MulteFire is a radio access technology that extends LTE to unlicensed bands, in which unlicensed band carriers can independently provide services without the help of licensed band carriers. In the embodiment of the present invention, cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context needs to be acquired. Namely, the cell information of the cell having the UE context but not instructed to perform RRC configuration among the cells of the candidate base station needs to be acquired.

When the source base station indicates the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on the UE in a cell with UE context in part of the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate base station can send the RRC configuration result to the source base station through an automatic switching response message. The candidate base station may perform RRC configuration on the UE in all cells having the UE context in the cell of the candidate base station according to the indication of the source base station, that is, resources are reserved for the UE in the cell having the UE context in part of the cell of the candidate base station, so that the configuration result includes cell information of the cell having the UE context and being indicated to perform RRC configuration.
In addition, in the cell having the UE context of the candidate base station, if a part of the cells is instructed to perform the RRC configuration, the remaining part of the cells is not instructed to perform the RRC configuration, and the remaining part of the cells (i.e., the non-candidate cells having the UE context) has the UE context, so that the UE does not need to request the source base station for the relevant information again when performing the cell handover, and therefore the remaining part of the cells can also have the effect of reducing the handover delay as the candidate cells for the UE to perform the cell handover.
Therefore, after performing RRC configuration according to the indication information, the candidate base station needs to further acquire cell information of the non-candidate cell having the UE context, send the RRC configuration result and the acquired cell information of the non-candidate cell having the UE context to the source base station, and forward the cell information to the UE by the source base station. Wherein, since the cell information of the non-candidate cell having the UE context is acquired by the candidate base station, the information processing amount of the source base station is reduced.
In this embodiment, since the RRC configuration result includes cell information of the candidate cell, and the handover information includes the RRC configuration result and cell information of the non-candidate cell having the UE context, the handover information includes cell information of the candidate cell and the non-candidate cell having the UE context. Therefore, the cells included in the handover information fed back to the UE by the source base station are the cells indicated to perform RRC configuration and the cells not indicated to perform RRC configuration in the cells having UE context of the candidate base station.
Fifth embodiment
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for configuring cell handover, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 51: the source base station sends an indication message to the candidate base station.
The indication information is used for indicating the candidate base station to perform radio link control RRC configuration on the UE in the candidate cell or indicating the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, where the candidate cell is: all cells or part of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station. In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the cell information of all the cells with the UE context in the cells of the candidate base station is acquired by the candidate base station, so that the information processing amount of the source base station is reduced.

In summary, the embodiments of the present invention can instruct the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on all cells having UE contexts or part of cells having UE contexts in its cell according to the resource condition of each cell in the candidate base station, or not perform RRC configuration on the UE, so as to implement a flexible configuration manner, and further fully utilize system resources to reserve resources for the UE for cell handover, thereby reducing handover delay.
Eighth embodiment
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for configuring cell handover, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 81: the candidate base station receives indication information sent by the source base station.

The cell handover configuration method according to the embodiment of the present invention is performed before the UE performs cell handover, that is, the cell handover configuration method according to the embodiment of the present invention is a preparation work before cell handover. Specifically, for example, when the UE detects that the signal quality of the neighboring cell of the cell where the UE is located reaches a preset threshold, the UE may trigger the candidate base station to execute the cell handover configuration method according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 82: and executing corresponding operation according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE according to the corresponding operation executed by the candidate base station.
And the switching information is used for enabling the UE to carry out cell switching according to the switching information. And the candidate base station performs operation according to the indication information, namely that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration on the UE in all cells with UE context or partial cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station, or does not perform RRC configuration on the UE.
In addition, the candidate base station performs RRC configuration on the UE in the candidate cell to configure the candidate base station to reserve resources for the UE in the candidate cell; the candidate base station does not perform RRC configuration on the UE so that the candidate base station does not reserve resources for the UE in any one of the cells of the candidate base station.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the candidate base station can carry out RRC configuration in all cells with UE context or part of cells with UE context in the cell according to the indication of the source base station, or does not carry out RRC configuration on the UE, a flexible configuration mode is realized, and further system resources can be fully utilized to reserve resources for the UE to carry out cell switching, thereby reducing switching time delay.
Ninth embodiment
As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for configuring cell handover, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 91: the candidate base station receives an automatic handover preparation request message sent by the source base station.

