In one example, when a house source information viewing request initiated by the target owner account is received, house source information associated with the target owner account is displayed; and when a house source information modification request initiated by the target owner account is received, modifying the house source information associated with the target owner account.
The intelligent device management process provided by this embodiment is applied to an intelligent device management system, and when a login request initiated by the target owner account is received, the target owner account is controlled to login to the intelligent device management system; when a door lock information viewing request initiated by the target owner account is received, displaying the door lock information of the intelligent equipment associated with the target owner account; when a door lock information modification request initiated by the target owner account is received, the door lock information of the intelligent equipment associated with the target owner account is modified, and the target owner can effectively manage the intelligent equipment.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a flow of an intelligent door lock management service according to an embodiment of the present application.
The present embodiment describes a flow of an intelligent door lock management service based on an angle between an apartment operator and an owner, taking an intelligent door lock as an example.
As shown in the flow on the left side in fig. 6, after the consignment lease contract is released, the apartment operator performs room source authority splitting (S601), classifies due room source information in the room source information stored in the intelligent door lock management system, and gives a room source due state, and the system automatically gives a door lock due state to the intelligent door lock corresponding to the due room source. And the house source permission comprises management function permission of the intelligent door lock.
The apartment operator selects a target house source in the system interface (S602), inputs a target owner' S mobile phone number (S603), and transmits an authority transfer instruction to the system after determining that the input information is correct (S604).
The system responds to the permission transfer instruction, a target owner account is created (S605), and house source association is automatically established (S606), namely, the ownership information of the target house source is changed into the target owner account, and the association relationship between the target house source and the target owner account is established; and establishing door lock association (S607), namely, changing the right information of the intelligent door lock of the target house source into the target owner account number, and establishing the association relationship between the intelligent door lock of the target house source and the target owner account number.
The system judges whether the target owner account is successfully established, whether the ownership information of the target house source is successfully changed, and whether the management function ownership information is successfully changed, namely whether the permission transfer success condition is met (S608), if yes, prompt information is sent to the target owner (S609) to show that the permission transfer is successful, and the target owner account and the management password can be carried in the prompt information, so that the target owner can manage the target house source and the corresponding intelligent door lock through the target owner account; if not, the system automatically rolls back to an interface for waiting for the apartment operator to select the target house source (S602), and prompts the error reason.
After the process is finished, the system completes permission transfer, and the apartment operator loses all management permissions on the target house source and the intelligent door lock corresponding to the target house source.
As shown in the right-hand side of fig. 6, the target owner can log in to the system using the target owner account (S610). The system judges whether the target owner account input by the target owner is accurate and has login authority, namely whether the login condition is met or not (S611), if yes, the system controls the target owner account to login the system, if not, the target owner account is prohibited from logging in the system, login failure is prompted, and a failure reason is returned.
After the target owner successfully logs in the intelligent door lock management system by using the target owner account, the house source information can be checked in the intelligent door lock management system (S612) to check the house source information associated with the target owner account, the door lock information can also be checked (S613) to check the door lock information of the intelligent door lock corresponding to the house source information associated with the target owner account, and the house source information and the door lock information can be modified. The target owner can also modify the management password in time (S614), so as to prevent the apartment operator from continuously using the management password to operate the intelligent door lock.
After the target owner grasps the management function authority of the intelligent door lock, an unlocking instruction can be sent to the intelligent door lock by using the mobile terminal device of the intelligent door lock management system (S615) to control the intelligent door lock to be unlocked (S616), so that a door lock association is established (S617).
The content provided by the embodiment specifically describes the flow of the intelligent door lock management business from the perspective of an apartment operator and an owner, and the intelligent door lock management method provided by the invention realizes the splitting and transferring of the authority of the intelligent door lock management function based on the dimension of a house source, so that a target owner can also comprehensively and effectively manage the intelligent door lock, the fine management and the intelligent management of the intelligent door lock are realized, and the flexibility of the intelligent door lock management scheme is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent device management system, where the intelligent device management system is configured to implement the intelligent device management method provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, and technical contents of the intelligent device management system described below may be referred to in correspondence with technical contents of the intelligent device management method described above. The intelligent device management system can be implemented by adopting a server (such as a cloud-end server) system.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent device management system according to an embodiment of the present application.
The intelligent device management system of this embodiment is configured to implement the intelligent device management method of the foregoing embodiment, where the intelligent device management system stores house source information and management function right information of the intelligent device corresponding to the house source information.
As shown in fig. 7, the system includes:
a target acquisition unit 100 for acquiring target house source information and target owner information;
an instruction receiving unit 200, configured to receive an authority transfer instruction corresponding to the target room source information;
an account creating unit 300 configured to create a target owner account matched with the target owner information in response to the authority transfer instruction;
and a device changing unit 400 configured to change management function right information of the smart device corresponding to the target house source information to the target owner account.
