Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms referred to in this application are explained first:
electronic identity card: eID is electronic certificate generated on terminals such as mobile phones after the personal identities of citizens are compared by a biotechnology means of face recognition and is used for user identity recognition. Commonly used are time-stamped two-dimensional codes or bar codes. After the user passes through the real person authentication, the service platforms such as the micro police APP and the public number can provide electronic identity card application, and in the public security management range, the utility is equal to the real certificate when handling off-line and on-line services, enjoying public security services and receiving public security inspection. The real person authentication is to verify and verify the authenticity of the user data so as to establish a perfect and reliable internet credit basis. In short, the public security organization can provide various more convenient palm applications for the masses on the premise of confirming the identity of the user.
Electronic identity card information: an identification Code (eID Code) which may be eID, and by which identity information of a certain user may be identified from the network identification system of the public security ministry of citizens, but which does not contain any personal identity information and does not infer personal identity information. The eID Code is used for verifying the validity of the identity of the user through an eID identity authentication platform. Or could be an eID.
eID authentication platform: and the eID authentication platform is provided by a third-party electronic identity card authentication service provider authorized by the public security department. The eID validity and authenticity authentication service is mainly provided.
MSC: a Mobile Switching Center (Mobile Switching Center) is one of core network elements of a communication system, and is a device for controlling a telephone call, and is responsible for completing call connection management. Network registration management of mobile network users may also be performed.
IMSI: an International Mobile Subscriber identity (International Mobile Subscriber identity Number) is a mark for distinguishing a Mobile Subscriber, is stored in the SIM card, and can be used for distinguishing valid information of the Mobile Subscriber. If the subscriber belongs to the subscriber of the operator a, the IMSI of the subscriber is the identifier allocated to the subscriber by the operator a. In the present application, the IMSI is used for a network handover management module of an operator B to store a record, so as to record an operator (operator a) to which the user belongs and a network service fee generated by the user, so as to facilitate inter-network settlement between later-stage operators.
The inter-operator network switching method provided by the embodiment of the application is suitable for the situation that the signal coverage of the operator to which the SIM card of the user terminal belongs is weak, but the signal coverage of other operators is found to be strong, and the user can manually request or the terminal automatically requests to switch to the networks of other operators. The premise is that the user terminal supports network systems of different operators, for example, a general-purpose mobile phone terminal of a user supports networks of three operators at the same time. If the user SIM card belongs to the second operator, that is, the user is a user of the second operator, the user can currently enjoy the network service provided by the second operator, but at a certain location, the network of the second operator has no signal coverage or the signal coverage is very weak, it is found that the network signal coverage of the first operator is very strong, the user can manually trigger the request or the terminal actively prompts the user to trigger the request, and the request is switched to the network of the first operator, so that the user can enjoy the network service provided by the first operator, thereby effectively improving the user experience. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a network switching system applicable to the embodiment of the present application. The network handover system may comprise at least two operator devices, such as a first operator device of operator a (first operator) and a second operator device of operator B (second operator), and at least one user terminal, for example, a user terminal, which is a subscriber of the second operator and needs to request network registration from the first operator device to handover to the network of the first operator. The network switching system can also comprise an eID authentication platform, the user uses an SIM card which integrates the eID information of the user, and when the user requests network registration from first operator equipment, the user carries the information of the electronic ID card, so that the first operator can perform identity authentication on the user. Of course, if there are multiple terminals, different operators to which different terminals are to be handed over may be different, for example, another terminal is a user of the first operator, and is to be handed over to the second operator, etc., but the specific handover procedure is consistent with the above.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second", etc. are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. In the description of the following examples, "plurality" means two or more unless specifically limited otherwise.
The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
The embodiment provides a cross-operator network switching method, which is used for realizing cross-operator network switching. The execution subject of the embodiment is a network switching device across operators, and the device can be arranged in operator equipment.
As shown in fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of a network handover method across operators provided in this embodiment is shown, where the method includes:
step 101, a first operator device receives a network registration request of a user terminal, where the user is a user of a second operator, and the network registration request at least includes electronic identity card information of the user.
And 102, the first operator equipment performs identity authentication on the user according to the electronic identity card information.
Step 103, if the identity authentication result is that the terminal passes the authentication, the first operator device allows the terminal to register the request in the network of the first operator and switches the network of the terminal to the network of the first operator.
Specifically, if the signal coverage of the second operator to which the SIM card of the user terminal belongs is weak, but the signal coverage of other operators (such as the first operator) is found to be strong, or the user subjectively wants to switch networks, etc., the user may manually trigger the request, or the terminal automatically triggers the request to switch to the networks of other operators, that is, the terminal may send a network registration request to the first operator, where the network registration request at least includes the electronic identification card information of the user.
After receiving a network registration request sent by a terminal, first operator equipment acquires electronic identity card information of the user from the network registration request, performs identity authentication on the user according to the electronic identity card information, and if the identity authentication result is that the terminal passes, the first operator equipment can allow the terminal to perform network registration on the network of the terminal, so that the network of the terminal is switched to the network of the first operator, and network service is provided for the user.
The electronic identity card information of the user can be an identification Code (eID Code) of eID, and the identity information of a certain user can be identified from a public network identity identification system of the Ministry of public Security, but the Code does not contain any personal identity information and can not reversely deduce the personal identity information. The eID Code is used for verifying the validity of the identity of the user through an eID identity authentication platform. The authentication method can also be used for eID, and the specific form is not limited as long as the user identity can be really and effectively authenticated.
