The topology of a metropolitan area network is a graph and there may be 2, or even more than 2, connections between two devices, i.e., there may be more than 2 connections between a node switch and a node server, a node switch and a node switch, and a node switch and a node server. However, the metro network address of the metro network device is unique, and in order to accurately describe the connection relationship between the metro network devices, parameters are introduced in the embodiment of the present invention: a label to uniquely describe a metropolitan area network device.
In this specification, the definition of the Label is similar to that of the Label of MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switch), and assuming that there are two connections between the device a and the device B, there are 2 labels for the packet from the device a to the device B, and 2 labels for the packet from the device B to the device a. The label is classified into an incoming label and an outgoing label, and assuming that the label (incoming label) of the packet entering the device a is 0x0000, the label (outgoing label) of the packet leaving the device a may become 0x 0001. The network access process of the metro network is a network access process under centralized control, that is, address allocation and label allocation of the metro network are both dominated by the metro server, and the node switch and the node server are both passively executed, which is different from label allocation of MPLS, and label allocation of MPLS is a result of mutual negotiation between the switch and the server.
As shown in the following table, the data packet of the metro network mainly includes the following parts:

Namely Destination Address (DA), Source Address (SA), Reserved byte (Reserved), tag, payload (pdu), CRC. The format of the tag may be defined by reference to the following: the tag is 32 bits with the upper 16 bits reserved and only the lower 16 bits used, and its position is between the reserved bytes and payload of the packet.
Based on the characteristics of the video network, the invention provides one of the core concepts of the embodiment, and the client of the IP network remotely inquires the version information of the video network terminal through the network management server and the industrial personal computer according to the protocol of the video network.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a method for querying version information according to the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 501, a network management server inquires login information and version inquiry commands of the video network terminal under the video network server according to the inquiry request of the client and sends the login information and the version inquiry commands to an industrial personal computer.
As shown in fig. 6, the client 611 and the network management server 612 are located in the IP network 610, and the industrial personal computer 621, the video network server 622 and the video network terminal 623 are located in the video network 620.
In the specific implementation, a user logs in a client in an IP network, and a network management server can manage a video network terminal under a video network server in the IP network.
The client can send a version query request for querying the version information of the video network terminal under the video network server to the network management server according to the operation of the user.
The network management server may query login information of the video network terminal under the video network server according to the version query request, and send a version query command (e.g., CMD command) to the industrial personal computer through a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) Protocol.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 501 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S11, extracting the ID of the video network server and the ID of the video network terminal from the query request of the client by the network management server.
And a substep S12, inquiring a first IP address of an industrial personal computer under the ID of the video network server, and a second IP address, a user name and a password corresponding to the ID of the video network terminal in a preset database.
And a substep S13, sending a second IP address, a user name, a password and a version query command corresponding to the ID of the video networking terminal to the industrial personal computer to which the first IP address belongs.
By applying the embodiment of the invention, the information of different video network servers, including the ID, the first IP address of the industrial personal computer and the like, can be stored in the database in advance in the network management server, and the information of the video network terminal under the video network server, including the ID, the second IP address of the video network terminal, the user name, the password and the like, can be stored.
When the client sends the query request, the video network server is represented by the ID of the video network server, and the video network terminal is represented by the ID of the video network terminal.
And the network management server extracts the ID of the video network server and the ID of the video network terminal from the query request, searches a first IP address corresponding to the ID of the video network server in the database, searches a second IP address, a user name and a password corresponding to the ID of the video network terminal as login information, and sends the login information and the second IP address, the user name and the password to the industrial personal computer to which the first IP address belongs together with a version query command.
In another embodiment of the present invention, step 501 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S21, querying, by the network management server, login information and version query commands of the video network terminal under the video network server according to the query request of the client.
And a substep S22, encrypting the login information and the version inquiry command to obtain encrypted inquiry information.
And a substep S23 of sending the encrypted query information to an industrial personal computer.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the communication between the network management server and the industrial personal computer uses a TCP protocol of an IP network, the security is poor, so in order to improve the security of the communication between the network management server and the industrial personal computer, the network management server can encrypt the login information, the version query command and other data by adopting an AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm and other modes, and then send the encrypted query information to the industrial personal computer.
502, an industrial personal computer judges whether the video network terminal is connected under the video network server; if yes, go to step 503.
In the embodiment of the invention, the industrial personal computer can judge whether the video connection terminal is cascaded under the video connection server through a V2V protocol of the video connection network.
And 503, the industrial personal computer logs in the video network terminal by adopting the login information and sends the version query command to the video network terminal.
If the video network terminal is cascaded under the video network server, the industrial personal computer can log in the video network terminal through a Telnet (remote terminal protocol) protocol and transmits a version query command to the video network terminal for execution.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 503 may include the following sub-steps:
and in the substep S31, the industrial personal computer sends the user name to the video networking terminal to which the second IP address belongs.
And a substep S32, receiving response information returned by the video network terminal by the industrial personal computer.
And in the substep S33, the industrial personal computer sends the password to the video networking terminal to which the second IP address belongs.
And in the substep S34, the industrial personal computer receives login state information returned by the video network terminal.
And in the substep S35, when the login state information is successful, the industrial personal computer sends the version query command to the video network terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the industrial personal computer establishes TCP connection with the video network terminal through the second IP address, transmits the user name and the password to the remote video network terminal in an NVT (Net Virtual terminal) format, and the video network terminal can return login state information.
If the login status information is login success, the version inquiry command can be transmitted to the remote video network terminal in NVT format for execution.
If the login state information is login failure, the inquiry of the version information of the video network terminal is finished, the login failure information is returned to the network management server, and the network management server returns to the client.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step 503 may include the following sub-steps:
and a substep S41, decrypting the encrypted query information by the industrial personal computer to obtain the login information and the version query command.
And a substep S42, logging in the video network terminal by the industrial personal computer by using the login information.

