wherein, the voice call includes: a voice connection channel between the gating command console and the single police terminal; when the command console sends a voice control instruction, if the single-police terminal is in communication with the single-police terminal, the current communication between the two parties is forcibly canceled or the communication between the two parties is forcibly inserted; when the command console sends a voice control instruction, the voice control instruction is sent to each single police terminal in a voice broadcasting mode;
the voice intercom includes: the command console has the highest priority, and can forcibly cancel the intercommunication of the current two parties or insert the conversation of the three parties when the group talkbacks one to one;
the voice listening comprises: and receiving and storing voice data transmitted by the single police terminal, so as to realize real-time monitoring of voice information in the group.
Through further limiting voice call, voice talk and voice monitoring, the corresponding voice communication mode can be conveniently selected according to the needs in the actual operation process, and the method is high in flexibility and wide in application range.
In the customs anti-smuggling law enforcement process, in order to better realize man-machine interaction, a monitoring video sent by a single police terminal is received in real time, and a single police is commanded in real time, information interaction between a command console and the single police terminal comprises video communication, and the video communication comprises: initiating a video consultation, and receiving and displaying video information of a task process transmitted by a single police terminal in a group in real time; and monitoring the law enforcement executing process, and simultaneously adjusting and forming command control commands in real time according to the video information of the law enforcement process.
The process of directing the console to interact with a single police terminal is shown in fig. 4.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the flow of the methods of the embodiments described above may be accomplished by way of a computer program to instruct associated hardware, where the program may be stored on a computer readable storage medium. Wherein the computer readable storage medium is a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory or a random access memory, etc.
The present application is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application are intended to be included in the scope of the present application.
Claims (1)
1. The command console applied to customs privacy is characterized by comprising a host system, display equipment, control equipment and supporting equipment; the supporting equipment is arranged on the ground, the display equipment and the control equipment are both arranged on the table top of the supporting equipment, and the host system is arranged on the bottom plate of the supporting equipment;
the supporting structure adopts a case, the case comprises a case main body, a first table top and a second table top are arranged on the case main body, the first table top is higher than the second table top in horizontal height, and a first front panel, a second front panel and a third front panel are sequentially arranged between the first table top and the second table top;
a case door is arranged in front of a case main body of the customs private command console, a case cabinet is arranged in the case door, the top of the case cabinet is provided with a first table top and a second table top, display equipment is arranged on the first table top, and control equipment is arranged in the middle of the second table top; a first front panel, a second front panel and a third front panel are arranged between the first table top and the second table top in sequence, the first front panel, the second front panel and the third front panel are all inclined surfaces, and the inclination of the second front panel is larger than that of the other two front panels; the two sides of the front end of the cabinet are provided with supporting legs which are mainly used for supporting the second table top, and the lower parts of the two sides of the front end of the cabinet are provided with supporting blocks;
the video component comprises a camera, an upright post and a maintenance cover, wherein the first end of the upright post is connected with the camera, and the second end of the upright post is detachably connected with the first front panel; a hole groove is formed in one side of the first front panel, and the camera is fixed on the first front panel through a stand column and a nut;
the host system is used for issuing task instructions to the single-police terminal and receiving and storing information data transmitted by the single-police terminal;
the display device is used for displaying the information data;
the control equipment is used for carrying out information interaction with the single-police terminal;
the information data comprise the position, vital signs, monitoring video and voice data of the single police acquired by the single police terminal;
the control equipment comprises an intercom component, wherein the intercom component is used for carrying out voice conversation, voice talkback and voice monitoring with the single-police terminal;
the intercom subassembly is used for carrying out voice call and includes: a voice connection channel between the gating command console and the single police terminal; when the command console sends a voice control instruction, if the single-police terminal is in communication with the single-police terminal, the current communication between the two parties is forcibly canceled or the communication between the two parties is forcibly inserted; when the command console sends a voice control instruction, the voice control instruction is sent to each single police terminal in a voice broadcasting mode;
the intercom subassembly is used for carrying out the pronunciation and talkbacks and includes: the command console has the highest priority, and can forcibly cancel the intercommunication of the current two parties or insert the conversation of the three parties when the group talkbacks one to one;
the intercom assembly is used for performing voice monitoring and comprises: the voice data transmitted by the single police terminal is received and stored, so that the real-time monitoring of the voice information in the group is realized;
the control equipment comprises short message input equipment; the host system is used for receiving the short message of the single-police terminal in the group and sending a task short message to the single-police terminal; the short message comprises text information and/or picture information;
the format of the short message is as follows: < DATA > < BSF > $ { JSON }/DATA >; wherein < DATA > and </DATA > are DATA start and end tags; the < BSF > is used for defining the type of the information in the short message; the { JSON } is the data content of the short message, the format of the data content corresponds to the type of the information, and the data content is encoded and decoded in a JSON mode;
before encoding and decoding, the method comprises the steps of escaping ambiguous characters in the $ { JSON }; escaping the ambiguous character includes: adding a pre-selected specific character to the ambiguous character appearing in $ { JSON }; when the data in $ { JSON } has the same character as the specific character, adding the same character before the character;
the command console is connected with the multi-network convergence device through the switch, the single-alarm terminal comprises a single-alarm information comprehensive processing terminal, the single-alarm information comprehensive processing terminal selects two operators with stronger signals to distribute corresponding user cards according to the signal quality of the mobile, communication and telecom operator servers, and the communication between the command console and the single-alarm terminal is realized by detecting the signal strength through embedded communication software and gating the path with the strongest signal of the operator servers as a communication link between the single-alarm information comprehensive processing terminal and the multi-network convergence device;
when the signal quality of the server of the mobile, communication and telecom operator is poor, positioning information or emergency rescue signals are also transmitted through the Beidou satellite transmission channel so as to realize communication between the command console and the single-police terminal; the emergency rescue signal sending method comprises the following steps:
establishing a short message channel and a Beidou satellite transmission channel of the single police terminal and the command console;
the law enforcement personnel presses an SOS key arranged outside the single police terminal or an SOS suspension key on a screen to generate an emergency rescue signal;
the emergency rescue signal is sent to the command console through the short message channel and the Beidou satellite transmission channel at the same time;
the control device further comprises a video component, wherein the video component is used for carrying out video communication with the single-police terminal and comprises: initiating a video consultation, and receiving and displaying video information of a task process transmitted by a single police terminal in a group in real time; monitoring a law enforcement executing process, and simultaneously adjusting and forming command control commands in real time according to video information of the law enforcement process; the video component is also used for carrying out real-time face recognition and license plate recognition on the acquired video according to the suspected target;
the commander also carries out information interaction with the single police terminal in a video broadcasting mode, and the method comprises the following steps:
1) Establishing a video broadcasting channel, wherein a command console is used as a video sender, and a single police terminal in a group is used as a video receiver;
2) The command console sends video information to all the single police terminals in the group in a broadcasting mode;
3) The method comprises the steps that a single-police terminal of a single-police terminal in a group receives video information, the video information is displayed on a screen of the single-police terminal, or the video information is sent to intelligent glasses of single-police equipment through WIFI signals for display;
the command control method applied to customs smuggling realized according to the command console comprises the following steps:
starting a command console, issuing a task instruction to the single-police terminal, and receiving and storing information data transmitted by the single-police terminal;
displaying the information data transmitted by the single police terminal;
the command console performs information interaction with the single-police terminal;
the information interaction between the command console and the single-police terminal comprises voice communication, short message communication and video communication;
the voice communications further include voice calls, voice paraphrasing, and voice listening.
