Description

Accumulator connector cover assembly
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, in particular to a storage battery joint cover assembly.
Background
With the shortage of earth energy and the improvement of human environmental awareness, new energy automobiles have more and more received attention from the market, a storage battery is one of main components influencing the performance of the new energy automobiles, and under a normal condition, the new energy automobiles are connected with positive and negative pole pile heads of the storage battery through positive and negative pole connectors, so that the whole automobiles can get electricity.
However, since the driving environment of the automobile is complicated, the joint may be exposed to various environments such as dust, oil stains, etc., and if the joint is severely polluted, the electric failure of the whole automobile may be caused, thereby affecting the performance of the automobile. In order to avoid the above situation, it is generally necessary to protect the joint, and a conventional protective cover is shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a protective cover in the prior art, and as can be seen from fig. 1, the protective cover is a simple open-ended box body 1 which is covered on the joint 2; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a prior art protective covering cap separated from a connector; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a prior art protective covering in use; the connector and the opening box body 1 are connected to the storage battery 3, and the connector and the pile head are in a connection state.
However, the above-mentioned protective covering has the following disadvantages:
1) the universality is poor: the open box body 1 is generally made of materials with different colors by injection molding, and the positive and negative electrodes (such as red positive electrode and black negative electrode) of the cover can be distinguished by using the materials with different colors, so that the common use of the positive and negative electrodes can not be realized by the same open box body 1.
2) The protection effect is poor: the joint 2 cannot realize wrapping type protection, namely the lower part of the joint 2 is open, and the protection effect is poor; in particular, when the joint 2 is removed, the lower portion of the joint 2 cannot be effectively protected, and foreign matter such as dust is easily introduced. Secondly, when the dismounting joint 2 is mounted each time, the opening-shaped box body 1 needs to be lifted synchronously to enable the joint 2 to be exposed completely, the joint 2 at the moment lacks effective protection, and the dismounting safety is relatively low due to the fact that the joint is electrified.