However, the specific manner of receiving the information is not limited thereto.

In this embodiment, the indication information for indicating the candidate base station to perform radio link control RRC configuration on the UE in the candidate cell or indicating the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE is sent to the candidate base station as the carrying information of the automatic handover preparation request message, so that the candidate base station can perform related operations according to the indication information. In addition, when the candidate cell is all cells with UE context in the cell of the candidate base station, the handover information includes the RRC configuration result; when the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a part of the cells of the candidate base station, the handover information includes the RRC configuration result and cell information of a non-candidate cell with a UE context.
That is, when the indication information indicates the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on the UE in the candidate cell, the following two cases are divided:
in case one, the candidate cells are all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station, and the candidate base station may perform RRC configuration in all the cells with UE context according to the indication information, that is, the candidate base station may reserve resources for the UE in any one of the cells with UE context in its cell, and send the RRC configuration result including the cell information of all the UE context cells in the cells of the candidate base station to the source base station, so that the source base station forwards the RRC configuration result to the UE, and the UE may be preferentially switched to the cells when cell switching is required, thereby reducing the switching delay.
In case two, if the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a part of the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate base station may perform RRC configuration in the cell with the UE context in a part of the cells according to the indication information, that is, the candidate base station may reserve resources for the UE in the cell with the UE context in the part of the cells. Among the cells with UE context of the candidate base station, if a part of the cells with UE context is instructed to perform RRC configuration, the remaining part of the cells is not instructed to perform RRC configuration, and the remaining part of the cells (i.e., the non-candidate cells with UE context) has UE context, so that the UE does not need to request relevant information from the source base station again when performing cell handover, and therefore the remaining part of the cells can also have the effect of reducing handover delay as the candidate cells for the UE to perform cell handover. Therefore, the UE receives the handover information including the RRC configuration result and the cell information of the non-candidate cell having the UE context, and the RRC configuration result includes the cell information of the candidate cell, so the UE receives the handover information including the cell information of the candidate cell and the cell information of the non-candidate cell having the UE context.
Eleventh embodiment
As shown in fig. 11, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for configuring cell handover, which specifically includes the following steps:

Wherein, since the cell information of all cells having UE context among the cells of the candidate base station is acquired by the candidate base station, the information processing amount of the source base station is reduced.
In addition, when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station does not perform the RRC configuration on the UE, the candidate base station may also directly send an empty message of an automatic handover preparation request response to the source base station, so as to trigger the source base station to acquire cell information of all cells having the UE context in the cells of the candidate base station, and then forward the cell information to the UE.
In addition, when the candidate base station performs RRC configuration on the UE in the candidate cell according to the indication information of the source base station, no matter whether the candidate cell is all cells with UE contexts or some cells with UE contexts in the cell of the candidate base station, the cell may refuse to perform RRC configuration on the UE or perform RRC information configuration of different levels and levels on the UE, that is, the candidate base station may adopt RRC configuration of different levels or refuse to perform RRC configuration on the UE according to the current resource and the priority of the UE, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
in the first level, the UE is not configured in RRC, and the RRC configuration result only contains the physical cell identification and the carrier frequency information.

The UE can also be configured with dedicated RACH resources, and the RRC information configuration result also comprises the configuration of the dedicated RACH resources.
Fourth stage: and carrying out public RRC resource configuration, safety parameter configuration, C-RNTI configuration and special RRC resource configuration on the UE, wherein the RRC information configuration result comprises a physical cell identifier, carrier frequency information, public RRC resource configuration, safety parameter configuration and C-RNTI configuration. From the above, the source base station may instruct the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on all cells having UE context or some cells having UE context in its cell according to the resource condition of each cell in the candidate base station, or not perform RRC configuration on the UE, thereby implementing a flexible configuration manner, and for the candidate base station, may also perform RRC configuration according to the current resource of each cell and UE level, may further fully utilize system resources, and reserve resources for the UE to perform cell handover, thereby reducing handover delay.

