Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the invention discloses a multipurpose portable electric kettle, which comprises four parts, namely a kettle body assembly, an inner cylinder assembly, a nested cup assembly 15 and a kettle cover assembly;
referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the kettle body assembly comprises an inner container 13 and a shell 1; the inner container 13 is in a slender barrel shape, one side of the upper end of the inner container is provided with a duckbill spout 19 which slightly extends outwards, the outer side wall of the lower part of the inner container is wound with an electromagnetic coil 14, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the inner container is provided with a temperature sensor 21; the inner container 13 is placed in the casing 1, and a gap is respectively formed between the side wall and the bottom of the inner container, and a high-temperature resistant heat insulating material (not shown in the figure) is filled in the gap; the outer side wall of the shell 1 is provided with a convex rib 8 which is formed in a convex way and extends up and down, and the convex rib 8 is positioned at one side opposite to the kettle mouth 19; the controller which is matched with the electromagnetic coil 14 and the temperature sensor 21 to work is arranged in the convex rib 8, the electromagnetic coil 14, the temperature sensor 21 and the controller can realize the functions of timing heating, constant temperature heating, continuous boiling, intermittent boiling, dry burning prevention and the like by matching, generally speaking, a display screen for displaying information such as temperature, time and the like and a set key for setting the functions are arranged on a control panel 9 of the controller, a power supply interface 10 of the controller needs to be plugged with a power supply wire, so the control panel 9 and the power supply interface 10 of the controller are both arranged on the outer wall of the middle lower part of the convex rib 8, and a user can conveniently carry out corresponding operation; the outer side wall of the middle upper part of the convex rib 8 is inwards provided with an accommodating groove 6 extending up and down, a folding handle 7 is arranged at the accommodating groove 6, the folding handle 7 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 6 after being folded, and extends to the outer side of the convex rib 8 and can be locked when being unfolded; because the inner container 13 and the electromagnetic coil 14 are matched to realize electromagnetic induction heating, the inner container 13 is made of a ferrous metal material, preferably a food-grade stainless steel material; in order to ensure that the upper ends of the inner container 13 and the shell 1 can be well matched, the upper end part of the inner container 13 can be provided with an outward extending flanging, and the lower side of the flanging is fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the shell 1 in a bonding or screw mode;
referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 6, the inner cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder 12 with a bottom, a circle of convex insertion steps 11 is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder 12, a circle of cylinder edge 2 extending outwards is arranged at the upper end of the insertion steps 11, and a ring-shaped cup seat 18 extending downwards is arranged at the lower end of the cylinder 12; after the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component are combined, the cylinder edge 2 is located at the upper end part of the kettle body component, the insertion step 11 is in insertion fit with the upper end opening of the kettle body component, the cylinder body 12 is suspended in the inner container 13, a gap is formed between the side walls of the cylinder body and the inner container 13, an object placing space is formed between the cup seat 18 and the bottom of the inner container 13, meanwhile, the upper end of the inner cavity of the inner container 13 is blocked by the inner cylinder component, and the spout 19 and the inner cavity of the inner container 13 are separated by the insertion; the insertion step 11 is provided with a first exhaust hole 20 extending from the outer side wall of the insertion step 11 to the inner wall of the barrel 12 and a second exhaust hole 27 extending from the outer side wall of the insertion step 11 to the lower end surface of the insertion step 11, when the inner barrel assembly is combined with the kettle body assembly, only one of the first exhaust hole 20 and the second exhaust hole 27 is positioned at the kettle mouth 19 and is communicated with the outside or neither is positioned at the kettle mouth 19 and is blocked by the inner wall of the inner container 13; a vent valve 16 capable of switching the state that the lower end of the inner cavity of the cylinder body 12 is communicated with the outside is arranged in the cup seat 18, and a filter screen 29 is arranged between the inner cavity of the cylinder body 12 and the vent valve 16; the diameters of the upper ports of the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component are equal; the inner barrel component is made of heat-resistant materials;
as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the nested cup set 15 includes at least two cups that can be assembled together in a nested and clamped manner, a cup opening at the upper end of the nested cup set 15 can be nested and fixed on the cup seat 18, when the nested cup set 15 is combined with the inner cylinder assembly and the inner cylinder assembly is combined with the kettle body assembly, the nested cup set 15 is suspended in an object space between the cup seat 18 and the bottom of the inner container 13, and at the same time, the nested cup set 15 should not contact with the inner wall of the kettle body assembly; the cups in the nested cup group 15 can be used as water cups, tooth glass and the like respectively; because the nested cup group 15 is only used as a container in the using process, the nested cup group 15 is made of the same material as the prior cup, and because the nested cup group 15 needs to be carried in the journey, the nested cup group is preferably made of a material with low density and light weight;
referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 7, the pot lid assembly comprises a lid 3, the lid 3 is circular and can cover the upper ends of the pot body assembly and the inner barrel assembly, the lower side of the lid 3 is provided with a circle of positioning steps 17 which are formed by protruding downwards and can be inserted into the upper ports of the pot body assembly and the inner barrel assembly, and one side of the lid 3 is provided with a pressing handle 4 extending outwards; a detachable rotating mechanism 5 is arranged between the pot lid component and the pot body component, the pot lid component and the pot body component can be combined and separated by virtue of the rotating mechanism 5, and after the pot lid component and the pot body component are combined by virtue of the rotating mechanism 5, the pot lid component can be driven to turn over by virtue of the pressing handle 4.
The multipurpose portable electric kettle can combine the components into four different combination states according to different purposes, and the specific matching relationship and the working principle of the components in each combination state are as follows:
in a carrying state, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, the telescopic cup group 15 is fixed at the lower end of the inner cylinder component by the cup seat 18, the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component are combined together, the kettle cover component is arranged at the upper end of the inner cylinder component, and the folding handle 7 in the kettle body component is accommodated in the accommodating groove 6, namely, the multipurpose portable electric kettle has a smaller and more compact structure, saves the occupied space and improves the portability by optimizing the internal space of the kettle body component and reducing the external volume of the kettle body component; the axial relative position of the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component is adjusted, so that the first exhaust hole 20 and the second exhaust hole 27 are not communicated with the outside through the spout 19 but are blocked by the inner wall of the inner container 13, meanwhile, the spout 19 is blocked by the insertion step 11, the inner cavity of the inner cylinder component and the inner cavity of the kettle body component are effectively isolated from the outside, the external dust can be prevented from entering, and meanwhile, the nested cup group 15 is not contacted with the inner wall of the kettle body component, so that the cleanness and sanitation of the inner cavities of the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component can be ensured; when the multipurpose portable electric kettle is idle or carried, the cavity of the inner barrel component can be used for placing coffee, tea and other articles;
in a water boiling state, as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 9, the inner cylinder assembly and the nested cup assembly 15 are taken out of the kettle body assembly, the kettle cover assembly and the kettle body assembly are combined and connected through the rotating mechanism 5, the folding handle 7 is adjusted to be in an unfolded state, and after the folding handle is connected with an external power supply through the power supply interface 10, the electric kettle can be used for boiling water like a traditional electric kettle, and can work in a mode of 'timing heating' or 'constant temperature heating' according to the requirement; in this water-boiling use state, the idle inner barrel assembly can be inverted to serve as a cup holder for placing the nested cup set 15;
in a dry heating state, referring to fig. 5, 6, 10 and 11, adding a proper amount of water into the inner cavity of the kettle body assembly, adjusting the vent valve 16 at the lower end of the inner cylinder assembly to be in a closed state, then combining the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly, adjusting the inner cylinder assembly to enable the second vent hole 27 to be positioned at the spout 19, putting an article to be heated into the inner cylinder assembly, and covering the kettle cover assembly on the upper end of the inner cylinder assembly; after the kettle body assembly is electrified to work, heat generated by water in the inner container 13 rises along a gap between the kettle body assembly and the inner barrel assembly, so that the barrel 12 in the inner barrel assembly and articles in the barrel are heated, if too much steam is generated, the steam is exhausted to the outside at the kettle mouth 19 through the second exhaust hole 27, and the steam cannot enter the barrel 12 from beginning to end, namely, the purpose of dry heating is realized;
