Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a process of processing an alarm information provided in an embodiment of the present application, which specifically includes the following steps:
s101: and the server acquires processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information.
In practical application, in order to provide stable and high-quality service for a user through a network, a monitoring alarm system is usually established, the network providing service for the user is monitored in real time through the monitoring alarm system, when the network is monitored to be abnormal, the alarm system generates alarm information aiming at the abnormal network, and the alarm information is displayed to a related responsible person through a client.
It should be noted here that the alarm information may include the following basic contents: the receiver (i.e. the person receiving the alarm information), the responsible person, the work group name, the alarm specific content, etc. may add or reduce the corresponding content to the alarm information according to the actual situation.
However, in practical applications, if the alarm information generated by the alarm system is sent to the client used by the relevant responsible person each time, great annoyance is brought to the relevant responsible person, and the operation load of the client is also increased.
Further, since a part of the generated plurality of alarm information needs to be sent to the client used by the relevant responsible person, in the present application, it needs to determine which alarm information of the generated plurality of alarm information can be sent to the relevant responsible person and which alarm information does not need to be sent to the relevant responsible person.
In the embodiment of the present application, it may be determined which of the generated plurality of alarm information may be sent to the associated responsible person and which may not be sent to the associated responsible person based on the processing progress information.
Further, after the alarm system generates the alarm information, the generated alarm information may be sent to the server shown in fig. 2, and after receiving the alarm information, the server shown in fig. 2 may directly obtain processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information, where fig. 2 shows a framework structure for processing the alarm information.
It should be noted that the processing progress information may include a fault processing status (i.e., unprocessed, and processing a certain stage), and the processing progress information includes unprocessed information if the alarm information generated by the alarm system is generated for the first time, i.e., the alarm information has not been received before by the server shown in fig. 2.
In addition, in practical applications, when the alarm information received by the server belongs to the alarm system and is first sent to the server, the corresponding processing progress information is all unprocessed, that is, all the processing progress information needs to be sent to the client used by the relevant responsible person, so in the present application, it can be determined based on the processing progress information which alarm information in the generated multiple alarm information can be sent to the relevant responsible person, and before which alarm information does not need to be sent to the relevant responsible person, the received alarm information is pre-screened, and firstly, which alarm information can be sent to the relevant responsible person is preliminarily screened, and which alarm information does not need to be sent to the relevant responsible person.
In the present application, the received warning information is pre-screened, which may specifically be as shown in fig. 3: determining the level of the alarm information, acquiring the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information when the level of the alarm information exceeds a preset level, and subsequently executing step S102, namely determining whether to send the alarm information according to the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information.
It should be noted that the levels of the alarm information may be determined in advance according to the urgency level, the number of errors, the influence range (i.e., single machine, machine room, whole network), the error type (i.e., slow response time, service breakdown, server breakdown), etc., and the levels corresponding to different situations under the factors may be determined according to one factor, for example, the levels of the alarm information may be determined according to the urgency level according to different situations under the urgency level, i.e., the level corresponding to the urgency level is high level, the level corresponding to the urgency level is medium level, the level corresponding to the urgency level is general urgency is low level, the level corresponding to the urgency level is also low level, of course, the level corresponding to the urgency level is also 1 level, the level corresponding to the urgency level is 2 level, the level corresponding to the case where the degree of urgency is not urgent is 3.
It should be noted that, in an actual situation, not only the level of the alarm information is divided according to one factor of the degree of urgency, but also multiple different factors may be combined to use the multiple factors as a combination, determine the levels corresponding to different combination values under the combination, and determine the level of the alarm information according to a combination value included in the alarm information, for example, two factors of the degree of urgency and the influence range are used as a combination, and the combination value of the degree of urgency and the influence range is: the emergency and machine room, the emergency and single machine, the emergency and whole network, the general emergency and machine room, the general emergency and single machine, the general emergency and whole network, the non-emergency and machine room, the non-emergency and single machine, the non-emergency and whole network, the grade corresponding to each combination value is as the following table 1:
combination value Grade
Emergency and machine room Level 1
Emergency and stand-alone machine Stage 2
Emergency and whole net Grade 3
General emergency and machine room 4 stage
General emergency and stand-alone Grade 5
General emergency and entire network Grade 6
Non-emergency machine room Stage 7
Non-emergency and stand-alone Stage 8
Non-emergency and whole net Grade 9
TABLE 1
Assuming that the alarm information includes a combination value of no emergency and the whole network, the level of the alarm information is 9 according to table 1.
In addition, which grade criterion is used to classify the alarm information into which grades can be determined according to actual conditions.
