Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered exemplary only. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for automatically associating slots and confirming distribution according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and a general embodiment of the method provided by the present invention is described.
Step S1: identifying, by an identifier within the drop off rack grid, a first label on the order basket;
step S2: associating the order basket with the drop off rack bay;
step S3: identifying the commodities to be distributed;
step S4: determining a distribution frame grid of the commodity to be distributed;
step S5: identifying, by the identifier within the determined dissemination shelf lattice, a second label on an action indicator;
step S6: and confirming that the commodity to be distributed is distributed to the order basket.
The technology of the invention greatly simplifies the distribution process by using the combination of the electronic tag with low cost and the recognizer. Firstly, the technology of the invention solves the problem of binding the order basket with the cell of the distribution frame, and the identifier in the cell of the distribution frame can automatically identify the label on the order basket and associate the label with the cell, so that the association can be completed only by putting the order basket into the cell, and the cell bar code and the order basket bar code do not need to be scanned again after putting the order basket into the cell of the distribution frame. Secondly, the technology of the invention reduces the redundant confirmation steps in the distribution process, namely, the operation step of scanning the lattice bar code again to confirm after the commodity is put into the order basket. This is accomplished by the action indicator, which, once inserted into the bay to place the article, is recognized by the recognizer within the bay, and the system automatically completes the confirmation of the separation.
The individual steps of the method according to the invention will be described in detail below on the basis of the general example described above. The following description of the method of the present invention is given by taking the apparatus provided by the present invention (such as the apparatus shown in fig. 2) as an example, that is, the following steps can be performed by the apparatus provided by the present invention. In other embodiments, the steps in the method according to the present invention may also be performed by an electronic device terminal (such as the electronic device terminal shown in fig. 3) provided by the present invention.
Before describing the steps of the present invention in detail, a general description of the picking process in a warehouse will first be described. The picking process first picks all orders (e.g. 50 orders) on a distribution rack as an aggregate, the staff first picks the goods from the warehouse, then all the goods of all the orders on the distribution rack are mixed and loaded in a box, then the staff puts the goods in the aggregate into different order baskets 21 on the distribution rack, after each goods is put into the corresponding basket, a confirmation process is needed, the system 28 will record the goods in the order being put into the order baskets 21 in turn until all the goods in the order are put into the corresponding baskets, the light on the distribution rack will turn green, the staff is prompted that the order is distributed and completed, and the next packing step can be continued.
The application scenarios of the method provided by the present invention can occur: the order picking process is a process of sorting and confirming the items in the aggregated list into the respective order baskets 21. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
step S1: the first label 211 on the order basket 21 is identified by an identifier 231 within the drop off shelf bay 23.
In some embodiments, the identifier 231 identifies the first label 211 when the order basket 21 with the first label 211 installed is placed into the dispensing shelf compartment 23 with the identifier 231 installed. That is, before reviewing a plurality of orders, first, the reviewer places the order basket 21 mounted with the first label 211 of the present invention directly to the dispensing shelf 23 mounted with the identifier 231. The identifier 231 in the drop off bay 23 now automatically senses the identification of the order basket 21 and automatically binds the drop off bay 23 to the order basket 21.
Step S2: the order basket 21 is associated with the drop off rack bay 23.
After the identifier 231 identifies the first tag 211, the system 28 receives this identification and details of the order basket 21 and the dispensing shelf 23, and the system 28 associates the order basket 21 with the dispensing shelf 23 and stores the associated information.
In some embodiments, the association may also be entered into the system 28 manually.
Step S3: and identifying the commodities to be distributed.
As described above, all items in the collection are mixed together, where "identification" may be that a rechecker scans any item with a scanning gun, and system 28 can identify the item as "item to be dispensed".
Step S4: and determining a distribution frame grid 23 needing the commodity to be distributed.
Wherein, the distribution frame lattice 23 requiring the goods to be distributed is associated with the order basket 21 including the goods to be distributed in the order corresponding to the order basket 21.
