the cooling procedure consists of a cooling tank (2-1), the cooling tank is connected with an automatic stir-frying electric frying pan (1-1) through a pipeline, an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the pipeline, the cooling tank is connected with an air pump (1-4), and the air pump (1-4) has the function of forming negative pressure atmosphere between the cooling tank and the automatic stir-frying electric frying pan;
the packaging procedure consists of an inner packaging device, an outer packaging device and a second industrial control unit, wherein the inner packaging device sequentially comprises the following components from top to bottom: the automatic packaging machine comprises a storage tank (3-1), a discharge pipe (3-2) arranged below the storage tank, a flow meter and an electromagnetic valve arranged on the discharge pipe, a winding roller (3-3) and a supporting roller (3-8) respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the discharge pipe, a banding roller (3-4) arranged above a discharge hole of the discharge pipe, openings arranged on two sides of the inner packaging, a first heat sealing mechanism (3-5) arranged below the banding roller and used for heat sealing the bottom of the inner packaging, and a shearing mechanism (3-6) arranged below the first heat sealing mechanism and used for shearing inner packaging bags filled with sauce; the outer packing device is positioned below a shearing mechanism (3-6) of the inner packing device and consists of an outer packing bag feeding station (4), an outer packing bag opening station and an outer packing bag sealing station, wherein the three stations are arranged on an annular frame (7), and the outer packing bag sealing station is positioned right below the shearing mechanism; the second industrial personal computer is connected with a flowmeter and an electromagnetic valve on the discharging pipe, a start-stop control device of the edge sealing roller, a drive control device of the first heat sealing mechanism, a drive control device of the shearing mechanism and a control device of three stations on the outer packing device, and is used for realizing the automatic production of the whole packing procedure.

A clean and efficient production line for sauce according to claim 1, characterized in that the overwrap bag loading station (4) of the overwrap device comprises: the outer packing bag grabbing device comprises an outer packing bag supply device (4-1) arranged outside the annular rack (7), an outer packing bag grabbing manipulator (4-2) arranged on the annular rack (7) and aligned with the outer packing bag supply device, and a bag clamping mechanism (4-3) arranged on the periphery of the annular rack and rotating along the annular rack.
