Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 1 is merely an example of a terminal device and is not limiting of terminal devices and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some of the components may be combined, or different components.
Referring to fig. 2a, a flowchart of an implementation of the information sharing method provided in the present application is shown. The specific implementation flow of the method is as follows:
step 200: and the small program of the working platform in the communication open platform receives a login request sent by a user through the communication platform, and obtains the description information of the user from the communication open platform based on the login request.
Specifically, firstly, a user scans a two-dimensional code of a workbench applet through scanning of the communication open platform or identifies a shared workbench applet card in group chat of the communication open platform, and sends a login request to the workbench applet in the communication open platform.
The communication open platform can be an application program applied to the terminal equipment for communication, and is provided with small programs capable of providing various application services.
For example, the open communication platform is WeChat, in which a take-out applet and a shared bicycle applet are provided.
In the embodiment of the application, the workbench applet is an applet for creating a virtual enterprise and providing enterprise office services (such as business of card punching, examination and approval). A plurality of virtual enterprises may exist in a workbench applet, and the members of the virtual enterprises and the application services provided in each virtual enterprise are different.
For example, referring to fig. 2b, which is a schematic diagram of a switching scenario of a workbench applet, a user can switch a "guangzhou research and development technology" virtual enterprise to a "eat and play club" virtual enterprise through the workbench applet.
As another example, a "Guangzhou research & development technology" virtual enterprise provides a punch card and approval application, and a "dining and drinking club" virtual enterprise provides a punch card and daily report application.
Then, the workstation applet receives the login request, calls an information call interface, such as a wx.login () interface, obtains a temporary login credential (code), sends the temporary login credential to an interface server of the communication open platform, and receives a code-based response message of the communication development platform.
Wherein, the response message contains the description information of the user. The description information includes at least a user identification (openid) and a session key (session _ key) of the user. session _ key is a key that cryptographically signs user data.
Therefore, when the workstation applet receives the login request sent by the communication open platform, the description information of the user in the communication open platform can be obtained based on the received login request, the user does not need to input personal information in the workstation applet again, information sharing is achieved, and tedious operation of information input is reduced.
Step 201: the workbench applet determines whether the login request includes a group chat ticket, if yes, go to step 202, otherwise go to step 205.
Specifically, after the user forwards the workbench applet card to a communication group (e.g., a wechat group) through the communication open platform, if the workbench applet card is opened, a group chat bill (shareTicket) is generated. The shareTicket can be used for exchanging group chat information of the current communication group, wherein the group chat information at least comprises a group chat identifier (openGid) for uniquely identifying the communication group.
Therefore, when a user opens the workbench applet card to access the workbench applet, the mode that the user accesses the login request is judged according to whether the shareTicket exists, namely if the shareTicket exists, the user is the login request sent by the shared workbench applet card in group chat, otherwise, the user is the login request sent by scanning the two-dimensional code and other codes.
Step 202: and the small workbench program acquires the group chat identifier of the group chat session from the communication open platform based on the group chat bill and the description information.
Specifically, the workbench applet obtains the encrypted openGid of the current communication group through the communication open platform based on the obtained openid, session _ key and shareTicket, and decrypts the encrypted openGid, so as to obtain the openGid of the communication group.
Referring to fig. 2c, a schematic flow chart of a method for determining openGid of a communication group is shown, which includes the following specific steps:
step 2021: and the communication open platform sends a login request to the workbench small program.
Step 2022: the workbench applet obtains the code based on the login request.
Step 2023: the small program of the workbench obtains the openid and the session _ key through the communication open platform based on the code.
Step 2024: and the small program of the workbench acquires the encrypted openGid of the current communication group through the communication open platform based on the openid, the session _ key and the shareTicket, and decrypts the encrypted openGid so as to acquire the openGid of the communication group.
Therefore, the openGid of the communication group can be obtained through the openid, the session _ key and the shareTicket, and further, a new virtual enterprise can be created through the openGid or a virtual enterprise related to the openGid can be logged in the subsequent steps.
Step 203: and the small workbench program judges whether a virtual enterprise corresponding to the group chat identifier exists or not based on the association relationship between the group chat identifier and the virtual enterprise, if so, the step 204 is executed, and otherwise, the step 208 is executed.
Specifically, when a user creates a virtual enterprise through an enterprise workbench applet, the virtual enterprise is associated with a group chat through a group chat identifier, and the associated virtual enterprise and the group chat are stored in an associated manner. Therefore, the workbench applet can judge whether the virtual enterprise associated with the group chat identifier exists according to the association relationship.
Step 204: and the small program of the workbench logs in the virtual enterprise based on the description information of the user.
Specifically, the workbench applet in the terminal device determines that a virtual enterprise corresponding to the openGid exists, determines the enterprise identity of the user in the virtual enterprise based on the openid of the user, and logs in the virtual enterprise in the workbench applet.
Further, if it is determined that the user does not exist in enterprise employees included in the virtual enterprise based on the openGid of the user, the user is added to the virtual enterprise first, and then the virtual enterprise is logged in.