in a steam heating state, referring to fig. 5, 6, 10 and 12, adding a proper amount of water into the kettle body assembly, adjusting the vent valve 16 at the lower end of the inner cylinder assembly to be in an open state, then combining the inner cylinder assembly with the kettle body assembly, adjusting the inner cylinder assembly to enable the first vent hole 20 to be positioned at the spout 19, putting an article to be heated into the inner cylinder assembly, and covering the kettle cover assembly on the upper end of the inner cylinder assembly; after the kettle body assembly is electrified to work, steam generated in the inner container 13 enters the cylinder body 12 in the inner cylinder assembly through the vent valve 16, directly heats objects in the cylinder body 12, and if too much steam is exhausted to the outside through the first vent hole 20 at the kettle nozzle 19, so that the purpose of steam heating is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5, 11 and 12, when the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used for dry heating and steam heating of articles, a proper amount of water needs to be added into the kettle body assembly, wherein the proper amount of water means that the lower end of the inner cylinder assembly is not contacted with the water in the kettle body assembly after the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly are combined; therefore, when the dry heating is carried out, the steam generated in the kettle body component can smoothly enter the clearance between the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component, and when the steam heating is carried out, the steam generated in the kettle body component can smoothly enter the inner cylinder component through the vent valve 16; in order to more conveniently control the water quantity, a water level line can be marked on the inner wall of the inner container 13, a liquid level sensor 25 capable of feeding back real-time water quantity C1 in the inner container 13 to the controller can be arranged at the bottom of the inner container 13, the controller can display the acquired real-time water quantity C1 data, and assuming that the maximum water quantity allowed in the kettle body assembly during dry heating and steam heating is C2, under the two conditions that C1 is larger than C2 and C1 is not larger than C2, the display form of the controller for the real-time water quantity C1 is different, for example, when C1 is larger than C2, the display screen of the controller displays the real-time water quantity C1 in red, and when C1 is not larger than C2, the display screen of the controller displays the real-time water quantity C1 in green, so that a user can conveniently judge whether the real-time water quantity C1 is appropriate or not during dry heating and steam heating; and if the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used for boiling water, the real-time water quantity C1 data is not needed to be noticed.
When the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used for carrying out dry heating or steam heating on articles, the modes of 'timing heating', 'constant temperature heating', 'continuous boiling', 'intermittent boiling' and the like can be adopted for working by means of the coordination and the coordination of the controller, the temperature sensor 21 and the electromagnetic coil 14, so that a proper heating effect is realized; since steam does not enter the cylinder 12 during dry heating, it can be used to heat food or the like which is not suitable for wetting and has a low heating temperature requirement; because when steam heating, high temperature steam can get into 12 intracavity of barrel and directly heat article, so can be used to heating articles such as the food of being afraid of to soak, simultaneously because steam temperature is higher than the temperature of boiling water, can carry out high temperature heating or high temperature disinfection to some articles by the mode of steam heating, and the effect is comparatively ideal.
When the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used for carrying out dry heating and steam heating on objects, the inner cylinder assembly is often required to be placed in or taken out of the inner container 13, and the objects are often required to be placed in or taken out of the inner cylinder assembly, so that the rotating mechanism 5 is not required to be arranged between the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle cover assembly, and the rotating mechanism 5 which can be disassembled and assembled can be arranged between the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle cover assembly according to special requirements of different users.
In the multipurpose portable electric kettle, the inner barrel component is the most obvious distinguishing characteristic of the traditional electric kettle and cannot be arranged, the added multipurpose portable electric kettle inevitably increases the overall weight of the multipurpose portable electric kettle, has certain negative effect on improving portability, but has obvious advantages; on one hand, in the carrying process, the inner cavity of the cylinder body 12 has a certain storage function, the cup seat 18 at the lower end of the cylinder body 12 can be used for placing the nested cup group 15, and the nested cup group 15 is prevented from contacting with the inner wall of the inner container 13; on the other hand, when the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used, the combination of the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component enables the multipurpose portable electric kettle to have two heating functions of dry heating and steam heating which are respectively suitable for different objects, the two functions are very practical in journey life, and in addition, when the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used for boiling water, the idle inner cylinder component can be used as a cup holder and a storage container; therefore, the technical effect brought by the addition of the inner barrel assembly is more beneficial than disadvantages; and along with the continuous research and development of novel material, if the inner tube subassembly adopts the heat-resisting material of low density to make, can effectively reduce the dead weight, can make the drawback that its demonstrates almost negligible.