In the embodiment of the invention, if the network management server encrypts the login information and the version query command, the industrial personal computer can decrypt the encrypted login information and the version query command (namely the encrypted query information) in a corresponding decryption mode (such as an AES algorithm) after receiving the encrypted login information and the encrypted version query command, remotely log in the video network terminal by adopting the decrypted login information, and send the version query command to the video network terminal for execution.
And step 504, the industrial personal computer receives the version information inquired by the version inquiry command executed by the video network terminal and sends the version information to the network management server.
In the specific implementation, the video network terminal executes the version query command, queries the version information, returns the data in the NVT format to the industrial personal computer, converts the data into a format accepted locally by the industrial personal computer, and returns the execution result (namely the version information) of the version query command and the version query command to the network management server through the TCP protocol.
In addition, the industrial personal computer can cancel connection of the remote video network terminal, and the process is to cancel a TCP connection.

Referring to fig. 7, a flowchart illustrating steps of another embodiment of a method for querying version information according to the present invention is shown, where a client and a network management server are located in an IP network, and an industrial personal computer, a video network server and a video network terminal are located in a video network, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 701, the network management server inquires login information and version inquiry commands of the video network terminal under the video network server according to the inquiry request of the client and sends the login information and the version inquiry commands to the industrial personal computer.
Step 702, an industrial personal computer judges whether the video network terminal is connected under the video network server; if yes, go to step 703.
And 703, the industrial personal computer logs in the video network terminal by adopting the login information and sends the version query command to the video network terminal.
And 704, the industrial personal computer receives the version information inquired by the version inquiry command executed by the video network terminal and sends the version information to the network management server.
Step 705, the network management server sends the version information to the client.
Step 706, the network management server inquires the source version information of the video network terminal under the video network server.
And 707, comparing the version information returned by the industrial personal computer with the source version information by the network management server to obtain version prompt information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network management server can store the version information of the video networking terminal into a local database.
In addition, the database in the network management server also stores the source version information of the video network terminal, and the source version information can be manually filled by a user or stored when the network management server controls the upgrading of the video network terminal.
The version information returned by the industrial personal computer is the actual version information of the video networking terminal, and certain error may exist between the source version information and the source version information.

the network management server inquires login information and version inquiry commands of the video network terminal under the video network server according to the inquiry request of the client and sends the login information and the version inquiry commands to the industrial personal computer;
the industrial personal computer judges whether the video network terminal is connected under the video network server; if so, the industrial personal computer adopts the login information to login the video network terminal and sends the version query command to the video network terminal;
the industrial personal computer receives the version information which is obtained by the video network terminal executing the version query command and sends the version information to the network management server;
and the network management server sends the version information to the client.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the network management server inquiring the login information and version inquiry command of the video network terminal under the video network server and sending the login information and version inquiry command to the industrial personal computer according to the inquiry request of the client comprises the following steps:
the network management server extracts the ID of the video network server and the ID of the video network terminal from the query request of the client;
inquiring a first IP address of an industrial personal computer under the ID of the video network server, and a second IP address, a user name and a password corresponding to the ID of the video network terminal in a preset database;
and sending a second IP address, a user name, a password and a version query command corresponding to the ID of the video network terminal to the industrial personal computer to which the first IP address belongs.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the steps of the industrial personal computer adopting the login information to login the video network terminal and sending the version query command to the video network terminal comprise:
the industrial personal computer sends the user name to the video networking terminal to which the second IP address belongs;
the industrial personal computer receives response information returned by the video network terminal;
the industrial personal computer sends the password to the video networking terminal to which the second IP address belongs;
the industrial personal computer receives login state information returned by the video networking terminal;
and the industrial personal computer sends the version query command to the video network terminal when the login state information is successful in login.

The method according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the step of the network management server inquiring the login information and version inquiry command of the video network terminal under the video network server and sending the login information and version inquiry command to the industrial personal computer according to the inquiry request of the client comprises the following steps:
the network management server inquires the login information and the version inquiry command of the video network terminal under the video network server according to the inquiry request of the client;
encrypting the login information and the version query command to obtain encrypted query information;
sending the encrypted query information to an industrial personal computer;
the steps that the industrial personal computer adopts the login information to login the video network terminal and sends the version query command to the video network terminal comprise:
the industrial personal computer decrypts the encrypted query information to obtain the login information and the version query command;
the industrial personal computer adopts the login information to login the video network terminal;
and when the industrial personal computer successfully logs in the video network terminal, the version query command is sent to the video network terminal.

The method according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the step of receiving the version information queried by the version query command executed by the video networking terminal and sending the version information to the network management server by the industrial personal computer comprises the following steps:
the industrial personal computer receives the version information inquired by the version inquiry command executed by the video network terminal;
the industrial personal computer encrypts the version information to obtain encrypted version information;
the industrial personal computer sends the encrypted version information to a network management server;
the step of sending the version information to the client by the network management server comprises the following steps:
and the network management server decrypts the encrypted version information to obtain the version information and sends the version information to the client.
6. The method of claim 1, 2 or 3, further comprising:
the network management server inquires the source version information of the video network terminal under the video network server;
and the network management server compares the version information returned by the industrial personal computer with the source version information to obtain version prompt information.
