The linkage mechanism 5 is installed on the box body and used for driving the clutch 4 to switch between a connection state and a disconnection state, and when the box door 11 is closed, the box door 11 drives the clutch 4 to be in the connection state through the linkage mechanism 5.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the linkage mechanism 5 includes a sliding seat 51, an insertion part 511 disposed on the sliding seat 51, and a connecting member 54, wherein the sliding seat 51 is movably connected to the bottom wall 15, can move back and forth along a first direction, and has a first position and a second position, and the first direction is parallel to the axial direction of the output shaft 321 of the banknote pressing motor 32. The insertion portion 511 is inserted into and engaged with the annular groove 422 of the driven member 42, and when the sliding seat 51 moves between the first position and the second position, the driven member 42 is driven by the insertion portion 511 to move along the second supporting shaft 330, so that the driven member 42 is engaged with or disengaged from the driving member 41. When the sliding seat 51 is at the first position, the driven member 42 is separated from the driving member 41, and the clutch 4 is in a disconnected state, and when the sliding seat 51 is at the second position, the driven member 42 is engaged with the driving member 41, and the clutch 4 is in a connected state.
One end of the elastic element 6 is connected to the sliding seat 51, and the other end is connected to the bottom wall 15, and the sliding seat 51 always tends to move to the first position under the elastic force of the elastic element 6. When the door 11 is opened, the elastic member 6 drives the clutch 4 in the off state through the link mechanism 5.
It should be noted that the annular groove 422 may be disposed on one of the driving member 41 and the driven member 42, and the insertion portion 511 is inserted into one of the driving member 41 and the driven member 42, in this embodiment, the annular groove 422 is disposed on the driven member 42.
The linkage mechanism 5 further comprises a linkage assembly, the linkage assembly comprises a first link 52 and a second link 53, a first end of the first link 52 is pivotally connected with the sliding seat 51 through a first shaft 521, a first end of the second link 53 is pivotally connected with the bottom wall 15 through a second shaft 531, and a second end of the first link 52 and a second end of the second link 53 are pivotally connected through a rotating shaft 522; the connecting piece 54 is movably connected with the bottom wall 15; the connecting member 54 is a rod-shaped structure, the first end 541 of the connecting member is disposed adjacent to the door 11, the first end 541 of the connecting member can be in contact with or separated from the door 11, the second end 542 of the connecting member is disposed adjacent to the rotating shaft 522, the second end 542 of the connecting member can be in contact with or separated from the rotating shaft 522, the connecting member 54 can move back and forth along a second direction forming an angle with the first direction, and the connecting member 54 has a third position and a fourth position. In this embodiment, an included angle between the second direction and the first direction is 90 degrees.
When the connecting member 54 is at the third position, the first end 541 of the connecting member is separated from the door, and at this time, the sliding seat 51 moves to the first position under the elastic force of the elastic member 6, and the inserting portion 511 of the sliding seat 51 drives the driven member 42 to be separated from the driving member 41, so that the clutch 4 is in a disconnected state; when the connecting member 54 is located at the fourth position, the second end 542 of the connecting member abuts against the rotating shaft 522, at this time, the connecting member 54 pushes the rotating shaft 522 to move, the rotating shaft 522 drives the first connecting rod 52 and the second connecting rod 53 to rotate around the first shaft 521 and the second shaft 531, respectively, the first end of the first connecting rod 52 drives the sliding seat 51 to move to the second position against the elastic force of the elastic member 6, and the insertion portion 511 of the sliding seat 51 drives the driven member 42 to cooperate with the driving member 41, so that the clutch 4 is in a communicating state.
When the box door 11 is closed relative to the box body, the box door 11 is abutted against the first end 541 of the connecting piece, and the connecting piece 54 is pushed to move from the third position to the fourth position, so that the clutch 4 is in a communication state; when the door 11 is opened relative to the cabinet, the door 11 is separated from the first end 541 of the link, and at this time, the sliding seat 51 moves from the second position to the first position under the elastic force of the elastic member 6, so that the clutch 4 is in a disconnected state.
In other embodiments, the linkage mechanism 5 may only include the sliding seat 51 and the insertion portion 511 disposed on the sliding seat 51, and the connecting member 54, where the connecting member 54 and the sliding seat 51 are both provided with inclined abutting surfaces, and the two abutting surfaces are abutted, and the connecting member drives the sliding seat 51 to move from the second position to the first position through the inclined abutting surfaces, so as to switch the clutch 4 from the off state to the on state.