In conclusion, the multipurpose portable electric kettle adopts a scientific and reasonable structure, the kettle body components are designed based on a slender column shape, and each component has various combination modes, so that the multipurpose portable electric kettle is convenient to carry during travel and has a certain storage function; the multifunctional portable electric kettle not only has the function of boiling water, but also has two heating modes of dry heating and steam heating, and can meet the requirements of heating or high-temperature disinfection on food and other articles in the journey, namely, the multifunctional portable electric kettle is extremely suitable for being carried in the journey to improve the quality of life in the journey.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 9, in the multi-purpose portable electric kettle, a rotating mechanism 5 is arranged between the lid assembly and the kettle body assembly, when the multi-purpose portable electric kettle is used for boiling water, the lid assembly and the kettle body assembly can be combined together by the rotating mechanism 5, and the lid assembly can be turned over, that is, the lid assembly can be opened and closed, and based on the technical purpose, the rotating mechanism 5 can adopt the following structure:
as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 13, the rotating mechanism 5 includes a horizontal column 51 having magnetism and fixedly connected to the outer corner of the upper end of the rib 8, and a rotating base 52 fixed to the lower side of the pressing handle 4 and capable of attracting the horizontal column 51, a semicircular groove 53 capable of being buckled on the horizontal column 51 is formed on the lower end surface of the rotating base 52, and the semicircular groove 53 is matched with the horizontal column 51 to combine the pot lid assembly and the pot body assembly and allow the pot lid assembly to turn around the horizontal column 51 between a horizontal state and a vertical state;
when the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used for boiling water, the kettle cover component and the kettle body component are combined with the horizontal column 51 by virtue of the rotating seat 52, when the pressing handle 4 is pressed down, the kettle cover component turns over around the horizontal column 51, namely the kettle cover component is lifted, and after the pressing handle 4 is released, the kettle cover component falls down under the action of self weight and is closed; if the magnetic attraction between the rotary seat 52 and the horizontal column 51 is overcome by a little force, the pot lid assembly can be separated from the pot body assembly.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the multipurpose portable electric kettle is provided with a folding handle 7, the folding handle 7 is folded and stored in the storage groove 6, extending to the outside of the rib 8 when unfolding, the folding handle 7 has various embodiments, for example, the folding handle 7 can be a round handle, the upper end of the round handle is rotatably fixed in the receiving groove 6, the round handle can be lifted to the horizontal state and locked when in use, the round handle can be rotated to the vertical state and positioned in the receiving groove 6 when in carrying, thereby realizing the necessary functions of the folding handle 7, but the design influences the appearance of the multipurpose portable electric kettle, meanwhile, the use habit of people to the electric kettle is not met, and obviously, the traditional design is not reasonable enough when being applied to the multipurpose portable electric kettle. Therefore, the invention also provides an improved design for the folding handle 7, which adopts the following specific structure:
as shown in fig. 5, 10, 14, 15 and 16, the folding handle 7 includes an upper section 71 and a lower section 74 hinged via an intermediate shaft 73, the upper end of the upper section 71 is fixed in the accommodating groove 6 by a fixed shaft 72, the lower end of the lower section 74 is provided with two guide pins 234 whose central axes are overlapped and respectively extend to the outside of the left and right sides of the lower section 74, the intermediate shaft 73, the fixed shaft 72 and the two guide pins 234 are parallel; two side walls of the middle lower part of the containing groove 6 are provided with symmetrical guide grooves 22 extending up and down, and the outer ends of the two guide pins 234 are respectively inserted into the two guide grooves 22 and can move up and down along the guide grooves 22; when the intermediate shaft 73 is positioned outside the accommodating groove 6 and the guide pin 234 is positioned at the upper end of the guide groove 22, the upper section 71, the lower section 74 and the rib 8 are distributed in a triangular shape, and the folding handle 7 is in an unfolded state; when the upper section 71 and the lower section 74 are both attached to the bottom of the accommodating groove 6, the folding handle 7 is in a folding state and is completely accommodated in the accommodating groove 6; a locking mechanism 23 is arranged between the lower section 74 and the containing groove 6, when the folding handle 7 is in the unfolding state, the locking mechanism 23 can lock the lower end of the lower section 74, so that the folding handle 7 has higher stability in the unfolding state; two side walls of the middle upper part of the containing groove 6 are respectively provided with an arc-shaped gap 24, when the folding handle 7 is in a folding state, two sides of a joint between the upper section 71 and the lower section 74 are exposed through the arc-shaped gaps 24 so as to be convenient to hold;
