1. A system for assisting traffic management by using a game community, which is applied in a traffic field and comprises at least one electronic device and at least one operation data servo center, is characterized in that:
the electronic device is held by a user and is used for the user to carry or control and move in a traffic field domain, a game program used in the traffic field domain is installed in an internal operating system of the electronic device, a transmission module used for transmitting game data is built in the electronic device, a screen and a camera used for aiming at least one target object in the traffic field domain are installed on the electronic device, the game program displays an operation picture related to a shooting range of the camera through the screen, the shooting range of the camera is shot or recorded by using the game program, and the game program in the electronic device can upload good or improper behaviors of the at least one target object to an operation data servo center in a real-time manner through a reward key or a punishment key;
the operation data servo center internally comprises a communication server, an image processing system, an arithmetic system, a database system and a service system, wherein the communication server receives or transmits game data with a transmission module in the electronic device, the image processing system carries out image identification on at least one target object in a photo or a film of the game data captured by the camera, the identified photo or film calculates an evaluation score through the arithmetic system, the calculated evaluation score data is recorded and stored in the database system so as to be inquired by relevant units of traffic interest in the service system, and the operation data servo center simultaneously transmits the calculated evaluation score back to the electronic device through the communication server so that a user can check the game program of the electronic device.

The system of claim 1, wherein the electronic device is a portable electronic device or a vehicle-mounted device, the portable electronic device is a mobile phone, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant or a notebook computer, the vehicle-mounted device is a car navigation device or a car recorder, the transmission module of the electronic device has a wired transmission interface or a wireless transmission interface, the wired transmission interface is a usb, a mini usb, a usb Type-C or a Lightning, the wireless transmission interface is a short-distance communication device or a long-distance communication device, the short-distance communication device is a bluetooth, a WiFi, a wireless sensing network, a radio frequency, a two-dimensional barcode, and the long-distance communication device is a 3G module, a 4G module or a 5G module.

5. A method for assisting a traffic management system using a game community, comprising the steps of:
(A00) starting, the electronic device executes a game program;
(A01) the electronic device logs in and authenticates user data to the operation data servo center;
(A02) aligning a camera of the electronic device to at least one target object in a traffic field, enabling a screen of the electronic device to display a range shot by the camera, enabling a game program to execute a shooting or video recording action by using a punishment key or a reward key, and ending the game after the shooting or video recording action is finished;
(A03) after the game is finished, the electronic device uploads the game data of the photo or the film to the operation data servo center, and the operation data servo center identifies and calculates the uploaded game data so as to evaluate scores of the photo or the film;
(A04) the operation data servo center stores the evaluation score data for the inquiry of the traffic interest and harm related units through the service system, and simultaneously, the operation data servo center transmits the evaluation score data back to the electronic device;
(A05) and the electronic device stores or queries the evaluation score data on the internet, and the process is finished.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the object in (A02) is a vehicle, a pothole, a sign, a line, a sign, or a passerby.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the electronic device in (A03) is connected to the communication server of the business data server center through a transmission module to upload the game data of the photo or the video to the business data server center by wireless transmission, and then the image processing system of the business data server center is used to recognize at least one target object in the photo or the video, and the score is calculated and evaluated from the photo or the video by the algorithm of the business data server center.