After the rechecker scans any item with the scanning gun, the system 28 performs calculations based on the stored order information to determine the dispensing shelf 23 that needs the item to be dispensed, i.e., the order for the item, because the order corresponds to the order basket 21 and is bound to the dispensing shelf 23 in the previous step.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that a dispensing bay 23 for the item to be dispensed is needed, an indicator light on the determined dispensing bay 23 is illuminated. That is, the system 28 lights the indicator light corresponding to the electronic tag of the distribution frame grid 23 according to the order of the goods to be distributed, so that the rechecker can clearly see the distribution frame grid 23 where the goods need to be placed.
Step S5: the first label 221 on the action indicator 22 is identified by said identifier 231 within the determined distribution frame bay 23.
In some embodiments, the action indicator 22 is a bracelet.
In this step, the rechecker puts the goods into the instructed order basket 21 with the hand wearing the bracelet, when the bracelet approaches the identifier 231 in the cell 23 of the distribution frame, the identifier 231 will automatically identify the first tag 221 on the bracelet, and the system 28 will receive this identification and the detailed information of the order basket 21 and the corresponding order and store the identification information.
In other embodiments, the motion indicator 22 may also be a robotic arm of a pick-up robot.
In order to automatically identify the commodities after being placed in the cell 23 of the distribution frame and make the distribution confirmation, a label can be attached to each commodity, but this method needs to equip each commodity with a label, which is too expensive and not described much.
In some embodiments, the tag is an RFID tag. That is, both the first tag 211 and the first tag 221 may be RFID tags, and accordingly, the identifier 231 is an RFID tag identifier.
Step S6: confirming completion of the distribution of the goods to be distributed to the order basket 21.
The system 28 confirms that the operation of the distribution frame slot 23 is completed based on the identification information stored in step S5, and automatically performs distribution confirmation. Therefore, put a commodity at every turn and go into, also accomplish a minute broadcast operation promptly, the recognizer 231 in the minute broadcast frame grid 23 senses the response bracelet and just confirms once automatically. The mode replaces the operation that the electronic tag lamp needs to be turned off or the bar code of the cell is scanned when a commodity is put in, and the time is greatly saved in the massive distribution work.
In some embodiments, the separate-playing mode may be divided into two types, one-by-one and non-one-by-one, and for a plurality of identical goods in the order, after scanning the barcode of the goods, the display screen of the separate-playing grid 23 displays the number of the goods in each order, and at this time, a plurality of goods may be placed at one time.
In some embodiments, the distribution frame is a Rebinwall and the system 28 is a WMS system.
In some embodiments, a shielding device is disposed within the dispensing frame bay 23. This is because during the sub-sowing operation, the hands of the staff will be continuously lifted up and down, and in order to shield the bracelet from the signal of the identifier 231 in the other sub-sowing frame openings 23, common shielding materials such as RFID shielding cloth and aluminum foil can be used, and the hand is laid inside each sub-sowing frame opening. The shielding mode has low cost and good shielding effect. The method effectively avoids the generation of wrong sub-broadcast confirmation caused by the influence of other lattice signals in the sub-broadcast process, thereby greatly improving the accuracy of the equipment.
In the invention, the process of lifting up by the hand of the worker cannot be mistakenly recognized by the recognizer in other grids, because: 1. the RFID sensor in the sub-grid cell 23 is installed at the bottom center position, and is physically far away from the sub-grid cell 23; 2. the RFID sensors in the distribution bay 23 may be set with sensing distances (e.g., 10 cm, 15 cm) to further limit the sensing range of the RFID sensors in the different distribution bays 23 based on physical distance.
As described above, the present invention provides a method that reduces the number of code scanning operations in binding a drop off rack bay 23 and an order basket 21. Moreover, the operation that the bar codes of the cell 23 of the distribution frame need to be re-scanned to confirm one time after the commodities are distributed to the cell 23 of the distribution frame in the distribution process is reduced, and the distribution process is greatly simplified.
