Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The application is operational with numerous general purpose or special purpose computing device environments or configurations. For example: personal computers, server computers, hand-held or portable devices, tablet-type devices, multi-processor apparatus, distributed computing environments that include any of the above devices or equipment, and the like.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The application may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
The embodiments of the present application can be applied to a terminal (e.g., a notebook computer, etc.) provided with a touch input device (e.g., a touch panel, etc.), and the notebook computer is generally divided into a liquid crystal display and an input device (e.g., a keyboard). Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of an input device 10 of a notebook computer in practical application of an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the input device 10 may further include a touch panel 101 (taking a touch input device as an example of a touch panel), and a physical keyboard area 102. The touch area on the touch panel 101 may have any regular shape, and is illustrated by a square in fig. 1.
In this embodiment of the present application, the touch area on the touch pad 101 may be divided into a plurality of touch sub-areas according to a preset manner, and the touch sub-areas and a plurality of candidate words to be displayed on the screen have a correspondence relationship. Generally, in the input method, when a user inputs a character string, N candidate words are presented to the user, and the user can select any one of the candidate words to be displayed on a screen. The value of N may be a positive integer. For the N candidate words, the first candidate word can be displayed on a screen by adopting a space key; for other N-1 non-preferred candidate words, in order to quickly screen the candidate words, the touch area can be divided into N-1 touch sub-areas, and the areas of the N-1 touch sub-areas can be the same, i.e. the touch sub-areas are in one-to-one correspondence with the non-preferred candidate words.
Taking 5 candidate words as an example, the space bar may still be used for the first candidate word to be displayed on the screen. If there are 4 non-preferred candidate words, the touch area may be divided into four touch sub-areas with equal areas. Referring to a diagram a or b in fig. 2, the touch area is divided into: exemplary interface diagrams of four touch sub-areas of upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right, the areas of the four touch sub-areas are the same in the diagrams a or b of fig. 2. Of course, the value of N may be not only 5 but also 3, 7, etc.
After the touch area is divided according to a preset mode that the touch sub-areas are equal in size, a corresponding relation can be set between the divided touch sub-areas and the non-preferred candidate words. In the embodiment of the application, the number of the touch sub-regions and the number of the non-preferred candidate words can be set to be the same, and any touch sub-region only needs to correspond to one non-preferred candidate word. Certainly, corresponding touch sub-regions may be set only for a part of the non-preferred candidate words, for example, there are 4 non-preferred candidate words, and there are two touch sub-regions, which correspond to the three-choice candidate words and the four-choice candidate words in the non-preferred candidate words respectively; or the two touch sub-areas may respectively correspond to a four-choice candidate word and a five-choice candidate word in the non-preferred candidate words; alternatively, referring to the reading habit of the user, which is generally a browsing sequence from left to right and from top to bottom, the two touch sub-areas may be respectively corresponding to the first two non-preferred candidate words, i.e. the two-choice candidate word and the four-choice candidate word, and so on. The corresponding relation between any touch sub-area and the non-preferred candidate word can be stored as a default corresponding relation after setting.
Taking the number between the touch sub-areas and the non-preferred candidate words as an example of 4, the non-preferred candidate words may be sequentially set to correspond to the touch sub-areas from left to right and from top to bottom according to the order of priority, and the setting is stored as the default correspondence. For example, assuming that the sequence number of the preferred candidate word is 1, and the sequence numbers of the non-preferred candidate words are 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively, a two-choice candidate word with the sequence number of 2 may be set to have a correspondence relationship with the touch sub-area located at the upper left of fig. 2a, a three-choice candidate word with the sequence number of 3 may be set to have a correspondence relationship with the touch sub-area located at the upper right of fig. 2a, a four-choice candidate word with the sequence number of 4 may be set to have a correspondence relationship with the touch sub-area located at the lower left of fig. 2a, and a five-choice candidate word with the sequence number of 5 may be set to have a correspondence relationship with the touch sub-area located at the lower right of fig. 2 a. Because the corresponding relation is more in line with the use habits of most users, the actual use requirements of the users can be better met by setting the corresponding relation as the default corresponding relation.
