In this step, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the achievement management platform may obtain all information in the block header of the first block from the recording block chain, and obtain the block header characteristic value of the first block based on all information in the block header of the first block. Meanwhile, the characteristic value of the evaluation data of the achievement to be stored in the block body of the second block is calculated to obtain the characteristic value of the block body of the second block. And further storing the block head characteristic value of the first block and the block main body characteristic value of the second block to the block head of the second block. And after the evaluation data of the appraisal results are stored in the block main body of the second block, the second block is generated, so that the second block is related to the first block through the block head characteristic value of the first block, and the purpose of connecting the blocks in the block chain in series is realized. On the basis, any modification of the information in the block can be detected by tracing the block head characteristic value of the last block stored in the block head of the block, so that the safety of the evaluation data of the achievement is ensured.
In a further embodiment, the present invention may also construct an overall chain, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, for storing the performance evaluation data stored in the above-described review blockchain and record blockchain. Or, it is equivalent to recording all activities in the whole assessment system. In the above, both the assessed blockchain and the record blockchain are used to store only performance evaluation data associated with a single node. The evaluation blockchain stores the evaluation data of the performance aiming at the single node, and the recording blockchain stores all the evaluation data of the performance issued by the single node. The two blockchains can also authenticate each other. For example, if the record "node B evaluates node a" is found in the evaluated block chain associated with node a, and the record "node B evaluates node a" is also found in the record block chain of node B, the two records are mutually verified, and it can be determined that the content stored in the evaluated block chain associated with node a is authentic. Similarly, it is also possible to verify that the contents stored in the record block chain of the node B are authentic. In a further embodiment, the constructed overall chain may store the performance assessment data stored in the above-described assessed blockchain and record blockchain, i.e., all activities in the blockchain network.
In the embodiment, the performance evaluation actions of each node in the blockchain network for sending the performance evaluation data are monitored; the assessment data at least comprises a subject node, an object node and assessment content information of the subject node to the object node according to specified regulations in the block chain network. The subject node can evaluate the object node according to the assessment request. For example, the subject node a evaluates the object node B (assessment object). The content information of the evaluation can be as described above, and the evaluation of the performance evaluation can comprise two broad categories of working capacity and working attitude, and the like. And will not be described in detail herein.
After the performance evaluation action of the nodes in the block chain network is monitored, responding to the performance evaluation action, and writing the performance evaluation data into a first block chain for storing the performance evaluation data sent by the main body node according to the user attribute corresponding to the main body node. It should be understood that the first blockchain described herein, i.e., the aforementioned record blockchain, is used to store the record of the performance activity of the subject node.
And meanwhile, when responding to the appraisal performance action, writing the appraisal performance data into a second block chain for storing the appraisal performance data aiming at the object node according to the user attribute corresponding to the object node. The second blockchain described herein, namely the aforementioned assessed blockchain, is used for storing records of the performance activities received by the object node (assessment object) from other nodes.
Thereafter, a third blockchain for recording all performance actions is determined. The third blockchain, i.e. the aforementioned global chain, is used to record all activities in the blockchain network, including, for example, the evaluation of node a on node B, the evaluation of node B on node C, and the evaluation of node C on node D. In general, the performance activities belonging to the blockchain will be stored without restriction on the user attributes of the nodes. In a more specific step of writing a third block chain, generating a second block on the third block chain based on the performance evaluation data stored in the first and second block chains and the block head feature value of the first block of the third block chain; and the first block is a block which is previous to the second block on the third block chain, and the second block is used for recording the appraisal data of the achievement stored in the first block chain and the second block chain.
Similarly, in the writing process of the third block chain (general chain), the verification steps for the first block chain (recording block chain) and the second block chain (evaluated block chain) are also required as described above. And will not be described in detail herein.
After the above description, it can be understood that in the method of the present invention, three parallel block chains can be constructed, but can influence and verify each other: the system comprises a general chain, an evaluated block chain and a recording block chain. Wherein, there may be more than one evaluated blockchain and recording blockchain at the same time, because both are generated based on nodes. Generally speaking, there are as many links of the block to be evaluated and as many links of the block to be recorded as there are nodes. And the general chain is only one and is used for recording all activity conditions in the whole block chain network.