Optionally, the first operator device may send the electronic identity card information of the user to an electronic identity authentication platform (i.e., an eID authentication platform), where the electronic identity authentication platform authenticates the identity of the user and returns an identity authentication result to the first operator device. The specific operation of the electronic identity authentication platform for performing authentication according to the electronic identity card information is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
The first operator device may determine whether to allow the user terminal to access the network of the first operator according to an identity authentication result returned by the electronic identity authentication platform (i.e., allow the user terminal to register in the network of the first operator and provide a network service for the user). And if the identity authentication result is passed, allowing the access, otherwise, rejecting the access.
If the identity authentication result is passed, the first operator equipment can also send the information allowing registration to the terminal, attach the user terminal to the home network and provide the related network service.
In the method for switching networks across operators provided by this embodiment, when the network signal of the second operator to which the terminal belongs is not covered or the signal is very weak, the terminal sends a network registration request to the first operator device of the first operator with a strong network signal, and the first operator network authenticates the user identity through the electronic identity card information, and after the authentication, the user terminal performs network registration in the first operator to provide network service for the user, thereby implementing network switching across operators, so that the user can switch to other operator networks in time to enjoy network service when the network signal of the operator to which the user belongs is weak and network service cannot be provided, on one hand, the service experience of the user is improved, and on the other hand, the problem of network coverage of the operators can be solved to the greatest extent on the premise of reducing resource waste and repeated investment, seamless network switching and roaming within the network coverage range of each operator are realized. And the identity authentication is carried out by adopting the electronic identity card, so that the authenticity and the validity of the identity of the user can be effectively verified.
Example two
The present embodiment further supplements the method provided in the first embodiment.
On the basis of the first embodiment, optionally, the network registration request further includes an international mobile subscriber identity IMSI, and after step 102, the method may further include:
step 201, the first operator device records the electronic identity card information, IMSI and registration request time of the user.
Specifically, the user of which operator the user belongs to can be known by recording the electronic identity card information and the IMSI, and the method can be used for service charging and inter-network settlement between subsequent operators by combining the registration request time. The specific charging and settlement method can be set according to the actual requirements of each operator, and the application is not limited.
Optionally, step 102 may specifically include:
step 1021, the first operator equipment generates an authentication request according to the electronic identity card information and sends the authentication request to the electronic identity authentication platform, so that the electronic identity authentication platform performs identity authentication on the electronic identity card information and returns an identity authentication result.
In step 1022, the first operator equipment receives an identity authentication result returned by the electronic identity authentication platform.
And if the identity authentication result comprises authentication passing information, determining that the identity authentication result is passed, and if the identity authentication result comprises authentication failing information, determining that the identity authentication result is failed.
Specifically, the first operator device may generate an authentication request according to the electronic identity card information, and send the authentication request to the electronic identity authentication platform, where the authentication request includes the electronic identity card information of the user.
The electronic identity authentication platform can authenticate the user according to the electronic identity information after receiving the authentication request, the electronic identity authentication platform can be considered to store the electronic identity card related information of all citizens or citizens in corresponding areas, and the electronic identity authentication platform can identify the identity according to the received electronic identity card information to see whether the electronic identity card related information corresponding to the electronic identity card information is stored. If the electronic identity card information can be identified, the user is proved to be a real and effective user, and if the electronic identity card information cannot be identified, the user identity is proved to be not real. And the electronic identity authentication platform returns the identity authentication result to the first operator equipment, wherein the identity authentication result comprises authentication passing information or authentication failing information so as to inform the first operator system whether the identity authentication of the user passes or not. Obviously, if the identity authentication result includes authentication passing information, the identity authentication result is determined to be passed, otherwise, the identity authentication result is determined to be failed.
Optionally, if the identity authentication result is that the terminal does not pass the authentication result, the first operator device rejects the registration request of the terminal in the network of the first operator.
Specifically, if the identity authentication result is that the user does not pass, the identity of the user is not true, and in order to avoid adverse consequences, the first operator device may reject the network registration request of the terminal, and may return information of rejecting registration to the terminal, so as to prompt that the user cannot switch.
Optionally, the first operator device may include an MSC and a network handover control management module, as shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of the operator device provided in this embodiment. The MSC is configured to receive a network registration request, send a handover request (including electronic identification card information of a user) to the network handover control management module, and receive information about whether registration is allowed or not, where if registration is allowed, the MSC attaches the user terminal to the home network to provide network service for the user, and if registration is not allowed, returns information about registration rejection to the user terminal, and so on. The network switching control management module is used for receiving a switching request sent by the MSC, generating an authentication request according to the electronic identity card information in the switching request, sending the authentication request to the electronic identity authentication platform, receiving an identity authentication result returned by the electronic identity authentication platform, and if the identity authentication result is determined to be that registration permission information is returned to the MSC, otherwise, returning registration non-permission information to the MSC.
The inter-operator network switching method provided by the embodiment of the application realizes inter-operator network switching, so that a user can switch to other operator networks to enjoy network services in time when the network signal of the operator to which the user belongs is weak and network services cannot be provided, on one hand, the service experience of the user is improved, on the other hand, the problem of operator network coverage can be solved to the greatest extent on the premise of reducing resource waste and repeated investment, seamless network switching and roaming in the network coverage range of each operator are realized, and the cost of each operator is reduced. And the identity authentication is carried out by adopting the electronic identity card, so that the authenticity and the validity of the identity of the user can be effectively verified. In addition, in the occasions requiring emergency communication guarantee, such as major activities, emergencies and the like, the scheme can flexibly realize the distribution of users among different operator networks, and further realize the load balance of the operator mobile networks and the mutual backup of the mobile communication networks.
It should be noted that the respective implementable modes in the present embodiment may be implemented individually, or may be implemented in combination in any combination without conflict, and the present application is not limited thereto.
