The level switching circuit converts a control command of the level sent by the computer through the serial port and received by the relay into a level signal and then provides the level signal to the main control module, and the main control module outputs the received level signal to the remote equipment through the Beidou satellite communication module or the GPS communication module so as to control the work of the remote equipment. Big dipper satellite communication module or GPS communication module can switch, because communication signal's difference, sometimes the GPS signal is strong, sometimes big dipper satellite signal is strong, and main control module decides which communication module operation to use through the power of judging two signals to make remote control can go on, avoid because the problem of signal leads to production lag or the product quality problems to appear.
