Abstract
The invention relates to a system and a method for synchronizing and preventing multiple video images, which comprises a main camera, a sub-camera and an information synchronization device, wherein the information synchronization device comprises two information display surfaces, namely a main display surface and a sub-display surface, and the two display surfaces display synchronization information; the sub-camera lens is aligned to products produced in a production site, product code information is marked on each product, and the sub-camera acquires code information of each product; the lens of the main camera is aligned to a production site, the sub-camera is positioned in the shooting range of the main camera, and the main camera records the process of acquiring product information by the sub-camera; the synchronous information displayed by the two display surfaces is simultaneously acquired by the main camera and the sub-camera respectively. The invention is used for a system for synchronizing multiple video images and preventing the video images from being tampered. A multi-video image synchronization and anti-tampering method adopts the multi-video image synchronization and anti-tampering system to prevent video image tampering.

In modern production practice, the use of video surveillance has been deeply embedded in various aspects of people's productive life. The requirements for video monitoring application are also different, and the functions mainly provided by monitoring videos in practice, production and life are convenient for managers to control production sites and find problems. Due to the characteristics of the camera and the display equipment, the image can be displayed on a plane display, so that the image at the near end of the camera is clear, and sometimes important information at the far end of the camera is often reduced and weakened, and sometimes the information plays a very key role in controlling production and managing product quality. At present, the common solution to this problem is to add more cameras, which results in the production supervisor needing to see more image data, needing to continuously call and switch images, and being inconvenient even if the control site and quality are controlled. The invention has the advantages that the system and the method are used for the multiple video image synchronization and anti-tampering system, have strong anti-string modification property and easy identification, can highlight key production information in production on the basis of improving the safety of a plurality of videos, and keep the consistency of video contents in time and space dimensions.

Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, a system for synchronizing multiple video images and preventing tampering includes a main camera 1, a sub-camera 2 and an information synchronization device, where the information synchronization device includes two information display surfaces, a main display surface and a sub-display surface, and the two display surfaces display synchronization information.
The lens of the sub-camera 2 is aligned with products produced in a production site, product code information is marked on each product, and the sub-camera 2 is used for collecting characteristic information of each product; the characteristic information may be, for example, product code information respectively marked on each product; the sub-camera 2 collects pictures and/or photographic information of the characteristic information of each product;
the lens of the main camera 1 is aligned to a production site, the sub-camera 2 is positioned in the shooting range of the main camera 1, and the main camera 1 records the process of acquiring product information by the sub-camera 2;
the main display surface is located in the shooting range of the main camera 1, the sub display surfaces are located in the shooting range of the sub camera 2, and the synchronous information displayed by the two display surfaces is simultaneously acquired by the main camera 1 and the sub camera 2 respectively.
The information synchronization device comprises a clock 3 and a mirror 4, wherein the clock 3 is a main display surface, the mirror 4 is a sub display surface, and time information recorded by the clock 3 is imaged in the mirror 4; the lens of the main camera 1 acquires information of a clock 3; and the lens of the sub-camera 2 acquires time information in the mirror surface 4. In the embodiment, time information synchronization is realized through the clock 3 and the mirror surface 4, the sub-camera 2 is located in the range of the main camera 1, so that spatial synchronization is realized, the sub-camera 2 monitors operation of products on a production line, the operation process of the products is always monitored, the main camera 1 monitors the whole production line, and the products cannot be falsified and forged in the whole production process from the aspects of space and time.
The user can look over the production picture that main camera 1, sub-camera 2 gathered more from the high in the clouds through the network, knows the flow of whole product on the production line, and the whole process of production is public transparent, can make the user establish the confidence to the manufacturing process of this product.
A multiple video image synchronization, anti-tampering method, adopt the above-mentioned multiple video image synchronization, anti-tampering system, including the following steps;
s1, enabling the sub monitoring area of the sub camera 2 to face products on the production line, and collecting coding information on the products, such as two-dimensional codes; the time information and the code information of the product displayed by the mirror surface 4 are collected by the sub-camera 2;
s2, the main monitoring area of the main camera 1 faces the production line, the time information of the clock 3 is collected by the main camera 1, and meanwhile, the main camera 1 monitors the sub-camera 2 to collect the product information;
s3, forming a composite video by the main video recorded by the main camera 1 and the sub video recorded by the sub camera 2 at the control terminal, and uploading the composite video to a cloud database;
s4, a user logs in a cloud database, composite videos of corresponding products are checked in the cloud database according to the mark code information of each product, the composite videos are guaranteed to be synchronous from time and space respectively, the composite videos are guaranteed not to be tampered, the user can check the operation condition of the whole product on a production line through the videos and the product characteristic information, the product is guaranteed to be a genuine product, fake and fake products are avoided being bought, and accordingly the sense of trust of the product is built.
Example two

the main display surface is located in the shooting range of the main camera 1, the sub display surfaces are located in the shooting range of the sub camera 2, and the synchronous information displayed by the two display surfaces is simultaneously acquired by the main camera 1 and the sub camera 2 respectively.
The information synchronization device comprises a clock chip, a main display screen and a sub display screen, wherein the clock 3 chip is respectively connected with the main display screen and the sub display screen and synchronizes time information on the two display screens for display. The clock 3 chip adopts a nixie tube driving chip, and the model TM1640 is adopted; and respectively providing time data information for the main display screen and the sub display screen. The clock 3 chip is connected with a 4G control chip, and the model is USR-LTE-7S 4; the clock 3 chip is networked through the 4G control chip, and time information can be updated in real time through the internet. By the information synchronization device, the time information collected by the main camera 1 and the sub-camera 2 is completely synchronized.
In order to facilitate watching of the main video and the sub-video, the main camera 1 and the sub-camera 2 are connected with a control terminal, and the main video recorded by the main camera 1 and the sub-video recorded by the sub-camera 2 form a composite video at the control terminal. In the synthesized video, the main video is a large picture, and the sub-video is a small picture, so that the synthesized video is convenient for an observer to check.
In order to realize the whole network view of the composite video, the system further comprises a cloud database, the control terminal and the cloud database form network transmission connection, and the control terminal transmits the composite video to the cloud database.
In the embodiment, the two display screens are controlled by the clock 3 chip to carry out time information, the time information and the time information are synchronous, the sub-camera 2 is located within the range of the main camera 1, so that spatial synchronization is realized, the sub-camera 2 monitors the operation of products on a production line, the operation process of the products is always monitored, the main camera 1 monitors the whole production line, and the products cannot be falsified and forged in the whole production process from the spatial aspect and the time aspect.

s4, a user logs in a cloud database, composite videos of corresponding products are checked in the cloud database according to the mark code information of each product, the composite videos are guaranteed to be synchronous from time and space respectively, the composite videos are guaranteed not to be tampered, the user can check the operation condition of the whole product on a production line through the videos and the product characteristic information, the product is guaranteed to be a genuine product, fake and fake products are avoided being bought, and accordingly the sense of trust of the product is built.

the main display surface is located in the shooting range of the main camera (1), the sub display surfaces are located in the shooting range of the sub camera (2), and the synchronous information displayed by the two display surfaces is simultaneously acquired by the main camera (1) and the sub camera (2) respectively.

The system for multiple video image synchronization and tamper resistance according to claim 1, wherein the information synchronization device comprises a clock (3) and a mirror (4), the clock (3) is a main display surface, the mirror (4) is a sub display surface, and the time information recorded by the clock (3) is imaged in the mirror (4);
the lens of the main camera (1) collects the information of the clock (3);
and the lens of the sub-camera (2) collects time information in the mirror surface (4).