Preferably, the RRC configuration includes one or more of a common RRC resource configuration, a dedicated RRC resource configuration, a security parameter configuration of the UE, a cell radio network temporary identity configuration of the UE, and a dedicated random access channel resource configuration of the UE.
Fifteenth embodiment
Corresponding to the above configuration method applied to cell handover at the source base station side, this embodiment provides a corresponding base station, as shown in fig. 15, which specifically includes:
a transmitter 151 for implementing the following functions: sending an indication message to the candidate base station, where the indication message is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on the UE in the candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells with UE context or part of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
and a processor 152, connected to the transmitter 151, configured to send, according to an operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information, handover information to the UE, where the handover information is used for enabling the UE to perform cell handover according to the handover information.
The embodiment of the device of the invention is a device corresponding to the embodiment of the method, and all implementation means in the embodiment of the method are applicable to the embodiment of the device, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
Sixteenth embodiment
Corresponding to the above configuration method applied to cell handover at the candidate base station side, the present embodiment provides a corresponding base station, as shown in fig. 16, specifically including:
receiver 161, for implementing the following functions: receiving indication information sent by a source base station, where the indication information is used to indicate a candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells with UE context or part of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
and a processor 162, connected to the receiver 161, configured to execute corresponding operations according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends handover information to the UE according to the corresponding operations executed by the candidate base station, where the handover information is used for enabling the UE to perform cell handover according to the handover information.
The embodiment of the device of the invention is a device corresponding to the embodiment of the method, and all implementation means in the embodiment of the method are applicable to the embodiment of the device, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
In summary, for the UE, the source base station and the candidate base station, when the configuration method for cell handover is performed, the specific implementation may be divided into the following five types:
mode one, as shown in fig. 17:
step 171: the source base station requests the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on the UE in all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station through the automatic switching preparation request message; the automatic switching request message carries cell information of all cells with UE context in cells of the candidate base station, and the source base station is a base station to which the UE is accessed;
step 172: the candidate base station performs RRC configuration on the UE in all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station according to the automatic switching request message; wherein the RRC configuration comprises: one or more of a common RRC resource configuration, a dedicated RRC resource configuration, a security parameter of the UE, a CRNTI of the UE, and a dedicated RACH resource configuration of the UE.
Step 173: the candidate base station sends the RRC configuration result to the source base station through an automatic switching preparation response message, wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
step 174: and the source base station sends switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises an RRC configuration result.
That is, in the present embodiment, in the automatic handover preparation procedure, the source base station instructs the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on all cells having UE context among the cells of the candidate base station. The source base station requests the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on the UE for all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station, all the cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station can feed back an RRC configuration result to the source base station, the RRC configuration result already contains information of the cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station, and the source base station forwards the RRC information result sent by the candidate base station to the UE, so that the source base station is not required to additionally generate information of all the cells with UE context in the candidate base station and send the information to the UE.
Mode two, as shown in fig. 18:
step 181: the source base station requests the candidate base station to perform RRC configuration on the UE in a cell with UE context in part of cells of the candidate base station through the automatic switching preparation request message; the source base station is a base station accessed by the UE, and the automatic switching request message carries cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
step 182: the candidate base station performs RRC information configuration on the UE in a cell with UE context in part of the cells of the candidate base station according to the automatic switching request message;
step 183: the candidate base station generates cell information of a non-candidate cell with the UE context;

