Description

Device capable of implementing electrotherapy massage to head, neck and shoulder
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a massage device (massage device), and more particularly, to a massage device capable of performing electrotherapy to the head, neck and shoulders, which is light, simple and multifunctional in structure design, so that a patient or a physical therapist can use the massage device anywhere, not only is the massage device convenient to carry and easy to operate, and when the corresponding important nerve and muscle parts on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient are massaged by electrotherapy, can assist the cervical spine (cervical spine) to maintain the natural lordotic curvature (lordotic curvature) so as to effectively enhance the effect of performing electrotherapy massage on the head, neck and shoulders, thereby effectively and precisely relieving the pain of the head, the neck and the shoulders of the patient, so as to relax the related muscle groups of the head, the neck and the shoulders of the patient, without being tightened, and finally, the aim of finely adjusting the relevant vertebral column to the correct position can be realized through a muscle relaxation mechanism.
Background
The human body itself is a structure having a delicate and complicated electric field environment, generally, about 60 million cells exist in the human body, and each organ in the human body needs to be leaned on the metabolism and regeneration of the cells every day to maintain the phenomena and functions of life. The people involved in various cell metabolism are various mineral ions in the body, such as: the electric potential generated by the ion exchange process between potassium ions in the intracellular fluid and sodium ions in the external fluid at a one-hundredth of a second is also called "activity potential". Therefore, when the electric potential in the human body keeps a certain balance, the body is naturally healthy, which is the meaning of qi and blood communication and yin and yang harmonization in traditional Chinese medicine; on the contrary, if the potential in the human body cannot be kept in a certain balance, the disease is inevitably clustered. According to the examination, the current medical science has proved that when a person is ill, the impedance value of the skin surface at some points of the human body is reduced, and the clinical view is actually not in line with the so-called acupuncture points in the traditional Chinese medicine; according to the physiological aspects of TCM, about 730 acupoints are spread over the whole body. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is based on the Salt bridge principle, in which two or more metal needles are energized (ion-exchanged) to activate the cells in the body, so as to stimulate the meridians and collaterals and achieve the normal physiological function of the body. It is known that various Electrotherapy apparatuses (Electrotherapy devices) are currently available on the market, which are manufactured by applying the principles of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine, and were invented by mr. dr. yoshio Nakatani, a doctor of japan medical science, and after continuous research and improvement, the Electrotherapy apparatuses not only can promote blood circulation of human bodies and strengthen metabolism of the bodies, but also have good effect, high safety and no side effect, so the Electrotherapy apparatuses have been generally accepted by many hospitals and families, and have become necessary health care apparatuses for many families in japan and many countries of europe and america. Generally, each of the conventional electrotherapy apparatuses 10, referring to fig. 1, includes an electrotherapy signal generating device tens (transient electric stimulation)/ems (electronic music stimulation) 15 and a plurality of electrode patches (electrode pads)12, wherein the electrotherapy signal generating device 15 can generate a series of electrotherapy pulse signals (Electrical pulse signals); each electrode patch 12 is formed by coating a thin layer of self-adhesive water-based silicone gel (a) 122 on one end of an electrode (electrode)121, so that one end of the electrode 121 can be attached to corresponding Acupuncture points (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulders of a patient through the silicone gel 122, the other end of the electrode 121 is electrically connected to the electrotherapy signal generating apparatus 15 through a wire 13, so as to receive electrotherapy pulse signals (electrotherapy pulse signals) generated and transmitted by the electrotherapy signal generating apparatus 15, and transmit the electrotherapy pulse signals to the corresponding Acupuncture points on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient through one end of the electrode 121 or the silicone gel 122, so as to effectively massage the corresponding Acupuncture points on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient, thereby relieving pain on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient, each of the conventional electrotherapy apparatuses 10 can be classified into two categories, i.e., a low-frequency electrotherapy apparatus and a medium-frequency electrotherapy apparatus, according to the current frequency range of the electrotherapy pulse signal generated by the electrotherapy signal generating device 15, wherein, referring to fig. 1, the low-frequency electrotherapy apparatus 10 means that the current frequency range of the electrotherapy pulse signal generated by the electrotherapy signal generating device 15 is between 2Hz and 150Hz, and the low-frequency electrotherapy pulse signal can directly stimulate and excite about 1 cm of muscles and nerve groups under epidermal tissues, can be used for treating diseases related to epidermal nerves and muscular tissues, can promote the blood circulation of the epidermis and improve the nutrition delivery of the tissues besides the general pain relieving or anesthetic effect of the superficial muscles; however, since the low-frequency electrotherapy pulse signal has large stimulation to cortical nerves and is easy to cause epidermal pain, the effect is limited because a large current dose cannot be applied to a patient; in addition, because the skin of a human body has higher impedance to the low-frequency electrotherapy pulse signal, the current of the low-frequency electrotherapy pulse signal is less easy to pass through the skin, and the effect is shallow; in particular, since such low frequency electrotherapy pulse signals are liable to generate electrolysis under the electrodes, burning of skin tissue occurs, and the patient cannot perform long-term and high-dose therapy accordingly.