when the multipurpose portable electric kettle is carried, the joint of the upper section 71 and the lower section 74 is pressed downwards, so that the folding handle 7 is in a folding state and is completely accommodated in the accommodating groove 6; when the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used, the two sides of the joint of the folding handle 7 are held at the arched notch 24 and are lifted outwards, so that the folding handle 7 is in an unfolded state, then the lower end of the lower section 74 is locked by the locking mechanism 23, at the moment, the folding handle 7 extends to the outer side of the containing groove 6 and keeps a stable triangular structure, an operator can hold the kettle cover conveniently with one hand, the opening and closing of the kettle cover assembly can be controlled by using a thumb, the use habit of people is met, and the appearance is more attractive.
Referring to fig. 5, in the folding handle 7, a locking mechanism 23 is disposed between the lower section 74 and the receiving slot 6, and the locking mechanism 23 is used for locking the lower end of the lower section 74 to keep the folding handle 7 in the unfolded state, for this purpose, the locking mechanism 23 is relatively easy to be implemented by the prior art, for example, a positioning screw can be installed on the lower section 74, and a positioning hole 230 is disposed at the bottom of the receiving slot 6, when the folding handle 7 is in the unfolded state, the positioning screw can be inserted into the positioning hole 230 by rotation, so as to achieve the purpose of locking the lower end of the lower section 74, and when the locking is released, the positioning screw can be rotated to move out of the positioning hole 230; however, if the locking mechanism 23 is designed conventionally, on one hand, the positioning screw needs to be manually screwed to complete the locking and unlocking of the lower section 74 each time, which is not convenient and fast to operate, and on the other hand, the locking mechanism 23 is not beautiful enough in appearance and not very reliable in stability. Therefore, the invention also provides an innovative design for the locking mechanism 23, which adopts a structure specifically as follows:
referring to fig. 14, 15 and 16, the locking mechanism 23 includes a slot seat 236 opened on the lower section 74 and located on the upper side or the lower side of the two guide pins 234, a button 231 capable of moving forward and backward is provided in the slot seat 236, and a trapezoidal hole 232 with a small front and a large rear is opened on the button 231 for passing through the upper and lower holes; the two guide pins 234 are limited by pin holes 237 formed in the lower section 74 and can only move axially, the pin holes 237 are communicated with the groove seats 236, a pushing spring 235 for driving the two guide pins to move away is arranged between the two guide pins 234, and the opposite ends of the two guide pins 234 are respectively provided with crank arms 233 which are perpendicular to the guide pins 234 and extend into the trapezoidal holes 232; the two guide grooves 22 are respectively provided with a blind hole-shaped positioning hole 230 on the side wall of the upper end part; when the two guide pins 234 move to the upper ends of the guide slots 22, the pushing springs 235 drive the outer ends of the two guide pins 234 to be inserted into the two positioning holes 230, and the button 231 is driven by the crank arm 233 to move outwards, i.e. the lower end position of the lower section 74 is locked; when the button 231 is pressed downwards, the trapezoidal hole 232 drives the two crank arms 233 to move towards the middle, the two guide pins 234 retract respectively and move out of the positioning holes 230, and the locking of the lower end of the lower section 74 is released;
therefore, when the folding handle 7 is adjusted to the unfolding state, the locking mechanism 23 can automatically lock the lower end position of the lower section 74, so that the folding handle 7 can stably maintain the unfolding state; when folding the folding handle 7, the button 231 is pressed, the two guide pins 234 are retracted respectively and moved out of the two positioning holes 230, and then the button 231 is pressed to pull the lower section 74 downwards, so that the folding handle 7 can be adjusted to the folding state.
