Description

Tobacco leaf curing method of flue-cured tobacco variety RG11 matured under rainy and light sunshine condition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco leaf baking, in particular to a tobacco leaf baking method of a cured tobacco variety RG11 matured under the condition of much rain and little sunshine.
Background
The baking is one of important measures for tobacco leaf production, and fresh tobacco leaves harvested in the field can show excellent quality and higher commodity value only through baking. The baking characteristics of tobacco leaves are limited by various factors such as varieties, soil, climate and the like, wherein the most important factor is the variety, and different flue-cured tobacco varieties have different baking characteristics. At present, the flue-cured tobacco baking process is generally a three-section type baking process, namely, the baking process is divided into three stages of yellowing, fixing color and drying tendon, and the yellowing stage is as follows: the starting temperature of the dry bulb is 32-35 ℃, the temperature in the yellowing period is 36-38 ℃, the temperature for completing the yellowing is 40-42 ℃, and the temperature of the wet bulb is 1-4 ℃ lower than that of the dry bulb; a color fixing stage: the dry bulb temperature is 54-55 ℃, and the wet bulb temperature is 38-40 ℃; and (3) a tendon drying stage: the dry bulb temperature is 67-68 ℃, the wet bulb temperature is 40-42 ℃, namely, the temperature and humidity indexes are regulated according to the change requirements of the tobacco leaves in each stage, heat supply and proper ventilation are carried out, the quality of the tobacco leaves is effectively embodied, and the tobacco leaves can be connected with international and universal advanced horizontal baking.
The flue-cured tobacco variety RG11 was introduced by the American Archie seed company, the institute for tobacco research, national academy of agricultural sciences in 1996, and was determined by the national committee for the examination of tobacco varieties in 12 months in 1997. At present, no special baking method aiming at a flue-cured tobacco variety RG11 exists, particularly, a baking method under the conditions of much rain and little sunshine is reported, and the traditional three-stage baking process by adding the flue-cured tobacco variety RG11 cannot reflect the baking characteristics of the flue-cured tobacco variety RG 11.