Of course, in practical application, some users have their own specific use habits, and so on, and therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, various corresponding relationships may be provided for the users to select. After a user installs a text input application (e.g., an input method) on the terminal, a candidate relationship display box may be provided to display a plurality of correspondence relationships between the touch sub-region and non-preferred candidate words when the input method is first used. For example, a first corresponding relationship is that non-preferred candidate words with sequence numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5 are respectively associated with the upper right touch sub-area, the lower left touch sub-area, and the corresponding relationship can be referred to as fig. 2 b; the second correspondence is that the non-preferred candidate words with sequence numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively correspond to the touch sub-areas on the lower right, lower left, upper left, and upper right, and so on. Of course, in the case that the number of the non-preferred candidate words is different, the number of the touch sub-regions is also different correspondingly, but the sizes of the touch sub-regions should be consistent.
Then, after the candidate relationship display frame shows various possible corresponding relationships, the user can confirm any one of the ways suitable for the user in the candidate relationship display frame, and after the user selects any one of the corresponding relationships, the corresponding relationship selected by the user is stored as the customized corresponding relationship of the user. In the embodiment of the application, if the user selects the customized correspondence belonging to the user when using the input method application for the first time, the non-preferred candidate words corresponding to the touch sub-areas on the screen of the user can be provided according to the customized correspondence selected by the user. When the user uses the input method application for the first time, if the user does not customize the corresponding relationship of the user, the user can use the default corresponding relationship to determine the non-preferred candidate word corresponding to the touch sub-area. It is to be understood that after the default correspondence or the customized correspondence is determined, the non-preferred candidate word corresponding to the touch sub-area may be determined by using the correspondence all the time, and certainly, the default correspondence may be updated to the customized correspondence when the user needs the non-preferred candidate word, or the customized correspondence may be changed to the default correspondence, and so on.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for displaying a candidate word in the present application is shown, where the embodiment may include the following steps:
step 301: and acquiring a candidate word set corresponding to the user behavior.
In this embodiment, the user behavior may be a behavior that the user installs an input method application on the terminal and triggers for the input method application. For example, if the user invokes the input method on the terminal, a preset candidate word set can be provided for the user; or, a user inputs a series of character strings through input equipment such as a keyboard and the like to obtain a candidate word set corresponding to the character strings; alternatively, the user enters the content, obtains other associated words related to the content as a candidate word set, and so on.
For example, if a character string input by a user is "haishi", 3 candidate words "still, maritime affairs, and sea lions" corresponding to the character string may be obtained, or 5 candidate words "still, maritime affairs, sea lions, haih hours, and seaman" may also be obtained. The priorities of the candidate words in the candidate word set are different, where, for example, the character string "haishi" is still used, and "or" is the highest priority, so that the candidate word that appears first in the candidate word set is also called a preferred candidate word, and the sequence number of the preferred candidate word may be set to 1; the other candidate words are non-preferred candidate words, and are set with sequence numbers according to different priorities, for example, the sequence number of "maritime affairs" is 2, the sequence number of "sea lion" is 3, the sequence number of "hai shi" is 4, and the sequence number of "hai shi" is 5.
Of course, it may be understood that the priority of each candidate word may have multiple confirmation modes, and in the case that a user inputs a string of character strings for the first time, the obtained candidate words may have a preset priority for the application of the input method, and in the case that the user does not input a string of character strings for the first time, the priority of the candidate word that the user has last displayed on the screen of the character string may be set to be the highest, that is, the candidate word that has last displayed on the screen is used as the preferred candidate word of this time. Of course, the determination manner of setting the priority according to actual requirements by those skilled in the art is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step 302: and displaying the candidate word set according to the priority of each candidate word in the candidate word set.
After the candidate word set is obtained, the candidate word set includes a preferred candidate word with the highest priority and other non-preferred candidate words, and thus, when each candidate word in the candidate word set is displayed, multiple display modes can be provided.
In the first exemplary display manner, the step 302 may specifically include steps a1 to a 2:
step A1: and acquiring a first display window, wherein the first display window comprises a first display area and a second display area, the second display area is the same as the touch area in shape, the second display area is divided into a plurality of display sub-areas according to the preset mode, and the number of the display sub-areas is the same as that of the touch sub-areas.
In this display mode, the candidate words may be displayed in the first display window in accordance with the shape of the touch area on the terminal. The first display window is used for displaying each candidate word in the candidate word set. The first display window is divided into two areas specifically, the two areas comprise a first display area and a second display area, the first display area is used for displaying the first-choice candidate words, and the second display area is used for displaying the non-first-choice candidate words.