Generally, when a business or an employee initiates a qualification request for a certain assessment object, the employee or the business will need to determine the assessment information, which includes the assessment object and the qualification content. The assessment content may include various aspects of work capacity, work attitude, and the like. Then, an assessment form is designed according to the assessment content and the assessment objects. The form may be as shown in tables 1 and 2, or may be other similar forms. The form at least comprises assessment objects and specific assessment contents. When the examination request is sent out, the examination object and the examination form are included in the examination and request. The assessment contents are displayed in the assessment form in the form of characters or images and the like. The originator of the assessment request (the originating node) can also determine the assessment period when the assessment request is issued. That is, the assessment is completed within a specified period. Performance assessment data submitted beyond this period will not be accepted. The assessment period is limited in the assessment request in a program mode, so that the nodes receiving the assessment request can know the specific period of the assessment at the same time. Of course, as described above, only the related object directly related to the assessment object can receive the assessment request, or only the related object directly related to the assessment object can respond to the assessment request, so as to filter the influence of other unrelated persons on the assessment object. In addition, the assessment contents presented in the assessment form can be weighted according to the classification and specific indexes. The weight is determined based on a more reasonable score of the assessment object. In the process, after receiving the assessment request, the nodes in the block chain network evaluate the assessment objects according to the assessment request on the assessment form contained in the assessment request. And after the evaluation is finished, the node uploads the evaluation result. And the appraisal result of the appraisal performance is related to the completion time of the appraisal result of the appraisal performance, and the appraisal result of the appraisal performance and the time stamp form appraisal data of the appraisal performance. In this way, all the appraisal results can be positioned according to time, appraisers and appraised persons. In some embodiments, it may even include the total time taken for performance assessment, the location of performance assessment, the relationship between the rater and the ratee being, and the like. The distance is used herein only and is not particularly limited. The appraisal data of the appraisal results uploaded by the nodes can be distributed to the whole network through hash operation, digital signature and asymmetric encryption and then collected and sorted by the appraisal results management platform. Therefore, it can be considered that the evaluation content of the assessment target according to the specified regulation and the signature of the assessment target issuing the evaluation content are included in the assessment data. Since the digital signature exists in the performance evaluation data, the performance management platform needs to properly verify the collected performance evaluation data. By respectively verifying the hash operation value and the digital signature of the evaluation content corresponding to the public key and the private key in the asymmetric encryption, whether the evaluation data of the achievement evaluation is tampered after the node is issued and before the evaluation data is collected by the achievement management platform can be understood. And verifying the passed evaluation data of the achievement, showing that the evaluation data of the achievement is not tampered and is really sent out by the node. After the assessment data is collected by the assessment performance management platform, the assessed block chain, the recording block chain and the general chain can be determined, and the assessment data is written into the corresponding assessed block chain, the recording block chain and the general chain. The corresponding performance assessment data is time stamped when written into the blockchain for subsequent tracking. Based on the above, it can be known that the total network of the activities of the performance evaluation can be stored by at least three block chains at the same time. Therefore, the complete storage of data and the tamper protection can be better improved.
In a second embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for assessment management is provided, which includes an assessment request determining module 401 for determining an assessment request; wherein the assessment request comprises assessment objects and assessment contents; an assessment request issuing module 402, configured to broadcast the assessment request to nodes in a blockchain network; and a receiving and writing module 403, configured to receive the achievement evaluation data from the node, and write the achievement evaluation data into the block chain.
Further, the receive write module 403 is configured to: determining an evaluated block chain related to the user attribute of the assessment object from a plurality of block chains according to the user attribute of the assessment object; generating a second evaluated block on the evaluated block chain based on the evaluation data and the block head characteristic value of a first evaluated block in the evaluated block chain; the first evaluated block is a block which is previous to the second evaluated block on the evaluated block chain, and the second evaluated block is used for recording the evaluation data of the appraisal performance.
