The brewing assembly comprises a water tray and a brewing basket, wherein a connecting part is arranged at the bottom of the water tray, a first through hole is formed in the connecting part, and a groove-shaped connecting part is arranged on the connecting part and used for being connected with a driving assembly for providing rotary driving force. When the driving component rotates, the groove-shaped connecting part is driven to rotate, and the groove-shaped connecting part is positioned on the connecting part, so that the connecting part is simultaneously driven to rotate, and then the water tray and the brewing basket are driven to simultaneously rotate, so that liquid in the brewing basket and substances to be brewed are mixed, and extraction of the beverage is started; because the driving component can provide enough driving force, the liquid in the brewing basket and the substance to be brewed can be fully and rapidly mixed, thereby shortening the extraction time of the beverage and improving the manufacturing efficiency of the beverage. On the other hand, when the bottom of the connecting part is also provided with a buckle structure, the connecting part can be connected with a liquid conveying device, after the brewing assembly starts to work, liquid can be smoothly lifted to the water inlet of the brewing assembly through the liquid conveying device and enter the brewing basket from the water inlet to be mixed with substances to be brewed in the brewing basket, so that the beverage is extracted; because the driving component provides an upward lifting force for the liquid in the liquid conveying device, the liquid in the liquid conveying device can smoothly enter the brewing component, the time for the liquid to enter the brewing basket is shortened, the extraction time of the beverage is further shortened, and the extraction efficiency of the beverage is improved.
Fig. 5 is an exploded view of a brewing assembly according to another embodiment. On the basis of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the brewing assembly further includes: a brew cartridge lid 104, the brew cartridge lid 104 being detachably connected to at least one of the brew basket 102 and the support member 101; a positioning mechanism 1041 is provided in the middle of the brewing cassette lid 104 to assist in the rotation of the brewing assembly 10.

Optionally, the connection manner between the outer ring gear 106 and the lid 104 of the brewing box may be screw connection, riveting, pivot connection, movable connection, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment; alternatively, the connection manner between the lid 104 and the supporting member 101 and between the lid and the brew basket 102 may be screw connection, riveting connection, pivot connection, movable connection, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
After the driving assembly starts to work, the coupler starts to rotate and can drive the sun gear to rotate, the sun gear is meshed with the planet gears, so that the planet gears can be driven to rotate, and the planet gears are connected with the outer gear, so that the outer gear can be driven to rotate; after the outer gear ring rotates, as the outer gear ring is connected with the brewing box cover, the brewing box cover is connected with the supporting part and the brewing basket, so that the brewing box cover can be driven to rotate, and then the supporting part and the brewing basket are driven to rotate, so that liquid in the brewing basket and substances to be brewed are fully mixed, and beverage extraction is performed.
The brewing assembly that this embodiment provided can include supporting part, dash and steep basket, dash and steep box lid, and wherein the reducing assembly setting is at the top of dashing and steeping box lid, and this reducing assembly can include planet wheel, planet wheel outer ring gear and sun gear, and the one end of sun gear is provided with the shaft coupling, can also include top cap and planet wheel fixed plate. In still another aspect, because the speed reducing assembly is located in the space surrounded by the side wall of the top cover, when the speed reducing assembly rotates under the drive of the driving motor, the speed reducing assembly can continuously rotate in the fixed space, so that the brewing box cover, the supporting part and the brewing basket are driven to continuously rotate, liquid located in the brewing basket and substances to be brewed have a continuous centrifugal force, and the beverage is continuously extracted, so that the time for extracting the beverage is further shortened, and the efficiency of extracting the beverage is improved.

