Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the existing granary vent has a complex structure and is troublesome to replace and clean through a plurality of layers of screen plates, insect-proof nets and anti-collision nets, and provides a protective dust removal device for the granary vent.

a protective dust removal device for a granary vent comprises an installation frame, wherein a containing groove is formed in the inner side wall of one side, opposite to the installation frame, of the installation frame, a plurality of prismatic rubber rods are arranged in the installation frame, two ends of each rubber rod are respectively connected with the inner side walls of the two containing grooves, a movable block is sleeved on each rubber rod in a sliding mode, a sliding opening corresponding to each rubber rod is formed in each movable block, a first fur layer is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of each sliding opening and abuts against each rubber rod, a cavity is formed in the installation frame, a motor is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the cavity, a rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor, one end, far away from the motor, of each rotating shaft penetrates through the inner side wall of the cavity and is rotatably connected with the inner side wall of the installation frame, a wire collecting cylinder corresponding to each rubber rod is fixedly sleeved on each rotating, the fixing ring is fixedly connected with a connecting rope, the connecting rope is connected with the wire collecting barrel through a guide ring, the guide ring is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the mounting frame, the inner bottom of the mounting frame is fixedly connected with a rubber layer, and the bottom of the mounting frame is located at the bottom of the rubber layer.

The movable block moves back and forth on the rubber rod under the matching action of the motor, the rotating shaft, the take-up cylinder and the connecting rope, so that static electricity is generated through friction between the first fur layer and the rubber rod, dust in the air vent can be adsorbed and injurious insects, birds and the like can be prevented through the static electricity, the dust, the birds and the like can be prevented from entering the granary, in addition, the dust on the rubber rod can be pushed into the containing groove through the movable block moving back and forth, therefore, people can conveniently treat the dust and the corpses of the insects without complex operations of replacing the screen plate, cleaning the screen plate and the like, and meanwhile, the insects and the birds can be prevented from entering the granary.

Wherein, a cavity is arranged in the mounting frame 1, the inner side wall of the cavity is fixedly connected with a motor 3, the output end of the motor 3 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 4, one end of the rotating shaft 4 far away from the motor 3 penetrates through the inner side wall of the cavity and is rotatably connected with the inner side wall of the mounting frame 1, a wire-collecting cylinder 5 corresponding to the rubber rod 2 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 4, two fixing rings 8 are fixedly connected on the movable block 6, connecting ropes 9 are fixedly connected on the fixing rings 8, the connecting ropes 9 are connected with the wire-collecting cylinder 5 through guide rings 10, the winding directions of the two connecting ropes 9 on the same wire-collecting cylinder 5 are opposite, thus the movement of the movable block 6 can be controlled along with the rotation of the wire-collecting cylinder 5, because the winding directions of the two connecting ropes 9 on the same wire-collecting cylinder 5 are opposite, thus, the winding, the connection rope 9 of rolling promptly makes the movable block 6 forward motion, and the loose motion of connecting the rope 9 and being convenient for the movable block 6 of restricting, because two rolling of connecting rope 9 are the same with lax speed, guide ring 10 fixed connection is on the inside wall of installing frame 1, drive the rotation of pivot 4 and drive the rotation of receiving line section of thick bamboo 5 through motor 3 like this, thereby make the motion that the movable block 6 made a round trip through the effect of connecting rope 9 and guide ring 10, wherein the effect of guide ring 10 plays the guide effect of connecting rope 9, the back and forth motion through the movable block 6 has following effect like this: firstly, dust adsorbed on the rubber rod 2 can be removed, namely, the dust on the rubber rod 2 is pushed into the containing groove through the movement of the movable block 6; secondly, along with the back and forth movement of the movable block 6, pests can be prevented from entering the granary through the vent, meanwhile, the static electricity generated on the rubber rod 2 plays a first isolating role to the pests, then the back and forth movement of the movable block 6 plays a second isolating role, the inner bottom of the mounting frame 1 is fixedly connected with a rubber layer 12, the bottom of the movable block 6 positioned at the bottom is fixedly connected with a second fur layer 13 corresponding to the rubber layer 12, thus, the rubber layer 12 generates static electricity through the friction between the second fur layer 13 and the rubber layer 12, the dust is adsorbed through the action of the rubber layer 12, the dust can be continuously accumulated in the process that the movable block 6 pushes the dust to move downwards, the dust falling from the top is continuously adsorbed by the rubber rod 2 and the rubber layer 12 at the bottom, and the dust is completely pushed into the containing groove along with the movement of the movable block 6 and the second fur layer 13, thereby facilitating the overall collection of dust.
According to the invention, the mounting frame 1 is mounted in the vent of the granary, the switch of the motor 3 is turned on at the moment, the motor 3 is a servo motor, the motor 3 drives the take-up cylinder 5 to rotate through the rotating shaft 4, one connecting rope 9 is driven to be wound along with the rotation of the take-up cylinder 5, the other connecting rope 9 is loosened, the movable block 6 moves along with the wound connecting rope 9, and the first fur layer 7 and the rubber rod 2 are rubbed along with the movement of the movable block 6, so that the rubber rod 2 generates static electricity.
After the static electricity is generated on the rubber rod 2, the dust can be adsorbed through the static electricity, thereby preventing the dust from entering into the granary, meanwhile, when the motor 3 rotates reversely, the movable block 6 moves backwards, so that the movable block 6 moves back and forth, the rubber rod 2 can be continuously enabled to generate the static electricity, meanwhile, the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the rubber rod 2 can be pushed into the accommodating groove along with the back and forth movement of the movable block 6, the movable block 6 and one part of the two ends of the rubber rod 2 move, so that the two ends of the rubber rod 2 generate the static electricity, the dust moving to the end part does not receive the adsorption effect of the static electricity and moves downwards through the action of gravity, thereby falling to the bottom of the accommodating groove, and the dust moving downwards in the pushing process of the movable block 6 is adsorbed through the actions of the rubber rod 2 and the rubber layer 12, thereby the back and forth movement of the movable block 6, the dust is pushed into the accommodating groove completely, so that the dust is collected completely, people can process the dust conveniently, the dust cannot exist on the rubber rod 2, the dust screen and the like are cleaned without frequent replacement of people, and the dust in the accommodating groove only needs to be processed; can not only adsorb the dust after rubber stick 2 produces static, can cause the injury to pest and bird simultaneously, make pest and bird produce the sense of fear like this to prevent that it from entering into the granary through the blow vent, in addition, along with the back and forth movement of movable block 6, can play the problem that prevents the pest from entering into the granary once more, because make a round trip quick movement's movable block 6 can prevent again that pest etc. from entering into the granary in, thereby protect the grain in the granary.
