Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a mail sending method based on authority control according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S110: and receiving the mail content of the mail to be sent from the network server, and acquiring the identity contained in the mail content.
The identity contained in the mail content of the mail to be sent can be input by a user when the mail is edited. Specifically, the identity may be represented by a string of characters that uniquely identifies a user, or may be represented by other forms of information. The identity of the user can be identified through the identity, and various management operations can be carried out on the mails sent by the user based on the identity.
Step S120: and determining the authority information matched with the identity mark contained in the mail content according to the preset authority configuration information.
The authority configuration information is used for storing authority information corresponding to each identity mark so as to verify the authority of each user. Specifically, the authority information matched with each identity includes at least one of the following: the upper limit number of the recipients of the single mail, the upper limit number of the sent mails in unit time, the attachment specification information and the text specification information. Of course, those skilled in the art can flexibly configure the specific content of the authority configuration information as long as the management of the mail can be realized, and the specific content of the authority configuration information is not limited by the present invention.
Step S130: and verifying the mail content according to the authority information, and if the verification is passed, sending the mail content of the mail to be sent to a corresponding mail receiver.
The specific way of verifying the mail content depends on the specific content of the authority information. For example, when the authority information includes the upper limit number of recipients of a single email, the number of recipients included in the email to be sent needs to be counted, and if the number does not exceed the upper limit number of recipients of the single email, it is determined that the verification is passed, otherwise, it is determined that the verification is not passed. For another example, when the authority information includes the specification information of the attachment, the specification of the attachment included in the mail to be sent needs to be acquired, if the attachment meets the specification information of the attachment included in the authority information, the verification is determined to be passed, otherwise, the verification is determined not to be passed.
Therefore, in the above manner, the corresponding identity is set for each user in advance, and the corresponding relationship between the identity and the authority information is stored in the authority configuration information. Correspondingly, the authority can be verified according to the identity marks contained in the mail content, and the mail is sent only when the verification is passed, so that the sending of illegal mails is avoided, unnecessary troubles to a mail receiver are avoided, the load of a mail server is reduced, and the management of the mail to be sent is facilitated.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an email sending method based on authority control according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the network server is responsible for receiving and processing a to-be-sent mail edited by a user facing the user, and the network server can select a corresponding mail sending server according to contents such as domain name information of a sender of the to-be-sent mail, and the selected mail sending server is responsible for verifying the to-be-sent mail and sending the to-be-sent mail to a corresponding receiver after the verification is passed. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S200: the network server inquires a mail sending server corresponding to the sender domain name information according to the sender domain name information contained in the mail to be sent, and sends the mail content of the mail to be sent to the inquired mail sending server corresponding to the sender domain name information.
Before the step is executed, corresponding identification marks are allocated to the users in advance, for example, an identification mark can be generated for a responsible person of each department in advance, so that the responsible person of the department can directly send mails according to the identification mark. And then, storing the preset identity into the authority configuration information contained in the mail sending server. In addition, in order to prevent the identity identifier from being leaked, the identity identifier can be reset periodically or after an abnormal login phenomenon is found, and accordingly, the mail sending server can reset the generated identity identifier according to the received identifier resetting request and update the authority configuration information according to the resetting result.
In addition, the network server may be a WEB server, and is responsible for receiving and processing each to-be-sent mail edited by the user. Specifically, an identifier input entry for inputting an identifier corresponding to a user may be set in the mail edit box, so that the to-be-sent mail carries the identifier.
After receiving a mail to be sent edited by a user, the network server queries a mail sending server corresponding to the domain name information of the sender according to a preset domain name comparison table, and accordingly, the subsequent step S210 and the subsequent steps thereof are executed by the queried mail sending server corresponding to the domain name information of the sender. The preset domain name comparison table is used for storing the mapping relation between each sender domain name information and the corresponding mail sending server.
For example, the mail sending server address corresponding to the QQ mailbox (mail.qq.com) is smtp.qq.com, the mail sending server address corresponding to the fox searching mailbox (sohu.com) is smtp.sohu.com, and the mail sending server address corresponding to the hotspot mail mailbox (hotmail.com) is smtp.live.com (port: 587). In addition, some enterprise mailboxes may have an enterprise server address for the corresponding mailing server, for example, a 360 mailbox has a mail.360.cn for the corresponding mailing server address.
Step S210: the mail sending server receives the mail content of the mail to be sent from the network server and acquires the identity contained in the mail content.
