step S310, user identity information is obtained.
The user identity information may be implemented in various ways, for example, the user identity information includes, but is not limited to, the name, date of birth, location, etc. of the user.
There are various ways to obtain the user identity information.
As one embodiment, the identity information of the user may be acquired by reading information of a card inserted into the medical terminal. Further, there are various embodiments of the card, for example, embodiments of the card include, but are not limited to, an identification card, a bank card, a medical insurance card, a hospital visit card, and the like.
As an implementation mode, any card has the unique identification code, the unique identification code of any card is matched with the user identity information and the medical item information holding the card and stored, and when the medical item information corresponding to the user identity information needs to be inquired, the user identity included in the card information is obtained. Certainly, the unique identification codes of various cards can be matched and stored, and the unique identification codes of other types of cards can be inquired through the unique identification code of one card, so that the user information stored in the other types of cards can be inquired.
Further, the unique identification code of any card can be matched with the user identity information and medical item information holding the card and stored in the medical terminal or the hospital information system server.
Step S320, determining whether the user identity information has a corresponding medical item to be processed.
As an implementation manner, if the user identity and the medical item information are matched and stored in the medical terminal, the information stored in the medical terminal can be directly queried, and it can be determined whether the user identity information has the corresponding medical item to be processed.
As another embodiment, if the user identity and the medical item information are matched and stored in the hospital information system server, the medical terminal initiates an inquiry request to the hospital information system server to obtain the medical item information corresponding to the user identity information, so as to determine whether the user identity information has a corresponding to-be-processed medical item.
As another way, the hospital information system server may also provide a third-party interface to the medical terminal, and the medical terminal obtains medical item information corresponding to the user identity information in real time through the third-party interface, so as to determine whether the user identity information has a corresponding to-be-processed medical item.
Step S330, if the user identity information has the corresponding medical item to be processed, displaying the information corresponding to the medical item to be processed.
As an embodiment, the information corresponding to the medical item to be processed includes at least one of information for prompting that a prescription is not paid for, information for prompting that a reservation/registration is not visited, information for prompting that a reservation/registration is not taken, information for prompting that a medicine is not taken, information for prompting that a medical item is not processed, information for prompting that a test is not sampled, information for prompting that a test is not printed, information for prompting that an item is not checked, and information for prompting that a test is not printed.
There are various embodiments for displaying information corresponding to the medical item to be processed. As an embodiment, if there is only one pending medical item, the information corresponding to the pending medical item may be displayed in the middle of the medical terminal interface.
As another embodiment, if there are a plurality of medical items to be processed, the information corresponding to the medical items to be processed may be displayed on two sides of the medical terminal interface in two left-right rows. By the method, the information corresponding to the medical item to be processed is displayed on the interface of the medical terminal, so that the further operation of a user can be facilitated.
As an embodiment, after the displaying the information corresponding to the medical item to be processed, the method further includes: and receiving a selection instruction, and displaying the information to be displayed corresponding to the selection instruction.
As an implementation manner, if the selection instruction is used to select the information for prompting the prescription unpaid fee or the information for prompting the reservation/registration unpaid fee, the medical terminal interface displays information of multiple payment manners, for example, a third-party payment platform may be selected to perform payment, a bank system may also be selected to support the payment, and an account balance corresponding to the user identity information in the hospital information system may also be selected to perform payment.
Further, the method further comprises: and receiving a payment mode selection instruction, and completing payment according to the payment mode selection instruction. According to the payment mode selection instruction, the payment process can be selected by the user on different payment platforms, the implementation process is different, and details are not repeated here.
In yet another embodiment, the selection instruction is used for selecting the information for prompting appointment/registration for non-treatment, and the medical terminal interface may display the treatment time and the treatment place.
In one embodiment, the selection instruction is used for selecting the information for prompting that the medicine is not taken, and then the medical terminal interface may display a medicine taking place.
In an embodiment, the selection instruction is used for selecting the information for prompting the unprocessed treatment items, and then the medical terminal interface may display a treatment place.
In one embodiment, the selection instruction is used for selecting the information for prompting the non-sampling test, and the medical terminal interface can display a sampling place.
In one embodiment, the selection instruction is used for selecting the information for prompting that the item is not checked, and the medical terminal interface may display the checking place.
The visit time, the visit place, the medicine taking place, the diagnosis and treatment place, the sampling place and the examination place correspond to the user identity information, namely, the patient can obtain the visit time, the visit place, the medicine taking place, the diagnosis and treatment place, the sampling place or the examination place without a series of inquiry, but can directly obtain the treatment time, the visit place, the medicine taking place, the diagnosis and treatment place, the sampling place or the examination place through the display of the medical information to be processed, and the user experience is further improved.
As another embodiment, referring to fig. 4, if the selection instruction is used to select information for prompting reservation/registration for non-fetching, information for prompting verification of non-printing, or information for prompting checking of non-printing, the displaying of the information to be displayed corresponding to the selection instruction includes:
and step S410, judging whether the medical terminal supports printing operation.
The determination may be performed in various ways, for example, by reading a medical profile and determining whether the medical terminal supports the printing operation according to the profile.
If yes, go to step S420; otherwise, step S430 is performed.
In step S420, the printing operation is completed.
In step S430, address information that can provide the printing service is displayed.
If the selection instruction is used for selecting the information for prompting the reservation/registration of the un-number-taking, the address information which can provide the printing service and is displayed at the moment is the displayed number-taking place.
Furthermore, if the medical terminal does not support the printing operation, the printing service configuration operation can be performed through the background, so that the printing service can be used when the patient uses the medical terminal next time, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, if the user identity information is judged not to have the corresponding medical item to be processed, a conventional menu is displayed. The conventional menu can be implemented in various ways, for example, a self-service registration interface, a self-service payment interface, etc. can be displayed.
According to the medical information processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the user identity information has the corresponding medical item to be processed or not is judged by acquiring the user identity information, and if the user identity information has the corresponding medical item to be processed, the information corresponding to the medical item to be processed is displayed.