Wherein the shape of the second display area may be the same or proportional to the shape of the touch area, e.g. two rectangles with the same ratio of length to width, or two squares of different sizes, etc. And the second display area is also divided into a plurality of display sub-areas in the same way as the preset way of each touch sub-area, and the number of the display sub-areas is the same as that of the touch sub-areas. It is to be understood that the shapes of the display sub-regions may be regular or irregular as long as the display sub-regions correspond to the touch sub-regions, respectively, and the sizes or dimensions of the display sub-regions may be set by those skilled in the art. In this embodiment, the display sub-area is also divided according to the division manner of the touch sub-area, and the corresponding non-preferred candidate words are displayed, so that the touch sub-area to which each non-preferred candidate word corresponds is visually displayed to the user, so that the user can quickly touch the corresponding touch sub-area to display the corresponding non-preferred candidate word on the screen. For example, referring to fig. 4a, the first display area 403 displays the first candidate word with sequence number 1, and the display areas of the other four non-first candidate words with sequence numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5 are the second display areas. In fig. 4a, the second display area is also divided into four display sub-areas, wherein the sizes of the four display sub-areas are also the same, and each non-preferred candidate word is correspondingly displayed on each display sub-area. Of course, the contents of fig. 4a are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
Step A2: and displaying the preferred candidate words in the first display area, and correspondingly displaying the non-preferred candidate words in the plurality of display sub-areas.
Then, the preferred candidate word may be displayed in the first display area, and each non-preferred candidate word that is displayed on the screen by using the touch sub-area may be displayed in the display sub-area divided by the second display area. Specifically, for example, when a user sees a non-preferred candidate word, the user can determine which touch sub-region the user should touch to display the non-preferred candidate word, so that the non-preferred candidate words can be displayed in the display sub-regions according to the sequence corresponding to the touch sub-regions.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, a non-preferred candidate word is displayed in which display sub-area, in relation to which touch sub-area at which position the respective non-preferred candidate word corresponds. For example, if the correspondence between the non-preferred candidate word and the touch sub-area is a default correspondence, when the four display sub-areas respectively display the four non-preferred candidate words, the correspondence may be as follows: the non-preferred candidate word with sequence number 2 is displayed in the upper left display sub-area, the non-preferred candidate word with sequence number 3 is displayed in the upper right display sub-area, the non-preferred candidate word with sequence number 4 is displayed in the lower right display sub-area, and the non-preferred candidate word with sequence number 5 is displayed in the lower left display sub-area. Assuming that the user wants to select two candidate words with the screen sequence number 2, the two candidate words are displayed in the upper left display sub-area, and the user can touch the upper left touch sub-area to select the two candidate words.
That is, the user may touch the touch sub-region at the same position (left upper, right lower or left lower) according to the position (left upper, right lower or left lower) of the display sub-region, so as to screen the non-preferred candidate word corresponding to the touch sub-region at the position.
In a second exemplary display manner, step 302 may specifically include: and horizontally displaying each candidate word in the candidate word set in a preset second display window according to the sequence of the priority of each candidate word in the candidate word set from high to low.
In this display mode, as shown in fig. 4b, in a character string display area 401, each character string input by the user is displayed, and in a candidate word display area 402, 5 candidate words in the candidate word set are displayed. Wherein, the sequence numbers respectively represent the priority levels of the candidate words. Of course, the number and content of the candidate words in fig. 4b are exemplary illustrations, and should not be construed as limitations of the present application.
Step 303: and responding to the touch operation on any touch sub-area, and displaying the candidate words corresponding to the touch sub-area on a screen.
In this step, after each candidate word in the candidate word set is displayed, the user may touch the touch pad at the corresponding position, that is, the corresponding candidate word may be displayed on the screen.
In one embodiment, the step 303 may specifically include steps B1 to B2:
step B1: and responding to a touch operation generated on the touch area by a user, and determining a current sub-area in which the touch operation is positioned.