Further, the assessment management device further comprises a monitoring module 404 for monitoring the assessment data sent by the node for the assessment object; a response module 405, configured to determine, in response to the performance evaluation data, a record blockchain associated with the user attribute of the node from a plurality of blockchains according to the user attribute of the node; a determining module 406, configured to generate a second recording block on the recording block chain based on the achievement evaluation data and a block header feature value of a first recording block in the recording block chain; wherein the first recording block is a block before the second recording block on the recording block chain, and the second recording block is used for recording the evaluation data of the achievement.
Further, the assessment request also comprises an assessment period, and the assessment period is used for limiting the time for assessment to be carried out so as to stop receiving and monitoring assessment performance evaluation data about the assessment object in the blockchain network after the assessment period is ended.
Further, the assessment management device further comprises an assessment qualification screening module 407 for verifying the correlation between the node and the assessment object, wherein the correlation is defined as the node and the assessment object having a direct association; and marking the nodes with the correlation as target nodes, and broadcasting the assessment request to the target nodes. Further, the qualification screening module 407 is further configured to verify a correlation between the node and the assessment object, where the correlation is defined as having a direct association between the node and the assessment object; and marking the nodes with the correlation as target nodes, and filtering the appraisal data of the achievement sent by the nodes except the target nodes in the block chain network.
In a third embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an assessment management system, as shown in fig. 1, including a cloud database, an assessment performance management platform, and a node terminal; the system comprises a node terminal, an assessment platform, a cloud database and a cloud database, wherein the assessment platform is used for running on the node terminal and executing the management method for mutual assessment of assessment, and the cloud database is used for storing data stored in the management method for mutual assessment of assessment.
In a fourth embodiment of the present invention, a terminal device is provided that includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program, such as a program of a blockchain-based assessment management method, stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the process. The processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps in any of the above-described embodiments of the method for storing an evaluation record, such as step a10 shown in fig. 3. Alternatively, the processor implements the functions in the above examples of the apparatuses when executing the computer program, such as the listening module 301 shown in fig. 11.
Illustratively, the computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules that are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to implement the invention. The one or more modules may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, and the instruction segments are used for describing the execution process of the computer program in the terminal device for implementing assessment management based on block chains.
The terminal device may be an electronic device that can implement a networking function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA, a personal computer, and a notebook computer used in the above embodiments. Generally speaking, the terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor, a memory, and a display. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the schematic diagram is merely an example of a terminal device for implementing the blockchain-based qualification management, and does not constitute a limitation of the terminal device for the blockchain-based qualification management, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or different components, for example, the terminal device for implementing the blockchain-based qualification management may further include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. The general processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor, and the processor is a control center of the terminal device for implementing the assessment management based on the blockchain, and various interfaces and lines are used to connect various parts of the terminal device for implementing the assessment management based on the blockchain.
The memory can be used for storing the computer program and/or the module, and the processor can realize various functions of the terminal equipment based on assessment management of the blockchain by running or executing the computer program and/or the module stored in the memory and calling the data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, a text conversion function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, text message data, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, etc. In addition, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
Wherein, the module of the terminal device for implementing the assessment management based on the block chain can be stored in a computer readable storage medium if the module is implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as an independent product. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention may also be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the method embodiments may be implemented. 1. A method for assessment management, aiming at determining the process of issuing an appraisal performance, characterized in that it comprises:
determining an assessment request, wherein the assessment request comprises assessment objects and assessment contents;
broadcasting the assessment request to nodes in a blockchain network; the block chain network comprises a plurality of block chains;
receiving the appraisal data of the appraisal results from the nodes and writing the appraisal data of the appraisal results into a block chain;
when an assessment request is issued to the whole network, the assessment request can be received only by the nodes which pass the assessment qualification screening of the assessment results, and necessary assessment is carried out on assessment objects according to the assessment request;
a10, listening the broadcast request related to the appraisal performance information in the block chain network;
