to the UE2 when receiving the second forwarding-party enquiry request.
S1003: receiving a call forwarding party identifier which is returned by core network equipment HLR 2 of a called party and transfers the call to UE2 of the called party currently;
s1004: and sending the calling party identifier of the currently transferred call to the UE2 to the called party UE 2.
In the method for call forwarding provided by this embodiment, the forwarded party initiates the opening and closing of the call forwarding service, so that when the call forwarding service cannot be set by the call forwarding device, the occurrence of the situation that the call forwarding service is opened and closed by manual prompt and manual instruction is avoided, the time for setting the call forwarding service is saved, and the communication efficiency is improved.

the forwarded party receives a notification message which is sent by the network side equipment corresponding to the forwarded party and used for representing the success of call forwarding closing.
The process may further include:
a network side device corresponding to the called party sends a first calling party inquiring request; the first call forwarding party inquiry request is used for inquiring all call forwarding party identifications for forwarding a call to the called party UE 2;