The intelligent equipment management system provided by the embodiment acquires target house source information and target owner information, receives an authority transfer instruction corresponding to the target house source information, responds to the authority transfer instruction to create a target owner account matched with the target owner information, and changes management function authority information of intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information into the target owner account, so that the division and transfer of intelligent equipment management function authority based on house source dimensionality are realized, the target owner can also comprehensively and effectively manage the intelligent equipment, the refined management and intelligent management of the intelligent equipment are realized, and the flexibility of an intelligent equipment management scheme is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent device management system according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 8, the intelligent device management system of this embodiment may further include at least one of a flow control unit 500, a house source changing unit 600, a login control unit 700, a door lock viewing unit 800, and a door lock modifying unit 900, in addition to the target obtaining unit 100, the instruction receiving unit 200, the account creating unit 300, and the device changing unit 400 in the foregoing embodiments.
The object obtaining unit 100 may include:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the expired house source information and the target house source selection operation;
and the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the target house source information from the expired house source information according to the target house source selection operation.
The process control unit 500 is configured to: and when the target owner account is failed to be established or the management function right information of the intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information is failed to be changed, re-executing the step of acquiring the target house source information and the target owner information.
The target house source information includes ownership information of the target house source, and the house source changing unit 600 is configured to change the ownership information of the target house source into the target owner account.
Correspondingly, the flow control unit 500 is further configured to: and when the change of the ownership information of the target house source fails, re-executing the step of acquiring the target house source information and the target owner information.
The login control unit 700 is configured to, when a login request initiated by the target owner account is received, control the target owner account to login to the smart device management system;
the device viewing unit 800 is configured to, when receiving a device information viewing request initiated by the target owner account, display device information of the smart device associated with the target owner account;
the device modification unit 900 is configured to modify, when receiving a device information modification request initiated by the target owner account, device information of the smart device associated with the target owner account.
In one example, the system may further include a house source viewing unit and a house source modification unit. The house source viewing unit is used for: when a house source information viewing request initiated by the target owner account is received, displaying house source information associated with the target owner account; the house source modification unit is used for: and when a house source information modification request initiated by the target owner account is received, modifying the house source information associated with the target owner account.
The intelligent equipment management system provided by the embodiment realizes the partition transfer of the intelligent equipment management function authority based on the house source dimension, so that a target owner can also comprehensively and effectively manage the intelligent equipment, the fine management and the intelligent management of the intelligent equipment are realized, the flexibility of the intelligent equipment management scheme is improved, the automatic rollback operation after the system execution fails is perfected, the robustness of the intelligent equipment management process is improved, and the effective management of the target owner on the intelligent equipment is realized.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating an application scenario of an intelligent device management system according to an embodiment of the present application.
In the present embodiment, an intelligent door lock is taken as an example, and an application scenario of the intelligent device management system 1 is described in combination with the intelligent door lock 2, the apartment operator 3, and the target owner 4. The application scene of the intelligent device management system 1 relates to an intelligent door lock 2, an apartment operator 3, a target owner 4 and the intelligent device management system 1.
The apartment operator 3 and the owner may both initiate contract release, and after confirming the contract release, the apartment operator 3 may perform an authority transfer operation for the target owner 4 and send an authority transfer instruction to the smart device management system 1.
After obtaining the management function authority of the intelligent door lock 2, the target owner 4 may send a system control instruction to the intelligent device management system 1 to implement control management of the intelligent door lock 2.
After responding to the permission transfer instruction, the intelligent device management system 1 judges whether the target owner account is successfully created, whether the ownership information of the target house source is successfully changed, and whether the management function ownership information is successfully changed, and if the target owner account, the ownership information of the target house source and the management function ownership information are successfully changed into the target owner account, so that the target owner 4 can effectively manage the intelligent door lock 2 by using the target owner account.
After receiving a system control instruction sent by a target owner 4, the intelligent device management system 1 judges whether the target owner account is accurate and has login authority, and if so, controls the target owner account to login and responds to operations such as information checking and information modification executed by the target owner 4 by using the target owner account.
Data connection is also established between the intelligent device management system 1 and the intelligent door lock 2, and the intelligent device management system 1 can send a door lock control instruction to the intelligent door lock 2 and also can receive door lock use data (such as door lock device information, password data, unlocking records, Bluetooth authorization information and the like) uploaded by the intelligent door lock 2.
The technical content provided by the embodiment is combined with an apartment operator, an owner and an intelligent door lock to describe the application scene of the intelligent equipment management system, and by using the intelligent equipment management system provided by the invention, the division and transfer of the authority of the intelligent equipment management function based on the dimension of a house source are realized, so that the target owner 4 can also comprehensively and effectively manage the intelligent equipment, the fine management and the intelligent management of the intelligent equipment are realized, and the flexibility of the intelligent equipment management scheme is improved.