Mode five, as shown in fig. 21:
step 211: the source base station indicates the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE through the automatic switching preparation request message; the source base station is a base station accessed by the UE, and the automatic switching request message carries cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
step 212: the candidate base station does not perform RRC information configuration on the UE according to the automatic switching request message;
step 213: sending an automatic handover preparation response to the source base station;
step 214: the source base station generates cell information with UE context in all cells with the candidate base stations; the information of the cell includes: physical layer cell identification and carrier frequency information of the cell;
step 215: and the source base station sends all cell information with UE context in the cells of the candidate base stations to the UE.
In summary, the configuration method for cell switching in the embodiment of the present invention can enable the source base station to indicate the candidate base station to perform dedicated resource reservation in the switching preparation for automatic switching and indicate the cell successfully reserving resources to the UE, so that the UE preferentially selects the cell reserving resources as the target cell for automatic switching, thereby reducing the switching delay.
Furthermore, it is to be noted that in the device and method of the invention, it is obvious that the individual components or steps can be decomposed and/or recombined. These decompositions and/or recombinations are to be regarded as equivalents of the present invention. Also, the steps of executing the series of processes described above may naturally be executed chronologically in the order described, but need not necessarily be executed chronologically. Some steps may be performed in parallel or independently of each other.

The method of claim a1, wherein when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in a candidate cell, and the candidate cell is a cell with UE context in part of cells of the candidate base station, the step of sending handover information to the UE according to the operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information comprises:
receiving an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell from an automatic handover preparation response message, wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of the candidate cell;
acquiring cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises the RRC configuration result and cell information of the non-candidate cell with the UE context.
A6. The method of claim A1, wherein the step of sending the handover information to the UE according to the operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station does not perform RRC configuration on the UE comprises:
receiving cell information of all cells having a UE context among the cells of the candidate base station from an automatic handover preparation response message;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station.

The method of claim a1, wherein the step of sending the handover information to the UE according to the operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station does not perform RRC configuration on the UE comprises:
after receiving an automatic switching preparation response message sent by the candidate base station, acquiring cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station.

and executing corresponding operation according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE according to the corresponding operation executed by the candidate base station, wherein the switching information is used for enabling the UE to carry out cell switching according to the switching information.

feeding back all cell information of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station to the source base station through an automatic switching preparation response message, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE;
wherein the handover information includes cell information of all cells having the UE context cell in the cells of the candidate base station.

The method of any of claims B9 to B13, wherein the RRC configuration includes one or more of a common RRC resource configuration, a dedicated RRC resource configuration, a security parameter configuration of the UE, a cell radio network temporary identity configuration of the UE, and a dedicated random access channel resource configuration of the UE.
C15. An apparatus for configuring a cell handover, comprising:
an indication sending module, configured to control a source base station to send an indication message to a candidate base station, where the indication message is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control RRC configuration on a UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells with UE context or part of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
and the feedback module is used for sending switching information to the UE according to the operation executed by the candidate base station according to the indication information, wherein the switching information is used for enabling the UE to carry out cell switching according to the switching information.
D16. An apparatus for configuring a cell handover, comprising:
an indication receiving module, configured to control a candidate base station to receive indication information sent by a source base station, where the indication information is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control RRC configuration on a UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells with UE context or part of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
and the configuration module is used for executing corresponding operation according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE according to the corresponding operation executed by the candidate base station, and the switching information is used for enabling the UE to carry out cell switching according to the switching information.
E17. A base station, comprising:
a transmitter for implementing the following functions: sending an indication message to the candidate base station, where the indication message is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on the UE in the candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells with UE context or part of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;

F18. A base station, comprising:
a receiver for implementing the following functions: receiving indication information sent by a source base station, where the indication information is used to indicate a candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells with UE context or part of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
and the processor is connected with the receiver and used for executing corresponding operation according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE according to the corresponding operation executed by the candidate base station, and the switching information is used for enabling the UE to carry out cell switching according to the switching information.