a20, responding to the broadcast request, acquiring an associated object directly related to the assessment object;
a30, determining a target node corresponding to the user attribute of the associated object in the block chain network according to the user attribute of the associated object;
a40, issuing the achievement information to the target node;
when the node sends the evaluation data of the appraisal achievement, the evaluation data can be distributed to the whole network through hash operation, digital signature and asymmetric encryption and then collected and sorted by the management platform of the appraisal achievement; the appraisal data of the appraisal results comprises appraisal contents of appraisal objects according to specified standards and signatures of the appraisal objects for issuing the appraisal contents; because the digital signature exists in the evaluation data of the achievement, the evaluation platform of the achievement needs to properly verify the collected evaluation data of the achievement; verifying a hash operation value and a digital signature of evaluation content corresponding to a public key and a private key in asymmetric encryption respectively to understand whether the evaluation data of the achievement evaluation is tampered after the node is issued and before the evaluation data is collected by an achievement management platform; verifying the passed evaluation data of the achievement, showing that the evaluation data of the achievement is not tampered and is really sent out by the node;
the assessment and performance management platform can acquire all information in the block head of the first block from the assessed block chain and obtain the block head characteristic value of the first block based on all information in the block head of the first block; meanwhile, the characteristic value of the evaluation data of the achievement to be stored in the block body of the second block is calculated to obtain the characteristic value of the block body of the second block; further, storing the characteristic value of the block head of the first block and the characteristic value of the block body of the second block to the block head of the second block; after the assessment data of the examination achievement is stored in a block main body of a second block, the second block is generated, so that the second block is related to the first block through a block head characteristic value of the first block, and the purpose of connecting blocks in a block chain in series is achieved; for any information modification in the block, the modification can be detected through the tracing of the block head characteristic value of the previous block stored in the block head of the block, so that the safety of the evaluation data of the achievement is ensured;
constructing a general chain for storing the evaluation data of the appraisal block chain and the record block chain; the evaluated block chain and the recording block chain are only used for storing the evaluation data of the appraisal performance associated with a single node; the evaluation block chain stores evaluation data of the individual nodes, and the recording block chain stores all the evaluation data of the individual nodes; the two block chains can also be mutually verified, and the content stored in the evaluated block chain associated with the node A is determined to be real; verifying that the content stored in the record blockchain of the node B is authentic; the overall chain constructed may store the performance assessment data stored in the above-described assessed blockchains and record blockchains, i.e., all activities in the blockchain network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving and writing performance assessment data from the node into a blockchain comprises:
determining an evaluated block chain related to the user attribute of the assessment object from a plurality of block chains according to the user attribute of the assessment object; the assessment object is an employee user or an enterprise user; the evaluated block chain is used for storing data evaluated by others of the evaluation objects and associating the data with the user attributes of the evaluation objects;
generating a second evaluated block on the evaluated block chain based on the evaluation data and the block head characteristic value of a first evaluated block in the evaluated block chain; the first evaluated block is a block which is previous to the second evaluated block on the evaluated block chain, and the second evaluated block is used for recording the evaluation data of the appraisal performance.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of broadcasting the qualification request to nodes in a blockchain network, further comprising:
monitoring the assessment result evaluation data aiming at the assessment object sent by the node;
determining, in response to the performance evaluation data, a record blockchain from a plurality of blockchains that is associated with the user attribute of the node in accordance with the user attribute of the node; the record block chain is used for the evaluation data of the appraisal performance sent by the enterprise user or the staff user and storing the record of the appraisers of the enterprise user or the staff user; the recording block chain realizes the recording of the performance activities of the user through the monitoring step, and further can store the performance activities related to the user; wherein the performance activities comprise the performance of the participators and the evaluation of the participators;
generating a second recording block on the recording block chain based on the appraisal performance data and the block head characteristic value of the first recording block in the recording block chain; wherein the first recording block is a block before the second recording block on the recording block chain, and the second recording block is used for recording the evaluation data of the achievement.

The method of claim 3, wherein the assessment request further comprises an assessment period for limiting the time for assessment to proceed to stop receiving and listening to assessment performance evaluation data regarding the assessment object in the blockchain network after the assessment period ends.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the step of broadcasting the qualifying request to all nodes in a blockchain network:
verifying a correlation between the node and the assessment object, the correlation being defined as having a direct association between the node and the assessment object;
and marking the nodes with the correlation as target nodes, and broadcasting the assessment request to the target nodes.
