Abstract
The invention relates to the field of electric control of electric automobiles, and aims to provide an electric automobile charging management control method capable of effectively avoiding power shortage of a low-voltage storage battery. The adopted technical scheme is as follows: a charging management control method for an electric automobile comprises the following steps: the vehicle control unit automatically enters a charging mode; the BMS judges the type of the charging pile; when the charging pile is a direct current charging pile, measuring the low-voltage power supply voltage of the direct current charging pile; when the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct current charging pile is the same as the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, directly supplementing electricity to the low-voltage storage battery through a low-voltage electricity supplementing interface of the direct current charging pile; when the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile is different from the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, the direct-current converter of the electric automobile is started to convert the high-voltage electricity of the high-voltage power storage battery into low-voltage electricity corresponding to the low-voltage storage battery, and electricity is supplemented for the low-voltage storage battery. The invention can avoid the power shortage of the low-voltage storage battery.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric control of electric automobiles, in particular to a charging management control method of an electric automobile.
Background
With the increasing energy crisis and environmental problems, electric vehicles using new energy resources have received more and more extensive attention. The electric vehicle may be charged by direct current or alternating current. The direct current charging is to directly charge the electric automobile through a direct current charging pile; in the alternating current charging, a vehicle-mounted charger is arranged on the electric automobile, and the vehicle-mounted charger converts alternating current transmitted by an alternating current charging pile into direct current to charge the electric automobile.
Electric automobile has set up the low pressure battery for the control system power supply simultaneously and has charged for the high pressure power battery of actuating system power supply, when electric automobile fills electric pile through the direct current and charges, the rifle that charges that the direct current fills electric pile is except charging to high pressure power battery, still is provided with the low pressure and mends the electrical interface for low pressure battery charging. However, the low-voltage batteries of electric vehicles of different models may have different voltage ratings, such as: 12V or 24V; when the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery is different from the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile, the direct-current charging pile can not supplement electricity for the low-voltage storage battery when the electric automobile is charged, and therefore the low-voltage storage battery is insufficient. Therefore, there is a need to develop a method for managing and controlling charging of an electric vehicle that can effectively avoid a power shortage of a low-voltage battery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electric automobile charging management control method capable of effectively avoiding the power shortage of a low-voltage storage battery.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
after a charging gun of a charging pile is connected to an electric automobile, the charging management control is carried out through the following steps:
1) the vehicle control unit automatically enters a charging mode;
2) the BMS judges the type of the charging pile;
3) when the charging pile is a direct-current charging pile, measuring the low-voltage power supply voltage of the direct-current charging pile and judging whether the low-voltage power supply voltage is the same as the rated voltage of a low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile;
4) when the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct current charging pile is the same as the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, directly supplementing electricity to the low-voltage storage battery through a low-voltage electricity supplementing interface of the direct current charging pile;
5) when the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile is different from the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, the direct-current converter of the electric automobile is started to convert the high-voltage electricity of the high-voltage power storage battery into low-voltage electricity corresponding to the low-voltage storage battery, and electricity is supplemented for the low-voltage storage battery.
Preferably, when the charging pile is an alternating-current charging pile, the vehicle-mounted charger is started, alternating current transmitted by the alternating-current charging pile is converted into low-voltage direct current and high-voltage direct current, and the low-voltage storage battery and the high-voltage power storage battery are charged respectively.
Preferably, the electric automobile communicates with the charging pile and controls the vehicle-mounted charger and the direct current converter through the CAN in the BMS.
Preferably, the charging confirmation signal of the charging pile CAN be transmitted to the BMS for checking, the BMS transmits the checking result to the vehicle control unit through the CAN in the BMS, and the vehicle control unit judges whether the charging is allowed or not and transmits the command to the BMS through the CAN in the vehicle control unit.
Preferably, when the vehicle control unit detects that the electric vehicle has a fault, a charging prohibition instruction is sent to the BMS.
Preferably, when the vehicle control unit detects that the alternating current charging gun and the direct current charging gun are simultaneously inserted into the electric vehicle, a charging prohibition instruction is sent to the BMS.
The charging system has the beneficial effects that the vehicle control unit can automatically enter a charging mode when the electric vehicle is connected with the charging pile; under the mode of charging, battery management system BMS can judge the type of the stake of charging, if fill electric pile for the direct current fill electric pile, and the direct current fills the low pressure of electric pile and fills the electric voltage different with electric automobile's low pressure battery rated voltage, will start direct current converter and convert high voltage direct current of high voltage power battery into low pressure direct current, charge low pressure battery, so, no matter electric automobile's low pressure battery rated voltage is the same with the low pressure that fills electric pile is filled to the direct current low pressure battery voltage, can not lead to the emergence of the electric automobile back low pressure battery insufficient voltage condition of charging. In addition, the charging management control in the charging mode is automatically performed through the BMS and the vehicle control unit, the user does not need to operate, the intelligent degree is high, and the popularization and use value is achieved.

After a charging gun of a charging pile is connected to an electric automobile, the charging management control is carried out through the following steps:
1) the vehicle control unit automatically enters a charging mode; it should be understood that the vehicle control unit has various modes such as a low-voltage mode, a driving mode, a charging mode and the like, and the vehicle control unit is allowed to charge the electric vehicle only when entering the charging mode; the vehicle control unit can automatically enter a charging mode when detecting that the charging gun is connected.