Step 205: and the small program of the workbench judges whether the user is related to the virtual enterprise or not based on the description information of the user, if so, the step 206 is executed, and if not, the step 207 is executed.
Specifically, the small workbench program judges whether a virtual enterprise corresponding to the openid is stored according to the openid of the user.
Step 206: and the small program of the workbench logs in the virtual enterprise according to the stored enterprise identity of the last login of the user based on the description information of the user.
Step 207: the workstation applet creates and logs in a new virtual enterprise through the workstation applet based on the enterprise creation instructions of the user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2d, a schematic view of a home page of the applet on the workstation, and as shown in fig. 2e, a schematic view of an interface created for the applet enterprise on the workstation is shown. First, the workbench applet acquires enterprise information input by the user, and creates a new virtual enterprise. Referring to fig. 2f, a diagram of a workbench applet communication group selection interface is shown, after which the workbench applet binds the new virtual enterprise to the selected communication group. Further, referring to fig. 2g, a schematic diagram of an application scenario of a virtual enterprise of a workbench applet is shown, where a user logs in the virtual enterprise and can work through an office application provided by the virtual enterprise.
Wherein the new virtual enterprise includes at least the currently created user and sets the user as an administrator. And the user logs in the new virtual enterprise by the currently set enterprise identity.
Step 208: the workbench applet judges whether the user is the group owner of the communication group according to the description information of the user, if so, step 207 is executed, otherwise, step 209 is executed.
Step 209: and the small program of the workbench sends out a reminding message for prompting the group owner to establish the virtual enterprise.
Therefore, a virtual enterprise can be created based on the communication group in the communication open platform, the communication open platform and the workbench applet carry out information sharing, and then a user can log in the virtual enterprise in the communication group through the workbench applet and transact various services of the enterprise by using the provided service application function, such as card punching, approval, daily report and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of an implementation of the information interaction method provided by the present application is shown. The specific implementation flow of the method is as follows:
step 300: and the small program of the workbench generates a form identifier based on the service information input by the user.
Specifically, a user selects a business application type in a workbench applet, such as card punching, examination and approval, and then inputs business information in an input box of a selected business application interface and submits a form, such as card punching time, a report object and the like, and the workbench applet generates a form identifier (formmid) based on the form submitted by the user.
Step 301: and the terminal equipment receives a service request which is sent by the applet and contains service information and form identification.
Step 302: and the terminal equipment calls the universal message interface and generates a template message based on the service information contained in the service request.
Step 303: and the terminal equipment acquires the group chat identifier in the current life cycle of the small program of the workbench, and determines the virtual enterprise corresponding to the group chat identifier based on the association relationship.
In the embodiment of the application, when a user processes a service through a virtual enterprise, even if a workbench applet is closed, the virtual enterprise in the workbench applet can survive within a specified time length (namely a life cycle), so that the corresponding virtual enterprise is determined by acquiring a group chat identifier in the current life cycle of the workbench applet, and when the user logs in the workbench applet again, even if the user switches to another virtual enterprise to process the service, the service which is not processed by the previous virtual enterprise can still be opened, so that the office efficiency of the user is improved.
Further, if the virtual enterprise does not exist, the template message is directly sent to the user.
Step 304: and the terminal equipment sends the generated template message to a specified report object in the virtual enterprise through the communication open platform.
Therefore, the terminal equipment can convert the service request submitted by the user in the virtual enterprise in the small program of the workbench into the template message through the communication open platform and send the template message to the specified report object, so that each user can carry out enterprise office through the communication open platform without continuously switching each communication application and enterprise service application, data sharing is realized, and office efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, an implementation flow chart of business processing during enterprise switching is shown. The following further specifically describes the service processing by using an application scenario of the service processing during virtual enterprise switching, and the specific steps are as follows:
step 401: the terminal equipment opens the group chat A in the communication open platform.
Step 402: the terminal device accesses the workbench applet in the group chat a.
Step 403: and the terminal equipment sends the openGid of the group chat A to the small workbench program and logs in the virtual enterprise A.
Step 404: and the terminal equipment requests and opens the approval business application of the virtual enterprise A.
Step 405: the terminal device closes the workbench applet and opens the group chat B.
Step 406: and the terminal equipment identifies the shared workbench applet cards in the group chat B.
Step 407: the terminal device accesses the workbench applet in the group chat B.
Step 408: and the terminal equipment sends the openGid of the group chat B to the small workbench program and logs in the virtual enterprise B.
Step 409: and the terminal equipment requests the approval business application of the virtual enterprise B.
Step 410: and the terminal equipment jumps to the small program of the workbench which survives in the current life cycle.
Step 411: and the terminal equipment acquires openGid in the current life cycle.
Step 412: the terminal device determines the virtual enterprise based on openGid in the current life cycle.
After the user closes the workbench applet, the workbench applet survives within a preset time, for example, 5min, after the terminal device switches the virtual enterprises and requests to examine and approve the business application, if the current life cycle of the workbench applet survives to be the current previous virtual enterprise, the examination and approval business application of the previous virtual enterprise is opened, otherwise, the examination and approval business application of the current virtual enterprise is opened.
