And the analysis module is used for analyzing and obtaining the type of the video which is favored to be watched by the audience according to the record of the video watched by the audience in the preset time.

The live broadcast video intelligent cutting and broadcasting device identifies the live broadcast picture in the received live broadcast video, automatically cuts and broadcasts the live broadcast video into the pre-stored video under the condition that the live broadcast picture is judged to be a bad picture, effectively prevents the bad picture from being live broadcast out through shooting equipment, also prevents the bad picture from influencing the audience to look and feel and causing bad influence on the live broadcast video, and simultaneously, the cutting and broadcasting of the pre-stored video can also enable the audience to continue watching.
The live broadcast video intelligent cutting and playing device can implement the live broadcast video intelligent cutting and playing method of the first embodiment. Any options in the first embodiment are also applicable to the present embodiment, and are not described in detail here.
In addition, the invention also provides terminal equipment which can be set top boxes or terminal equipment such as smart televisions. The terminal equipment comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the processor runs the computer program to enable the terminal equipment to execute the live broadcast video intelligent cutting method.

performing image recognition on the live broadcast picture, and judging whether the live broadcast picture is a bad picture, wherein the bad picture is at least one of a yellow-related picture, an storm-related picture, an administrative-related picture and a terrorist picture;
if the live broadcast picture is a bad picture, cutting the live broadcast video into a prestored video;
before the playing of a single pre-stored video is finished, carrying out image recognition on the live broadcast picture, and judging whether the live broadcast picture is a bad picture;
if the live broadcast picture is still a bad picture, playing the pre-stored video again or cutting another pre-stored video;
if the live broadcast picture is a non-bad picture, cutting and broadcasting the live broadcast video after the single pre-stored video is played;
after the live broadcast picture is cut back, detecting whether a broadcast signal source of the display terminal is consistent with a signal source corresponding to the live broadcast video;
and if the fact that the playing signal source of the display terminal is not accordant with the signal source corresponding to the live broadcast video is detected, sending prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the audience that the live broadcast video is switched back.
2. The intelligent live video cutting method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the pre-stored video is played, continuing to perform image recognition on the live broadcast picture, and judging whether the live broadcast picture is a bad picture;
if the live broadcast picture is still a bad picture, continuing to play the pre-stored video;
and if the live broadcast picture is a non-bad picture, cutting the played pre-stored video into a live broadcast video.
3. The intelligent live video cutting method according to claim 2, further comprising:
after the live broadcast picture is cut back, image recognition is continuously carried out on the live broadcast picture, and whether the live broadcast picture is a bad picture or not is judged;
and if the live broadcast picture is a bad picture again, detecting whether the pre-stored videos are played one by one, and cutting the live broadcast video into one of the un-played pre-stored videos.
4. The intelligent live video cutting and broadcasting method according to claim 1, wherein the step of cutting and broadcasting the live video into the pre-stored video if the live video is a bad picture specifically comprises the steps of:
if the live broadcast picture is a bad picture, acquiring a record of a video watched by a viewer within a preset time;
obtaining the type of the video which is favored to be watched by the audience according to the record analysis of the video watched by the audience in the preset time;
and cutting the live broadcast video into prestored video which is consistent with the type of the video which is favored to be watched by the audience.

before the playing of a single pre-stored video is finished, carrying out image recognition on the live broadcast picture, and judging whether the live broadcast picture is a bad picture;
if the live broadcast picture is still a bad picture, playing the pre-stored video again or cutting another pre-stored video;
if the live broadcast picture is a non-bad picture, cutting and broadcasting the live broadcast video after the single pre-stored video is played;
after the live broadcast picture is cut back, detecting whether a broadcast signal source of the display terminal is consistent with a signal source corresponding to the live broadcast video;
and if the fact that the playing signal source of the display terminal is not accordant with the signal source corresponding to the live broadcast video is detected, sending prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the audience that the live broadcast video is switched back.
6. The live video intelligent cutting and playing device according to claim 5, further comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the record of the video watched by the audience in the preset time;
the analysis module is used for analyzing and obtaining the type of the video which is favored to be watched by the audience according to the record of the video watched by the audience in the preset time;
