Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a parking space according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
The parking space generally refers to a parking area in which an inlet and an outlet are relatively fixed. The parking interval can comprise a parking lot, an enterprise park, a bus station, a gas station, vehicle parking places such as a hotel, a restaurant and a market and the like. Here, the parking section is only described as an example, and the parking section is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 1, the section shown in fig. 1 may be a parking section in which two entrances and two exits are arranged, and a vehicle can enter the parking section only from the entrance of the parking section and leave the parking section from the exit of the parking section.
Of course, the interior of the parking space can be divided, for example, an interior parking lot can be divided from the interior of the parking space for parking the vehicles of the interior personnel, and a green channel is set for the interior parking lot.
Here, the division of the area inside the parking space is only described as an example, and the division of the area inside the parking space is not specifically limited.
In the present application, a second image capturing device may be generally disposed at an entrance of a parking space, and the second image capturing device captures an image of a vehicle entering the parking space when it is detected that the vehicle enters the parking space. A first image acquisition device is arranged at an exit of a parking interval, and the first image acquisition device acquires an image of a vehicle leaving the parking interval when detecting that the vehicle leaves the parking interval.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a networking architecture for recognizing illegal parking according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
The networking architecture may include a first image capture device, a second image capture device, and a server.
The first image capturing device may be a camera, or other devices having an image capturing function. The first image capturing apparatus is described here by way of example only and is not particularly limited. A first image capturing device may be deployed at an exit of a parking space for capturing images of vehicles exiting the parking space.
The second image capturing device may be a camera, a video camera, or other devices having an image capturing function. The second image capturing device is only exemplified here and is not particularly limited. The second image capturing device may be disposed at an entrance of the parking space for capturing a vehicle image of a vehicle entering the parking space.
It should be noted that the first image capturing device and the second image capturing device may be the same type of device or different types of devices, and here, for convenience of description, according to the position where the image capturing device is deployed and the captured image information, the image capturing device that is deployed at the exit of the parking space and used for capturing the vehicle leaving the parking space is referred to as the first image capturing device, and the image capturing device that is deployed at the entrance of the parking space and used for capturing the vehicle entering the parking space is referred to as the second image capturing device.
The server may be a single physical server, or may be a server cluster including a plurality of physical servers. Here, the server is only exemplified and not particularly limited. The server is mainly used for determining that the vehicle is an illegal vehicle when the fact that the parking duration of the vehicle leaving the parking space is larger than a preset time threshold and the vehicle leaving the parking space is an external vehicle is detected.
The application aims to provide an illegal parking identification method, and a server can calculate the parking time of a vehicle leaving a parking space in the parking space and identify whether the vehicle is an external vehicle. When the server detects that the parking duration of the vehicle is greater than the preset time threshold and the vehicle is an external vehicle, the server can determine that the vehicle parks in an illegal mode, and therefore detection of the illegal parking is achieved.
Before describing the identification method for illegal parking, some terms related to the following application are introduced.
1) Entry record
The entrance entry record records at least information such as a vehicle identifier of a vehicle entering the parking space, an entry time of the vehicle entering the parking space, and a vehicle image including the vehicle and collected by the second image collecting device.
When a second image capturing device disposed at an entrance of the parking space detects that a vehicle (for convenience of description, the vehicle entering the parking space is referred to as a second vehicle) enters the parking space, the second image capturing device may capture a second vehicle image of the second vehicle, and record a time when the second vehicle enters the parking space as an entry time.
The server may obtain information such as a vehicle identification, an entry time, and a second vehicle image of the second vehicle.
In an alternative implementation method, the second image capturing device may recognize a vehicle identifier of the second vehicle in the second vehicle image, and then send the recognized vehicle identifier, the determined entry time, the second vehicle image, and other information to the server.
In another alternative implementation, the second image capturing device may send information such as the second vehicle image and the entry time to the server. The server, upon receiving the second vehicle image, may identify a vehicle identification of the second vehicle in the second vehicle image.
The server may generate an entry record for the second vehicle after acquiring information such as the vehicle identifier, the entry time, and the second vehicle image of the second vehicle.
The vehicle identifier may refer to information that uniquely identifies a vehicle, may be a license plate number of the vehicle, or may be other vehicle characteristics of the vehicle, and here, the vehicle identifier is merely described by way of example, and is not specifically limited.
The above-mentioned identification method for identifying the vehicle identifier of the second vehicle from the second vehicle image may employ algorithms such as deep learning, neural network, feature matching, and the like, and will not be described herein again.
2) Interior vehicle list
The internal vehicle list is a list configured on the server by the user, and the vehicle identification of the internal vehicle allowed to be parked in the parking space is recorded in the internal vehicle list. The user may add vehicle identification, subtract vehicle identification, and modify vehicle identification in the interior vehicle list.