Further, referring to fig. 6, 11 and 12, in the multipurpose portable electric kettle, a vent valve 16 capable of switching the communication state of the lower end of the inner cavity of the cylinder 12 with the outside is installed in the cup base 18, the vent valve 16 has the function that, in the dry heating process, the vent valve 16 keeps the closed state, the water vapor generated in the inner container 13 can not enter the cylinder 12 through the vent valve 16, in the steam heating process, the vent valve 16 keeps the open state, the water vapor generated in the inner container 13 can enter the cylinder 12 through the vent valve 16, and based on the above purpose of the vent valve 16, the existing valve device with two working states of closing and opening is adopted; however, considering that the conventional valve device generally has a complex structure and a large volume, in the multi-purpose portable electric kettle, in order to ensure that the steam generated in the inner container 13 can rapidly enter the barrel 12 to ensure the heating efficiency, the vent valve 16 must have a large ventilation amount when being opened, so that the volume of the vent valve 16 is further increased, which is not beneficial to ensuring the compactness of the inner barrel assembly, and simultaneously increases the implementation difficulty. Therefore, the invention also provides an improved design of the vent valve 16, which comprises the following specific structures:
as shown in fig. 17, the vent valve 16 includes a screw cap 162 located in the cup 18, the screw cap 162 is in threaded fit with the cup 18 to adjust the axial relative position, the upper end of the cup 18 is communicated with the inner cavity of the barrel 12, the inner wall of the upper end of the cup 18 is provided with a circle of inner convex steps 164, the upper side of the inner convex steps 164 is used for installing a filter screen 29, the lower side is used for being in sealing contact with the upper end of the screw cap 162, the filter screen 29 is flush with the upper end faces of the two at the bottom of the barrel 12, the cup 18 is provided with a plurality of air inlet holes 161 penetrating through the side wall at the lower side of the inner convex steps 164, when the upper end of the screw cap 162 is in sealing contact with the lower side of the inner convex steps 164, the lower end of the inner cavity of the barrel 12 is blocked by the screw cap 162, and when the upper end of; in order to facilitate the screwing of the screw cap 162, a linear protrusion 163 may be provided at a lower end of the screw cap 162.

therefore, after the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly are combined, the inner cylinder assembly can be rotated, and the corresponding relation between the pointer 28 and the state mark 26 is referred, so that the cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly can be quickly adjusted to a required combined state.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 19 and 20, in the aforementioned multipurpose portable electric kettle, the combination state of the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly can only be judged by observation, even though a pointer 28 and a state identifier 26 which can be matched are added, the observation is only more convenient, and for improving the accuracy when the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly are correctly combined, there is no significant improvement, that is, a positioning mechanism is lacked between the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly to ensure the accuracy of the relative positions of the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly in each state; meanwhile, the multipurpose portable electric kettle has a disadvantage that after the kettle cover assembly, the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly are combined, the three do not have a binding force for preventing the three from being separated in the axial direction, the combined state can be stably maintained only by fixing the three with the help of other objects during carrying, and the relative movement of the kettle cover assembly and the inner cylinder assembly can be promoted due to the influence of non-artificial external force during use, so that the multipurpose portable electric kettle cannot smoothly work in a dry heating state or a steam heating state. Therefore, based on the defects, the multipurpose portable electric kettle further has the following improvements:
as shown in fig. 21, 22 and 23, the cylinder edge 2 of the inner cylinder component is provided with four positioning magnetic columns 32 which are distributed at intervals in a ring shape, and the upper end surface of the kettle body component and the lower end surface of the kettle cover component are respectively and correspondingly fixed with four positioning iron sheets 33 which are distributed at intervals in a ring shape; when the kettle body assembly, the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle cover assembly are combined and in a carrying state, a dry heating state and a steam heating state, the positioning magnetic column 32 and the positioning iron sheet 33 are matched in different modes, so that corresponding axial binding force or positioning effect can be provided; in fig. 21 to 23, the positioning magnetic pillar 32 and the positioning iron piece 33 filled with black are shown to overlap to generate adsorption, and the positioning magnetic pillar 32 and the positioning iron piece 33 not filled with black are shown to be not overlapped to have no adsorption; the matching modes of the positioning magnetic column 32 and the positioning iron sheet 33 under different states are respectively as follows:
in a carrying state, as shown in fig. 21, all four positioning magnetic columns 32 are respectively overlapped with all the positioning iron sheets 33 on the upper side and the lower side one by one to generate adsorption, the first exhaust holes 20 and the second exhaust holes 27 are not positioned at the spout 19 but distributed on two sides of the spout 19, and at the moment, the pressing handle 4 of the kettle cover assembly is positioned right above the convex rib 8 of the kettle body assembly;
in the water boiling state, after the kettle body assembly and the kettle cover assembly are combined, all the positioning iron sheets 33 of the kettle body assembly and the kettle cover assembly are uniformly overlapped, but no attraction force is generated between the positioning iron sheets 33 and the positioning iron sheets 33, and the kettle cover assembly cannot be hindered from overturning;
in the dry heating state, as shown in fig. 22, the second vent hole 27 is located at the spout 19, and only one positioning magnetic column 32 is overlapped with one positioning iron sheet 33 and generates adsorption between the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component;
in the steam heating state, as shown in fig. 23, the first exhaust hole 20 is located at the spout 19, and only one positioning magnetic column 32 is overlapped with one positioning iron sheet 33 and generates adsorption between the inner cylinder component and the kettle body component;
therefore, in a carrying state, a dry heating state and a steam heating state, the positioning magnetic column 32 and the positioning iron sheet 33 are matched to generate certain adsorption force, and the adsorption force can play a positioning role to ensure that the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle body assembly can be quickly and accurately combined as required; in a carrying state, the kettle body assembly, the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle cover assembly have the maximum axial binding force mutually, so that the kettle body assembly, the inner cylinder assembly and the kettle cover assembly can be prevented from being automatically separated in the carrying process, if the multipurpose portable electric kettle is needed, the axial binding force can disappear only by enabling the inner cylinder assembly, the kettle body assembly and the kettle cover assembly to rotate relatively before the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used, and then the inner cylinder assembly, the kettle body assembly and the kettle cover assembly are easily separated; when the kettle is in a water boiling state, the kettle cover component and the kettle body component are combined and connected through the rotating mechanism 5, and the kettle cover component also needs to be capable of being turned over in use, so that additional positioning and binding are not needed to be provided between the kettle cover component and the kettle body component; in the dry heating state and the steam heating state, the kettle body component and the inner cylinder component have axial binding force, so that the kettle body component and the inner cylinder component can be prevented from moving relatively due to non-artificial external force (such as vibration), and the kettle body component and the inner cylinder component can stably work under a specific combination state, but the binding force is not large, and no overlarge obstruction can be caused to the artificial separation of the kettle body component and the inner cylinder component.
When the multipurpose portable electric kettle is used for carrying out dry heating or steam heating on objects, if the kettle cover component is required to be combined at the upper end of the inner barrel component, after the inner barrel component and the kettle cover component are combined, the kettle cover component is only required to be rotated to enable the pressing handle 4 to be positioned right above the convex rib 8, and at the moment, the inner barrel component and the kettle cover component are provided with only one positioning magnetic column 32 and one positioning iron sheet 33 which are overlapped and generate adsorption, namely, a certain binding force is provided between the inner barrel component and the kettle cover component, but overlarge obstruction can not be caused to the artificial separation of the inner barrel component and the kettle cover component.
In addition, if the technical characteristics of the positioning magnetic column 32 and the positioning iron sheet 33 are combined with the technical characteristics of the pointer 28 and the state mark 26, the combination operation of various states of the multipurpose portable electric kettle is more convenient.

