Description

Method for accurately indicating residual quantity of products used in sequence
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to a method for accurately indicating the residual quantity of products used in sequence.
Background
Along with the development of times, various things and activities in life are required to be more beautiful, more convenient and more perfect, for example, toilet paper or facial tissue is not just stacked and packed in a whole stack of paper, but continuous paper is extracted or rolled/rolled to form toilet paper or facial tissue, so that the paper is more convenient to take out, the continuous paper is packed in a whole bag, a whole box or a whole roll to be placed into various outer boxes or shells for the purpose of beautifying, and the problem of embarrassment caused by untimely replacement of the paper after the paper is used up can occur.
Chinese CN200610002091.8 discloses a method for prompting the number of used continuous paper sheets, which is to separate the continuous paper sheets from the original paper sheets by changing the original stacking or rolling manner of the continuous paper sheets at the appropriate number of the whole boxes or rolls of continuous paper sheets; or marking numbers or marking marks containing numbers on the paper to correspond to the used quantity or the rest quantity marks; or at the appropriate number of continuous paper sheets, the appropriate number is divided into one or more parts, and each part of paper sheets is stacked or rolled up with different types of paper sheets, such as different colors, different materials or different smells. The prompting method is complex in rule, and a user cannot obtain the using quantity of the continuous paper under the condition that the marking rule is not understood; when the user is blind, the remaining amount cannot be obtained.
Chinese CN201320158164.8 patent discloses a paper roll with a prompt mark, which is different from the traditional paper roll in that: and a striking warning mark 1 and a prompt mark 2 are printed 1-3 meters before the end of the paper roll. The prompt mark 2 indicates that 1-3 m of paper roll remains to remind the user to prepare for replacement; warning sign 1 indicates that the roll of paper is only 0-1 meter left and must be replaced immediately. The marking is simple and not applicable when the user is blind.
Chinese patent No. CN201710109713.5 discloses a new roll paper with a paper shortage prediction function, which comprises a roll paper tube and two or more sections of distinguishable roll paper. The paper winding cylinder is the same as the common paper winding, and the coreless paper winding can be adopted without using the paper winding cylinder. The roll paper is composed of two or more sections of distinguishable roll paper, one or more sections of special roll paper with colors or other distinguishable characteristics are added on the basis of the common roll paper, the common roll paper is arranged outside the special roll paper, and when a user uses the common roll paper, the special roll paper is displayed, which indicates that the roll paper is about to be used up. The novel roll paper can only forecast the roll paper to be used up, cannot obtain the specific residual quantity of the roll paper, is also easy to cause untimely replacement of users, and is not suitable for users with inconvenient eyes.
The conventional products sequentially used by paper winding, paper extraction, adhesive tapes, correction tapes and the like can only guess about the remaining quantity in an observation mode, and cannot clearly prompt the user of the remaining correct quantity; the traditional storage mode of using the product in order has certain defect, and in order to guarantee health and beautifully arrange stock form or paper extraction in the box, the user can not directly perceivedly obtain the surplus of paper, easily causes the awkwardness, and relevant managers can not in time obtain the in service behavior of paper and change simultaneously, causes the untimely condition of maintaining. Therefore, it is urgently required to design a method of accurately indicating the remaining amount of the products used in sequence to solve the above-mentioned problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a method for accurately indicating the residual quantity of products used in sequence, which comprises the following steps:
a. making a specific mark on the remaining portion in advance at a specific position of the sequential-use product to be distinguished from the unmarked portion;
b, placing the marked sequentially used products into a containing box, wherein an outlet for a user to take the sequentially used products is formed in the containing box;
c a sensor for sensing the specific mark and a player connected with the sensor are arranged at the outlet to prompt the using quantity or the remaining quantity of the products used in the sequence.
The sequential use product of the invention means that the articles usually meet a specific sequence in the use process, and the random selection condition can not occur, for example, the roll paper usually meets the use from the outer layer to the inner layer when in use; when the tissue is used, the tissue can be used from the upper layer to the lower layer, and all the articles belong to products used in sequence; toothpicks are typically used in a random fashion and are not used in a sequential fashion. According to the invention, the specific mark is made at the specific position of the sequential use product, when a user takes the sequential use product from the accommodating box, the sensor senses the specific mark to obtain the residual amount of the sequential use product, and the sequential use product is played through the player, so that the user can know the use condition of the sequential use product without reading a complex mark rule and understanding the specific mark on the sequential use product, and convenience is provided for the user; when the device is used in public places, the sensor can timely send the use condition of the products used in sequence to a master control desk, so that related managers can master the use condition of the products used in sequence and change the products in time, embarrassing events are avoided, and service quality is improved.
In the step b, a supply assembly is arranged in the accommodating box and comprises a micro generator, two idler wheels, an encoder and an electricity storage unit, wherein the two idler wheels are symmetrically arranged at the outlet and are connected with a rotating shaft of the micro generator, the encoder is arranged on the rotating shaft and is used for recording the rotating number of turns of the idler wheels, and the electricity storage unit is used for storing electric energy; the products used in sequence pass through the rollers to drive the rollers to rotate.
Two rollers are symmetrically arranged at the outlet, the distance between the two rollers is matched with the thickness of a single sheet of the sequentially used product, and the sequentially used product is ensured to be in friction with the rollers to drive the rollers to rotate when passing through the rollers.
