The invention provides a voice calling method, UE and a network system, relates to the technical field of communication, and solves the problem that in the prior art, when a CSFB scheme of a 4G network is adopted to provide voice service under the condition that an IMS network is not available, the voice dialing access time delay of a voice service requested by a user is long. The method comprises the steps that when UE determines to access a first base station, a first network type of the first base station is obtained; when the UE determines to start a voice dialing interface, judging whether to register an IMS network; when the UE determines that the IMS network is not registered, judging whether an accessible second base station exists or not; when the UE determines that the second base station which can be accessed exists, the UE disconnects the first base station and accesses the second base station; and when the UE receives the voice call request input by the voice dialing interface, the UE initiates the voice call request according to the second network system. The embodiment of the invention is used for manufacturing the UE.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a voice call method, a UE, and a network system.
Background
As communication networks evolve to fourth Generation mobile communication technology (hereinafter, referred to as 4G) and fifth Generation mobile communication technology (hereinafter, referred to as 5G), the income of data services gradually becomes the main income of operators. However, the voice service is still one of the main services of the operator, and the call quality of the voice service directly affects the call experience of the user; therefore, how to ensure that the user has better conversation experience becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
The 4G Voice service access network is mainly realized by adopting a Voice service (called Voice over LTE for short) or a Circuit domain Fallback (called CSFB for short) based on a Multimedia Subsystem (called IP Multimedia Subsystem for short) IMS; VoLTE bears voice through a 4G network data domain, and an operator needs to establish an IMS network element to realize a VoLTE process; the CSFB falls back to a circuit domain of a second Generation Mobile phone Communication Technology (2G for short) or a third Generation Mobile Communication Technology (3 rd Generation Mobile Communication Technology for short) through a network control terminal to carry voice, and an operator can realize a user voice call function by using an existing established network. The Voice over New Radio (VoNR) Voice service in the 5G Voice service is used to carry the Voice through the 5G network data domain, and the EPS Fallback Voice service in the 5G Voice service is used to carry the Voice through the 4G network data domain.
Existing 4G VoLTE voice service, 5G VoNR voice service and EPS Fallback voice service all need an operator to build an IMS network, and dialing access time delay of the voice service is short; in the absence of an IMS network, voice traffic services are typically provided through the CSFB scheme of the 4G network; when the CSFB scheme of the 4G network is adopted, a voice service request of a User firstly reaches an Application Server (AS) of a core network, the AS judges whether User Equipment (UE) is registered with the IMS network or not, when the UE is determined not to be registered with the IMS network, whether the UE can fall back to the 3G network or the 2G network or not is judged, if yes, the AS indicates the UE to be switched to the 3G network or the 2G network to restart the voice service requested by the User, the voice dialing and accessing time delay of the voice service requested by the User is longer, and the User experience is influenced.
As can be seen from the above, in the prior art, when the voice service is provided by using the CSFB scheme of the 4G network without the IMS network, the voice dialing access delay of the voice service requested by the user is long.
Disclosure of Invention
Embodiments of the present invention provide a voice call method, a UE, and a network system, which solve the problem in the prior art that when a CSFB scheme of a 4G network is used to provide a voice service without an IMS network, the voice dialing access delay of a voice service requested by a user is long.