Optionally, in this step, the mail sending server receives the mail content of the mail to be sent from the network server through a preset network interface, and accordingly, the mail sending server needs to judge the validity of the network interface and only receives the mail when the network interface is valid. Therefore, the method for receiving through the network interface can improve the safety and prevent other illegal interfaces from transmitting malicious mails and the like to the mail sending server. In addition, in practical cases, a calling interface for calling the mail sending server may also be set for the mail sending server in advance, that is: each mail sending server has a calling interface corresponding to the mail sending server and is used for calling the mail sending server. Correspondingly, the network server realizes the effect of quickly and conveniently sending the mail content to the specified mail sending server by inquiring the calling interface of each mail sending server and calling the calling interface of the corresponding mail sending server.
In short, any method may be adopted as long as the mutual communication between the web server and the mail transmission server can be realized. After the mail sending server receives the mail content of the mail to be sent from the network server, the mail content is analyzed to obtain the identity contained in the mail content.
Step S220: and determining the authority information matched with the identity mark contained in the mail content according to the preset authority configuration information.
Specifically, when determining the authority information matched with the identity contained in the mail content, the identity contained in the mail content needs to be matched with each identity stored in the authority configuration information; if the matching is successful, acquiring the authority information matched with the successfully matched identity; if the matching fails, the identity contained in the mail content is incorrect, and a response message of identity verification failure is returned to the network server. Of course, the identity of each user may also be stored on the network server, and the identity in the mail content is verified on the network server side, and only when the verification is passed, the mail content is continuously sent to the mail sending server. In short, the authentication operation can be performed by the network server or the mail receiving server.
Step S230: and verifying the mail content according to the authority information, and if the verification is passed, sending the mail content of the mail to be sent to a corresponding mail receiver.
For another example, when the authority information includes the upper limit number of the mails sent in the unit time, the total number of the mails sent in the unit time by the corresponding identity identifier needs to be counted, and if the total number of the mails does not exceed the upper limit number, the verification is determined to be passed, otherwise, the verification is determined to be failed. For example, the unit time may be one day, and accordingly, the number of mails that are below a first preset threshold value can be sent in one day by the identity corresponding to the company supervisor, and the number of mails that are below a second preset threshold value can be sent in one day by the identity corresponding to the general staff, where the first preset threshold value is greater than the second preset threshold value. Therefore, in this embodiment, the specific content of the authority information corresponding to each identity is different, and the authority information can be configured individually according to the identity, position, and other information of the user corresponding to the identity, so as to implement different authority control functions for different users.
Step S240: and performing statistical operation according to the identity contained in the mail content.
Specifically, statistics may be performed according to the identity. For example, the information of the total amount of sent mails, the number of recipients, the total size of attachments, etc. of the same identity may be counted so as to manage the identity.
Therefore, in the mail sending mode provided by the embodiment, the mailbox can be logged in without a user name and a password, and the mail is sent anonymously through the identity, so that the convenience of sending the mail is improved. In addition, the mail receiving server may be configured to perform normal forwarding operations regardless of whether the received mail is anonymous mail. Or, optionally, in order to further improve security, the mail receiving server may also be configured to perform a normal forwarding operation only on anonymous mails received through a network server in the preset white list. And abnormal forwarding operation (such as forwarding the anonymous mail from the non-white list network server to a garbage inbox and the like) is carried out. Correspondingly, a preset white list needs to be configured on the mail sending server in advance, and the preset white list is used for storing relevant information such as an IP address of a legal network server, so that the mail sending server can judge whether the identity of the network server sending the mail to the mail sending server is legal or not, and only perform subsequent normal forwarding operation on the mail content sent by the legal network server. In the latter mode, after the mail receiving server receives the mail content of the mail to be sent from the network server, it is further determined whether the address information of the network server belongs to the preset white list, and if so, the subsequent steps are executed.
As can be seen from the above, in the email sending method provided in this embodiment, a WEB interface is predefined, and the WEB interface can support the input of fields such as a subject, a sender name, a receiver, a copy, a blind copy, a body, a type (text or HTML format), an importance, an identity, and the like. Further, the number of recipients, the number of mails sent per day, the size of attachments, the size of texts, and the like can be limited by the identification. Moreover, the identity can be generated for one person in charge of each department, and when the identity is leaked, the identity can be updated in a background system. Moreover, the WEB interface can use an HTTP protocol, has no language limitation and is easy to use. Moreover, a WEB interface is deployed in the system with the white list, so that the mail can be directly sent without login.
In addition, the method can also limit the function of sending the mail, for example, the corresponding authority of some identity identifiers can be limited from not containing the authority of sending the attachment, so that part of users can be controlled to send the mail carrying the attachment, and the other part of users can not send the mail carrying the attachment, thereby setting the function of the mail. In addition, the method can control the authority of the mail sender before the mail is sent out, thereby avoiding the problems of occupying a large amount of storage space of the mail receiving server and the like caused after the mail is received.