For example, the parking space is a restaurant parking lot, which allows the employees in the restaurant to park the vehicles, and the vehicle identifier of the vehicle of the employee in the restaurant can be recorded in the internal vehicle list.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an illegal parking recognition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to a server and can comprise the following steps.
Step 301: the server receives a first vehicle image acquired by first image acquisition equipment; the first vehicle image is acquired by a first image acquisition device arranged at an exit of a parking space when a vehicle is detected to leave the parking space.
When the first image acquisition device detects that the vehicle leaves, the first image acquisition device can acquire the image of the vehicle leaving the vehicle. For convenience of description, a vehicle leaving the parking space is referred to as a first vehicle, and an acquired vehicle image including the vehicle leaving the parking space is referred to as a first vehicle image.
The first image capture device may then send the first vehicle image to a server.
In addition, when the first image acquisition device detects that the first vehicle leaves the parking interval, the first image can also record the time when the first vehicle leaves the parking interval as the leaving time.
Step 302: the server can calculate the parking time length of the first vehicle in the first vehicle image in the parking area.
Step 1: the server may obtain a vehicle identification of the first vehicle in the first vehicle image.
In an alternative implementation, the first image capturing device may identify a vehicle identifier of the first vehicle in the first vehicle image, and then transmit the identified vehicle identifier to the server. The server may receive the vehicle identification sent by the first image capture device.
In another alternative implementation, the first image capture device may send the first vehicle image to a server. The server, upon receiving the first vehicle image, may identify a vehicle identification of the first vehicle in the first vehicle image.
The vehicle identification of the first vehicle in the first vehicle image is acquired here by way of example only, and the acquisition method is specifically limited.
Step 2: and the server acquires the entering time of the first vehicle entering the parking interval according to the vehicle identification of the first vehicle.
In implementations, the server may look up an entry record containing the vehicle identification of the first vehicle.
If the server can find the entrance entry record containing the vehicle identifier of the first vehicle, the server can read the entry time recorded in the found entrance entry record, and the read entry time is the entry time when the first vehicle enters the parking area.
If there is no entry record containing the vehicle identification of the first vehicle, the server may send a first alert to an associated user terminal (e.g., a user terminal of the parking space manager, etc.). The first alert is to indicate that the first vehicle is not detected entering the parking area, but that the first vehicle is detected leaving the parking area. And step 3: the server may acquire a departure time at which the first vehicle departs from the parking space.
In an optional implementation manner, when detecting that the first vehicle leaves the parking space, the first image capturing device sends the leaving time when the first vehicle leaves the parking space to the server.
In another alternative implementation manner, the server may send a departure time acquisition instruction to the first image capturing device, where the departure time acquisition instruction carries a vehicle identifier of the first vehicle. The first image acquisition device may return the departure time of the first vehicle to the server after receiving the acquisition instruction of the departure time.
And 4, step 4: the server calculates the parking time of the first vehicle based on the entering time and the leaving time.
In implementation, the server may calculate the parking duration of the first vehicle using the departure time minus the entry time.
Step 303: and if the parking time of the first vehicle is greater than a preset time threshold value and the first vehicle is determined to be an external vehicle, the server can determine that the first vehicle parks in an illegal mode.
When implemented, the server may determine whether the first vehicle is a foreign vehicle.
In an alternative implementation manner, the server may detect whether the vehicle identifier of the first vehicle is recorded in a preset internal vehicle list.
And if the vehicle identification of the first vehicle is not recorded in the preset internal vehicle list, determining that the first vehicle is an external vehicle. And if the vehicle identification of the first vehicle is recorded in the preset interior vehicle list, determining that the first vehicle is an interior vehicle.
In addition, the server can also judge whether the calculated parking time of the first vehicle is greater than a preset time threshold value.
When the server detects that the parking duration of the first vehicle is greater than a preset time threshold value and the first vehicle is an external vehicle, the server can determine that the first vehicle parks in an illegal manner.
When the server determines that the first vehicle parks in an illegal way, one or more of the following operations can be executed:
the server may generate and store an illegal parking warning log. The illegal parking warning log at least comprises the following components: the vehicle identification of the first vehicle, the entering time, the leaving time and the parking time of the first vehicle, the evidence image of the first vehicle and the like. Here, the contents of the illegal parking warning log are merely exemplary and are not particularly limited.
The server may send a second alert to the user indicating that the first vehicle is parked in violation.
The evidence image of the first vehicle is synthesized based on the vehicle image which is acquired by the second image acquisition device and contains the first vehicle and the vehicle image which is acquired by the first image acquisition device and contains the first vehicle.
It should be noted that, there is no strict time sequence relationship between the determination of whether the first vehicle is the alien vehicle and the calculation of the parking time of the first vehicle.