In other embodiments, the link assembly may only include the first link 52, the first end of the first link 52 is pivotally connected to the sliding seat 51 through the first shaft 521, and the second end of the first link 52 abuts against or is pivotally connected to the connecting member, and the first link 52 is driven by the connecting member 54 to drive the sliding seat 51 to move.
In other embodiments, the banknote pressing mechanism 3 includes a banknote pressing plate 31, a banknote pressing motor 32, a transmission mechanism 33, a clutch 4, and a linkage mechanism 5, where the clutch 4 is connected between the banknote pressing motor 32 and the transmission mechanism 33 and is used for connecting or disconnecting the connection between the banknote pressing motor 32 and the transmission mechanism 33, one end of the linkage mechanism 5 is pivotally connected to the box door 11, and when the box door 11 is opened, the box door 11 drives the clutch 4 to be in a disconnected state through the linkage mechanism 5.
Specifically, a first end 541 of a link in the linkage mechanism 5 is pivotally connected to the door 11, and a second end 542 of the link is movably connected to the sliding seat 51, or the second end 542 of the link is pivotally connected to the rotating shaft 522. The link 54 has a third position and a fourth position. When the door 11 is closed, the door 11 pushes the link 54 to move to the third position, the link 54 pushes the rotating shaft 522 to move, the rotating shaft 522 drives the first link 52 and the second link 53 to rotate around the first shaft 521 and the second shaft 531 respectively, the first end of the first link 52 drives the sliding seat 51 to move from the first position to the second position, and the inserting portion 511 of the sliding seat 51 drives the driven member 42 to cooperate with the driving member 41, so that the clutch 4 is in a communicating state; when the door 11 is opened, the door 11 pulls the link 54 to move to the fourth position, the link 54 pulls the rotating shaft 522 to move, the rotating shaft 522 drives the first link 52 and the second link 53 to rotate around the first shaft 521 and the second shaft 531 respectively, the first end of the first link 52 drives the sliding seat 51 to move from the second position to the first position, and the insertion portion 511 of the sliding seat 51 drives the driven member 42 to cooperate with the driving member 41, so that the clutch 4 is in the disconnected state.
The working principle of the cash box provided by the embodiment is described below.
During the operation of the banknote box, since the box door 11 is closed relative to the box body, the connecting piece 54 is located at the fourth position, the sliding seat 51 is located at the second position, the clutch 4 is in a communication state, the output shaft 321 of the banknote pressing motor 32 drives the banknote pressing plate 31 to move along the banknote stacking direction sequentially through the clutch 4 and the transmission mechanism 33 when rotating, and the banknote pressing plate 31 is close to or far away from the access opening 20, so that the banknote box can normally input or output banknotes.
In the process of carrying the banknote box, as the box door 11 is closed relative to the box body, the connecting piece 54 is located at the fourth position, the sliding seat 51 is located at the second position, the clutch 4 is in a communication state, and the self-locking torque of the banknote pressing motor 32 enables the positions of all parts of the transmission mechanism in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism to be locked, the position of the banknote pressing plate 31 is also locked, and therefore banknotes clamped between the banknote pressing plate 31 and the banknote kicking roller and the guide plate can be always kept to be orderly stacked.
When the cash box is filled with cash, the box door 11 is opened relative to the box body, the connecting piece 54 is positioned at the third position, the sliding seat 51 is positioned at the first position, the clutch 4 is in a disconnected state, the connection between the cash pressing motor 32 and the transmission mechanism 33 is disconnected, and all parts of the transmission mechanism 33 are in a free state, so that the position of the cash pressing plate 31 connected with the transmission mechanism 33 can be easily adjusted.
The paper money pressing plate of the paper money box provided by the embodiment is driven by a paper money pressing motor through a transmission mechanism, a clutch is arranged between the paper money pressing motor and the transmission mechanism, the connection between the paper money pressing motor and the transmission mechanism can be disconnected through the clutch when the box door is opened, and the connection between the paper money pressing motor and the transmission mechanism can be communicated through the clutch when the box door is closed. Compared with the cash box in the related art, the cash box provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the connection between the cash pressing motor and the transmission mechanism is disconnected when the box door is opened, so that the position of the cash pressing plate can be easily moved manually, the transmission mechanism and the motor cannot be damaged, and the use is convenient.