Claims (3)

1. A multipurpose portable electric kettle is characterized by comprising:
the kettle body assembly comprises a long and thin barrel-shaped inner container, a duckbilled spout is arranged on one side of the upper end of the inner container, an electromagnetic coil is wound on the outer side wall of the middle lower part, a temperature sensor is arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the inner container, the inner container is placed in the shell, gaps are respectively arranged between the inner container and the shell and the bottom of the inner container and filled with high-temperature-resistant heat insulation materials; the outer side wall of the shell is provided with a convex rib which protrudes outwards and extends up and down, and the convex rib is positioned at one side opposite to the kettle mouth; a controller which is matched with the electromagnetic coil and the temperature sensor to work is arranged in the convex rib; the outer side wall of the middle upper part of the convex rib is inwards provided with an accommodating groove which extends up and down, a folding handle is arranged at the accommodating groove, the folding handle is accommodated in the accommodating groove after being folded, and the folding handle extends to the outer side of the convex rib and can be locked when being unfolded;
the inner barrel component comprises a barrel body, the upper end of the barrel body is provided with a circle of inserting steps protruding outwards, the upper end of each inserting step is provided with a circle of barrel edge extending outwards to form, after the inner barrel component and the kettle body component are combined, the barrel edge is located at the upper end part of the kettle body component, the inserting steps are in inserting fit with the upper end opening of the kettle body component, the barrel body is suspended in the inner container, a gap is formed between the side walls of the barrel body and the inner container, the upper end of the inner cavity of the inner container is plugged by the inner barrel component, and the spout is separated from the inner cavity of; the plug step is provided with a first exhaust hole extending from the outer side wall of the plug step to the inner wall of the cylinder body and a second exhaust hole extending from the outer side wall of the plug step to the lower end face of the plug step; the bottom of the cylinder is provided with a cup base which extends downwards in an annular shape, a vent valve which can switch the state that the lower end of the inner cavity of the cylinder is communicated with the outside is arranged in the cup base, and a filter screen is arranged between the inner cavity of the cylinder and the vent valve; when the inner barrel assembly is combined with the kettle body assembly, an object placing space is formed between the cup base and the bottom of the inner container, and only one of the first exhaust hole and the second exhaust hole is positioned at the kettle mouth and communicated with the outside or neither is positioned at the kettle mouth and blocked by the inner wall of the inner container;
the cup mouth at the upper end of the intussusception cup group can be sleeved and clamped on the cup seat, and after the intussusception cup group is combined with the inner cylinder component and the inner cylinder component is combined with the kettle body component, the intussusception cup group is suspended in an object placing space between the cup seat and the bottom of the inner container;
the pot cover assembly comprises a circular cover body which can cover the upper end parts of the pot body assembly and the inner cylinder assembly, a circle of positioning steps which are formed by protruding downwards and can be inserted into the upper ports of the pot body assembly and the inner cylinder assembly are arranged at the lower side of the cover body, a pressing handle which extends outwards is arranged at one side of the cover body, a detachable rotating mechanism is arranged between the pot cover assembly and the pot body assembly, the pot cover assembly and the pot body assembly can be combined and connected by virtue of the rotating mechanism, and the pot cover assembly can be driven to turn over by the pressing handle after being combined with the pot body assembly; the rotating mechanism comprises a horizontal column which has magnetism and is fixedly connected with the outer angle of the upper end of the convex rib, and a rotating seat which is fixed on the lower side of the pressing handle and can be attracted with the horizontal column, a semicircular groove which can be buckled on the horizontal column is arranged on the lower end face of the rotating seat, the semicircular groove is matched with the horizontal column to combine the kettle lid assembly and the kettle body assembly, and the kettle lid assembly is allowed to turn around the horizontal column between a horizontal state and a vertical state.

The multipurpose portable electric kettle of claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the barrel is provided with a barrel seat extending downwards along the excircle of the bottom, the cup seat is positioned in the barrel cavity of the barrel seat, and when the inner barrel component is placed on a table top, the inner barrel component is supported by the barrel seat instead of the cup seat.

c. the first exhaust hole is positioned at the kettle mouth and communicated with the outside, and the kettle is in a steam heating state at the moment.