In addition, the brewing apparatus may further comprise a bottom cover 14 provided at the bottom of the cup assembly, a circuit board 15 for supplying power to the driving motor 111, and a top cover 16.
When the brewing device works, liquid is placed in the cup body 121 of the cup assembly 12, and a substance to be brewed is placed in the brewing basket of the brewing assembly, the button is started, the driving assembly 11 starts to work, and the motor 111 starts to rotate and drives the rotary pump vane 132 to rotate towards a fixed direction. Since the brewing assembly 10 has sufficient centrifugal force, it greatly improves the efficiency of beverage making; meanwhile, the liquid and the substances to be brewed are simultaneously moved in the direction away from the rotation axis due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the brewing assembly 10 until the substances to be brewed are attached to the inner peripheral wall of the brewing assembly 10, and the brewed beverage and the substances to be brewed which are not melted can be separated under the continuous action of the centrifugal force, so that the brewed beverage is fully extracted, and the brewing quality of the beverage is improved. After the extraction of the brewed beverage is finished, the brewed beverage flows out from the water outlet and enters the cup body; wherein the liquid is circulated through points A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H, and the brewed beverage can be obtained after point H.
The brewing equipment provided by the embodiment comprises a driving assembly, a cup assembly, a liquid conveying device and a brewing assembly, wherein the brewing assembly is provided with a containing cavity for containing substances to be brewed, the driving assembly is connected to the bottom of the cup assembly, the brewing assembly is connected to the top of the cup assembly, and the liquid conveying device is connected to the inner cavity of the cup assembly. In this embodiment, the liquid in the cup assembly is conveyed into the brewing assembly under the combined action of the driving assembly and the liquid conveying device so as to brew the substance to be brewed, and the brewing assembly is driven by the driving assembly to rotate, so that the liquid and the substance to be brewed in the brewing assembly can be rapidly and uniformly mixed, and the brewing assembly has enough centrifugal force so as to greatly improve the manufacturing efficiency of the beverage; on the other hand, the liquid and the substance to be brewed simultaneously move in the direction far away from the rotation axis due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the brewing assembly until the liquid and the substance to be brewed are attached to the inner peripheral wall of the brewing assembly, and the brewed beverage and the unmelted substance to be brewed can be separated under the continuous action of the centrifugal force; on the other hand, as a gap exists in the brewing assembly, unmelted substances to be brewed and liquid can be further extracted and separated in the gap, so that brewed beverages can be extracted more fully, and the extraction quality of the brewed beverages is improved.

the sun gear passes through the central sleeve and is in meshed connection with the planet gears; the planetary gear is meshed with the outer gear ring, and the outer gear ring is connected with the brewing box cover; the top cover is connected with the planet wheel fixing plate and used for fixing the speed reduction assembly to rotate in a specific range.
2. The brewing assembly of claim 1, wherein the sidewall of the water tray is provided with a water outlet at a position near the top of the water tray;
when the brewing assembly rotates, liquid in the brewing basket is thrown out of the water outlet hole.

The brewing assembly of claim 1, wherein a first through hole is formed in the bottom of the water tray, a second through hole is formed in the bottom of the brewing basket, and a second filter screen is covered on the second through hole, and the first through hole, the second through hole and the second filter screen form a water inlet of the brewing assembly.

5. The brewing assembly of claim 4, wherein the connecting member bottom is further provided with a snap-fit structure for connecting to a liquid delivery device.
6. The brewing assembly of claim 1, wherein a positioning mechanism is provided in a middle portion of the brewing cassette lid to assist in rotation of the brewing assembly.
7. The brewing assembly of claim 6, wherein the positioning mechanism is a rotatable positioning shaft removably coupled within a sleeve of a cap cooperatively coupled with the brewing assembly.
8. The brewing assembly of claim 1, wherein the first filter screen is circumferentially disposed about a sidewall of the brew basket.
9. The brewing assembly of claim 1, further comprising: the brewing basket handle is arranged on the brewing basket and used for lifting the brewing basket.
10. A brewing apparatus, comprising: a drive assembly, a cup assembly, a liquid delivery device, and a brewing assembly according to any one of the preceding claims 1-9;
the brewing assembly is connected to the top of the cup assembly, the driving assembly is connected to the bottom of the cup assembly, and the liquid conveying device is connected to the inner cavity of the cup assembly.