Whether the first vehicle is an external vehicle or not may be determined first, and then the parking time period of the first vehicle may be calculated, or the parking time period of the first vehicle may be calculated first, and then whether the first vehicle is an external vehicle or not may be determined, where the timing sequence of these two steps is not specifically limited.
In the embodiment of the application, when the server detects that the parking duration of the first vehicle is less than or equal to the preset time threshold and the first vehicle is an external vehicle, an external parking log of the first vehicle may be generated.
The external parking log is used for recording parking information of external vehicles, and at least information such as a vehicle identifier of a first vehicle, the entering time, the leaving time and the parking time of the first vehicle, and vehicle images including the first vehicle and collected by the first image collecting device and the second image collecting device are recorded in the external parking log. Here, the content of the external parking log record is merely described as an example, and is not particularly limited.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the server detects that the first vehicle is an interior vehicle, the server may generate an interior parking log of the first vehicle.
The internal parking log is used for recording parking information of internal vehicles, and at least information including vehicle identification of the first vehicle, entering time, leaving time and parking duration of the first vehicle, and vehicle images of the first vehicle, which are respectively acquired by the first image acquisition device and the second image acquisition device, is recorded in the internal parking log. Here, the contents of the internal parking log record are merely described as an example, and are not particularly limited.
As can be seen from the above description, the server may calculate a parking duration of a vehicle leaving the parking space in the parking space and identify whether the vehicle is an external vehicle. When the server detects that the parking duration of the vehicle is greater than the preset time threshold and the vehicle is an external vehicle, the server can determine that the vehicle parks in an illegal mode, and therefore detection of the illegal parking is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another illegal parking recognition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to a server and can comprise the following steps.
Step 401: the server receives a first vehicle image; the first vehicle image is acquired by a first image acquisition device arranged at an exit of a parking space when a vehicle is detected to leave the parking space.
Step 402: the server obtains a vehicle identification of the first vehicle in the first vehicle image.
The vehicle identifier of the first vehicle may be obtained by the method in step 1 in step 302, and is not described here again.
Step 403: the server judges whether the entrance vehicle entering record containing the vehicle identification of the first vehicle is found.
If the server can find an entry record containing the vehicle identification of the first vehicle, step 404 is performed.
If the server does not find an entry record containing the vehicle identification of the first vehicle, step 405 is performed.

If the vehicle identifier of the first vehicle is recorded in the internal vehicle list, step 410 is executed.
If the vehicle identifier of the first vehicle is not recorded in the internal vehicle list, step 409 is executed.
Step 408: the server generates an external parking log for the first vehicle.
The external parking log of the first vehicle is used for recording parking information of the external vehicle, and at least information including a vehicle identifier of the first vehicle, an entering time, a leaving time and a parking time of the first vehicle, and vehicle images of the first vehicle, which are respectively collected by the first image collecting device and the second image collecting device, is recorded in the external parking log. Here, the content of the external parking log record is merely described as an example, and is not particularly limited.

Wherein, the illegal parking warning log at least comprises: the vehicle identification of the first vehicle, the entering time, the leaving time and the parking time of the first vehicle, the evidence image of the first vehicle and the like. Here, the illegal parking warning log is only exemplarily described, and is not particularly limited.
The evidence image of the first vehicle is synthesized based on the vehicle image containing the first vehicle acquired by the second image acquisition device and the vehicle image containing the first vehicle acquired by the first image acquisition device.
The second warning is used to indicate that the first vehicle is parked in violation.
Step 410: the server generates an internal parking log for the first vehicle.
The internal parking log is used for recording parking information of internal vehicles, and at least information including vehicle images of the first vehicle and the like acquired by the first image acquisition device and the second image acquisition device respectively, the vehicle identification of the first vehicle, the entering time, the leaving time and the parking time of the first vehicle, and the first image acquisition device and the second image acquisition device are recorded in the internal parking log. Here, the contents of the internal parking log record are merely exemplary and are not particularly limited.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating another illegal parking recognition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method can be applied to a server and can comprise the following steps.
Step 501: the server receives a first vehicle image; the first vehicle image is acquired by a first image acquisition device arranged at an exit of a parking space when a vehicle is detected to leave the parking space.
Step 502: the server obtains a vehicle identification of the first vehicle in the first vehicle image.
The vehicle identifier of the first vehicle may be obtained by the method in step 1 in step 302, and is not described here again.
Step 503: the server judges whether the vehicle identification of the first vehicle is recorded in the internal vehicle list.
If the vehicle identification of the first vehicle is recorded in the interior vehicle list, step 505 is performed.
If the vehicle identification of the first vehicle is not recorded in the interior vehicle list, step 504 is executed.
Step 504: the server judges whether the entrance vehicle entering record containing the vehicle identification of the first vehicle is found.