Referring to fig. 1, the Medium frequency electrotherapy (Medium frequency electrotherapy) device 10 refers to an electrotherapy pulse signal generated by an electrotherapy signal generating device 15, which has a current frequency range of 1kHz to 5kHz, and belongs to one of the electrotherapy methods in physical therapy, and because the treatment method uses interference waves generated by two different Medium frequency electrostimulations to perform treatment (the principle is the beat frequency generated by two signals with different frequencies), the device is also called interference wave treatment (interference wave treatment) or interference current treatment (IFC treatment for short). The interfering currents generated by the medium frequency electrotherapy pulse signals stimulate the nerves and cause the muscles to alternately contract and relax involuntarily (involuntary contract and relax)) for the following treatments:
1. can be used for interfering the pain transmission function of nerves and stimulating the body to secrete endorphin so as to produce the effect of relieving pain;
2. can promote blood circulation and eliminate limb edema;
3. because the dosage of the intermediate frequency electrotherapy pulse signal is large, the wavelength is deep, the interference is low, the intermediate frequency electrotherapy pulse signal can directly go deep into a pain point, a disease source is treated, and the healing of body tissues can be promoted; therefore, clinically, it is very suitable for sports injuries of the following symptoms, for example: muscle strain or contusion; degenerative arthritis; lower back pain, etc. In addition, because the current wave type of the intermediate frequency electrotherapy pulse signal can penetrate into tissues about 6 to 9 centimeters under the epidermis, the traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effects on acute and long-acting (chronic) anti-inflammation, detumescence and pain relieving effects;
4. can promote blood circulation and lymphatic return, improve tissue nutrition, and accelerate the self-healing of wounds and bones;
5. in addition, because the skin of the human body has small impedance to the intermediate frequency, the current of the intermediate frequency electrotherapy pulse signal can easily enter the tissue without causing the skin to feel stabbing pain, and in addition, because the current of the intermediate frequency electrotherapy pulse signal can not generate electrolysis to the human body, the skin and the tissue can not be damaged, so that the patient can perform long-term and high-dose treatment.
As described above, the medium frequency electrotherapy apparatuses have been widely used for electrotherapy massage of the head, neck, shoulder, back and related muscle groups of a user to relax the related muscle groups without causing tension, thereby relieving pain of the head, neck, shoulder and back, but in fact, as shown in FIG. 1, many patients and physical therapists using the conventional medium frequency electrotherapy apparatus 10 suffer from inconvenience and problems in use when performing electrotherapy massage of the head, neck, shoulder and back of the patient, so that the conventional medium frequency electrotherapy apparatus 10 cannot be used to stably and accurately transmit the medium frequency electrotherapy pulse signals to corresponding acupuncture points on the head, neck and shoulder of the patient to perform effective electrotherapy massage to the corresponding acupuncture points, and finally, the patient is reluctant to continue to use the conventional medium frequency electrotherapy apparatus 10 due to ineffectiveness, cause the meaningless waste of resources, it is very unfortunately:
(1) because each electrode patch 12 of the conventional midrange electrotherapy apparatus 10 is coated with a self-adhesive water-based silicone gel (a thin film of self-adhesive water-based silicone gel)122 on the electrode 121, each electrode 121 can be attached to the corresponding Acupuncture point (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulder of the patient, but the attachment surface of the self-adhesive water-based silicone gel (a thin film of self-adhesive water-based silicone gel)122 is planar (flat plane); on the contrary, the skin surfaces corresponding to the acupoints on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient are curved or arc-shaped (curved plane), so that each electrode patch 12 cannot be firmly attached to the skin surfaces of the corresponding acupoints on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient, and further the electrodes 121 cannot accurately contact the skin of the corresponding acupoints on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient, and the expected curative effect cannot be achieved;
(2) because, in the course of executing electrotherapy massage, the interference current of a series of intermediate frequency electrotherapy pulse signals (electrical nerve stimulation pulses) generated by the electrotherapy signal generating device 15 on the conventional intermediate frequency electrotherapy device 10 can stimulate nerves, so as to promote the muscles under the corresponding Acupuncture points (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient to alternately perform involuntary contraction and relaxation (involuntary contraction and relaxation) movements, and the involuntary muscles alternately contract and relax movements, further make the electrode patches 12 which are originally attached with instability easily fall off from the corresponding Acupuncture points (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient, lose action, and further cause the interruption of the course of electrotherapy massage;