1. A method for configuring cell handover, comprising:
the source base station sends an indication message to the candidate base station, wherein the indication message is used for indicating the candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on the UE in the candidate cell or indicating the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is as follows: all cells or part of cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station are cells with UE contexts, wherein when the candidate cells are the cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate cells are the cells which have UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station and are instructed to carry out RRC configuration;
sending switching information to the UE according to the operation executed by the candidate base station according to the indication information, wherein the switching information is used for enabling the UE to carry out cell switching according to the switching information;
when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in a candidate cell and the candidate cell is a cell having a UE context in a cell of the candidate base station, sending handover information to the UE according to an operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information, including:
receiving an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell from an automatic handover preparation response message, wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of the candidate cell;
acquiring cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises the RRC configuration result and cell information of the non-candidate cell with the UE context.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the source base station sending an indication message to the candidate base station comprises:
and the source base station sends an automatic switching preparation request message to the candidate base station, wherein the automatic switching preparation request message carries the indication information and cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in the candidate cell and the candidate cell is all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station, the step of sending handover information to the UE according to the operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information comprises:
receiving an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell from an automatic handover preparation response message, wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of the candidate cell;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises the RRC configuration result.

The method according to claim 1, wherein when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in the candidate cell and the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a part of cells of the candidate base station, the step of sending handover information to the UE according to an operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information includes:
receiving an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell and cell information of a non-candidate cell with a UE context from an automatic handover preparation response message, wherein the RRC configuration result comprises the cell information of the candidate cell;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises the RRC configuration result and cell information of the non-candidate cell with the UE context.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station does not perform RRC configuration on the UE, the step of sending handover information to the UE according to an operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information comprises:
receiving cell information of all cells having a UE context among the cells of the candidate base station from an automatic handover preparation response message;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station does not perform RRC configuration on the UE, the step of sending the handover information to the UE according to the operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information comprises:
after receiving an automatic switching preparation response message sent by the candidate base station, acquiring cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station;
and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station.
7. The method according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the RRC configuration comprises one or more of a common RRC resource configuration, a dedicated RRC resource configuration, a UE security parameter configuration, a UE cell radio network temporary identity configuration, and a UE dedicated random access channel resource configuration.
8. A method for configuring cell handover, comprising:
the candidate base station receives an indication message sent by the source base station, where the indication message is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on the UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells or part of cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station are cells with UE contexts, wherein when the candidate cells are the cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate cells are the cells which have UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station and are instructed to carry out RRC configuration;
executing corresponding operation according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE according to the corresponding operation executed by the candidate base station, wherein the switching information is used for enabling the UE to carry out cell switching according to the switching information;
when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in a candidate cell and the candidate cell is a cell having a UE context in a cell of the candidate base station, the step of executing corresponding operation according to the indication information so that the source base station sends handover information to the UE according to the corresponding operation executed by the candidate base station includes:
feeding back an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station on the UE in the candidate cell and cell information of a non-candidate cell with UE context to the source base station through an automatic switching preparation response message, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE;
wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of the candidate cell;
the handover information includes the RRC configuration result and cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step of receiving an indication message from the source base station by the candidate base station comprises:
and the candidate base station receives an automatic switching preparation request message sent by a source base station, wherein the automatic switching preparation request message carries the indication information and cell information of all cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station.

feeding back an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell to the source base station through an automatic switching preparation response message, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE, wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of the candidate cell;
wherein, when the candidate cell is all cells with UE context in the cell of the candidate base station, the switching information includes the RRC configuration result;
when the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a part of the cells of the candidate base station, the handover information includes the RRC configuration result and cell information of a non-candidate cell with a UE context.

The method according to claim 8, wherein when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station does not perform RRC configuration on the UE, the step of performing corresponding operation according to the indication information so that the source base station sends handover information to the UE according to the corresponding operation performed by the candidate base station includes:
feeding back all cell information of cells with UE context in the cells of the candidate base station to the source base station through an automatic switching preparation response message, so that the source base station sends switching information to the UE;
wherein the handover information includes cell information of all cells having the UE context cell in the cells of the candidate base station.