FIG. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a depositing and dispensing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the depositing and dispensing machine includes an access opening mechanism 100, an identification mechanism 200, a temporary storage mechanism 300, a circulating banknote cassette 400, a conveying mechanism 500, and a recycling bin 600, wherein the access opening mechanism 100 is configured to feed banknotes put in by a user to the identification mechanism 200 one by one, or output banknotes identified by the identification mechanism 200 one by one, waiting for the user to take them away; the recognition mechanism 200 is used for carrying out banknote detection and recognition; the escrow mechanism 300 is used to temporarily hold bills; the circulating banknote box 400 is used for storing and dispensing banknotes, and the structural form and the working principle of the circulating banknote box 400 are the same as those of the banknote box embodiment provided by the invention, and are not described again; the recycle bin 600 is used to store bills that are no longer in circulation; the transport mechanism 500 is used to transport banknotes between the modules described above, and between the mechanisms and the recycling bin 400 and the recycling bin 600.
The cash recycling machine in the embodiment of the invention can easily and manually move the position of the cash pressing plate due to the use of the cash box provided by the embodiment of the invention, so that the cash recycling machine is convenient for users to fill the cash in the cash box or take out the cash in the cash box.

1. A cash box comprises a shell and a cash pressing plate arranged in the shell, wherein the shell is provided with an entrance and an exit for the entry and exit of cash, and the cash box is characterized by also comprising a cash pressing motor, a clutch and a transmission mechanism; wherein
The transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the banknote pressing plate; the clutch is connected between the money pressing motor and the transmission mechanism, and the clutch has a connection state and a disconnection state;
when the clutch is in a communicated state, the banknote pressing motor is connected with the transmission mechanism, and the banknote pressing plate can be driven to be close to or far away from the inlet and the outlet through the transmission mechanism;
when the clutch is in a disconnected state, the connection between the money pressing motor and the transmission mechanism is disconnected.
2. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a linkage mechanism connected to the clutch for driving the clutch between a connected state and a disconnected state;
when the box door of the shell is closed, the box door drives the clutch to be in a communicated state through the linkage mechanism.
3. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 2, wherein said clutch comprises a driving member and a driven member, said driving member being connected to said banknote pressing motor and said driven member being connected to said transmission mechanism;
the linkage mechanism comprises a sliding seat and an insertion part arranged on the sliding seat; the sliding seat is movably connected with the shell and is provided with a first position and a second position; the inserting part is connected with one of the driving part and the driven part;
when the sliding seat is located at the first position, the sliding seat drives the driving part and the driven part to separate through the insertion part, so that the clutch is in a disconnected state;
when the sliding seat is located at the second position, the sliding seat drives the driving part and the driven part to be matched through the insertion part, so that the clutch is in a communicated state.
4. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 3 wherein said linkage further comprises a connector; the connecting piece is movably connected with the sliding seat and used for driving the sliding seat to move to a second position.
5. The cassette of claim 4, wherein a first end of the link is adjacent to the cassette door and a second end of the link is movably coupled to the slide;
when the box door is closed, the box door is matched with the first end of the connecting piece, and the connecting piece is driven to drive the sliding seat to move to the second position.
6. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 5, wherein said linkage further comprises a linkage assembly connected between said link and said slide mount;
when the box door is closed, the box door drives the connecting piece to drive the sliding seat to move to the second position through the connecting rod assembly.
7. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 6, wherein said linkage assembly comprises a first linkage and a second linkage;
the first end of the first connecting rod is pivoted with the first end of the second connecting rod, the second end of the first connecting rod is pivoted with the sliding seat, and the second end of the second connecting rod is pivoted with the shell;
the connecting piece is abutted with a pivoting shaft between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod;
the connecting piece drives the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to rotate around the pivot shaft simultaneously through the pivot shaft, so that the first connecting rod drives the sliding seat to move to a second position.
8. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 2 further comprising a resilient member connected between the housing and the linkage for maintaining the linkage in a motion tending to drive the clutch in the disengaged condition at all times.
9. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 2, wherein one end of said linkage is pivotally connected to said cassette door;
when the box door is opened, the box door drives the clutch to be in a disconnected state through the linkage mechanism.
10. A depositing and dispensing machine, characterized in that it comprises a bank-note box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
