When the blade 20 and the contact wheel 9 move outwards to a proper position, an operator can place the culture pot into the cylinder body 23, and then when the blade 20 moves downwards to cut the culture pot, the blade 20 moves downwards to be located in the through hole 24, and the brush 25 brushes away soil on the blade 20. After the culture pot is completely cut, the cylinder body 23 can be taken down, soil and the culture pot can be poured out, and then the cylinder body 23 is put back to the original position. Therefore, the soil falling to the ground after the cultivation pot is cut can be prevented from affecting the surrounding environment.
When an operator pulls the pull block 12 to move outwards to enable the blade 20 and the contact wheel 9 to move outwards to proper positions, the blade 20 and the contact wheel 9 move outwards to the hollow cylinder 27, the insert rod 29 can be pulled to swing upwards, when the insert rod 29 is in a horizontal state, the pull block 12 can be loosened, the pull block 12 further moves inwards to enable the insert rod 29 to be inserted into the slot 30, the insert rod 29 is inserted into the slot 30 to fix the pull block 12, and the culture pot can be placed into the cylinder 23. After the culture pot is placed, the pull block 12 can be pulled to move outwards again, the pull block 12 moves outwards to enable the insertion rod 29 to be separated from the slot 30, the insertion rod 29 swings downwards to restore to the original position, the pull block 12 can be loosened, the contact wheel 9 moves inwards to be in contact with the culture pot, and meanwhile, the blade 20 moves inwards to be inserted into the culture pot. Therefore, the pulling block 12 does not need to be pulled all the time by an operator, and the operation is convenient and fast.