After each candidate word in the candidate word set is displayed, if the candidate word set displayed for the first time includes a single word or a vocabulary and the like which the user wishes to input, the user can select a touch area corresponding to the desired candidate word according to a default corresponding relationship or a customized corresponding relationship selected by the user, so as to trigger the screen-on of the candidate word. If the first displayed candidate word set does not include the single word or vocabulary and the like which the user wishes to input, the user can turn the page to display each candidate word in the next candidate word set until the user can select the single word or vocabulary which the user wishes to input. Still taking 5 candidate words as an example, after the page is turned, 5 candidate words are still displayed, the first candidate word with the sequence number 1 is the first-choice candidate word, the second candidate word with the sequence number 2 is the second-choice candidate word, and so on, and the fifth candidate word with the sequence number 5 is the fifth-choice candidate word. The non-preferred candidate words except for the preferred candidate word respectively correspond to the touch sub-areas at the upper left, the upper right, the lower right and the lower left in turn according to the sequence numbers from small to large. By analogy, when the user continues to turn pages, the 5 candidate words seen by the user each time correspond to the four touch sub-regions respectively in a similar manner.
If the user generates an effective touch operation on the touch area, for example, a click operation, a slide operation, etc., it may be determined which touch sub-area is divided in advance according to the coordinate value of the touch operation. For example, for the division manner in fig. 2, it is determined whether the touch operation belongs to the upper left, upper right, lower right, or lower left touch sub-region.
Step B2: and displaying a non-preferred candidate word corresponding to the current sub-area on a screen.
And then, the non-preferred candidate word which is only corresponding to the touch sub-area to which the touch operation belongs is displayed on the screen. For example, if the division manner and the corresponding relationship in fig. 2a are the touch sub-areas on the left, the non-preferred candidate word with the sequence number 2 is displayed on the screen; if the user touches the touch sub-area on the upper left with respect to the division manner and the corresponding relationship in fig. 2b, the non-preferred candidate word with the sequence number 5 is displayed on the screen. The foregoing is illustrative only and is not to be construed as limiting the present application.
In steps B1 to B2, it is mainly described that each non-preferred candidate word corresponds to a touch sub-area, but in practical applications, a preferred candidate word may also correspond to a touch sub-area. Taking 5 candidate words as an example, the touch sub-area may be divided into 5 touch sub-areas, and the 5 candidate words are respectively corresponding to the divided touch sub-areas, and the preferred candidate word is also corresponding to the touch sub-area. Of course, the space key may also be associated with the preferred candidate word, and the non-preferred candidate word may be associated with the touch sub-area. The technical personnel in the field can divide the preset mode of each touch subarea according to the autonomous setting, and only need to finally correspond each candidate word with the touch subareas one by one.
Then in another embodiment, step 303 may also include step C1:
step C1: and responding to the touch operation of a touch sub-area corresponding to the preferred candidate word or the clicking operation of a space key, and displaying the preferred candidate word on a screen.
Then, if the preferred candidate word is the candidate word to be displayed on the screen, the user may trigger the touch sub-area corresponding to the preferred candidate word to display the preferred word on the screen. In practical applications, the touch sub-area corresponding to the preferred candidate word may be set at the position of the center of the touch area, for example, when the touch area is a square, the touch sub-area corresponding to the preferred candidate word is a circle with the center of the square as the center of the circle, and the radius of the circle may be set by a person skilled in the art in advance; for the remaining area of the touch area except for the circle, the remaining area may be equally divided according to the number of the non-preferred candidate words and respectively correspond to each non-preferred candidate word. Certainly, this is only a setting manner of the correspondence, and a person skilled in the art may also divide the touch sub-area corresponding to each candidate word in an upper-lower equal division manner or a left-right equal division manner.
And when only the non-preferred candidate word corresponds to the touch sub-area and the preferred candidate word is still on the screen by using the space bar, the user can click the space bar to screen the preferred candidate word corresponding to the space bar.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the touch areas of the touch input devices such as the touch pad and the like are divided according to the preset mode, the divided touch sub-areas can be in one-to-one correspondence with the candidate words or the non-preferred candidate words, so that a user can touch a certain touch sub-area to screen the preferred candidate words or the non-preferred candidate words corresponding to the touch sub-area, the operation that the user needs to click through a number key or a mouse to influence the input speed is avoided, the input speed and the input efficiency of the user are improved, and the experience of the user in using the input method is also improved. Furthermore, when each candidate word is displayed, each candidate word can be displayed in the display sub-area with the same shape as the touch sub-area, so that the user is reminded of which position of the touch sub-area the user should touch in the display mode of each candidate word, and the input of the user is facilitated.