When the sequentially used products are taken out from the outlet, the roller is driven to rotate, the roller drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the micro generator generates electricity, when the residual quantity of the sequentially used products is large, the electric energy generated by the micro generator is stored in the electricity storage unit, when the sequentially used products reach the specific mark in the continuous consumption process, the micro generator supplies electricity to the sensor and the player, the redundant electric energy is stored in the electricity storage unit, and when the electric energy generated by the micro generator once is not enough to support each device for use, the electricity storage unit supplies electricity;
the accommodating box is also internally provided with a light source, when the external environment is dark, the sensor cannot clearly capture the specific mark, the roller rotates to drive the micro generator to generate power to supply power to the light source, and the light source can play a role in illumination to ensure that the sensor captures the clear specific mark;

In step a, specific marks are made in advance at all or partial positions of the sequentially used products. The method of the invention can select the marking mode according to specific needs.
The accommodating box is also provided with a display. The method of the invention has various display modes, and the user can select according to own habits.
The specific mark is a number, a mark containing a number or a numeric meaning, and the number or the mark can be correspondingly marked according to the use length, the residual length, the use number or the residual number of the product in the sequence.
Products can be used in the order of length markings, such as: roll paper, adhesive tape and correction tape. In general, the specific order of use is satisfied during use of the roll paper, extending from the outer ring to the inner ring. In practice, during the manufacture of the web, the remaining length of each point in the web is determined, known, and marked with numbers, figures or signs with the meaning of numbers for a specific remaining length. In the actual use process of the roll paper, the remaining length of the roll paper can be known when the roll paper meets a specific mark, so that the accurate remaining amount of the articles can be obtained.
For example, the location of a particular remaining length of the web may be marked with a number, and when the remaining length is between 3 and 4 meters, "3" or "3 meters" may be marked; when the remaining length is between 2 meters and 3 meters, "2" or "2 meters" may be marked; when the remaining length is between 1 meter and 2 meters, "1" or "1 meter" may be marked; when the remaining length is less than 1 meter, "0" or "0 meter" may be marked. For a web with cut lines, a mark can be made on each sheet; for rolls of paper without cut lines, the marks may be made at regular intervals, for example every 20 cm.
The paper extraction device is used for articles such as paper extraction in a counting sequence, and the paper extraction is used one by one from top to bottom in normal use. Also, during the manufacturing of the paper extract, the remaining number of paper extracts is determined, known, and for a particular remaining number of paper extracts, the paper extract is marked with a number, a number-containing or a number-meaning symbol. During the actual use of the paper extraction, the remaining number of the paper extraction can be known when a specific mark is met.
For example, when the remaining number of sheets is marked on the surface of the paper extraction, for example, when the remaining number of sheets is less than 40 but not less than 30, the paper extraction is printed with "30 +"; when the residual number is less than 30 but not less than 20, printing 20 +; when the residual number is less than 20 but not less than 10, printing 10 +; in the remaining number of sheets less than 10, the number "1 +", or "10", "9", "8" … … remains on the paper extract, wherein the paper extract printed with "1" is the last one.
In the step a, the specific mark is an icon, and the number of the icons is correspondingly increased or decreased according to the use length, the residual length, the use number or the residual number of the products used in the sequence.
For example, a different number of icons are marked on the paper, the number of icons corresponds to the number of remaining paper, and when the user sees that the number of icons is 9, the user can know that only 9 paper sheets are left, and the number of icons can be made to correspond to the used amount, and the method is also applicable to the roll paper.
In the step a, the specific mark is used for processing the rest parts of the products used in sequence by adopting printing technologies with different colors to obtain patterns with different colors or different pattern densities.
In the step a, the specific mark is used for processing the rest part of the sequentially used product by adopting embossing technologies with different forms, so as to obtain embossing with different concave-convex forms.
The sequential use product comprises roll paper, paper extraction, adhesive tape and correction tape.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the sensor used for sensing the specific mark is arranged at the outlet of the accommodating box to identify the specific mark, so that the use condition of the sequentially used products is obtained, and the broadcasting is carried out through the player, so that the use condition of the sequentially used products can be obtained through the broadcasting under the conditions that the marking rule is complex, the user does not understand the mark meaning, or the user is inconvenient to watch through eyes;
(2) the method is suitable for maintaining the products used in sequence in public places, the sensor can send the sensed using condition of the products used in sequence to the master control console, and related managers can replace the products used in sequence in time according to the specific using condition of the products used in sequence, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the service quality is improved;
(3) the supply assembly enables the micro generator to generate electricity through the rotation of the roller, supplies power to all devices in the containing box, converts kinetic energy into electric energy, does not need to be connected with an external power supply, and reduces energy consumption;
(4) according to the invention, the number of turns of the roller is recorded through the encoder, so that the usage amount and the residual amount of the sequentially used products are obtained, and the monitoring result is more accurate by combining the encoder with the sensor;
(5) according to the invention, the light source is arranged in the accommodating box, and the supply assembly is adopted to supply power to the light source, so that the sensor cannot clearly capture the specific mark under the condition of avoiding the darkness of the external environment, and the sensor is ensured to accurately capture the specific mark.
