acquiring program playing information of a television program in a television station;
and acquiring program change information of the television program in the television station.

the determining the publishing parameters of the multimedia information on the second playing platform by combining the playing parameters and the publishing strategy comprises:
determining the playing completion time of the multimedia information on the first playing platform according to the playing parameters;
and if the issuing strategy is the collaborative issuing strategy, determining that the playing completion time is the issuing time of the multimedia information on the second playing platform.
4. The method of claim 1,
the determining the publishing parameters of the multimedia information on the second playing platform by combining the playing parameters and the publishing strategy comprises:
determining the playing starting time of the multimedia information on the first playing platform according to the playing parameters;
and if the release strategy is the synchronous release strategy, determining the play starting time as the release time of the multimedia information on the second play platform.
5. The method of claim 3,
the determining the publishing parameters of the multimedia information on the second playing platform by combining the playing parameters and the publishing strategy comprises:
determining the playing completion time of the multimedia information on the first playing platform according to the playing parameters;
if the release strategy is the timing release strategy, the appointed time after the playing completion time is the release time of the multimedia information on the second playing platform.
6. The method of claim 3,
the issuing strategy facing to the first type of user accounts is the synchronous issuing strategy;
the issuing strategy facing to the second type of user account is the collaborative issuing strategy or the timing issuing strategy;
the priority of the first type of user account is higher than that of the second type of user account.

the determining the publishing parameters of the multimedia information on the second playing platform by combining the playing parameters and the publishing strategy comprises:
and determining the release time of the multimedia information on the second play platform and/or the type of the oriented user account by combining the play parameters and the release strategy.
8. A multimedia information distribution apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring multimedia information;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the playing parameters of the multimedia information on the first playing platform, and the playing parameters comprise playing time;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring a release strategy of the multimedia information on a second playing platform; wherein the publication policy includes at least one of: a collaborative release strategy; synchronously issuing a strategy; releasing a strategy at fixed time;
the determining module is used for determining the publishing parameters of the multimedia information on the second playing platform by combining the playing parameters and the publishing strategy;
and the release module is used for releasing the multimedia information on the second playing platform according to the release parameters.
9. A computer storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions; the computer-executable instructions, when executed by a processor, enable the method of multimedia information distribution as provided in any of claims 1 to 7.