The intelligent device management system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the target acquisition unit 100, the instruction receiving unit 200, the account creation unit 300, the door lock change unit 400, the process control unit 500, the house source change unit 600, the login control unit 700, the door lock viewing unit 800, the door lock modification unit 900, the first acquisition unit, the second acquisition unit, the house source viewing unit, the house source modification unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the technical problem that the owner can not comprehensively and effectively manage the intelligent equipment at present is solved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
The embodiment of the invention provides a storage medium, which comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the intelligent device management method.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the intelligent equipment management method is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the steps of the intelligent equipment management method are realized when the processor executes the program.
The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application also provides a computer program product adapted to execute a program of initializing the steps of the intelligent device management method when executed on a data processing device.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). The memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of the storage medium of the computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM)
(DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.

Claims (14)

1. An intelligent device management method is characterized in that the method is applied to an intelligent device management system, and the intelligent device management system stores house source information and management function right information of intelligent devices corresponding to the house source information; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring target house source information and target owner information, wherein the target owner and the target house source have an ownership relationship;
receiving an authority transfer instruction of management function authority of the intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information;
responding to an authority transfer instruction of the management function authority of the intelligent equipment, and creating a target owner account matched with the target owner information;
and changing the management function right information of the intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information into the target owner account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining target premises information comprises:
acquiring maturity house source information and target house source selection operation;
and acquiring target house source information from the expired house source information according to the target house source selection operation.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the target owner account is failed to be established or the management function right information of the intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information is failed to be changed, re-executing the step of acquiring the target house source information and the target owner information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the target premises information comprises ownership information of the target premises; after the creating of the target owner account matched with the target owner information in response to the authority transfer instruction of the management function authority of the intelligent device, the method further comprises the following steps:
changing the ownership information of the target house source into the target owner account;
and when the change of the ownership information of the target house source fails, re-executing the step of acquiring the target house source information and the target owner information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the changing of the management function right information of the smart device corresponding to the target house source information to the target owner account, the method further comprises:
when a login request initiated by the target owner account is received, controlling the target owner account to login the intelligent equipment management system;
when receiving an equipment information viewing request initiated by the target owner account, displaying equipment information of intelligent equipment associated with the target owner account;
and when receiving a device information modification request initiated by the target owner account, modifying the device information of the intelligent device associated with the target owner account.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the smart device comprises at least one of a smart door lock, a smart meter, a smart water meter, a smart gateway, and a smart monitoring device.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein when the smart device comprises a smart door lock, the management functions of the smart door lock comprise:
at least one of a management password configuration function, a tenant password configuration function, a temporary password configuration function, a Bluetooth authorization management function, a fingerprint authorization management function, an unlocking record checking function and an equipment abnormity checking function.
8. An intelligent device management system is characterized in that house source information and management function right information of intelligent devices corresponding to the house source information are stored in the intelligent device management system; the system comprises:
the target acquisition unit is used for acquiring target house source information and target owner information, and ownership relationship exists between the target owner and the target house source;
the instruction receiving unit is used for receiving an authority transfer instruction of the management function authority of the intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information;
the account creating unit is used for responding to an authority transfer instruction of the management function authority of the intelligent equipment and creating a target owner account matched with the target owner information;
and the equipment changing unit is used for changing the management function right information of the intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information into the target owner account.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the target acquisition unit comprises:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the expired house source information and the target house source selection operation;
and the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring the target house source information from the expired house source information according to the target house source selection operation.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein the system further comprises:
and the process control unit is used for re-executing the step of acquiring the target house source information and the target owner information when the target owner account is failed to be established or the management function right information of the intelligent equipment corresponding to the target house source information is failed to be changed.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the target premises information includes ownership information of the target premises; the system further comprises:
the house source changing unit is used for changing the ownership information of the target house source into the target owner account;
and the process control unit is further configured to re-execute the step of acquiring the target house source information and the target owner information when the change of the ownership information of the target house source fails.
12. The system of claim 8, wherein the system further comprises:
the login control unit is used for controlling the target owner account to login the intelligent equipment management system when a login request initiated by the target owner account is received;
the equipment viewing unit is used for displaying the equipment information of the intelligent equipment associated with the target owner account when receiving an equipment information viewing request initiated by the target owner account;
and the equipment modifying unit is used for modifying the equipment information of the intelligent equipment associated with the target owner account when receiving an equipment information modifying request initiated by the target owner account.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the apparatus on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the intelligent device management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
14. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is used for executing the program to realize the intelligent equipment management method according to any one of claims 1-7.