(3) as described above, since the silicone gel (a thin film of self-adhesive water-based silicone gel)122 coated on each of the electrode patches 11 is a self-adhesive water-based material, which has adhesiveness (tack) only in a wet state, but once the silicone gel 122 is attached to the skin of the corresponding Acupuncture points (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulder of the patient for a certain period of time or has been used repeatedly for several times, it is dried (dry up) due to water loss and no longer has self-adhesiveness, which is a problem that is particularly obvious and serious in patients with a large amount of dry skin or body hair (dry or hair skin);
(4) generally, most patients do not have knowledge of acupoint medical science, and do not know the importance of correct acupoint positions (acupunture points) to the treatment of head, neck and shoulder pain, so that the proper curative effect cannot be exerted due to the fact that the electrotherapy massage is carried out on wrong acupoint positions in the process of carrying out the electrotherapy massage, and even the head, neck and shoulders of the patients are harmed in a proper way;
(5) conventionally, in the process of performing electrotherapy massage on the head, neck and shoulders of a patient, the patient generally performs sitting posture (sitting position), but since the neck of the patient needs to completely support the weight of the head in the sitting position, for example, an adult patient, the weight of the head is about 10-12 pounds, the muscle of the neck of the patient naturally needs to exert force in the electrotherapy massage process, and the head is maintained in an upright state (upright position), at this time, the muscle of the neck of the patient is tensed and can not be relaxed, so that the expected and due curative effect can not be exerted;
(6) in order to prevent the electrode patches 12 from falling off from the corresponding points (acupunture points) of the neck, the patient usually tries to keep the neck still during the electrotherapy massage, but the muscle of the neck is tenser and cannot be relaxed, so that the adverse effect is caused;
(7) because the neck and neck of many patients are supported in an effort to keep in an upright and still state during the electrotherapy massage, almost all patients will naturally and occasionally rotate leftwards or rightwards to relieve the tightness of the neck and shoulder muscles, and the rotation will make each electrode patch 12 more easily fall off from the corresponding Acupuncture points (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulders of the patients and lose the function, thereby causing the interruption of the course of the electrotherapy massage;
(8) if, during the electrotherapy massage, the patient tries to fix the positions of the corresponding Acupuncture points (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulders by using the hands, the muscles below the corresponding Acupuncture points (acupunture points) on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient tend to be tighter and looser due to the raised arms, and thus the expected curative effect cannot be exerted;
(9) in order to avoid the problem that the silicone gel 122 coated on the electrode patch 12 cannot be used continuously due to loss of self-viscosity, although some manufacturers develop the disposable electrode patch 12, the disposable electrode patch 12 is only used once and needs to be discarded, which not only causes unnecessary waste of resources, but also causes significant and heavy economic burden on electrotherapy and massage for patients due to expensive expense;
(10) based on the above problems and inconveniences, when a number of patients or physical therapists use the intermediate frequency electrotherapy apparatuses 10 to perform electrotherapy massage on the head, neck, shoulders and back of the patient, the intermediate frequency electrotherapy pulse signals are often not accurately transmitted to corresponding acupuncture points on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient, so that effective electrotherapy massage cannot be performed on the corresponding acupuncture points, and finally, the intermediate frequency electrotherapy apparatuses 10 are unwilling to be continuously used due to poor effects, which causes great waste in resources and is very pity.
In view of the above, how to design a novel massage device (massage device) for a patient or a physical therapist to perform an electrotherapy massage to the head, neck and shoulders of the patient by using the massage device, which can not only be conveniently carried and easily operated, but also precisely perform an electrotherapy massage to important acupuncture points on the head, neck and shoulders of the patient to assist the cervical vertebra (cervical vertebra) of the patient to maintain a natural lordotic curvature (lordotic curvature) when the patient or the physical therapist uses anywhere, so as to relax the nerves and muscle groups corresponding to the important points on the neck and shoulders of the patient, thereby effectively and precisely relieving the pain of the head, neck and shoulders of the user, so that the relevant muscle groups of the head, neck and shoulders of the user are not tightened any more, and finally, the aim of finely adjusting the relevant vertebral column and thoracic vertebra to the correct position can be achieved through a muscle relaxation mechanism.