6. The method of claim 1, after said step of receiving performance assessment data from said node, further comprising:
verifying a correlation between the node and the assessment object, the correlation being defined as having a direct association between the node and the assessment object;
and marking the nodes with the correlation as target nodes, and filtering the appraisal data of the achievement sent by the nodes except the target nodes in the block chain network.
7. An apparatus for assessment management, comprising:
the assessment request determining module is used for determining assessment requests; wherein the assessment request comprises assessment objects and assessment contents;
the assessment request issuing module is used for broadcasting the assessment request to nodes in the block chain network;
the receiving and writing module is used for receiving the appraisal data of the appraisal performance from the nodes and writing the appraisal data of the appraisal performance into the block chain;
when an assessment request is issued to the whole network, the assessment request can be received only by the nodes which pass the assessment qualification screening of the assessment results, and necessary assessment is carried out on assessment objects according to the assessment request;
a10, listening the broadcast request related to the appraisal performance information in the block chain network;
a20, responding to the broadcast request, acquiring an associated object directly related to the assessment object;
a30, determining a target node corresponding to the user attribute of the associated object in the block chain network according to the user attribute of the associated object;
a40, issuing the achievement information to the target node;
when the node sends the evaluation data of the appraisal achievement, the evaluation data can be distributed to the whole network through hash operation, digital signature and asymmetric encryption and then collected and sorted by the management platform of the appraisal achievement; the appraisal data of the appraisal results comprises appraisal contents of appraisal objects according to specified standards and signatures of the appraisal objects for issuing the appraisal contents; because the digital signature exists in the evaluation data of the achievement, the evaluation platform of the achievement needs to properly verify the collected evaluation data of the achievement; verifying a hash operation value and a digital signature of evaluation content corresponding to a public key and a private key in asymmetric encryption respectively to understand whether the evaluation data of the achievement evaluation is tampered after the node is issued and before the evaluation data is collected by an achievement management platform; verifying the passed evaluation data of the achievement, showing that the evaluation data of the achievement is not tampered and is really sent out by the node;
the assessment and performance management platform can acquire all information in the block head of the first block from the assessed block chain and obtain the block head characteristic value of the first block based on all information in the block head of the first block; meanwhile, the characteristic value of the evaluation data of the achievement to be stored in the block body of the second block is calculated to obtain the characteristic value of the block body of the second block; further, storing the characteristic value of the block head of the first block and the characteristic value of the block body of the second block to the block head of the second block; after the assessment data of the examination achievement is stored in a block main body of a second block, the second block is generated, so that the second block is related to the first block through a block head characteristic value of the first block, and the purpose of connecting blocks in a block chain in series is achieved; on the basis, any modification of the information in the block can be detected by tracing the block head characteristic value of the previous block stored in the block head of the block, so that the safety of the evaluation data of the achievement is ensured;
constructing a general chain for storing the evaluation data of the appraisal block chain and the record block chain; the evaluated block chain and the recording block chain are only used for storing the evaluation data of the appraisal performance associated with a single node; the evaluation block chain stores evaluation data of the individual nodes, and the recording block chain stores all the evaluation data of the individual nodes; the two block chains can also be mutually verified, and the content stored in the evaluated block chain associated with the node A is determined to be real; verifying that the content stored in the record blockchain of the node B is authentic; the overall chain constructed may store the performance assessment data stored in the above-described assessed blockchains and record blockchains, i.e., all activities in the blockchain network.

determining an evaluated block chain related to the user attribute of the assessment object from a plurality of block chains according to the user attribute of the assessment object;
generating a second evaluated block on the evaluated block chain based on the evaluation data and the block head characteristic value of a first evaluated block in the evaluated block chain; the first evaluated block is a block which is previous to the second evaluated block on the evaluated block chain, and the second evaluated block is used for recording the evaluation data of the appraisal performance.
9. A terminal device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, when executing the computer program, implementing the method of claim 1 to 6.

An appraisal system for the appraisal of the achievement is characterized by comprising a cloud database, an appraisal management platform and a node terminal; the appraisal performance management platform is used for running on the node terminal and executing the assessment management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the cloud database is used for storing data stored in the appraisal performance management platform executing the assessment management method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