It should be further noted that, if the level of the alarm information does not exceed the preset level, the alarm information does not need to be processed in the next step, that is, the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information does not need to be acquired, and it is determined, based on the processing progress information, which alarm information of the generated multiple alarm information can be sent to the relevant responsible person, and which alarm information does not need to be sent to the relevant responsible person, and only needs to be recorded in the server or the database, and does not need to be sent to the relevant responsible person.
For example, if the network of the machine room is jittered, and the alarm system monitors that the video processing server and the payment server are faulty, two alarm messages, namely, alarm message a and alarm message B, are generated for the video processing server, and one alarm message, namely, alarm message C, is generated for the payment server, as shown in table 2 below:
name of alarm information Receiver person Concrete content of alarm information
Alarm information A Zhang San Failure of video rendering process interface, emergency
Alarm information B Li Si Interface failure of video coding process, general emergency
Alarm information C Wang Wu Payment process interface failure, emergency
TABLE 2
Assuming that the present invention is explained for convenience and clarity, in this example, the levels of the alarm information are divided only according to the urgency of the alarm information, and are specifically divided as the following table 3:
urgency level of alarm information Ranking of alarm information
Is not urgent Level 1
General emergency Stage 2
Emergency system Grade 3
TABLE 3
As shown in fig. 4: assuming that the preset level is level 2, determining that the level of the alarm information a is level 3 according to table 2 and table 3, and determining that the level of the alarm information a exceeds the preset level 2, thereby obtaining processing progress information (i.e., unprocessed) corresponding to the alarm information a, and then, performing step S202: determining whether to send the alarm information A or not according to the unprocessed processing progress information which corresponds to the alarm information A;
as shown in fig. 5: determining that the grade of the alarm information B is 2 grade according to the tables 2 and 3, and determining that the grade of the alarm information B does not exceed the preset grade 2, so that the alarm information B is only recorded and not sent;
the alarm information determines that the level of the alarm information C is 3 according to tables 2 and 3, and determines that the level of the alarm information C exceeds a preset level 2, so that processing progress information (i.e., unprocessed) corresponding to the alarm information C is obtained, and subsequently, step S202 is executed: and determining whether to send the alarm information C according to the unprocessed processing progress information which corresponds to the alarm information C.
S102: and determining whether to send the alarm information according to the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information.
In the application, after the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information is acquired, whether the alarm information is sent or not can be determined according to the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information.
Further, the present application provides an implementation manner for determining whether to send the alarm information according to the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information, which is specifically shown in fig. 6:
when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises first preset information, determining not to send the alarm information;
and when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises second preset information, determining to send the alarm information.
It should be noted that the first preset information may be a stage being processed, and the second preset information may be unprocessed.
Continuing the above example, as shown in fig. 7, assuming that the first preset information is at a certain stage being processed and the second preset information is unprocessed, after the server obtains the unprocessed processing progress information included in the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information a and determines that the preset information included in the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information a is unprocessed, it determines to send the alarm information a;
and after the server acquires the unprocessed processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C, determining that the preset information included in the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C is unprocessed, and then determining to send the alarm information C.
Further, in practical application, it is assumed that the first preset information is a stage being processed, and the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information a received by the server includes the stage being processed, it is determined that the alarm information a is not to be transmitted to the relevant person in charge again according to the above-described providing embodiment, thus, the alarm information A is not sent to the relevant person after being received each time, if the relevant person is in the process of processing the fault corresponding to the alarm information A, the failure corresponding to the alarm information a is forgotten to be repaired continuously for some reasons, which may result in that the failure corresponding to the alarm information a is not repaired all the time, and therefore, in the present application, another embodiment is further provided for determining whether to send the alarm information according to the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information, which is specifically shown in fig. 8:
when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises first preset information and the time interval between the alarm information and the alarm information which is sent last and is the same as the alarm information does not exceed a preset first threshold value, determining not to send the alarm information;
when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises first preset information and the time interval between the alarm information and the alarm information which is sent last and is the same as the alarm information exceeds a preset first threshold value, determining to send the alarm information;
and when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises second preset information, determining to send the alarm information.
Continuing the above example, after the alarm information a and the alarm information C are sent to the client, subsequently, the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information a returned by the client is received as unprocessed, and the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C is a stage being processed.
