Abstract
The invention discloses a multi-hotel management system, a method, equipment and a computer readable storage medium, which are applied to a room control server, wherein the system comprises: the system comprises a management window creating module, a display interface creating module and a display position information generating module, wherein the management window creating module is used for creating management windows, hotel service modules and display position information of target hotels are stored in the management windows, one target hotel corresponds to one management window, and the display position information represents the position information of the management window on the display interface; the management window storage module is used for storing each created management window; the control button is used for generating a corresponding control instruction when the control button is triggered; and the sending module is used for sending the generated control instruction to a hotel service module or a management window of the target hotel. The multi-hotel management system, the multi-hotel management method, the multi-hotel management equipment and the computer-readable storage medium, disclosed by the invention, realize the control of a plurality of target hotels by means of the management window, and have high management efficiency compared with the prior art that only one hotel can be managed at a time.

Technical Field

Background
In the hotel services industry, a Room Control server generally manages each appliance in a hotel Room through an RCU (Room Control Unit).
However, the existing room control server can only manage the RCUs of one hotel at a time, and the management efficiency is low.
In summary, how to improve the management efficiency of the room control server on the RCU is a problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

According to the multi-hotel management system provided by the invention, the management window which stores the identification information and the display position information of the target hotel is created by the management window creating module, each created management window is stored by the management window storing module, the control of the RCU or the management window of the target hotel through the control instruction is realized by the control button and the sending module, namely, the control of a plurality of target hotels is realized by the management window at the same time, and compared with the prior art that only one hotel can be managed at one time, the management efficiency is high. The hotel management method, the hotel management equipment and the computer-readable storage medium provided by the invention also solve the corresponding technical problems.
