According to the resource allocation system based on the reservation mode in the embodiment, at least one reservation terminal is held by a reservation person and has a unique reservation identification code; the audit terminal is held by an audit staff and has a unique audit identification code; and the server is in communication connection with the reservation terminal and the auditing terminal respectively, wherein the reservation terminal comprises a reservation side picture storage part, a reservation side input display part and a reservation side communication part, the auditing terminal comprises an auditing side picture storage part, an auditing side input display part and an auditing side communication part, and the server comprises a reservation information storage part, a distribution mode storage part, a resource distribution information storage part, a service side communication part, a search acquisition part, a distribution information generation part and a resource distribution part.
The resource allocation system of the embodiment can automatically allocate resources to a plurality of associated reservations according to the reservation information after the reservation personnel are checked, so that not only can use conflicts be avoided, but also the utilization rate of the resources can be improved. In addition, the resource allocation system of the embodiment can allocate various virtual resources in a limited time according to the reservation information, so that the participants can enjoy the virtual resources in the whole time period of the conference, the activity and the exhibition, and the condition of insufficient use is avoided.
The resource allocation system of the embodiment can easily provide various resources required by different conferences, activities and exhibitions without allocating resources according to the maximum requirement and limiting the access of the activity site.
According to the resource distribution system based on the reservation mode, the auditor audits the resource distribution information, manages various resources, ensures that each resource is fully utilized, and avoids zombie resources.
According to the resource allocation system based on the reservation mode, the auditor can review the threshold warning information, and can adjust all activities, so that the condition that the resource usage requirement exceeds the large value of the resource in a certain time period and the resource in the certain time period is not fully utilized is avoided.
According to the resource distribution system based on the reservation mode, the auditor can inspect all resources according to the inspection information, and normal use of the resources is guaranteed.
According to the resource allocation system based on the reservation mode, the auditor manages all the devices according to the state information, manages the aging of the devices according to the state information, and avoids the problem that the aged devices are used for a long time to increase the management cost.

1. A resource allocation system based on reservation information, comprising:
at least one reservation terminal carried by a reservation person, wherein the reservation terminal has a unique reservation identification code;
the audit terminal is carried by an audit person and has a unique audit identification code; and
the system comprises a server, a reservation terminal and an audit terminal, wherein the reservation terminal is respectively in communication connection with the reservation terminal and the audit terminal, the reservation terminal comprises a reservation side picture storage part, a reservation side input display part, a reservation side temporary storage part and a reservation side communication part, the audit terminal comprises an audit side picture storage part, an audit side input display part and an audit side communication part, the server comprises a reservation information storage part, a distribution mode storage part, a resource distribution information storage part, a service side communication part, a search acquisition part, a distribution information generation part and a resource distribution part, and the reservation information storage part is used for storing reservation information and a reservation identification code; the allocation mode storage unit stores a resource allocation mode corresponding to the reservation type and the type scale; the resource allocation information storage part is used for storing resource allocation information allocated according to the resource allocation mode corresponding to the reservation information; the reservation side picture storage part stores a reservation information input picture; the audit side picture storage part stores an audit data picture; the reservation side temporary storage part is used for temporarily storing data information exchanged between the reservation terminal and the server;
the reservation side input display part displays the reservation information input picture to allow the reservation personnel to input reservation information containing reservation date, reservation time, reservation place, reservation type and type scale; once the reservation personnel confirms the reservation information, the reservation-side communication part transmits the confirmed reservation information and the corresponding reservation identification code to the server; the service side communication part receives the reservation information and the reservation identification code and sends the reservation information and the reservation identification code to the auditing terminal;
the auditing side input display part displays the auditing data picture to allow the auditor to audit and confirm the reservation information; the communication part at the auditing side sends auditing passing information to the server once the auditing personnel confirm the reservation information; the reservation information storage part correspondingly stores the reservation identification code and the reservation information once the service side communication part receives the audit passing information;
the search acquisition part searches the distribution mode storage part according to the stored reservation information and acquires the corresponding resource distribution mode; the allocation information generating unit generates the resource allocation information by allocating a resource according to the reservation date, the reservation location, and the corresponding resource allocation method in the reservation information; the resource allocation information storage unit stores resource allocation information corresponding to the reservation information; the resource allocation part allocates the resources according to the resource allocation information;
the reservation type includes at least one of a meeting, an exhibition, and an activity,
the use of the resources comprises the use of a virtual machine, the use of a smart device, the use of an elevator, the use of a smart printer, the use of a microphone, the use of a camera device, the use of a projection device and the use of a network;
wherein the server also comprises a maintenance information storage part, a time statistic calculation part and an alarm information generation part,
the audit side picture storage part also stores a fault warning picture,
the maintenance information storage unit stores a maintenance record of the resource, the maintenance record including an equipment identification code uniquely corresponding to the equipment and a failure occurrence time of the equipment,
the time counting and calculating part counts all the fault occurrence time of the same type of equipment corresponding to the equipment identification code from the maintenance information storage part and calculates the theoretical fault occurrence time corresponding to the equipment;
the warning information generating section generates failure warning information based on the theoretical failure occurrence time,
the service side communication part sends the fault warning information to the auditing terminal,
the communication part of the auditing side receives the fault warning information, and the input display part of the auditing side displays the fault warning picture to allow the auditing personnel to review the fault warning information.
2. The reservation information-based resource allocation system according to claim 1, wherein:
the auditing side image storage part also stores an allocation information display image, the service side communication part also sends the resource allocation information to an auditing terminal, the auditing side communication part receives the resource allocation information, and the auditing side input display part displays the allocation information display image to allow an auditor to audit the resource allocation information.

The reservation information-based resource allocation system according to claim 1, wherein: the server further comprises a resource threshold range storage part, a judgment part and a warning information generation part, wherein the resource threshold range storage part stores warning threshold ranges corresponding to different resources, the auditing side picture storage part also stores a threshold warning picture, the judgment part judges whether the resource usage in all the resource distribution information exceeds the warning threshold range based on the reserved date, when the resource usage exceeds the warning threshold range, the warning information generation part generates threshold warning information, the service side communication part sends the threshold warning information to the auditing terminal, the auditing side communication part receives the threshold warning information, and the auditing side input display part displays the threshold warning picture to enable the auditing personnel to review the threshold warning information.