2) The BMS judges the type of the charging pile;
3) when the charging pile is a direct-current charging pile, measuring the low-voltage power supply voltage of the direct-current charging pile and judging whether the low-voltage power supply voltage is the same as the rated voltage of a low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile;
4) when the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct current charging pile is the same as the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, directly supplementing electricity to the low-voltage storage battery through a low-voltage electricity supplementing interface of the direct current charging pile; it should be understood that the low-voltage battery adaptation has the direct current low-voltage relay that charges, and when direct current fills that the low-voltage supplementary voltage of electric pile is the same with electric automobile's low-voltage battery rated voltage, BMS can close the direct current low-voltage relay that charges, makes direct current fill electric pile can directly charge to low-voltage battery.
5) When the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile is different from the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, the direct-current converter of the electric automobile is started to convert the high-voltage electricity of the high-voltage power storage battery into low-voltage electricity corresponding to the low-voltage storage battery, and electricity is supplemented for the low-voltage storage battery. It should be understood that, when the low-voltage compensation voltage of the dc charging pile is different from the rated voltage of the low-voltage battery of the electric vehicle, the BMS may disconnect the dc charging low-voltage relay and start the dc converter to convert the high-voltage of the high-voltage power battery into the low-voltage corresponding to the low-voltage battery and charge the low-voltage battery.
Further, when the charging pile is an alternating current charging pile, the vehicle-mounted charger is started, alternating current transmitted by the alternating current charging pile is converted into low-voltage direct current and high-voltage direct current, and the low-voltage storage battery and the high-voltage power storage battery are charged respectively.
In the following, the embodiment of the present invention is described, an operator connects a charging gun of a charging pile to an electric vehicle, and when the BMS detects that the charging pile is connected, the BMS sends a message to a vehicle controller, and the vehicle controller automatically enters a charging mode. Under the mode of charging, BMS can judge the electric pile type of filling, if fill electric pile for alternating-current charging, then start on-vehicle machine that charges, with alternating-current charging stake transmission's alternating current conversion low pressure direct current and high voltage direct current, charge low pressure battery and high-pressure power battery respectively. If the charging pile is a direct-current charging pile and the low-voltage power supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile is the same as the rated voltage of a low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, charging the high-voltage power storage battery through the direct-current charging pile and charging the low-voltage storage battery through a low-voltage power supplementing interface; if the charging pile is a direct-current charging pile, and the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile is different from the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, starting a direct-current converter of the electric automobile to convert the high-voltage electricity of the high-voltage power storage battery into low-voltage electricity corresponding to the low-voltage storage battery and supplement the electricity to the low-voltage storage battery, and charging the high-voltage power storage battery through the direct-current charging pile. Therefore, no matter whether the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile is the same as the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile or not, the situation that the low-voltage storage battery is in a power shortage state after the electric automobile is charged cannot occur. In addition, the charging management control in the charging mode is automatically performed through the BMS and the vehicle control unit, the user does not need to operate, the intelligent degree is high, and the popularization and use value is achieved.
As a further optimization of the invention, the communication between the electric automobile and the charging pile and the control of the vehicle-mounted charger and the direct current converter are carried out through CAN in the BMS. It should be understood that the communication load of the CAN of the vehicle controller CAN be reduced by using the CAN in the BMS to communicate with the charging pile, the vehicle-mounted charger and the DC converter.
Further, the charging confirmation signal of the charging pile CAN be transmitted to the BMS for checking, the BMS transmits the checking result to the vehicle control unit through the CAN in the BMS, and the vehicle control unit judges whether the charging is allowed or not and transmits the command to the BMS through the CAN of the vehicle control unit. It should be understood that whether or not charging is allowed is managed by the vehicle control unit and the command is executed by the battery management system BMS.
Further, when the vehicle control unit detects that the electric vehicle has a fault, a charging prohibition instruction is sent to the BMS. It should be understood that the faults include: the BMS and the vehicle control unit are in communication failure, insulation failure, BMS failure and the maximum single voltage of the high-voltage power storage battery reaches the maximum charging voltage allowed to be charged.
Further, when the vehicle control unit detects that the alternating current charging gun and the direct current charging gun are inserted into the electric vehicle at the same time, a charging prohibition instruction is sent to the BMS. It should be understood that electric automobile is provided with the interface that charges of direct current and the interface that charges of alternating current simultaneously, when operating personnel maloperation lead to electric automobile simultaneously with the rifle that charges of alternating current and direct current rifle that charges when being connected, vehicle control unit can forbid electric automobile to charge, avoids electric automobile's subassembly to take place to damage.

4) when the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct current charging pile is the same as the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, directly supplementing electricity to the low-voltage storage battery through a low-voltage electricity supplementing interface of the direct current charging pile;
5) when the low-voltage electricity supplementing voltage of the direct-current charging pile is different from the rated voltage of the low-voltage storage battery of the electric automobile, a direct-current converter of the electric automobile is started to convert the high-voltage electricity of the high-voltage power storage battery into low-voltage electricity corresponding to the low-voltage storage battery and supplement the electricity for the low-voltage storage battery,
when the vehicle controller detects that the alternating current charging gun and the direct current charging gun are inserted into the electric vehicle at the same time, a charging prohibition instruction is sent to the BMS,
the vehicle control unit has various modes such as a low-voltage mode, a driving mode, a charging mode and the like, and the vehicle control unit is allowed to charge the electric vehicle only when entering the charging mode; the vehicle control unit can automatically enter a charging mode when detecting that the charging gun is connected.