The method according to any of claims 8 to 11, wherein the RRC configuration includes one or more of a common RRC resource configuration, a dedicated RRC resource configuration, a security parameter configuration of the UE, a cell radio network temporary identity configuration of the UE, and a dedicated random access channel resource configuration of the UE.
13. An apparatus for configuring a cell handover, comprising:
an indication sending module, configured to control a source base station to send an indication message to a candidate base station, where the indication message is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control RRC configuration on a UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells or part of cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station are cells with UE contexts, wherein when the candidate cells are the cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate cells are the cells which have UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station and are instructed to carry out RRC configuration;
a feedback module, configured to send handover information to the UE according to an operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information, where the handover information is used to enable the UE to perform cell handover according to the handover information;
the feedback module is further configured to receive an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell from an automatic handover preparation response message when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in the candidate cell and the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a cell of the candidate base station, where the RRC configuration result includes cell information of the candidate cell; acquiring cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context; and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises the RRC configuration result and cell information of the non-candidate cell with the UE context.
14. An apparatus for configuring a cell handover, comprising:
an indication receiving module, configured to control a candidate base station to receive indication information sent by a source base station, where the indication information is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control RRC configuration on a UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells or part of cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station are cells with UE contexts, wherein when the candidate cells are the cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate cells are the cells which have UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station and are instructed to carry out RRC configuration;
a configuration module, configured to execute corresponding operations according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends handover information to the UE according to the corresponding operations executed by the candidate base station, where the handover information is used for enabling the UE to perform cell handover according to the handover information;
the configuration module is further configured to, when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in a candidate cell and the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a cell of the candidate base station, feed back, to the source base station, an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell and cell information of a non-candidate cell with the UE context through an automatic handover preparation response message, so that the source base station sends handover information to the UE; wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of the candidate cell; the handover information includes the RRC configuration result and cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context.
15. A base station, comprising:
a transmitter for implementing the following functions: sending an indication message to the candidate base station, where the indication message is used to indicate the candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on the UE in the candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells or part of cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station are cells with UE contexts, wherein when the candidate cells are the cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate cells are the cells which have UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station and are instructed to carry out RRC configuration;
a processor connected to the transmitter, configured to send handover information to the UE according to an operation performed by the candidate base station according to the indication information, where the handover information is used to enable the UE to perform cell handover according to the handover information;
the processor is further configured to receive an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell from an automatic handover preparation response message when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in the candidate cell and the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a part of cells of the candidate base station, where the RRC configuration result includes cell information of the candidate cell; acquiring cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context; and sending switching information to the UE, wherein the switching information comprises the RRC configuration result and cell information of the non-candidate cell with the UE context.
16. A base station, comprising:
a receiver for implementing the following functions: receiving indication information sent by a source base station, where the indication information is used to indicate a candidate base station to perform radio link control (RRC) configuration on UE in a candidate cell or indicate the candidate base station not to perform RRC configuration on the UE, and the candidate cell is: all cells or part of cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station are cells with UE contexts, wherein when the candidate cells are the cells with UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station, the candidate cells are the cells which have UE contexts in the cells of the candidate base station and are instructed to carry out RRC configuration;
a processor, connected to the receiver, configured to execute a corresponding operation according to the indication information, so that the source base station sends, according to the corresponding operation executed by the candidate base station, handover information to the UE, where the handover information is used to enable the UE to perform cell handover according to the handover information;
the processor is further configured to, when the indication information indicates that the candidate base station performs RRC configuration in a candidate cell and the candidate cell is a cell with a UE context in a part of cells of the candidate base station, feed back, to the source base station, an RRC configuration result of the candidate base station for the UE in the candidate cell and cell information of a non-candidate cell with the UE context through an automatic handover preparation response message, so that the source base station sends handover information to the UE; wherein the RRC configuration result comprises cell information of the candidate cell; the handover information includes the RRC configuration result and cell information of a non-candidate cell having a UE context.
