It should be noted that there is a space between the bent portion of the first fastening member 31 toward the second fastening member and the bent portion of the second fastening member toward the first fastening member. The width of the bent portion of the first clip 31 in the width direction of the clip is set according to the amount of deformation of the wiper blade caused by the external force applied during the assembly, and similarly, the width of the bent portion of the second clip 32 in the width direction of the clip is set according to the amount of deformation of the wiper blade caused by the external force applied during the assembly. Typically, the two widths are made to be uniform so that the first and second fastening components are assembled without being installed in sequence.
The second positioning block 322 of the above embodiment has a dovetail-shaped cross section. In this way, the dovetail structure also enables positioning in the longitudinal direction of the blade mount 200 and in the thickness direction of the blade mount 200.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the first positioning block 312 and the second positioning block 322 both have a structure with an i-shaped cross section. As another embodiment, the first positioning block 312 and the second positioning block 322 are positioning blocks with different cross-sectional structures, for example, the first positioning block 312 has an i-shaped cross-section, and the second positioning block 322 has a dovetail-shaped cross-section.
During assembly, the second positioning block 322 on the second fastener 32 is aligned with the second notch 22 to fasten the second fastener 32 to the mounting portion 1011, and then an external force is applied to push the second fastener 32 toward the first fastener 31, at this time, the contact portion (mainly the right edge of the mounting portion 1011) between the mounting portion 1011 and the second fastener 32 deforms under a force to give up a space for fastening the first fastener 31 to the mounting portion 1011, so that the end of the first fastener 31 away from the tenon is entirely located on the left side of the mounting portion 1011, at this time, the first fastener 31 is assembled to mount the tenon of the first fastener 31 into the mortise of the second fastener 32, and at the same time, the end of the first fastener 31 away from the tenon is located below the edge of the mounting portion 1011 for fastening the first fastener 31, so as to release the applied external force, and the second fastener 32 carries the first fastener 31 to move to the right side integrally with the elastic restoring force of the mounting portion 1011, therefore, the first fastener 31 is fastened to the edge of the mounting portion 1011, and the first positioning block 312 is inserted into the first notch 21. At this time, the second fastening member 32 is restricted by the first fastening member 31, and the second positioning block 322 on the second fastening member 32 is still embedded in the second recess 22. Thus, the fastener 30 is positioned in the longitudinal direction of the blade mount 200 and in the thickness direction of the blade mount 200. In addition, the fastener 30 is positioned in the width direction of the blade mounting bracket 200, since the fastener 30 is in close contact with the mounting portion 1011, the fastener 30 can also be positioned in the width d6 direction of the mounting portion 1011. Thus, the fastener 30 firmly connects the blade mounting frame 200 and the wiper blade 100 together.
It will be appreciated that the mounting portion 1011 alone (and most significantly) is compressed during assembly to provide space for assembly, thereby increasing the rigidity of the fastener 30 when the fastener 30 is manufactured, and making the attachment of the fastener 30 to the blade mounting bracket 200 and the wiper blade 100 more secure.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a first inclined surface 313 inclined upward is provided on a lower surface of the first fastening member 31 adjacent to an edge of the second fastening member 32. As shown, the first ramp 313 is located to the left of the tenon. Through adopting this kind of structure, when the assembly, can make first fastener 31 perk, and can be earlier with the tenon hook on the mortise, the first fastener 31 assembly of being convenient for. Similarly, a second inclined plane 323 which is inclined upwards is arranged on the lower surface of the second fastening member 32 adjacent to the edge of the first fastening member 31. As shown, the second bevel 323 is located on the right side of the mortise.
In one embodiment, a decorative cover is fixed to both ends of the mounting portion 1011. Generally, decorative covers are fitted to both ends of the receiving cavity 101 to close the receiving cavity 101.
In the present invention, the preparation components of the mounting portion 1011 and the wiping portion 1012 are separately configured when preparing the wiper blade. The preparation components of the scraping part can adopt the following mixture ratio in the following embodiment:

The silicon rubber composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5% of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 7% of hydroxyl silicone oil, 5% of vinyl silicone oil, 25% of white carbon black and the balance of silicone rubber.
EXAMPLE five
The scraping part comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30 parts of graphite, 10 parts of boron nitride, 5 parts of zinc oxide whisker, 65 parts of silicone rubber composition, 10 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 10 parts of zinc oxide and 9 parts of organopolysiloxane. The silicon rubber composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8% of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 10% of hydroxyl silicone oil, 4% of vinyl silicone oil, 30% of white carbon black and the balance of silicone rubber.
In the above embodiment, the graphite is 3500 mesh, the boron nitride is 5000-7000 mesh, the zinc oxide whisker is 2000 mesh, and the zinc oxide is 1000-2000 mesh.
In the components of the scraping part of the embodiment, the white carbon black is used for reinforcing and has enhanced adhesive force, tear resistance, heat resistance and ageing resistance; graphite as a wear-resistant lubricating material; boron nitride, a solid lubricant, as a fixed lubricant. Zinc oxide whisker as reinforcing and toughening agent; the polytetrafluoroethylene reduces the friction coefficient of the material, and improves the lubricity, wear resistance and non-adhesiveness of the material; the zinc oxide is used as a reinforcing agent and a vulcanization activator, and is beneficial to vulcanization and molding of the scraping part.
In general, the graphite and boron nitride in the above-mentioned parts by mass cause the blade portion to lose elasticity and strength, and the blade portion cannot be brought into close contact with the windshield. However, in the above examples, the reinforcing and toughening were achieved by adding zinc oxide whiskers, zinc oxide, and white carbon black, and even though the contents of graphite and boron nitride were high, the blade portion could still ensure sufficient elasticity and strength.
Due to the improved lubricity, the noise is significantly less when the wiper portion wipes the windshield.
The wiper blade of the embodiment is used for a water spraying experiment, and the experimental conditions are as follows: vehicles of the same brand model were selected, one of which was used as a comparative example, and the wiper blades of the above-described examples were respectively fitted to the remaining five vehicles. Then, the wiper blade of each vehicle is wiped clean with a cloth. Then, the wiper function is started, and the wiper reciprocates on the windshield for 15 seconds. And then the wiper function is turned off. Spraying all vehicles simultaneously, spraying tap water onto the windshield by using a spray header, and observing the condition of water drops attached to the windshield after spraying for several seconds, wherein the results are as follows: the windshield of the vehicle without replacing the windscreen wiper is fully distributed with water drops; on the vehicle with the wiper of the embodiment replaced, the windshield of the vehicle is basically free of water drops, and the water drops formed by spraying slide down along the windshield.
From this experiment, it can be seen that after the wiper blade in the above embodiment wipes the windshield, the material molecules adhere to the windshield, so that the water drops cannot adhere to the windshield.
When the wiper blade of the invention is used, rainwater will gather to form a bead shape after falling on the windshield in rainy days, and the existing wiper blade has a completely different phenomenon that after the rainwater falls on the windshield, the water is flatly spread and cannot bead. The reason for this is that after the wiper blade of the invention is used, material molecules are attached to the windshield after the wiper blade is scraped, so that the friction coefficient is reduced, and water on the windshield is beaded under the action of surface tension.
In addition, the wiper blade of the above embodiment has an anti-freezing property, and the wiper blade does not freeze on the windshield at a low temperature.
In addition, the components contain organopolysiloxane, so that the ultraviolet resistance of the scraping part is improved, and the service life of the scraping part is prolonged.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
