The invention provides a display method of rich media communication (RCS) message, aiming at the problem that the use of a user is inconvenient because the instant message is always displayed in a short message mode after a short message containing a non-text instant message link is received by a terminal RCS in an off-line state in the prior art, as shown in figure 1, the display method comprises the following steps:
step 11: in case that the RCS service is in an offline state, a first message is received and presented in a text form.
In particular, the first message is presented in a form other than an instant message (i.e., in a form other than an instant message).
Step 12: after the RCS service is recovered from an offline state to an online state, acquiring message content corresponding to the first message, and presenting the message content in an instant message form; wherein, the first message is a short message containing link information.
That is, after the RCS service is changed from offline to online, the presentation form of the non-text instant message is restored to the instant message form.
According to the display method of the rich media communication RCS message, provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the RCS service is in an off-line state, a first message is received and presented in a text form; after the RCS service is recovered from an offline state to an online state, acquiring message content corresponding to the first message, and presenting the message content in an instant message form; wherein, the first message is a short message containing link information; the method can realize the intelligent recognition of the short message content containing the non-text instant message link received in the off-line state of the RCS service, and when the RCS service is recovered to be on-line, the terminal can have the capability of requesting the server in the instant message mode again, and finally displaying the non-text instant message in the instant message mode to replace the short message display mode; after the short message containing the non-text instant message link is received in the current terminal RCS offline state, the instant message is displayed in a short message mode forever, so that the user experience can be effectively improved; the method can also avoid the problem that the user needs to access the network every time the user wants to check the non-text instant message link, which is tedious and increases the traffic consumption; the problem that in the prior art, after a short message containing a non-text instant message link is received in an off-line state of a terminal RCS, the instant message is always displayed in a short message mode, and inconvenience is brought to users in use is solved.
Wherein after receiving the first message, the display method further comprises: extracting preset parameter information corresponding to the first message, wherein the preset parameter information comprises at least one parameter information for identifying the identity of the first message;
correspondingly, the step of obtaining the message content corresponding to the first message and presenting the message content in the form of an instant message includes: sending a second message for requesting message content corresponding to the first message to a server, wherein the second message comprises the preset parameter information; and receiving the instant message which is fed back by the server according to the second message and comprises the message content corresponding to the first message, and displaying the received instant message.
Therefore, the terminal can be ensured to accurately request the message content which is required to be displayed in the instant message mode.
Specifically, the step of sending the second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to the server includes: and if the acquisition operation aiming at the first message is detected, sending a second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to a server.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the sending of the second message may be passively triggered; of course, it is also possible to send the second message actively (automatically); specifically, the step of sending a second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to the server includes: if the acquisition operation aiming at the first message is detected, sending a second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to a server; or automatically sending a second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to the server (after the RCS service is changed from offline to online).
If the obtaining operation for the first message is detected, the step of sending a second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to the server may specifically be: providing an operation menu, and detecting whether an acquisition operation for the first message exists or not through the operation menu; and if the acquisition operation aiming at the first message is detected, sending a second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to a server.
Therefore, the user operation is facilitated, and whether the acquisition operation aiming at the first message exists or not can be simply and directly detected.
Further, after extracting the preset parameter information corresponding to the first message, the display method may further include: adding the preset parameter information into a list to be requested; the list to be requested comprises the identity of the first message waiting for being requested to the server;
correspondingly, the step of sending a second message for requesting the message content corresponding to the first message to the server includes: and sending the list to be requested to a server through a second message to request message content corresponding to the preset parameter information (the first message).
Therefore, the request of a plurality of message contents can be realized at one time, the processing resource is saved, and the processing flow is simplified.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the preset parameter information may include an identity of the first message, and/or all or part of content in the first message. Such as: the preset parameter information includes a message ID of the first message, link information in the first message, and the like.
Further, after the RCS service is restored from the offline state to the online state, the display method further includes: deleting the first message.
Therefore, the storage space of the terminal can be saved, and resource waste is avoided.
The method for displaying the rich media communication RCS message provided by the embodiment of the present invention is further described below.
In view of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for displaying a rich media communication RCS message, so as to achieve intelligent recognition of short message content including a non-text instant message link received in an off-line state of an RCS service, and when the RCS service is restored to be on-line, a mobile terminal is capable of requesting a server in an instant message manner again, and finally displaying the non-text instant message in an instant message manner, instead of a short message display manner; after the short message containing the non-text instant message link is received in the current terminal RCS offline state, the instant message is displayed in a short message mode forever, so that the user experience can be effectively improved; and the user can be prevented from accessing the network every time the user wants to view the non-text instant message link, which is tedious and increases the traffic consumption. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 21: when the RCS service is off-line, the mobile terminal receives a short message containing a non-text instant message link.
When the RCS of the mobile terminal is off-line, if other RCS users send a non-text instant message to the mobile terminal, the server sends a short message to the mobile terminal, the content of the short message comprises a website link corresponding to the instant message, and the user clicks the link to jump to the browser to check the message content.
Step 22: the mobile terminal intelligently identifies the content of the short message and adds the related information of the short message corresponding to the instant message into the list to be requested.
When the mobile terminal receives a short message, the mobile terminal can intelligently judge whether the content of the short message contains a link of a non-text instant message, if so, the number corresponding to the short message, the contained link or other content, and/or other necessary fields (such as message ID and the like) related to the message are packaged and added into a list, which is described as a list to be requested.
The intelligent identification content can filter the special characters contained in the short message content. Generally, a link included in a short message sent by a specific RCS server carries a corresponding mark.
Step 23: the RCS service comes back on-line and proceeds to step 24 or step 25.
The RCS service of the mobile terminal is changed from an off-line state to an on-line state.
Step 24: the mobile terminal automatically requests the list to be requested to the server in an instant message mode.
When the RCS of the mobile terminal is switched from the offline state to the online state, the instant message corresponding to the related information of the short message in the list to be requested in step 22 is automatically requested to the server in a non-text instant message manner (i.e., the instant message corresponding to the received short message is requested to the server).
Step 25: the user triggers the request server manually.
When the RCS of the mobile terminal is switched from the offline state to the online state, a menu may also be provided to the user, and the user may manually trigger the instant message mode to request the server for the non-text instant message corresponding to the related information of the short message in the list to be requested in step 22.
Step 26: the mobile terminal displays the requested non-text instant message in an instant message mode to replace the previously received short message (step 21).
When the mobile terminal requests the server successfully in step 24 or step 25, the obtained non-text instant message content may be displayed in an instant message manner to replace the original short message display manner, and the corresponding short message originally stored in the mobile terminal may be deleted.
Therefore, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention enables the mobile terminal to display and replace the short message containing the non-text instant message received in the RCS offline state in an instant message mode, thereby improving the user experience; and the complexity of user operation can be reduced, and the flow consumption of the user can be saved.