Suppose that the server receives the alarm information a and the alarm information C sent by the alarm system again after 30 seconds, as shown in table 4 below:
name of alarm information Receiver person Concrete content of alarm information
Alarm information A Zhang San Failure of video rendering process interface, emergency
Alarm information C Wang Wu Payment process interface failure, emergency
TABLE 4
As shown in fig. 9, it is determined that the level of the alarm information a is 3 levels according to table 3 and table 4, and therefore, processing progress information (i.e., unprocessed) corresponding to the alarm information a is obtained, assuming that the first preset information is in a certain processing stage, the second preset information is unprocessed, the preset first threshold is 1 minute, and after the server obtains the processing progress information including unprocessed information corresponding to the alarm information a, determining that the preset information included in the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information a is unprocessed, determining to send the alarm information a;
as shown in fig. 10, it is determined that the level of the alarm information C is 3 levels according to table 3 and table 4, therefore, the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C is obtained (i.e., a certain stage is being processed), assuming that the first preset information is the certain stage being processed, the second preset information is unprocessed, the preset first threshold is 1 minute, after the server obtains the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C and including the certain stage being processed, it is determined that the preset information included in the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C is the certain stage being processed, and it is determined that the time interval between the alarm information C and the alarm information C sent last time is 30 seconds and does not exceed 1 minute (i.e., the preset first threshold), it is determined that the alarm information C is not to be sent.
Further, since the alarm information generated by the alarm system is frequently generated within a period of time, it may happen that after the server sends the alarm information D that the processing progress information is unprocessed to the client for the first time, the received new processing progress information returned by the client is also unprocessed, and meanwhile, the server receives the alarm information D again at this time, and it is necessary to determine whether the alarm information D needs to be sent to the client, so that the client can receive the alarm information D frequently, and therefore, in this application, an embodiment of determining whether to send the alarm information according to the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information is also provided, which is specifically shown in fig. 11:
when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises second preset information and the time interval between the alarm information and the alarm information which is sent last and is the same as the alarm information does not exceed a preset second threshold value, determining not to send the alarm information;
when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises second preset information and the time interval between the alarm information and the alarm information which is sent last and is the same as the alarm information exceeds a preset second threshold value, determining to send the alarm information;
when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises first preset information and the time interval between the alarm information and the alarm information which is sent last and is the same as the alarm information does not exceed a preset first threshold value, determining not to send the alarm information;
and when the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information comprises first preset information and the time interval between the alarm information and the alarm information which is sent last and is the same as the alarm information exceeds a first threshold value, determining to send the alarm information.
Continuing with the example shown in fig. 7, it is assumed that after the alarm information a and the alarm information C are sent to the client, subsequently, the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information a returned by the client is received as unprocessed, and the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C is a stage being processed.
Suppose that after 1 minute, the server receives the alarm information a and the alarm information C sent by the alarm system again, as shown in table 4 above.
As shown in fig. 12, it is determined that the level of the alarm information a is 3 levels according to table 3 and table 4, and therefore, processing progress information (i.e., unprocessed) corresponding to the alarm information a is obtained, assuming that the first preset information is in a processing stage, the second preset information is unprocessed, the preset first threshold is 30 seconds, the second threshold is 20 seconds, and after the server obtains the processing progress information including unprocessed information corresponding to the alarm information a, it is determined that the preset information included in the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information a is unprocessed, and it is determined that a time interval between the alarm information a and the alarm information a sent last time exceeds 20 seconds (i.e., the preset second threshold) after the server obtains the unprocessed processing progress information including the unprocessed information corresponding to the alarm information a, and it is determined that the alarm information a is sent last time;
as shown in fig. 13, it is determined that the level of the alarm information C is 3 according to table 3 and table 4, therefore, the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C is obtained (i.e., a certain stage is being processed), and assuming that the first preset information is the certain stage being processed, the second preset information is unprocessed, the preset first threshold is 30 seconds, the second threshold is 20 seconds, and after the server obtains the processing progress information corresponding to the alarm information C and including the certain stage being processed, it determines that the time interval between the alarm information C and the alarm information C sent last time is 1 minute exceeding 30 seconds (i.e., the preset first threshold), and then it determines to send the alarm information C.
Here, the second threshold may be the same as or different from the first threshold.
Further, in order to reduce the number of sending times to the client used by the relevant responsible person and further reduce the operation load of the client, in the present application, after determining which alarm information needs to be sent to the relevant responsible person in the currently received alarm information, the alarm information may be merged and the merged alarm information is sent to the relevant responsible person.
The application provides an implementation mode for merging alarm information, and specifically, the alarm information corresponding to the same client can be merged and the merged alarm information is sent to the client.
For example, a terminal of the machine room network includes 10 applications, where failures of the 10 applications are received and responsible for the same person, and when the machine room network is jittered, interfaces of the 10 applications all perform failure alarm, so as to generate 10 alarm messages, and determine to send the 10 alarm messages to the clients used by the relevant responsible persons.
It should be noted that, the above is only an implementation of merging alarm information, and the merging of alarm information corresponding to the same client and the same network node (e.g., a certain device in the network) may also be combined into one alarm information, and it may be determined according to which merging standard the alarm information is merged according to practice, which is not described herein any more.
